It's very good I like it a lot.
It's kind of overpriced for what you get. It's not really authentic Mexican food to my liking, but I definitely give it a four out of five considering the ambience is nice. The customer service was outstanding as well as the food was fairly decent.
Be the first to ReplyI ordered the crispy fish tacos.
I think the picture says enough. Nothing crispy about them they are so soggy barely any fish there. Worst fish tacos I've had in a long time. They literally taste like nothing. Zero effort was put into this dish 18 dollars for this. My first time trying there food im honestly confused about the 4 star rating. There's no way it's for the food.
Be the first to ReplyIt was okay.
Sat at the bar. Drinks seemed watered down. Took awhile to get service even though it seemed quiet.
Be the first to ReplyI don't understand how this place even has a 4 star.
The taco salad was so bland, Taco Bell's meat is more seasoned than this. The carnitas burrito tasted like Walmart store bought pre-made carnitas, and the rice and beans were just as terrible and unseasoned. This was all boxed and pre-made foods, none of it was authentic or home cooked. I'm sorry but they're charging strip prices for fake Mexican food. I'll take Roberto's or Don Tor taco any day at this point. Will never return.

What a disaster! Lousy food, and lousy service! I waited about 30 minutes to get a taco plate with 2 tacos, beans and rice; the place was at about 20% capacity. A family was seated after I ordered my meal, and they got their meals before me!!! My order finally arrived and I could tell it sat out for several minutes. This is Mexican food, it is usually served fast but the staff, cooks and management is clearly incompetent. The battered fish was not crispy due to sitting out for several minutes and the Al Pastor was over cooked or it was left over and recooked from. Taco Bell runs circles around this place as far as food quality. I will never, ever, ever, even look towards this place again. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food!!! Amazing margarita.
The waiter was perfect so sweet and nice!!! I will come back to this place!!!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food.
Friendly service. Salsa was gourmet and the chips were fresh. Ceviche was one of the best and most generous I've had including some pricey places in ocean towns known for great seafood. Fajitas were good for two meals.

Excellent excellent excellent! Best taco salad ever! The mole is sooooo delicious. Service was amazing. Our waiter made us feel like royalty! We love the atmosphere here. Very clean restaurant and the food and service just wow'd us!!!
Be the first to ReplyThe chicien tinga tostada was great.
The relleno was spicy but bland...and I love chile rellenos! The waitress was kind enough to swap it for a taco.

They have happy hour at the bar everyday At the bar from 4 PM to 9 PM. It's a small menu but the tacos were delicious. I had the adobo and the chicken tinga and My husband had the El pastor. The bartender Kevin is very friendly. They even gave us chips and salsa. I ate my tacos so quick I forgot to take a picture. I thought they were going to be small like tacos El Gordo. They were a full size taco with lots of meat.$3 each. A taco at taco bell is more money. The tortilla was corn and it was soggy but I liked it. You could get flour also. This is the one on blue diamond. The salsa was green and not spicy. I wish it would have been a little more spicySo far so good. I would come back again.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is the bees knees, folks.
Came in for a happy hour delight and was more than satisfied. I had the Al pastor tacos and I swear I felt like I was in heaven eating them tacos with Jesus Christ himself. I have told all of my friends and family about this place. Needless to say I am going to be here almost every other week. My marriage is not going well at this time but this spot is my new safe space. I feel like I can be myself here in ways that are unexplainable. I feel like I can fly when I walk through those doors. Thanks to this place I am following my dreams.
Be the first to ReplyHusband & I decided to try this place 1 night for supper.
It was a convenient location. Service was great. Food was mediocre. Probably won't return.
Be the first to ReplyBoxed rice, food poisoning, and extremely overpriced.
Go anywhere else for decent Mexican food. Only thing I would suggest is going to the bar and grabbing a drink because the ambiance and staff are nice.

