Horrible experience. Watch your bill!!
We were overcharged. Food was very disappointing. When we asked for more sauce it was like we were bothering them. Staff was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. The chef is definitely in the wrong profession. Avoid this place!!

My family has gone here several times, I do like the atmosphere better than benihana, food is comparable. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would, Take your hard earned money ELSEWHERE Benihana is less than 10 min away and so much better than this DUMP. This place has the WORST customer service ever, their hostess is the absolute nastiest person I have ever had to deal with in a restaurant, she's RUDE and OBNOXIOUS she YELLS! at the customers in front of everyone, Plenty of empty tables no one on line to be seated yet this hostess was giving everyone such a hard time . She ruined my daughters birthday lunch, and supposedly theres no manager on site or anyone in charge to actually do anything not sure if it's due to a language barrier or they simply don't care about their customers , lousy way of doing Business. I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES DOWN SOON THANKS TO YOUR HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE YOUR FOOD IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT.

Honestly, the place is nice for maybe a drink at the bar but as far as going here with family or loved ones I would not recommend. I came in with my son who’s 5 years old and was excited to go because he’s never been and they sat us at the hibachi table. About 3 mins later a more “exciting” couple on a date comes in and they decide to move me and my child from our seat to the corner of the table to accommodate this couple who was a party of 2 just as we were. For that reason I do no support, if you want to be a lounge or nightclub or only entertain those of your choice I’ll take my money elsewhere. As we did, we got up and left. Cheesecake Factory always saves the day!

The service is always great, attentive but not intrusive. The Sushi & Shasimi are always fresh. Tempura very good.

Half price yummy rolls and delicious specialty drinks from 4:40 to 7pm but all day Sunday..so that's a Funday!! Great space for a group of 4 to 8 to chill while enjoying. Bar area has a nice vibe without being too trendy. Highly recommend.

Had dinner here with family and were very impressed. Have been to other Hibachi restaurants and this one tops the pack. The food, including the sushi, were delicious. Our Hibachi chef was very entertaining.

The food was very good and our chef worked hard to entertain the crowd and cook a great meal. Fun for groups and families.

Went on a Saturday about six o’clock, didn’t have to wait at all was seated right away. My son has never tried steak very picky eater he loved it very soft meat no fat. We all got chicken and shrimp we were all very happy with the service and food.
Be the first to ReplyOvercharged and unprofessional service !
The restaurant is decorated very nicely so maybe that’s why they’re overcharging everything. The food tastes alright. The portion is very small compared to other hibachi or sushi places. They also charge $3 extra for fried rice on Hibachi menu when they only use 1 egg for 4 orders of fried rice. The service isn’t pleasant at all. The waitress lacks of English language skill and sounds very rude & unprofessional. No one ever comes by to ask/check if we need anything. I won’t go back there again knowing that I have better places to go. 2 points are for the mediocre food and the decorations.

The chef was great and made sure to include my 2 yr old in as much of the fun as possible - tossing him a zucchini to try to catch in his mouth - squirting "saki" (aka water) in his mouth, and other fun things. My 2 yr old was AMAZED with the whole thing and I think his head exploded when the first serving of noodles was doled out. The noodles were his favorite and he kept reaching into my husband's plate to grab more. (We didn't purchase a meal for him, we shared ours.) The only part that made him a bit nervous was the fiery onion, but he was still entertained, just cautious. The food itself was pretty good. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We ordered the chicken and steak hibachi. A few pieces of meat were cooked a little inconsistently, but overall it was still good. The only real con was that we made a reservation for 3 (2 adults / 1 high chair) and were disappointed that they didn't plan well enough to accommodate us at the time of our reservation - there was only a place for 2 available. We took the place for 2 and squeezed my son in the high chair in between us. It wasn't too bad.

We had dinner at Fyhre last Saturday. We arrived early at 5:30 so there was no wait, but by the time we left at 7 pm, the place was full with a few people waiting to be seated. The hibachi offerings at Fyhre are very similar to the other well-known hibachi place that begins with “Ben” and ends in “Hana”. The “show” was exactly the same with the same flaming onion volcano, and the prices were similar. You get soup, salad, a shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, 2 dipping sauces, white rice plus your main selection. We had the Angus steak. The steak and vegetables were plentiful, but the soup and salad were small and the shrimp appetizer consisted of 2 shrimp. (BTW, they charge $3 extra if you want hibachi rice instead of white rice.) No complaints here since everything was delicious. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious and efficient. And surprise, surprise, they had a couple of “Happy Birthday” celebrations that night. Predictable, yes, but in a good way. We will return, especially since we bought another Groupon.
