Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Food has gone downhill
We decided to do our Valentine’s Day dinner on 2/15. Sadly, dinner was average at best. I ordered the lobster tails ($61 for just the entree) and they were over cooked. Hubby ordered the filet, ($59 for just the entree) was dry as a bone. Sides of creamed spinach ($15) and mashed potatoes ($15) were both good. We expected a better experience.
Flemings
Nice upscale restaurant with good food and good service. The prices and the service were very good. The atmosphere was nice.
My second time at Flemings and I give this place a four
My second time at Flemings and I give this place a four star rating overall for my experience and for the food quality. Service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and my family and I sat down at the bar area since it's first come first serve plus there wasn't a wait. The setting of the restaurant is your typical steakhouse setting which is a little dim inside. When you get seated, they serve you fresh warm bread on the house along with two types of spreads. We definitely had to ask for seconds since the bread was so good! We ordered a couple appetizers along with our main courses. The burrata with prosciutto has to be one of my favorites here at this spot. The poke nachos were recommended to us by our server and it was just meh to us. Yard house is much better with the poke stack and it's half the price. Probably won't get that again. Main entrees consisted of three medium burgers which isn't on their menu for dinner(usually they serve it for their social hour) and a New York steak with a side of Mac and cheese. The steak was really good and it actually had a lot of flavor. The burgers were seasoned good as well. I just felt like the burgers needed some mayo and it would've been perfect. Reason why I didn't give this place a five star rating is because of my burger being a little dry. A little pricey for dinner and will probably only come back for social hour.
Great food and service
I have no complaints with flemings. The food was incredible and our server was very polite. I would definitely come back for a bite to eat.
The food was amazing.
We had the seafood tower for four and then had the tomahawk Tuesday which included the huge tomahawk ribeye on the bone along with two sides, two salads and two desserts. What an amazing meal and deal. Our server was Devon. He is by far one of our best servers. Kate is another excellent server to ask for. Spot on with every little detail. The management team Cory, Janese, Maryanne, and Alice there at Flemings are by far one of the best management teams that I have encountered at various restaurants. They pay attention to detail and are always trying to please the customers, The entire staff there runs like a fine oiled machine.

Our party made a reservation for 7 in celebration of a birthday. When we were seated the hostess presented our birthday girl with a card for her special day. The service throughout dinner was wonderful. Very attentive staff that made wonderful suggestions and kept the drinks coming. The restaurant was clean and classy with a mixed crowd. There were families in casual dress clothes out for dinner and couples dressed up for a nice night out. The food was so delicious. From the ribeye to the filet mignon, all cuts were cooked to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was the star of the show and the Flemings potatoes are a must. Overall Flemings did not disappoint. We will definitely come back to this location.
Hand claps from the beginning to the end.
.. I don't know why I haven't came sooner...I don't give 5 much because I believe nobody is a 5 but this place is a must...

Went to celebrate my wedding anniversary and was left very disappointed. Food was great but service was sub par. My Waiter seemed more interested in talking to the female waitress than paying attention to my table. Great food, Horrible service

I had a reservation for my husband and I Saturday Feb 17 at 5:30 we were on vacation and wanted a good steak and lobster the waiter that was assigned to my table was not attentive and had no personality he seemed upset he was our waiter upon arrival. He never checked on us not even when food came out our lobster we ordered was the toughest lobster I ever had from a fancy steakhouse the rib eye was 5/10 the manager actually checked on us and replaced the lobster the waiter was not seen most of our visit the young guy that fills the drinks was very nice and if I could of tipped him I would of long story short I had no reason to leave a tip for the waiter he did absolutely nothing to service us. I had a $150 gift card and paid difference with no tip my husband and I left and waited outside for our Uber. Then we were harassed the waiter came outside and asked why we didn't leave a tip I felt no need to explain and felt very disturbed. No waiter should come out to ask anything like that once u have left the restaurant that's harassment. This was a awful experience at a expensive restaurant in another state on vacation. Pls tell your waiter that was harassment

For my birthday I got a gift card to Fleming's and decided to check it out for lunch. The menu included dinner favorites and nicely priced lunch options. We opted for the Mushroom Brie Soup, Fleming's Prime Burger, and the Filet Mignon Sandwich. Everything was delicious and the service was quick. Compared to dinner, the ambiance was relaxed and the restaurant had a quiet hum to it. Will be back!
Service was great.
Too notch. The sides were excellent as well. Unfortunaely my steak wasn't seasoned or cooked as welll as I would have liked. Good prices and I would definitly give the spot another visit when in town.

