Food was mediocre, was never given the opportunity to even order more food. I have been coming here for a while and keep coming back in hopes it will be better but after this last experience I will never be returning because they clearly do not care about their customers. Horrible service.

Truly disappointed! I been to this location several times along with the other location in Corte Madera. Which all times I went I had such a good experience from the ambiance to the food and drinks. However, I'm so embarrassed because I spoke highly about this restaurant and strongly recommend it to my co worker for her birthday. I even made the reservation myself 1-2 weeks in advance and made sure it was for the SF location. I even called the day before just to confirm the reservation and location which they said it was confirmed. They even sent her a text the day of to confirm her reservation for that day. Come the day of her birthday dinner, they said her name does not appear in their system and insisted that it might been booked for the incorrect location; which was not the case. This is what I was trying to avoid for her on her birthday and the fact that she had a big party of 11 people; not only was their reservation was a disaster, my co worker mentioned that the staff wasn't as pleasant. I'm truly embarrassed that I referred this place and very disappointed that I had high hopes that her birthday experience would be a great time to only find out that it was the total opposite.

How have I not reviewed Flores until now? I've loved this place since they first opened, but it wasn't until I moved away that I realized how good they are. The service is always friendly, the menu isn't overwhelming, and the ambiance is lively. This time, I got the guacamole and chips, hongos taco, and tres leches. The salsa verde that came with the taco was delicious! And that cake! More dense than the typical tres leches and soooo good. Overall, Flores is one of your best bets if you're on Union and although there's typically a wait, you can always join on Yelp waitlist.

We got the vida fuerza coffee which is their cold brew with coconut milk & agave really refreshing. I tried their chilaquiles and topped with colorado meat. My boyfriend got the chicken adobo bowl. We also shared chorizo with potatoes flautas & chips and guacamole. The food was fresh and the food came out super quick which was perfect because we were hungry! They are also dog friendly we brought our husky with us and sat outside. Overall, very good food, drinks & good ambiance overall. I will definitely be coming back here for a girls night to try their bar drinks and dinner!

This place is probably the most underwhelming yet overrated spot I've ever dined at. The drinks were just OK. Chips and salsa were decent, the sauce tasted like an upgraded Pace sauce. The mushroom quesadilla was the only thing we ordered I actively enjoyed. Carne asada was burnt, salty, and tough and didn't come with the chimichurri as advertised. Chile relleno tasted like a boiled pepper and didn't come with the usual egg batter. Overall, a very lackluster dining experience. We left hungry and amused by the entire experience.

We were recommended this restaurant after going to the punchline and it was the best Mexican food we've had in years! Our waiter was awesome and for being our first time diners he complimented us churros! BTW very good desert!! It's a must!! Delish!!

I've been the this restaurant on a couple of occasions - dinner with friends, date night, brunch with my boyfriends family and it is great for any type of occasion. Everything we've tried from the menu has been good and the drinks are delicious. It's got a fun vibe to it and does play music on the louder side.

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

It's fine if the sellers are just individuals that can't use the reservation. But just curious: 1. What's preventing people from creating lots of email accounts and write a script to book all the reservations FOR FREE then resale it here? 2. Since restaurants can be partners, can they benefit from the bidding? If so wouldn't this just be ridiculous? So a restaurant can sell reservations just like selling a ticket? And customers not only need to pay for the reservation also need to pay for the meal?

Once you place your bid, all sellers with a connection to the venue will start to work on fulfilling your desired time and date of the reservation. This process can be instant or may take a few days as most locations are either fully booked or hard to get! Stay tuned!

Best Answer Hey @HolisticQuestion30, whenever a bid expires, can't be filled or is cancelled by you, your funds are deposited in your AppointmentTrader Main Account in real time so you can use them for another bid instantly and don't have to carry multiple authorizations on your credit card for a number of days. You can access the funds with the credit card number that is shown next to your main account (labeled 'Show Card Number'). The real-time access is also true for any funds you earn from selling or reselling a reservation. You can use this card-number at any place online that accepts credit cards. (Currently limited to USD, multi currency support is planned.) AT is currently working on implementing a push-to-debit function, if you would like funds sent to your bank account before this feature is live, please email support [AT] appointmenttrader.com The team is usually very responsive and happy to assist with bridging any tech gap with their service :-)
