Great taste, 1st time here had some lemon drop soup - since wife was a bit sick. Delicious
Be the first to ReplyWonderful service, with wine and food of equal caliber.
Gem on the W side. Small scale and cozy. Scott was our tour guide, MC and server. Thanks. Will return for sure.

This place is a must! Everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, authentic flavor, along with fast friendly service. We ordered the grilled octopus,tomato/feta salad, chicken dinner, lamb souvlaki, and shrimp spaghetti dinner. The owner Alex even sent us over a dessert. There are so many great places off the strip and Elia is one of them. Thank you!

My cousin took me here for my birthday b/c I love Greece and did not disappoint! The ambiance was beautiful and the food was delicious & authentically Greek. It felt like a trip down memory lane from a wedding we attended in Greece. The bread is hot, fresh, crusty and delicious with the olive oil. If you like whole fish the sea bass was delicious. The crab cake appetizer was great, real lump crab & no bread filler. The romaine salad with feta and olives was light and flavorful. The chicken souvlaki platter was excellent! The waitresses were top notch.
Be the first to ReplyTina our waitress was awesome.
The food and drinks were 5+ stars. The zucchini chips were the perfect texture and crunch, the pita bread melted in your mouth, the fries were flaky and delicious, the sourdough bread was warm and sour. My lemon drop martini was so good I could have had 4. Couldn't recommend this place enough. It was a little expensive but we had like 2 apps and 2 drinks which adds up quick. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful dining experience with a great quality food, and delicious sea food and fish options! We will definitely return! Great job!
Be the first to ReplyThe service was great.
Our waitress was attentive, yet gave us time, engaging and really wanted to get to know us. The food was done well and tasty. What was so nice was the food was not salty. We first tried the place doing takeout and we loved the food. So we had to visit again, but this time eat there. We definitely plan on eating there again.

This is an excellent restaurant the food was excellent, and the service was very personal We tried different dishes and it was very authentic, I strongly recommend

This authentic (not) Greek restaurant was highly recommended multiple times from a wonderful acquaintance. Finally, we 'bit'. The ambience was delightful. Our waiter was lovely. We told him about our mutual friend (he raved about her) and he was attentive. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer...but, only after getting his stamp of approval. They were very ordinary. Hardly a Greek delivery...To be fair, their golden/red beet salad was nicely presented and was good. While not necessarily Greek fare, it was fresh and bountiful. When it came to the entrée, the Lamb Shish Kabob was dismal, tough, stingy and wholly unacceptable. Overcooked tiny gristle bobs that had us discreetly spitting them out on our plate. Finally, we called the waiter over to show him the mess and the one and one half uneaten inedible skewers...he was quick to take just one and returned with another. To say it was better would be true. It was barely passable and we left everything behind. We always love to bring home a bite to relive a good meal. THIS was not one of those. I pray my referring pal does not inquire about our dinner. But, if you decide to go Greek cuisine...this is not your destination.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is wonderful in service & fresh food.
Its a go-to of mine as far as favorite Vegas restaurants. I CRAVE their zucchini chips & tzatziki - the chips are so perfectly thin and crispy (and I have to admit I never would have thought to order them if our friends hadn't ordered for us the first time we came here). I don't usually care for octopus, but the simple, fresh flavors of the tender pieces they serve is such a nice, light appetizer. I've gotten fish every time I've been here. At my most recent visit, the seabream was perfectly cooked and seasoned (watch for bones) with a little added lemon juice on top. I'd highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner

Food is amazing and fresh! Great ambiance and very welcoming and attentive staff. You have to order fish and the zucchini chips you won't regret it!
Be the first to ReplyTerrible Terrible service and food.
For what they charge you would think you are getting really authentic tasty Greek food. Not even remotely close. I hardly ate my food and told the useless server and still charged me full price. I doubt this place would last long!
Be the first to ReplyBest Greek restataunt in Vegas.
The feta cheese on a sizzling plate to the Seabass and even bread. DELICIOUS!

This was our second visit to this popular and fairly upscale Greek restaurant and our experience was not nearly as good as the first. We shared an order of horta that was proved to be at least as good as remembered. For entrees we each choose the lamb souvlaki entree that included tzatziki sauce, pita, fried potatoes, ladolemono, tomato and pickled red onion. Though the lamb was ordered medium rare, it was overcooked and tough while our server proved to be less than attentive. On the plus side, the fried potatoes were perfectly seasoned, crisp and delicious so little, actually none, was left on the plate. A return visit is up for debate.

