This place met or exceeded every expectation I had about it
This place met or exceeded every expectation I had about it when my wife, my friend, and I visited on a Saturday afternoon in Vegas. My wife had been looking for a place for us to have brunch for a couple of weeks and Esther's had consistent reviews and recommendations from people. We were able to grab an early afternoon reservation and I'm so glad we did.The ambience of Esther's is kind of hip, kind of grungy, but definitely trendy. We were welcomed when we walked in a treated great the entire time by the staff who were super friendly. The menu had twists on some classics as far as food, but we went with nutella and orange french toast, breakfast pizza, and cacio e pepe that we rotated around the table. We also had the housemade sourdough to start which was BOMB. There were a ton of drink choices and we each started with a cocktail before moving over to a bottle of champagne for mimosas. If you're in the mood for brunch outside of the main strip I can't recommend Esther's enough!

Handmade sour dough that I will be coming back to every time I'm in Vegas. Gambling? Yeah right. Spending an afternoon with Esther? That's more like it. They had a handful of delicious vegan options to choose from - eggplant parm, a cauliflower dish, and even a margarita pizza! So so yum. The staff was kind and helpful and very accommodating of our dietary needs. The inside felt small and intimate but the wait wasn't longer than 20 minutes. I was impressed by the transparency about their ingredients and sources and they even had locally made clay dishes! I only write Yelp reviews when I feel strongly about a dining experience and trust me - this was tier 1.

the service is very friendly with nice staff in clean place. Not crazy noisy and cool ambiance but the only problem is always very packed and you need to wait .I love that place
Be the first to ReplyWe first arrived at around 8pm on a Sunday night.
We were told the wait would be 1.5 hours for a table for 2. We then tried to get takeout instead, but were told takeout was not available, so we ended up waiting. I think they tried to accommodate for the small space by packing in as many tables as they could and we ended up sitting a table that was almost uncomfortably close to the couple next to us who were trying to have a romantic dinner date. Thus, I probably wouldn't recommend it for a more intimate date as it does get pretty crowded and noisy. We started off with the little gem salad, which was good. I'm not sure if they're trying to be original by serving whole leaves of lettuce with whole anchovies on top, but I honestly just wished they had chopped the lettuce and mixed the anchovies in for us; trying to get the correct ratio of anchovy in each bite was quite tedious and often ended with a salad that just mostly tasted like fish. I had the rigatoni carbonara, which was good, but over-salted -- almost unbearably salty. However, the pasta was cooked to perfection and after the long wait, I was so hungry I ate it all. My friend ordered the gnudi and said it was delicious. Pasta was great, but portions were not. For dessert, we ended with the vanilla bean panna cotta and chocolate crepe cake, which were also good. Although we didn't order any drinks, they did seem to have an extensive drink menu and many of the guests seemed to have only come to grab drinks with friends. They also seem to rotate the menu for each season, which would be great to come back and try new things. Overall, as someone who was looking for a good Italian place to try, I was pleased with the unique flavor combinations they offered. However, for the wait and the price in comparison to what we got, I probably won't be back. I may, however, try to come back for some cocktails with friends, as it seems that's what most people came for.
Be the first to ReplyReally excellent service.
Went for brunch on a Saturday with reservations. Lots of street parking with meters. Reasonable prices and mostly yummy. Our items were a little on the heavy side but we will be back to try other items. Food doesn't come out fast like most places so it was nice not to be rushed. The seasonal panna cotta was amazing! The chicken fried steak is very smoky and the biscuit is very dense. The carbonara was yummy but also very rich and heavy. The cheesy egg toast was delicious and very filling. We were still recovering from St. Patrick's evening shenanigans from the night before so we skipped drinks, but they had an extensive bar menu and everything sounded yummy. An appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert was about $70 before tip.
Be the first to ReplyEsther's kitchen is the place to go for brunch or dinner.
The flavors explode in your mouth. Such a great experience! Plus they make their own fresh bread on site.

