Amazing sushi fusion restaurant. Went for the a full range menu, from sushi to tomahawk, and from start to finish dishes where amazing. Decent wine and cocktails selection

Nice spot-one of the best meals weโve had in Vegas lately. The only thing was the loud tables we had next to us-you can tell a lot of party goers come here. But I would definitely go back. More great places to eat and stay with photos can be found @Collins2Collins on Instagram.
Be the first to ReplyIf you want great customer service donโt go
Timothy was very rude. A glass broke. He did not apologize. He came over once he saw people cleaning up. I told him I am a cancer patient going through treatment. The glass was in our seat and all over the table. We had a table full of food. He offered 20% off a $350 bill. He was rolling his neck. He kept arguing with me and told me to just pay the bill and get out of the restaurant. I would never go back there. I will be going on Instagram, Facebook, trip advisor, google and wherever else letting my 1,000s of friends know to never go to this restaurant if you want good customer service. Maybe it was because I was black. I had money to pay. The issue is taking responsibility for what happened. They didnโt want to move me tables. When I asked for the general manager he told me he was the general manager. My waiter was good though. I just cannot go somewhere where there is not good customer service from management. It starts there. Paying so much money.
Be the first to ReplyWill definitely return, this place is GREAT!
WOW! This was a terrific find. Loved everything we ordered - definitely a highlight of our Vegas trip. (After having seen the typical touristy stuff over the years). The food is awesome, the atmosphere is really nice, and service was excellent. Will definitely return!!!
Be the first to ReplyReally good!
Food was really good as was our waitress. Crispy tuna, fried chicken, California roll, crispy duck and house fried rice were all great! Each was a nice interpretation of a classic. I would go here again!
Be the first to ReplyWOW - IT IS THAT BAD
Bad service, sorry awful service or even zero service. Management must train the staff to be this way. Drinks were poor, food was OK, but the overall experience is awful
Be the first to ReplyTrendy modern Asian restaurant
Modern Asian fusion restaurant with shareable plates. Came here in a group of 12 for a friendโs birthday on a Saturday around 6pm. We were running a bit late but we called the restaurant to notify and they held our table. We were seated after a short wait once our entire party arrived. Dress cute because itโs a trendy spot and youโll probably take photos.
The passion fruit thai tea cocktail was pretty but tasted like the passion fruit teaser at Starbucks which I personally wasnโt a fan of (but my friends did like). Food wise, they can offer a set menu for larger groups, but itโs best to split dishes among the group. They are on the smaller side, so we got three of each item for our group. Definitely get the fried chicken and the fried rice. The sushi rolls are fresh and I was fond of the salmon avocado roll. They do have vegan and vegetarian options.
Bathrooms are gender neutral as you just go into whatever available stall there is. Credit cards are accepted. We took a taxi here from our hotel and we did need to walk quite a ways from the entrance to the restaurant. Thereโs a cute tiger sign in the hallway for a photo opp and the Sakura flowers at the entrance are also really cute. Overall, itโs a good spot for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion.
Contemporary Asian in a High Energy Fun Restaurant...and Gluten Free!
I have Celiac, so it was important to find a restaurant that I felt safe eating at. When I discussed my dietary restrictions with the staff at FUHU, they gave me some suggestions and made me feel comfortable about eating there. So, how was it and what did we eat?
When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated in the "patio". This was perfect for us as the restaurants vibe is clubby and can be loud. Our server was informed of my dietary restrictions and promptly made some suggestions. Our server at the same time, made sure the chef knew that the kitchen needed to prepare my dishes in a way that did not cross contaminate them. This was fantastic as it made the meal less stressful.
We started out with some cocktails ($18 ea.), and a couple appetizers. We chose the Snow Crab California Roll without soy sauce to make it gluten free(16$) and another gluten free option, Miso Corn Bisque Soup(15$). These dishes set the tone for the rest of the meal. Our main course was shared. We chose to order the Bone in Rib Eye without the sweet soy sauce to make it gluten-free ($120) which was definitely enough for both of us. With the Rib Eye, we also ordered the King Crab and Truffle Fired Rice ($35) also made gluten free to share. If that wasn't enough we also ordered dessert. The only gluten free option on the menu was the Coconut Affogato ($15?) and it did not disappoint either. It was the perfect lite ending to a fantastic meal Was the meal expensive? You bet. But what an experience.