I came to this restaurant just before they opened and waited for the OPEN sign to be lit. I went in and was seated at a two top against the wall with a good view of the restaurant. I was left wine and food menus and was given time to look them over. In the meantime, my server, Jacobb, came to ask about water or drink I might want. I ordered an iced tea. When he returned, I had a question about the menu. I wondered if the avgolemono soup was a cup. He responded it was a bowl. He suggested I could get a couple of apps and then have the soup for the main course. I opted to start with the soup and have the lamb souvlaki as an entrée.A server brought me a slice of bread and poured some olive oil in a small holder. Soon the soup came and although it was in a bowl, I'd consider it to be a cup or a cup and a half in size. It was good soup with just the right amount of lemon for the tart flavor this chicken and rice soup needs. The lamb came out next. There were two wooden skewers of small cubes of lamb and homemade tzatziki, red onion, tomato, ladolemono, fried potatoes, and pita bread. The lamb was medium rare which was good instead of being over cooked. I took two pieces of lamb, some tzatziki, and a piece of pita and made a mini speide. (Note: My Upstate NY friends will know what I mean--for the rest of you-- bonappetit.com/story/spi…I alternated between that speide option and just dipping some of the cubes in the tzatziki grabbing a few onion rings, and enjoying meat. The fries were seasoned nicely. For dessert I went with my old standard baklava. It was house made and good. Service was very good between Jacobb and the two others that brought me food or a second iced tea. I was a bit disappointed by the downsizewd menu. I had seen a menu that had many more items, but they were missing from the current menu. No moussaka, pastitsio, or spanakopita. There were several fish entrées and the two souvlaki. The meal is also a bit on the pricey side. I was sad that the menu was so downsized from what I'd seen.
Be the first to ReplyThe place looks nice and the service was good.
The food is not good. The octopus was bland and was covered in pickled vegetables which made it worse. It was not charred the way Milos does it. The beat salad was pretty bad. The lamb chops were not good. The cocktails were hit and miss, mostly miss. The whole sea bass was very good, but expensive. Overall we were not happy with the food and will not be back. The two stars are for the good service.
Be the first to ReplyWow what a local gem.
Had Orada from the grill and it was delicious! Calamari were exceptional. Robert was very friendly and recommended the most popular dishes and all were great.

Well, coming from one Greek to another, Bravo! Deliciousness, the grilled octopus is one of the very best in town, The whole fresh fish deboned at the table is one of my absolute all time favorites! And the Lamb Chops are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning, Elia is my go to Mediterranean resturant in Las Vegas! It's always fresh & delicious...

Wayyyyyyyyy overrated!!! Hubby & I went for a date night! The place is super cute & romantic. We got the meatballs ehhhh regular frozen meatballs Chicken & pork skewers they were okay nothing impressive.Salted sea bass the menu says MP so asked the waiter & he told us it was $39. Great! So we ordered it! They filet it in front of you that was nice. The fish was tasteless lol Got the check & learned it was $39 a pound! We paid $117 for a tasteless fish lol Go for a drink pass on the bland I mean BLAND over priced food!! It's bland overpriced Greek food.

Be the first to ReplyI was disappointed in their non-lemony roasted lemon
I was disappointed in their non-lemony roasted lemon potatoes, especially since I just ate here a few months ago and the potatoes were perfect then. I had to order a lemon wedge to make them lemony myself this time, which wasn't the same. It sucks that such a great dish is apparently hit or miss with them depending on who is cooking. It was also disappointing that we were seated, our waiter got us water, then proceeded to filet a whole fish and deal with other things for 20 minutes before circling back to us and taking our drink order. Which by then we knew everything we wanted to order and made sure to get it in before he wandered away again for who knows how long but it messed up the whole flow of things. We got bread shortly after that (which would have been great to have earlier than 20 mins after being there) and then appetizers came quickly and we were almost done with them before even getting our cocktails. it's a shame because we wanted to order wine with our entree but the timing was just so off with our waiter there was no point in doing so. So yes we will be back but will make sure to remind them to actually make the lemon potatoes lemony and hopefully things go smoother next time with at least getting our drink orders in within the first 20 minutes of being seated.

This restaurant has a cozy, family-owned feel with plush chairs, dark woods, and regular, local customers. The staff was very courteous, responsive, and attentive...starting from the smiling hostess who greeted us upon entry to the owner coming the table to check on us. Ordered the Lavraki(salt crusted sea bass), saganaki (fried cheese), Kolokythakia(zucchini chips), feta psiti (tomato salad), and wine. Everything was delicious, healthy, fresh, and in generous portions. The dishes were not overly oily or salty. The salted sea bass was fresh but needed little more seasoning, so I added more salt and olive oil. The presentation of serving the fish was unique since they intricately separated the skin, belly parts, and bones. This is the place for healthy Greek food, in generous portions, reasonably priced, and with a local, neighborhood feel.

Eating at Elia is like being transported to Greece!Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with aromas from the Mediterranean, fresh seafood, basil and olive oil!For appetizers we ordered calamari, and baked feta over roasted tomatoes and jalapeño peppers. Both dishes were full of flavor and not complicated with over seasoning. We decided on a fresh 3lb Seabass for our main course garnished with dandelion greens. The fish takes about 40mins to prepare and was worth the wait! When it arrived at our table it was encased in rock salt. The waiter skillfully removed the salt and filleted the fish. My guests remarked on the fresh taste of the Seabass and slight salty flavor of the sea! Remarkable! The servers were impeccable and all knew how to present the menu in Greek!I recommend this restaurant for great food, service, and atmosphere!
