Always a pleasure to come to this location.
The food is consistently great and the staff is attentive, thoughtful, and so much fun. Gold star and a teddy bear for Stephanie, the hostess with the mostess!

You can get a little tipsy off of one. We also ordered 4 pizzas. They were absolutely divine. We asked them to cut into 8 pieces as we were a crew of people, but they said no. We had to cut the 6 pieces into 8 pieces ourselves. That was the only negative thing I would say about this place. The music was loud and the area was very lively. Good for birthday parties!

Miranda pizza was 9.5/10. Stephanie was our server and was a joy. The vibe and atmosphere was great.
Be the first to ReplyStephanie was honestly the best.
Coming from the Midwest, I have struggled with New York service but Stephanie has gone above and beyond. I recommend her and Emmy squared to anyone with a large group party.

Ordered the burger. Was not disappointed. But even better than the burger was the service! Tracy was an amazing waitress! She welcomed you with a wonderful smile and made us feel so welcome. Very attentive and provided excellent service - do much that I spoke to the manager amor how impressed we were.

I thought every pizza here was a crispy delight, and if you're a fan of being sauced up this is the place to be! My favorites were the Colony, Big Al and the MVP. I think the margherita can be skipped. Best to go with a big group and share everything so you can try many flavors. Only tried the mozzarella sticks for apps which were pretty standard mozzarella sticks. Service was awesome and attentive, ambience was a lot more intimate/moody than I expected for a pizza place.

We celebrated my son's 15th birthday and the service was incredible!!!! Emi is literally the best server I have had in my 23 years in New York City!!! Emi has made your restaurant a new family tradition!!! And Chuck our bartender, was ridiculously superb!!!! I cannot wait to return!!!!

I know this is very late but better late than never On Aug 14,2022 while visiting New York, our son took us out for lunch at Emmy Squared Pizza in Brooklyn. Our waitress Stephanie was super good, courteous and professional. She engaged our 10 year old granddaughter in conversation and was extremely pleasant. We were quiet surprised to see this kind of friendly service in a city. Thank you Stephanie for making our visit memorable. Food and service was fantastic. We will certainly plan to go back there next time we visit our son and daughter-in-law.

Emmy Squared was phenomenal! Amazing crust on the pizza, perfect portion sizes (very generous), and really reasonably priced. I recommend getting a reservation though if you're there on a weekend. I left off a star only because the pizza IS very greasy (bring your Pepcid) but totally worth the grease, and because the chocolate pudding was pretty basic and not much to write home about. The cheesy bread app was amazing though and the pizza I will absolutely be coming back for. Cocktails and drink menu were also pretty great! Definitely would recommend if you are in the area and want a solid deep dish Detroit style!
Be the first to ReplySexiest pizza i've had in a while.
Wow - let me start by saying that the vibes were good, loved the decor (especially the cat painting) and our server was sweet! Now back to the star of the show... the pizza!! We got the MVP to share and it was crunchy, flavorful since it has pesto, vodka sauce, and red sauce. Topped with some parmesan cheese? EXQUISITE. We also got the chicken parmesan sandwich which I had a bit of, but didn't love. However, my friend loooved it. I'm just not a chicken parm sandwich girl.Excited to come back and try the rest of the options found in the menu!!!
Be the first to ReplyUsually good.
Today classic pizza was dry. There was only a few dabs of sauce. No parmigiana cheese. The garlic bread sticks did not have pesto garlic sauce and were also dry. Salad was old and had brown spots. I will be going back tomorrow to get extra sauce so I can at least eat the leftovers. Next time I will order inside and check food before leaving. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.Update: contacted the restaurant and they provided a refund. I appreciate the gesture.

Where to start? Delicious food, great cocktails, fantastic service, nice-looking space. Recent favorites were the double cheeseburger, spinach & asparagus salad, impossible meatballs (plant-based), and the Good Paulie pizza.

You gotta fight through a crowd of delivery people and a maze of their bikes to get in. The hype is worth it! It's actually good, unlike most "instagrammable" joints.I've eaten at a bunch of locations in a couple cities. I attempt to try new things each time and they're all great. But I always have at least one burger to share with the table.

