Great pasta, I had the zucchini pasta.
The atmosphere was very romantic and love the vibe of this intimate venue. The staff's service was on point, very attentive which is appreciated when go out to celebrate any special event.

It's a limited menu. Everything ordered was excellent. It's hot and humid outside and they don't guarantee indoor seating. I would consider returning in winter but I'm not into expensive restaurants in heat and humidity. I'm not into surprises from managers who decide who sits inside and who sits outside. Yes, they have fans but it's under an overhang which stops the breeze. Service was excellent.
After seeing the menu we decided to give it a try.
We were celebrating my son's birthday. They require a cc on file if we are late or don't show. We were a party of 6. Our table was not ready and waited 30 minutes to be seated. In reality there was no place to wait because outside was the sidewalk and inside was the bar area that was extremely crowded with the staff coming by with food constantly from both sides. It was very hot inside the restaurant with flies all over. Not ONCE did the maitre D have eye contact with us. He knew we were uncomfortable & cramped. When our table was ready he quickly sat another party that did not have a reservation at the table that we were waiting on. I walked to the hostess who had said that table is yours. She apologized and had that party leave and return to the bar. We were seated and had a very nice meal. Nothing spectacular that may want us to return. It was awkward from the beginning to the end. Our food came quickly and even though it was good we felt hot and had to fan the flies away from our food constantly. This is what I don't expect from a restaurant that charges $100+ per person. Miami has gotten out of hand and us locals deserve better! To the Maitre D even though we may not be the STARS you expected to service that evening you should learn some manners and at least be amicable to your guests and acknowledge their presence... Maitre D 101.
Super rude hostess at 8pm on evening of May 25.
She just stared at us and did not say a word. She played a staring game. I've read this negative review on the hostess situation at this place, maybe mgmt will address it one day. We went to eat at Prime 112, - where they kindly greet and assist paying customers.
Great birthday experience
We had a great night out. Our server Massimo took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. We had the tuna steak, artichoke salad, oysters, bolognese and pistachios gelato for dessert. Cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere.

Service is terrible. Also, they hiked their prices 50% because F1 was in town for the weekend, which constitutes price gauging.

Empty restaurant and with a reservation they still didn't want to sit us because they couldn't find our reservation. I would say 95% of the restaurant was empty. I've been here before and honestly not worth the pretentiousness. Do yourself a favor a pass on this place.

The service is subpar and so is the food. I normally do not write negative reviews but this was a major ripoff. You can go to many Italian restaurants in Miami and pay 5 times less for food of this quality.

Stopped by to eat here since this was directly across the street from our hotel in south beach. The ambiance here is amazing! Very high end with great service and a nice warm low light atmosphere. The service is outstanding and the servers will take care of you with top notch help. The food was really good tasting and had good overall flavor. Would definitely recommend this place for a nice fancy dinner with good overall food!

I came here with two other friends last week and we had an amazing time. We were almost 30 minutes late to our reservation on a Thursday and they were very kind and accommodated us. The ambiance was very cute very date night/romantic. I enjoyed being around this ambiance and the waiter was very helpful and knew what to recommend. We had the branzino tartare, and patanegra which came with this truffle honey that was devineee. We also had the Truffle Cacio e Pepe and Rigatoni alla Bolognese. Both were outstanding in their own ways I could not choose one ! I was skeptical about the truffle cacio e Pepe because things in a cheese wheel don't usually give me a huge pop of flavor but this one did ! I couldn't help to notice that the pasta was extremely fresh and just everything was fresh. My friend had a mezcal cocktail she loved and my other friend enjoyed their wine. We had no room for dessert but that's okay just another reason to come back !
Very good food and service
Good reliable Italian restaurant. I have been before when I go to Miami for the Tennis Open. It gets a lot of the tennis crowd and this year especially a lot of Italians because of the Jannik Sinner effect (apparently, he goes there too but we did not see him)! We had the mozzarella/ burratta and black truffle linguine for starters. We followed with dover sole and branzino. Outstanding pistacchio gelato was the highlight of the meal. Service was very good, and very polite. Since our last visit I noticed the prices had gone up.

Beautiful ambience, incredibly attentive professional service. The food was amazing: for appetizer we shared the table side truffle cacio e Pepe, then I had branzino and husband had filet mignon. For sides we shared asparagus and roasted potatoes. Both mains perfectly cooked. Dessert: pistacchio gelato was amazing, I just wish they would offer a smaller size for 2 people. Will definitely be back.

Pornstar martinis were the highlight of the night. Honestly, dishes were not worth the amount of money we paid in terms of flavor and novelty, but it was all okay food. Pistachio gelato was good - maybe not $40 good but it was good. This is a nice place for date night in terms of location/vibes/drinks but if you want really good food, spend your money elsewhere.

Highly recommend this Italian spot!! The table side truffle pasta was worth every penny. And the table side tiramisu was huge but very delicious. You won't leave here hungry. It's in a great location and the ambiance is amazing!

