I've been eating Five Guys for many years.
Their burger's were phenomenal at one time, however this visit my burger tasted like a garbage burger with extra toppings just thrown on top. I didn't even ask for extra toppings but somehow that's all my burger consisted of, the cheese was not even melted. The whole meal cost me $21.00 and I only took two bites and was done! I will continue to review these establishments that take your money and then serve you garbage, I thought they were voted the best burgers in town I gave 2 stars because the fries were hot and fresh.
The cheeseburger was great as always.
The fries were much too salty. Next time I will request no salt. My order was via Grubhub. I ordered a burger and fries. For the second time the security sticker was not correctly affixed to close the top of the bag. It's a health hazard. I spoke with five guys customer service, a woman at the store, and Grubhub. My call to the store was same day at 4:31 PM. The task of securing the sticker is a simple one. It pisses me off the managers think this is unimportant. The woman at the store told me, "I'll make sure the staff do it to the best of their ability". To the best of their ability? How about telling your staff why this is important. Show them how to correctly affix the sticker and have each staff member correctly affix the sticker in front of you. Then have each of them tell you they know how to affix it and they will do it correctly moving forward. By doing so they have no excuse for not doing it properly. Do your job, that's what you're paid to do. If you were my employee and believe a half ass job is acceptable, you'd have a write up lickety-split. I hope there won't be a next time. If there is, the Las Vegas health department will hear from me.

Service was good food was not really .
I got the little cheeseburger the bun was over cooked so it was really hard all around the edges . The burger was dry which is odd because I come here because there burgers are usually the juiciest well not today burger tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned ! It was similar to a Wendy's burger dried up and falling apart kids playing around instead of working is mostly the issue I'm sure The food would probably come out pretty good if they weren't playing on their phones. I'd like to give it another chance but it'll be a while before I do.

What can I say this five guys is absolutely amazing from the taste of the food for the Warm greeting that you get from the staff first step in to the door. It truly has been a while since I have felt good eating out but seeing the staff smile greatness as we came in for the order being correct and for the fries tasting super fresh an amazing not too much not too little but just perfect. I would like to thank the manager mike and his crew for a awesome job for showing great customer service, and making great quality food.

I was craving a hamburger and french fries, and thought to give Five Guys a try. I definitely enjoyed it, and would be back. Since the regular size burger has two meat patties in it, I decided to get the little cheeseburger, which has only one meat patty, and a large french fry. Both seasoned perfectly, and cooked perfectly. This was more than enough food for me. The employees were friendly and helpful in picking out what I wanted, and I ended up getting a chocolate milkshake too, which I would also recommend. The restaurant was clean with there being plenty of tables to sit and eat. I won't hesitate to return.
I love coming to five guys.
It makes it so easy that I'm able to call the order in and they already have my previous order that I'm able to just repeat. The food quality is always delicious and hits the spot. Ambience inside of five guys is always a nice feel the quality controlis definitely there and friendly service every time. Highly recommend. Also I love how there's always parking.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
