Classic NY steakhouse located by the Fulton mall. Not too much parking nearby so train or taxi service are probably the better modes of transportation here. There's biking parking out front, so I guess that works as well.Reservations are strongly recommended. Seemed like on counter seating at the bar was open to walk-ins and those filled up quickly. They had a great wine menu. Every extensive. A bit difficult to approach but the sommelier was quite helpful in offering a couple recommendations that would pair well with our food. We settled on the 2014 Bandol which was a great selection. Very complex with great developments as it decanted.First, we had the Parker house rolls. This ended up being my wife's favorite item. I thought they were great too. Fluffy and airy. The perfect buttery dinner roll. For the appetizer course, we had the she-crab soup, the snails, and the fluke crudo. My favorite of the group was the fluke crudo. It was very much on trend with the late omakase trend. Big serving of raw fluke with cucumber, watermelon, and a herby vinegar / oil dressing. For the main course, we shared the ribeye with creamed spinach, roasted squash, and "hash brown" which were potato gratin stacks. Ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned delightfully. Very nice cut of meat. I also appreciated that they had info on where their meat is sourced from. All the sides were great too.Service was top notch. Exactly what you'd expect from a NYC steakhouse. Super attentive without being intrusive. Helpful and polite. We lingered for a while as we finished our wines and used the restroom; they did not rush us at all. They even brought us more water.I only noticed one restrooms but there may have been more. It was a unique restroom. It had two stalls and a urinal but it could be locked. It was sort of "team" restroom that you could use with a friend or two.
