Where is the Italian Food
I have been going to the Hard Rock Harvest Buffet for a few years. I mostly rate it a 5 except when they make changes in the Italian dishes. For some unknown reason they do this twice a year. When you go to the Asian area, they mostly keep the same food which is very good. In NJ , NY and most of the US, Italian means dishes with red/marinara sauce. They make a very good sauce. The last two recent visits, they again removed all of the red sauces and put sweet potato ravioli and some other bland macaroni topping. Leave three dishes with red sauce and do what you want with the remaining dishes and please do not count pizza as an entree dish.

Terrible food. Terrible service. So terrible that there were stacks of dirty dishes on the tables. Big tip, go somewhere else, really.

Folks, I have been to very very many buffets. The food here is as bad as it gets. This place is all about quantity and nothing about quality. Especially disappointing when you are paying $39.95. My first time trying it and would think the Hard Rock would have certain standards. And we went at 5 PM, so not like the excuse could be that the food had been sitting around for hours. Even the desserts were really bad-how in the world does that happen? The only positive that can be said is that the number of food choices and stations were very high. Bottom line: if you want to eat a ton and want a lot if choices, this place is for you. If you care anything about taste or quality, this is the last place you want to go
Be the first to ReplyGOOD FOOD ~~~ PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE....
Stopped in for dinner the other night and was seated right away with no wait. We are not big eaters, but we do like the variety of food options that they offer. Rock Royalty members gets in for 10 comp dollars per person so it is well worth it. Would recommend to others and will stop in again when we are down.

Be the first to ReplyCome on Thursday for the Seafood Buffet
What a selection. I've been to casino buffets in the past but Hard Rock's Fresh Harvest Seafood Buffet is the best. Of course they have all the regulars like chicken, mexican, oriental, pizza, pasta and hot and cold sides but the seafood is almost endless. The highlight for most everyone seems to be the snow crab which was excellent but also enjoyed the numerous shrimp and fish dishes. We never felt rushed and the service was great. Will be back.

The Harvest Buffet at the Hard Rock is very good. A good selection of different foods. Not open for breakfast opens at noon. You can use coupons but found out you cannot combine them with your comp points. Brisket was very good, as was the Chinese foods and salads and seafood and a good selection of desserts! Service good.

I enjoyed the great variety of foods. Personally I had the shrimp pot with corn and potatoes. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. The fresh fruit was good. I also enjoyed the crapes. You have a choice of soda, coffee and tea.

Only buffet open on this night. Excellent selection of foods. Good quality and good service plus they kept the food up very well. We had party of 5 all well satified. Very fair price for what you get. We were there on a Tuesday night.

Thursday the Fresh Harvest Buffet is a Seafood Buffet. $55.99 per person. They have a large selection of seafood dishes and other food.. And of course Crab Legs!! The prime rib and ham carve station, Asian foods, a lot of seafood salads, crab cakes to name a few, the desserts were great - it you have room. They do offer coupons if you have a Hard Rock players card.

We thoroughly enjoy going to Fresh Harvest Buffet. The food is excellent. Love the prime rib. Glad to see they put a dish of the mashed potatoes over by the prime-rib so you don't have to fight your way into line on the other side of the buffet. Would be nice to have a dish of vegetables next to the mashed potatoes as well. Then we would not have to visit the other side until a bit later. Downside...has been closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. A real shame because a good number of people show up and leave unhappy,

Very average buffet, the food was cold and lacked flavour. We witnessed cooks adding fresh food on top of the old food. Not worth the $$$
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Value, Not a Buffet Fan
I do not believe that my wife and I had eaten at a buffet prior to this week. I was offered a BOGO meal with my player's card, so we gave it a try. After a quick perusal of the selections, we were impressed with the size of the assortment of food. We were also astounded by the size of the lines of people. Between the two of us, we chose: salad, clams on the half shell, u peel shrimp, vegetable fried rice, vegetable lo mien, fried chicken, roasted chicken, prime rib and mushrooms and onions. We also ordered two glasses of wine. The seafood was amazingly fresh, and all the food had a very good flavor with the exception of the mushrooms and onions which were too salty. The prime rib was too well done, but a very good quality. Including tax and tip our bill totaled $67.66. This is for two people. A buffet may not be in our wheelhouse, but this is certainly a great value for very good food.
Be the first to ReplyNOTHING SPECIAL ~~~ MANY CHOICES ~~~ JUST NOT THAT INTO BUFFETS....
Stopped in for lunch a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday around noon and was seated right away and the buffet has many options. My husband wanted to come mainly for the peel and eat shrimp. The shrimp were the best part..... Since we are Rock Royalty it does not cost that much for us to go in. I think we will skip it for awhile....