From the moment you walk in to be greeted by Kylie it feels like home. Top tier cocktails, and the service to match. Our bartender Jonah made us feel like regulars, even though it was my first time and my partner's second. He really gave the entire dining experience personal flair and a human element that justifies an hour plus wait on a Friday for seating. IT IS WORTH IT!! Highly recommend getting the fig and prosciutto pizza, nestled on the perfect crust of three day old sourdough. It is seriously soft yet strong, if I could get a pillow made from it, I would probably eat it. Seasonal never frozen(!) yellowtail crudo served with radish slices, a bright golden vinaigrette, and pistachios allow every bite to be texturally perfect. The Very Fancy Lobster Pasta (Mafaldine Nero) was truly the star of the show featuring hearty pieces of Maine Lobster and a substantial red sauce left us wanting to try every pasta on the menu. Thank you and see you real soon Esther

" Been here 3 times now, and the first two times was not a great experience. I finally returned and glad we did. Service is always good despite the bad experience with the food dishes I ordered. This time around, we had the following. Food:* Housemade Sourdough Bread with double Burrata, Nduja, Cannelini Beans, and Basil Ricotta (5 choices.)* Aussie Wagyu Beef Carpaccio* Bucatini I'm glad we gave them another try. Now I know what dishes are better than others.

A great place to hang out with friends .
Be the first to ReplyPhenomenal dinner experience.
Everything was so fresh and was truly delicious. We got some appetizers and if you go you have to try the cauliflower! It was the best cauliflower I've ever had. The bread is nice and hot, and the pasta dishes were amazing. We were only passing through Vegas, but I would definitely come again if we were to return.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely delicious.
Brunch was great. Porkchetta Benedict was outbid this world. Sat at the bar and really had fun. Bartender was top notch. She even had us sampling Fernets and telling stories of the family who makes it. Great time
Be the first to ReplyWow! Absolutely fantastic.
The service, first of all, was excellent. The food was even better! We were a party of six and got the Sourdough Bread with All The Things and Carpaccio to start and couldn't stop raving the entire time we ate it. Complements to the chef!
Be the first to ReplyThe food is beautiful here, and it tastes amazing too.
Our server was prompt and gave thoughtful suggestions and accommodated allergies. There was a man in charge who came to make sure the meal was to our expectations who was intuitive and extremely kind. We ordered some breakfast sausage for our youngest (it's her favorite food right now) and it had some heat to it- he noticed and made sure that we got a replacement and followed up with that as well without being intrusive to our meal with friends and with great sincerity. I've been to a lot of incredible eating experiences, it's rare to find a place where the people who work there are as great as the food.
Be the first to ReplyMan, oh man.
Far off the beaten path of average Las Vegas in the Arts District, is Esther's. It was a busy night, so we ate at the bar. Sturdy, fresh Italian fare, amazing bread and super friendly, laid-back service.

I love this place! It is too hot outside to sit and eat on their cute little patio! You must nook a reservation online ahead if time, or most likely you will have a very long wait, or won't be able to get in at all. I ordered the margherita pizza and a caesar salad. The menu change frequently. This place is trendy and worth a visit! The service is excellent! The bread and spread trays is worth breaking your Keto! Oh how I love the bread, even though I usually don't eat it!

Came here Father's Day and fortunately they were able to take us as a walk-in because we couldn't get a reservation online. The homemade bread was phenomenal, pizza was great as well - I ordered the sausage and pepperoni. Meatballs were very tasty as well as the spaghetti. My brother had a sweet corn and ravioli pasta dish which was light, sweet and savory. Staff was attentive and drinks were really good! Wish we were in town longer so I could return.

6/20/22We are in Vegas every other month, so we are practically Vegas locals. I've had Esther's Kitchen on my radar for quite some time now, and we finally got to go last night and were not disappointed. This cute Italian restaurant is located in the Arts District of a Vegas. I suggest making a reservation because it is quite popular and gets pretty busy. We started with their housemade Sourdough bread which is served with their housemade butter. For an additional cost you can select one of their specialty spreads. We got the Fegatine and the Basil Ricotta. Trust me it's worth it. The Basil Ricotta was unbelievably good. For entrees we ordered the Merguez Pizza, Bucatini and Rigatoni. All extremely fresh and delicious. The food here is all locally sourced. The service was outstanding too. We will definitely return to Esther's next time we're in Vegas. I loved it so much more than Wolf and Sparrow, not as pretentious, but they have some similar items on the menu.
Be the first to ReplyBrunch today was bad.
My confirmed reservations for a specific table was ignored. My friends meal was incorrect and had to be recooked. Service sucked. Some of the food was good. Bacon and sausage over cooked tooBetter places elsewhere