The Emmy Squared in Williamsburg is totally a place to eat and drink. The impossible meatballs were like so good as was my negroni. My favorite pizza that you have to ask for is the cheeseburger one. The service is friendly and efficient.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered pizza from this place, terrible.
Emailed them hoping them would fix the concern and all they asked was what location and I never heard from them again. I eat pizza about 3 times a week. Luckily there are better places in Brooklyn like Ace's perfect pizza, L'Industry, Leo right up the block, Joe's on Bedford. It also tasted pretty bland and the crust seemed old. Probably best to stay away from this place. There's too many other places out there where the pizza quality is worth the price. O yeah, I can't from get Carmines and sons. Delicious
Be the first to ReplyThis is for their delivery.
I used to go to Emmy Squared years ago and it was so delicious. I ordered delivery today and it was abysmal. I haven't had Emmy in probably two years and honestly I don't think it was a delivery issue. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and hard like a brick. Took just one bite -dense and gluey- It was gross and I had to throw it out. I feel so sad that the quality has declined so dramatically. Not sure if they are doing a grab right now with their delivery or not but everything we ordered was not good. I would definitely never order here again.

This place is great, the pizza is expensive comparatively speaking but you get a lot for your money espeically if you are a pepperoni nut! Detroit style is kind of like Chicago in the thickness, but the tomatoe sauces is on top of the cheese. There's a LOT of cheese and it goes to the crust which is nice and crunchy without being dry.My friend who got a burger regretted his choice and was scrounging off our pizzas but it was fine because they really fill you up. I realized there is only so much pepperoni i want to eat, even if it is "traditional" to have a ton of it.The prices are high but it seems like everything is these days.
Be the first to ReplyPROS: Delicious, decadent pizza.
Many choices. All pizzas can be made gluten free (extra cost).CONS: So, so, so fucking expensive -- esp. in that you only get six square slices for gluten free versions.PRO: re: above two - three small slices are usually filing so you might get a second meal out of it!Re: gluten free crust: bread/dough they use is on the thicker size. Feels similar to french bread. If you're looking for thin crust typical of regular slices you won't get that here. This isn't a pro or con, just good to keep in mind.

Not as good as it used to be, pricey for the burger and pizza! Roni overload definitely had a lot of pepperoni which is good if you love pepperoni (a little bit too much for me). Burger was just average, not really worth it with the prices now. Expect a wait time ordering for pick up so put your order in early!
Be the first to ReplySadly adding to the many reviews about cancelled orders.
ย Made an order w Caviar on a Friday night at 845 pm. ย Received a cancelation over an hour later. Courier was there at 930. ย Got a cancelation at 950. Love the food, but their customer service is clearly lacking. ย Don't bother with delivery.
Be the first to Replydecent place for drinks, pizza and apps.
I wish they had more tables as the restaurant gets pretty busy during dinner time. The margarita pizza is pretty good, it's definitely doughy but I like that. The burger was really good as well (tad but too oily), Nashville hot chicken sandwich was ok.. could pass on. Also got the spicy chicken appetizer and it was pretty good but very spicy. Drinks are decent.. waiters were accommodating but service felt very rushed.

I've had a good amount of Detroit style pizza, and I'd say this was pretty average. The crust didn't have enough of that burnt cheese flavor and the dough didn't have enough texture and wasn't thick enough. Overall, just an average Detroit style pizza
Be the first to ReplyA great spot for tasty pizza and more.
Had the chicken bites last night (very spicy but so tasty!), the burger, and the bad Paulie (also spicy but SO good). The best part of the meal though? They have frozen pomegranate margaritas and they are SO good. Especially with summer upon us, this may become one of my summer cocktail go-tos.

Ordered delivery on door dash at 7:50pm, for a 9:15 delivery. No problem we know the score, it takes a whole and their pizzas are delicious. At 9:15 it was pushed back to 9:30, then 2 minutes later it was cancelled. Called the restaurant and they said they gave the pizza to the delivery guy 5 mins earlier and to call door dash. Called door dash and they said the restaurant cancelled the order and as a reason they put "could not fulfill the order." Tried calling the restaurant back, phone was off the hook until they closed at 10pm. BS. That was the final straw. Been there a bunch and the orders are always messed up and it's a sh*tshow.