Great service, ambiance is perfect for date night or business dinners. The food is Chef's Kiss. Can't wait to go back
Have been to this location before but this visit wasn't up
Have been to this location before but this visit wasn't up to par. Had reservations and arrived early. 4 hostesses at the check in yet we still waited to be seated at 6 open tables. After being seated we had to ask the runner for water. She was busy and doing the best she could to keep up. Service just seemed to be slower than usual. Went for the tomahawk Tuesday special. Eh. It's was less than expected as well. Portion was small and not cooked to request but by now we were starving. Maybe it was just an off day. This location is the go to spot for our corporate lunches and dinners with high end clients. Will give it one more try
The Basil Hayden old fashion was the best.
I'm truly not sure what has happened to this restaurant as about six months ago it was great, you could make a reservation and be seated at your reservation time, food timing was perfectly spaced out, and they honored whatever their website reflected. Tonight our experience was not good. Despite checking in at 6:30p for our 7pm reservation we weren't sat until after 7pm and our dining experience was rushed as we checked out at 7:58pm. While their website reflected and allowed a reservation for Tomahawk Tuesday they didn't honor it stating "not during the week of Valentine's" and when addressed with the manager she also wouldn't honor it reporting "oh that's weird, the website should have had it." Our Tomahawk was ordered well-done but we got it well and super fatty. We ordered crab legs that were cold and the meat was difficult to remove. The steak needed salt as it had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were really good. Def not happy that they obviously overbooked.
Poorly trained waiter
We generally have no complaints with Flemings however we decided to go for a Saturday lunch and everything went wrong from start to finish. First thing our waiter brought an incorrect drink order. We ordered a salad which we were going to have before our meal but the salad never came until we asked for it. My husband's meal was overcooked and dry. He did not eat it and when we told the waiter the issue he did not so much as even apologize. I ordered the small filet medium and when I got it it was cooked medium however they cut it all the way through to see if it was properly cooked. This is not reflective of a skilled chef. I'm not a pro but by pressing a fork on the meat I can tell whether it is medium or not. I did not mention this to the waiter as in reality it was not a problem just not the norm at Fleming's or any upscale Steakhouse. The big issue for my husband and me was the lack of skill of the waiter. I hope this is not what we can expect in the future.
Incredible Food
WOW, the food was incredible! We had the best seafood and steak. Our steaks could have been cut with a butter knife. The crab and lobster was so fresh. Loved the sides and deserts!
Disappointed
I was very disappointed when trying to celebrate my brother's wedding. There were four of us and we all felt the steak had no flavor (70$) each. The asparagus was tuff. The Fleming potatoes had about 1 tablespoon, brussels sprout were ok. The waiter was the worst , never once came and asked us how our meal was. We will never return and we live in NV
Why ruin a great dinner with a reheated baked potato?
We had a mostly delicious dinner on Christmas Eve. Steaks and lobster were very good and the service was great. But the baked potatoes were reheated and burned on the outside. They charge $14 for a potato, that is not even freshly baked. I can taste a reheated potato and it is not a good flavor. I guess they think they are fooling people, but they are wrong. We should have complained but we had already waited longer than expected for our dinners.
Was average to me.
We went on a Tuesday night and did their couples special. The Caesar salad was great. Our filet was cooked medium perfectly but our Ribeye was cooked Well even though we asked for medium. The scalloped potatoes were great. And I recommend the cheesecake. Service was very slow though. But if I’m paying $140 for a meal I expect my steak to be perfect and great service.
Decent steak, GREAT service.
We had an early reservation (5:30) to have a nice long dinner and still make our show. And there was a line to get seated! Very busy place. We were greeted kindly, and asked if it was a special occasion. Nice touch. Seated promptly, and at a decent table. The water was Fantastic! Knew his wine and food. I ordered the dry aged prime rib-eye, and mom ordered the 11 oz filet mignon, both medium rare. I was happy that mine came out just shy of medium rare (which I like), and hers was perfectly cooked. HUGE portions, and we took home leftovers. Sides were a very shareable creamed spinach, which was delish, and the roasted asparagus, which looked a little overdone, but wasn’t. Very tasty, and nicely seasoned. The bread. The bread is an excuse for the champagne-Brie and the smoked cheddar butters. They brought a second loaf and more butter, AND the young man who boxed up our leftovers boxed up another fresh loaf and more butter. The waiter (forgot his name) brought Mom and I a little box of chocolate truffles to finish with our very nice bottle of red wine. No charge. The only reason I dropped a star….was my dry aged steak. It didn’t wow me. The meat itself was very good, and had the real “gamy” beef flavor of a dry-aged beef. BUT, you gotta be careful with it…or the fat will turn a little rancid. I got a couple of sour bites in my fatty parts off the steak, and it wasn’t as tender as I had expected. Still, I just cut off the fat parts, and all was well. Seared the leftover piece, and ate it with the bread and butter and leftover spinach, and I’m happy. Would I go back? Likely not, but only because there are so many other steak places to explore. Now, I WOULD go back to Gordon Ramsey’s Steakhouse, but only after I save a few more $$. All in all, a nice time, nice ambiance, wonderful staff, and decent food.
Fake meat
Worst meal ever Seating: They ignored our preferences and sat us in the bar. It was so loud with the bar tender tossing dishes around instead of placing them in to the container. Bisque: Tomato base, tasted nothing like Bisque. we have had this many times , It was noting more then tomato soup watered down with a piece of lobster, the temperature was not even hot., The manager insulted our inelegance and said this has always been our lobster bisque. We have eaten there many times in the past 15 plus years we know what the bisque is. I ask him how long he has worked there he said well almost 10 weeks. We were there weeks prior and the bisque was not tomato. Bread, Rolls, Crackers No silverware Fraudulent Turkey 3 of us ordered the special turkey breast dinner mixed with dark meat. when it came i looked at my plate and said oh i did not order this- I ordered the turkey dinner. The server said mam i can take it back but this is the turkey breast and the dark meat. I explained that this was not real turkey that turkey is not brown. and the dark meat was almost a rubber black in color. I do not eat beef so i had no dinner . the manager said that that was real turkey breast. I ask to see the carcass . As he said it was . He then said well i will have to go look. They were passing off turkey as the cheapest compressed turkey roll possible. It did not look anything like their advertising for Thanksgiving dinner . 3 of us sent the meals back not edible. Replacement steak was inedible No Chocolate or Carrot cake Actually passed off turkey roll as turkey for $60.00 pp