Not only is the food delicious and authentic, but the service is always extraordinary! The margaritas are top notch, from classic to top shelf fancy. The atmosphere is fun with the whole Luchador aesthetic. This whole establishment goes above and beyond every single time. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I have to start this review by saying I don't think they're intentionally bad. Just unintentionally not good enough that I don't want to go back. It's similar to the feeling of having a friend who you really like but you don't want to eat with them because they chew really loud. The chewing isn't on purpose, you just don't want to repeat the experience.Servers were nice, decent happy hour menu, and the place is decorated in a fun, welcoming way.The chips and salsa were even fantastic! And the margarita was drinkable. Then the tacos came out...Oh the tacos...There are some places that just make me want to stand on a chair and scream "YOU CAN'T RANDOMLY THROW MEAT AND LETTUCE IN A TORTILLA AND CALL IT A TACO!!"...and this unfortunately was one of those places.I'm sure there is an audience out there for "tacos" like these. But I'm certainly not one of them.Quick service and great chips made me not give a 1 star. But the tacos were an abomination.
Be the first to ReplyCame in for happy hour and place was not busy.
Took forever to get our margaritas( our food came before our drinks). Ordered two carnitas tacos and there was no pickled onions on it so I requested for the onions. Pickled onions did not make it til after I finished the tacos so I ordered one more and it happened again and has something to do with confusion and menu are not updated.

We tried this restaurant, hoping it would be a yummy place close to home. We made a reservation but didn't really seem necessary because there were only a few people in a restaurant but when we asked for a booth we were told those are only for special events! As we were sitting and waiting for our food, two girls were sat in booth! So we sat at the regular tables. The chairs were horrible. They are the reason I will not be returning. The food was okay. It's not super expensive but not super good either. Margaritas were the best part.

This place is great if you love lukewarm food that makes you sick. I wanted to like it, but I've been back twice and felt like i was dying after I ate there. Just get Taco Bell...

Be the first to ReplyReally wanted to love this place.
Food was served room temperature at best. Asked multiple times for no cotija on our food (had to repeat request bc server didn't seem to know what it was). Asked for Jack cheese instead and was told by the manager that cotija "that Mexican cheese" was all they had... after looking directly at a 5 yr olds Jack cheese quesadilla stuffed with cheese, I said ok thanks! When my food was brought out, he stated very condescending "we put the crema on the side too, just in case" as if they are the same. Everything kinda lacked flavor and tasted the same. Staff members didn't seem to understand what we wanted and appeared confused about the menu.

Service, food and drink quality has gone way, way down in the past 6-8 months. They keep changing the menu and the food has gotten dry and bland and gross quite frankly. The margaritas are terrible now too. Seems like they swapped out the in-house fruit infused tequilas for cheap sugary premixed concoctions. They clearly have implemented a new chef, or cost cutting measures, or both. Wont be going back.Hopefully management understands how the horrible changes they've made is driving loyal patrons away.
Be the first to ReplyI've eaten here a few times and it's been amazing each time.
The staff is friendly and attentive, from the minute you walk in the door to after you pay your bill. He price is reasonable for the quality of the food. Last time I ate there I had the birria burrito, it was filling to say the least, and the Luchador Michelada had an amazing flavor. My wife and I will keep going here when we are in the mood for Mexican food.

The positives first, the place looked really nice and had a great vibe about it. I sat at the bar they had tv screens and the bartender was mildly attentive. I ordered the 3 way adobo beef chimichanga, the beef was incredibly salty, and so were the beans to make matters worse the rice was crunchy. I was only able to take a few bites. This spot seems like a great place to have a drink but the food needs lots of work.

I really wanted to like this place because of their happy hour drinks advertised. However, I ate there for the first time recently and got takeout carne asada nachos and it was the worse $15 I've spent. The carne asada had a weird marinade taste making it hard to finish. As shown in the pictures, they gave me a bunch of crushed chips. If I have to be completely honest I rather eat nachos from Taco Bell then try to eat this again. Just disappointing considering the price of this nachos.
