Solid Neapolitan pizza on the UWS with a nice, charred crust that is light with the right balance of crispiness and chew. The tomato sauce is nice and robust and the pizza itself was not at all heavy. It's an individual-sized pie so you can get several in a group and mix & match.We did get delivery and the pies had decent reheat value - they arrived cold but we just popped in the oven for a few minutes.Worth a visit if you are in the area!

I've been coming year for years and the service is always amazing and the food always comes out super fast. I'm unbelievably disappointed tonight. My girlfriend and I came to get dinner around 9:45 and put our orders in about 10 minutes later because no one was serving us. 15 minutes after we arrived, a party of four came in and they were served immediately and got their food in like ten minutes. It's been about 45 minutes since we put our order in and it has not come out. We asked a waiter for help and he went into the kitchen and never came back to our table. I finally snagged a manager after waiting five more minutes and he went into the kitchen to check on our orders. Three different people came over to our table to tell us it was running late either because they made a mistake or because they had a party going on in the next room. When the manager came back, he put his hand on my girlfriend and leaned all the way forward touching her back which was extremely inappropriate. If he hadn't done that, I would have let the bad service go, but I am absolutely furious and honestly just disturbed that a restaurant manager feels like it's okay to touch customers without asking.Like I said, this restaurant is normally amazing and has great food, and I am genuinely shocked by this experience and might never come back.

I came during happy hour and enjoyed a glass of the white wine they were serving, for $6 a glass it wasn't bad. I had the Rigatoni Gamberi and I did not really enjoy it, the pasta was a bit more al dente than I prefer and my food came out so fast as if it was literally just sitting there. Definitely wasn't worth the $24 price tag. I've always heard great things about this place and was surprised at how little I enjoyed it. The service was also underwhelming for me, I got seated immediately which was a plus but after I got my food no one checked on me to see if I needed anything else I would have stayed for another glass of wine had I not been asked once I already requested the bill. Overall, no need for me to come back but check it out to see for yourself, maybe I went at the wrong time and ordered the wrong thing.

Not bad but not stellar. This location was packed on a Friday. I was seated directly across from the outside patio entrance and spent much of the meal chilly from the frequent draft. Service was a bit erratic, probably because it was so busy. I do have to say price and portions were good, though.

The lunch special is a steal and their portions can feed you for lunch and dinner. I recently visited for a birthday brunch. Pierre the manager was extremely helpful with the setup and making sure my family was well taken care of. My favorite dishes are the carbonara and baked clams.

We've ordered quite a few times and also dined at the restaurant - and pastas are where they shine the brightest. My favorite is the Vongole and they give you so many clams. House chianti is also great and goes well with their pastas. Their pizza is okay but not the best of the area. I prefer a chewy crust and theirs lack chewiness and instead is crispy. Sauce leans to the sweeter side and the ingredients are just so so.

Decor is nice and they were playing hip hop. Waiter was mad attentive and service was kind of on point. Minor complaints there, but I'd just be being picky. The steak was extremely good, so was the calimari and chicken parm. My cousins had the margherita pizza, they said it was mean. I'll absolutely be back.

When I got home there was only an over cooked piece of chicken covered in marinara sauce. No pasta. I called the restaurant and they said it doesn't come with pasta. Chicken Parmesan doesn't come with pasta? Only a salad. $30 for one chicken breast. The thing is, I've ordered this same item a few times in the past and it did indeed come with pasta each time.

Figured I'd try a chicken parm & a margarita pizza from a new place. Should have stuck with the usual. Fumo is overpriced for their small portions. The chicken parm was over cooked. The mozz on top was overcooked to the point where there were black crusted bubbles on top. The margarita pizza resembled that of something you'd find in the frozen box section of a grocery store.Small, dry & a few specs of cheese. Most slices were just rough/dried sauce. Thankfully I ordered an $18 side of pasta along with these small portions. The sauce tasted like Ragu/jar. All of this took 80 minutes to get delivered to my apartment which is only a few blocks away. Will not order from here again.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