We went her for Valentine's Day - recommended by the W concierge. We were seated outside and the private terrace - private with nice ambiance. They had low lighting and red roses on every table. Tables were pretty close together, and we were able to hear others conversations, but it wasn't overwhelming, just a bit distracting. We had the artichoke salad which was very nice. The avocado made it very creamy. Being s cheese lover, I ordered the Caccio y Pepe. Pasta comes out to the table hot and they put it in a warmed wheel of Parmesan until the pasta is coated with cheese. Watching our waiter swirl the pasta was a treat. He then shaved a generous amount of black truffle on top. . My first bites were heavenly, (almost TOO cheesy! Which I never say) but Unfortunately, as we were outside and it was a cool (but unseasonably warm) breezy evening, the pasta turned cold after 3 bites. I actually only ate about half of the order. If we were in the warmer restaurant, I think it would have been better. My hubby had the mushroom pasta which was very good, and kept temperature better. We had a great bottle of wine, and some lemoncello for dessert.

this was the most absolutely horrible experience in South Beach that I had for the entire week. These people are like sharks or better worded piranhas. They have the nerve to add a service charge to your bill and the sassy waitress says that it's for the hostess, the flowers on your table and the bread, you can't believe what they try to get away with the same at the bar with the same sassy people I said, is that your tip because they added it there too oh no, that's just a course that we charge you and at best the food is very mediocre. I've had much better Italian food than there , unfortunately eat all the time was fabulous. These people do not deserve a Michelin star. Their food was over salty the help and the service is horrible. I wouldn't go back there for a free dinner. I wouldn't go back there for any reason and I really suggest that you read reviews of this restaurant and trust me the majority of the people were very dissatisfied. It's a shame it really is.
Sadly disappointed and greedy people
The absolute worst experience of my entire trip . Be ware they add a service charge to your check for the hostess , the flowers on the table and the bread . 🍞 I found saltie at very mediocre at best. I asked the waitress what the service charge of $29 was on the check and that was her arrogant answer. The bar made was no different. These people lack personality. The predecessors of that restaurant were wonderful and that’s why I went. It’s rare that I ever make a review good or bad for a restaurant, but this still to this day has left such a bad taste. They should take back the Michelin star because they don’t deserve it, their food needs a lot of improvement. I really suggest that you’d be very careful.

Food and drinks always came out extremely quick and barely any wait at all. It was a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy until later but the ambience was still calm and romantic. The food, it was spectacular. The Truffle cacio e Pepe was delicious, so much flavor and a good portion. My fiancé had the veal chop and the meat was tender and flavorful although the brussel sprouts were not his favorite since they didn't have much flavor to them. He did in fact enjoy the mashed potatoes with the mushroom sauce that the veal comes in. We also ordered the pistachio gelato, huge portion but it was delicious. It's true when they say it's not filling and it's extremely smooth but we still couldn't finish it. Overall, it was a great experience and hope to come back again.

I was served a piece of blubber as a Veal Chop Porcini. And they took 45 months n to replace it with a filet. At that point everyone had finished dinner. I don’t eat alone.

Can't say enough positive things about this high class, high end Italian oasis in Miami Beach. Forget dei marmi is known for 3 things: 1. Truffle cacio e Pepe 2. Pistachio ice cream/gelato 3. Incredibly long waits Love this spot but can't give 5 stars due to the limited menu (vegan/vegetarian options were few) and the 40 minute wait we had after our reservations start time. Will definitely return to dine among celebrities and go upstairs to Sopra for a drink! Also- the chairs are super uncomfortable ???

The rudest hostess and manager I have ever encountered
we were absolutely appalled by the hostess and lackluster manager would not bring up an extra seat for our elderly guest we had with our family. Here we are about to spend a few thousand dollars on pasta and wine and we got treated like we were not worthy to eat. We walked over to Carbone and they made a table for us even though they were booked and took amazing care of us. The girl who works the front was rude and obnoxious and acted as if she was running the velvet rope to a night club. We will NEVER go back after we were denied our table that we had a reservation for at 530 non the less. They should be embarrassed how they treated a family especially an elderly patron Shame on them

This is a small friendly restaurant where the staff and the receptionists are very welcoming and friendly The pricing is very reasonable At weekends it can be very busy but they can still coop You must try their ice cream and Tiramusu desert

Again, like being in Italy! Maybe better. That is all there is to say, really. My only (not so serious) complaints about the beautiful restaurant are the staff might have been cast by professional Hollywood agents (as they are all good looking), well spoken (with a touch of a charming foreign accent) and professional. It is a little like having dinner in a Feferico Fellini movie, al la, La Dolce Vita (circa 1960). The food is however not fake or silly but highly rated and delicious. To the shock of many this is not a red tomato pasta joint in the Bronx but an elegant, romantic, --Savoir Faire beautiful fine dining restaurant.
10 Starts All Around!!!
My husband and I ate dinner at Forte Dei Marmi last night. Massimo and Anna provided outstanding service and gave us the best recommendations the entire evening. We started the dinner with the burrata salad, followed by the black truffle linguine and then the dover sole for two, filleted at our table. We concluded the evening with after dinner drinks and the tableside tiramisu. Grazie to Massimo, Anna, the hostesses and the chefs at Fort Dei Marmi. It was absolutely perfect dinner experience!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