Prime Rib, Peel Shrimp, Spicy Sausage, Ravioli, Desert Bar... etc. etc. Great Selection, excellent service. BTW, your Prime rib au Jus is hand cut.. med rare to fairly done.. Just ask the server. All sorts of peel shrimp hot + cold, Great selection. Gelato to Tiramisu Good Value.

We enjoyed our dinner here. Price is what youโd expect from a casino buffet. The food was hit or miss as with any buffet. The prime rib was delicious, as was the general tsos, and fresh shrimp in old bay. Ribs were tasty, fries were fries. Tiramisu and I e cream were great for dessert. Was excited to see they had pork belly as itโs something I enjoy but hard to find. Never thought of it but itโs not really a buffet type food. It has to stay crispy on the outside and it was sitting in a steam table with bbq so it got tough not crispy on the ends. Pizza I thought would be better cause itโs cooked right in a wood fired oven right there but it lacked flavor. Service was ok. There was only a small line on a weekday around 6. Seated quickly. Our server cleared plates well, but never offered refills. He was accommodating if we asked though. Iโd come back. The things that I loved are more than worth the price tag alone (especially since itโs all you can eat), so even though there were a couple things I didnโt love I felt the price was good for the quality.

We hadn't been to a buffet in years and were kind of excited to dine at one again. We were less than impressed to say the least. I'm a pizza and chicken kind of person and my wife is a steak and seafood person. Everything was ok. It wasn't $35 a head good. I would choose Golden Corral over Fresh Harvest, being average food at an average price. I can actually make a better salad at Golden Corral's salad bar. One of my pet peeves is not having something to drink while I'm eating and our server came by and cleared our plates, while we were back at the buffet, but left the empty glasses on the table without returning to ask if we would like refills.
Be the first to ReplyArrived hungry and left hungry.
The food selection is minimal. The staff seems to have been trained to slice the meat razor blade thin. All-in-all, there was not very much to like at this buffet. I won't be back and will certainly not recommend this buffet to anyone.
Be the first to ReplyBuffett at the Hard Rock
We went to the Buffett at the Hard Rock. It is $34.99 per person. If you have points you can use them. A large selection of foods to pick from a large seafood section, prime rib and chicken dishes to name a few. Desserts also a lot of. Service good. Waited in line awhile to get in.
Be the first to ReplyGlad two separate friends highly recommended this place!
We were told to try this place because it had delicious food, a wide variety and children eat for half the price. The price for adults is $34.95. Google the menu. What a selection!!! Everything was fresh. I ate clams and oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail (delicious sauce!), lots of veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, a piece of pepperoni pizza with garlic, pepper, grated cheese and hot pepper options that I added to pizza and salmon. My 3 children, ages 13, 10 and 8 were ecstatic!!! My oldest said she was stuffed because before eating dessert, she had 4 plates of food! My parents, my uncle, my children and I enjoyed everything. I will mention the only uncomfortable situation we experienced was when in the middle of our dining experience, our waitress came to tell us she would be leaving. It was awkward because how much do you tip her and would she share with the man who replaced her. It was extra costly for that reason because that question wasn't told to us. Both were extremely friendly and quite attentive getting us the wide variety of drinks we asked for, quickly replenishing them and clearing away our dirty plates. I must tell you about the desserts!!! Just the gelato selection is incredible- 6-7 flavors- chocolate, vanilla, mint chocolate chip, pistachio, lemon sorbet, etc. Then, there was a tremendous selection of other types including lots of cookies, chocolate covered cannollis and so much more!!! Another suggestion I will make is if you do decide to eat here, especially if you have any challenges such as lots of children or difficulty walking, you may want to make sure you use the restroom before entering restaurant. To some, it's pretty far from where your table may be. Other than the server situation and restroom reach, this place is definitely worth a try! Hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did!!!
