Delicious!
The cheeseburger was delicious! The sauce was delightful. Alessandro, are our server, was the best! The restaurant is tiny so expect a tight space but definitely recommend a visit!
Be the first to ReplyBest Burger in Paris
A real hidden gem in Paris famous for their burgers. Make sure to make a reservation before hand!! Also if Ferdi is full check out their sister restaurant called Dinand (literally the same restaurant with a more selective menu).
Be the first to ReplyThe Worst in Paris
the worst experience in Paris, poor food and arrogant service cannot believe that this place is in business it cannot be from repeat customers as one expericne was enough to ensure we would never return
Be the first to ReplyIncredibly disappointing…
I have to say, I don’t get the hype. Perhaps this place was great once, but it is no longer. The service was slow (seemed like our server was the only one working the whole place) and the food was mediocre at best. No burgers left when we got there, and all the dishes we ordered lacked flavor and seasoning. I would not return. Literally the most disappointing meal in Paris so far.
Be the first to ReplyThe worst !!!!
With high expectations went to dine at this "restaurant" what a disappointment this turned out to be The staff can only be described a rude, the food was poor and the service was arrogant and slow When ordering i asked for no raw onion only to be told "we don't alter the menu" we should have left at that point as it was a sign of what was to come, Others who ordered after us were server before us as though we were being made to wait for our audacity to ask for a slight change to the dish when the food finally arrived the Pork was dry and tough and I have eaten better burgers in chain restaurants and certainly the bread was of very poor quality. when we commented to the waitress about the pork dish returning it as inedible, we were told "i can take it away but it stays on the Bill !!! no offer of alternative or any concern shown when i asked for the bill whilst paying i mentioned our disappointment at our visit only to be treated to a show of high drama from the staff member saying i am not here to take this you are unreasonable at which point she threw my credit card on the table and flounced off !!! we were left speechless at this level of behaviour, and our only redress is to advise others of our experience in the hope for their sake they are not exposed to similar I do not expect any response as clearly arrogance is their standard and not customer care and hospitality, A disgrace to the industry and Paris
Be the first to ReplySUB-STANDARD FOOD, BAD SERVICE
We chose this restaurant as it was near our hotel, not knowing that it appears to have a bit of a cult following due to a celebrity dining there. We chose badly, and should have paid our drinks bill and left, after we asked for no raw onions on our food, and were told assertively “We do not change any menu items!” That was just the start of what turned out to be a bizarre and highly unpleasant experience in this establishment. The two cocktails we had pre-dining were good, no issues there. We ordered the cheesburger topped with bacon and egg, and pork skewers, with a portion of fries to share, and a carafe of tap water. The fries appeared a good five minutes before the rest of the food, so we nibbled on them whilst we waited. They were average, bog-standard fast-food quality, nothing special. When our mains appeared, we experienced an average cold-in-the middle burger, which was very small (the egg completely swamped it). The bun was a cheap mass produced lump of tasteless claggy gluten. The pork skewers were simply vile. They had clearly been pre-prepared, reheated, smeared in a bland “sauce” to mask the fact that the meat was dry, overcooked and flavourless. Husband decided to eat his cheeseburger, despite its shortcomings, but I asked the server to remove the pork skewers - “You don’t like them?” She asked. I explained that they were not good, ill-prepared and inedible. I was expecting her to offer another menu item, which didn’t happen. She shrugged and said “Ok, but just so you know, it won’t be taken off your bill!” By this time, the server’s demeanour and attitude were beginning to ramp up, so much so that I’m sure she was deliberately drawing attention from fellow diners - playing to the gallery! We asked to see the manager, and were told no manager available. We asked for the bill, and a note of who we should write to to make a complaint. Well, that’s when the unprofessional behaviour really kicked in with this server. She shouted at us “I’m only the messenger!” . She brought our bill, and I noted that she had added a charge for the tap water we received, which is illegal. I asked her to remove it, she vehemently refused. Her behaviour by now was nothing short of manic, shouting, gesticulating, “I’m not having this, I’m not taking this, No! No!” We were astounded by the performance this person was putting on (again, I suspect she was playing a part for the diners who had their cameras running). I also formed the view that it wasn’t the first time that dissatisfied customers were dealt with, as she fielded our complaints with a well-rehearsed script. We had already left the restaurant, and were 50 yards up the street, and she was still shouting insults at us, utterly shocking, unprofessional and abusive behaviour! I briefly wondered if we had mistakenly entered one of those themed establishments, whereby part of the experience involved being verbally abused by the staff (but I suspect that even there, you’d get decent food).
Be the first to ReplyWorth the hype
Came here after seeing lots of the positive reviews! Me and my friend both had the famous burger and a side of baked potato. The burgers were absolutely worth the hype. I can’t really describe it until you’ve had it but the burger is so beautiful, simple, melt in the mouth and the perfect portion size where you don’t feel too full. We both also had dessert both of which were fab too! Staff lovely - it’s clearly very busy and at times maybe a bit chaotic so be prepared.
Be the first to ReplyApproachable and chic cuisine
The restaurant is very much talked and buzzed about so I finally decided to give it a chance. Made the reservation over text because thats the only way to make them. The atmosphere is cute, tiny tucked away spot, menu consisted of chic approachable cuisine that was yummy and not arrogant. The staff and clientele are very fun and lively, would definitely revisit
Be the first to ReplyFantastic Ferdi
A very tiny restaurant full of Live and interesting items of nostalgia. We had the burger and chips was a popular choice in the restaurant and we weren’t disappointed. Such a delight thank you to the staff. Fully recommend.
Be the first to ReplyTHE BEST BURGER IN PARIS has lived up to its Hype
SO I literally stumbled upon Ferdi as I was walking down a quiet street in Paris on a Monday evening. I opened the door and was met with a completely PACKED restaurant with an awesome vibe. There were no reservations at 7:30pm when I got there, but they let me know 8pm was open so I took grabbed that spot. While I waited I googled the place and found out peope were saying that Ferdi had "The Best Burger in Paris" (Thats a pretty damn BIG DEAL in my book). I sat down at a tight little table and waited. The Burger was indeed the most delicious I have ever had in Paris. Kim Kardashian was 100% spot on. I ravaged my Ferdi burger and left feeling so good - not stuffed at all - it was so utterly delicious! Simple and delicious! Well done Ferdi and thank you for accommodating me with a last minute reservation! Best Burger in Paris is SPOT ON!
Be the first to ReplyGood food but extremly small space
The cheeseburger is definitely worth the hype! Unfortunately the room is very cramped and the service was neither friendly nor attentive. If you want to visit, remember to make a reservation early enough, as the place is very popular.
Be the first to ReplyHyped by social media and influencers
I'm sorry to say, this was low quality, terrible food. Unfortunately this place has been hyped by social media and unsaid influencers, and this establishment seems to thrive on business garnered from said clientele. Specifically, the fries were cold, the mac and cheese was cold with a weak attempt to reheat, the supposed Venezuelan chef did not produce quality food. The wine list is lacking. The place is full of people looking to snap a photo for instagram. I recommend staying away, unless you long for disappointment.
Be the first to ReplyBetter food at McDonald’s
I’ve always had great experiences with the food in Paris. Unfortunately, my dinner at Ferdi tasted like it could have been made at a diner in Toledo, Ohio (No offense to Toledo). There is absolutely nothing special about the food at Ferdi. It was the single most underwhelming restaurant I’ve ever been to. No presentation, bland flavor… I’ve eaten better burgers at McDonald’s. Don’t waste your time. On top of the bland food, the service was down right terrible. I had a reservation for two at 7:00, and two people without a reservation were seated before us, even though we had checked with the hostess twice and were on time for our reservation. Also, once we were seated, our waitress did nothing but make our business feel like an inconvenience. (In particular, you should avoid the waitress with the short brown hair) I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. My recommendation for dinner? Anywhere else.

This is a noisy place to avoid. The waiters are surly and do not listen. Not surprisingly, the order is wrong. You get an argument and a lot of lip. The place is small and packed with tourists who, like me, will most probably never return. Do yourself a favor and avoid this experience.
Be the first to ReplyGood!
I visited here during a recent holiday to Paris, and really enjoyed my experience. We booked via text message which was easy - i would recommend booking as the place is really small. The tables are packed quite close together, i didn't mind this but other people might be put off. We ordered the burger, fries and mac & cheese. The burger was delicious. We arrived at 8.30 and managed to get the last 2 burgers so if you do want the burger then i'd try and go early as we heard a lot of disappointed tables. The menu is huge though so lots of choice. The cocktails were lovely too - i had an espresso martini. This is an interesting place (the place is decorated with old toys), and i really enjoyed my experience
Be the first to ReplyWorst dinner in years - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I think this place is coasting off it’s relative fame due to the prior visits of some American celebrities. I really think the staff are trolling their guests at this point. The food on the menu is a joke and some of the worst food I’ve ever had — anywhere — let alone Paris. First, they always run out of the burger, which is what everyone comes for. So you’re forced to order something else. What do they offer? Something they claim is “Mexican” food, and it’s basically a worse version of Taco Bell. We ordered a lot of items - Pastrami, 2 types of Mac and cheese, enchiladas, the soup (chupe) — and they were all barely edible. I felt ill for days. Like I said, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Be the first to ReplyThe Burger is a dream
Kim K said it herself... it truly is the best burger in Paris. I came here with my partner without a reservation one night (risky to do because the place fills up quick - I'd recommend making a reservation at least a week in advance). We had the croquettes and burgers. The croquettes were not that great. However, the burger is definitely worth the hype. The Ferdi secret sauce is absolutely amazing and the burger was cooked to perfection.
This restaurant is VERY small. So if you are looking for some privacy with your dinner, this place might not be for you.
Also, be aware, if you go to the restaurant late, they might run out of burgers!!!!
However, the service was great. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a tasty burger.
Fun joint in prime neighborhood
I see so many negative reviews of this place but my daughter and I had the best time here…we arrived a bit early for our 10PM reservation and were told our table would be ready at 10pm…after a short stroll we arrived back at the restaurant and were promptly seated in a cozy table in front of the bar. The place is tight and cramped and a hot spot with the younger jet-set…kitschy and campy decor and Spanish music playing (one of the owners is from Venezuela)…this is not a Paris “fine dining” experience. With that said, the food we had was delicious comfort food (Mac and cheese, churros, etc). The servers were very busy but they all retained their youthful fun and vigor and were charming and quite conversant. Again, don’t go here expecting a Michelin starred experience…if you go with a fun group of people for frolicking and laughter in a hip environment you will enjoy.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible service
Terrible service. Waitress barely spoke and looked miserable. We were greeted with a ‘we’re out of burgers and it is what it is’. Food was OK but nothing special, massively overpriced.
Be the first to ReplyThe service is terrible
Unfortunately the service is very bad. The staff is very impolite and their value is definitely not arranging a pleasant experience for their guests. Especially the waitress with the short brown hair usually behind the bar provides the guests the feeling of not being welcome in the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyGo somewhere else
Food was average at best.
Service was terrible. Literally the worst I’ve ever experienced, awful attitudes from the waiters, no accountability for mistakes. There are much better places to go
Weigh it up
On one hand a pretty decent burger in a fashionable quite small spot on the other a culture of service that is, to put it mildly, unamiable to the client.
