Fun and good menu
Great range on the menu, my husband didnโt think his wagyu burger was worth the price. Very loud place to eat but I enjoyed my burger.
Be the first to ReplyTourist trap
When paying over $100 for 3 burgers, I expected a higher level of service. What I got was a snooty hostess, waiter who never checked in on us after we ordered, and food that took over 30 minutes to arrive including an order of onion rings that showed up as we were finishing our meals. Overall, this place qualifies as a genuine tourist trap.

This is a loud, popular spot for lunch and I recommend making a reservation, although the line seemed to move pretty quickly. Burgers are obviously the specialty and are expensive, but it is Vegas. The burger wasn't as hot or thick as I would have liked but tasty none the less. I had the Stout Burger which had Guinness mustard, gruyere cheese, crispy onions and mushrooms. There are also salads and even hot dogs. The sides of fries are large enough for sharing.

I expected a better experience after waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Service was a bit slow. Burgers were good but not extraordinary to be worth the prices.

I am a big fan of Gordon Ramsay but I have to give a honest review. I made a reservation to eat at the Hollywood burger bar, when we got there and got seated they advised us it would be a 45 minute waitโฆ but disappointed as I had a reservation. When the food came out our jalapeรฑo chicken poppers was cold inside, I had to go and find a server to put this right. The service was excellent, they were so busy. The burger didnโt disappoint, the dips was excellent,

I have to say before I start writing this review that I AM A BIG Gordon Ramsay fan. That said a honest review is what I am givingโฆ.. I made a reservation but still had a wait of 45 minutes, I think if I had of been advised about his on arrival I donโt think I would have waited, after all this is why I made a reservation. When the food came the jalapeรฑos chicken poppers was cold inside. I had to get up and find a server to get this sorted. To be fair to the server she was excellent, sorted out no problem. The people that came in after us got served a whole lot quicker. The hell burger was delicious, the servers doing a brilliant job considering their work load.

I take visitors to Las Vegas to Burger all the time. It was a few months since last time I visited and the menu changed a bit - they added fries to their burger (rather than a la carte). The fries were not the same, tasted like average frozen fries. The burger was good as always, but our bill came out to $100 for my sister and me - and we shared a burger! My sister drank water, so just one drink, one burger, onion rings & corn dip for $100. How can people afford these prices? I was so upset it ruined the whole experience.

Food was great. Service was even better. This was a great location but gets busy in the evening. Also, the burgers were all good we tried.
Be the first to ReplyBest burger I ever had. Typical Ramsay restaurant. Make sure to book as waiting line long. Staff very helpful. A must visit pla
The food was superb. Onion rings for starters were superb. Food reasonable prices however wine at $18 too expensive...

The best burger I've ever eaten, delicious! You can wait in line to try this burger. The service is very good. You will never forget this meal.
Be the first to ReplyBest Burgers Ever!
We ordered the street corn dip which was cream cheesy, buttery corn goodness! We also ordered the 24 hour burger and the celebration burger. Both were absolutely delicious and memorable! Our party of 3 highly recommends Gordon Ramsay Burger inside Planet Hollywood Las Vegas! Canโt wait to visit more of his restaurants. ๐

Great food, great service, and great location on the strip. Have the burgers, they are the best! Went back twice in our 3 day trip.
Be the first to ReplyOverly priced average burgers
Was expecting to be blown away since it was GR but instead it was just ok. It was a tasty burger....but it wasn't the best burger I have ever had. The prices were high and each menu item including sides were extra which raised the price of the meal higher and higher. For two people we had onion rings as an app and our meals with one fry to share and we walked out paying nearly $100. That's insane for a burger IMO.....especially one that wasn't that great. IMO it's a average burger for a lot of money. Wouldn't go back
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed in Gordon burgersRamsay
We have visited at least 6 times in the past. Loved every time. This time the staff were excellent but the food was sub par. We used to order the UK burger with chutney....yum. The Hell's Kitchen burger had a tang to it. Both were awful. The burger was mealy. No chutney anymore, the cheese was not melted and there was no spice to the Hell's kitchen burger at all. So sad that because they have expanded they don't care about the flavor anymore. We can go to any burger place and get as good or better flavor. Come on Gordon! You can do better. We paid for burgers we didn't eat!!!

Food was excellent, just be prepared to wait because burgers are made as ordered. Me wait time was approximately 40 minutes.

I was in Vegas for work trip and walking through hotel to find lunch. When I saw Gordonโs place I stopped. Really nice ambiance, sat at bar, staff was very friendly and attentive. Had great beer options on tap, great food selection. Would for sure come back.

This did not disappoint. Burgers were fantastic. The truffle fries were amazing. Service time was fast. We got seated right in front of the kitchen and it was a finely tuned machine. Those guys were putting out some food. I am sure Gordon would approve
Be the first to ReplyOverrated, Overpriced, TERRIBLE Burgers
Please let me first start by saying, our server was very nice. I cannot believe someone as renowned as Gordon Ramsay would allow his name on this place, or if he thinks that it is up to his standard, then he is all HYPE. I've had better burgers at Carl's Jr. We had a Hell's Kitchen Burger and an Ultimate Cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was dry, no flavor and nothing as expected. The Hell's kitchen burger, with jalapenos and jalapeno aioli should have had some spice... NOPE. The highlight of the meal was the Parmesan garlic fries and the ketchup. Although ridiculously over priced, the fries had good flavor. Accompanied with a "16 ounce" (ha, no where close) and an ice tea... $75 bucks before tip, so total, $90 for two bad hamburgers, some fries, a beer and a tea... Anyone who has posted a review saying the best burger they have ever had needs to get out more. Also note, this was not during a terribly busy time, it was Wednesday afternoon. Will not return, but will tell anyone that says they are going to Planet Hollywood to avoid this place. RIP OFF !!!!

Great tasting burgers, hot dog, onion rings and fries. Everything was cooked as ordered. The only downside was that anything listed as spicy that we ordered didnโt even have a hint of spice. The Hells Kitchen burger and honey jalapeรฑo mayo dip (that comes with the sweet potato fries) had no spice. Six of us were seated fairly quickly and service was top notch.

Got a burger and was sick to my stomach 2 hours later. And no, wasn't drinking that day. Felt pretty bad most of the day.
Be the first to ReplyIs this a different Gordon Ramsay?
We love burgers and Chef Ramsay. Put the two together and what could possibly go wrong? A lot it turns out. There was quite a large and slow moving queue to get in. This makes you think the place is worth queuing for. It wasn't possible to reserve a table at any time according to the website. There is such a function, we just can't find any time that is free. We were eventually given seats at a bar directly next to the open kitchen. This seemed cool but the novelty immediately wore off. It was possible to watch the chef's argue throughout our meal, which wasn't great. We also watched as the pre-prepared sauce was poured out of bags into their sauce dishes. Surely a tomato sauce / Aioli could be made fresh? This is a restaurant that carries the name of world famous Michelin starred chef - but the sauce comes from a bag? Might as well just give us Sachets of Heinz!! One of the chefs was also often distracted watching an Ice Hockey match on a screen in the customer area. Another chef was letting her sleeves go into all the food as her chef white's were too big. We also got to see that many mains and sides were prepared well in advance and sat under heat lamps for a while. At times we counted upwards of 10 mains just sat there for some reason. If there was a shortage of serving staff then maybe cook the food at a slower rate? Oh and we saw some orders come back to be binned and remade. I imagine they had gone cold or soggy also. The kitchen also looked a bit dated and tired. I had a burger, which was far from special. It was very dry and had no relish or anything. Just meat sat inside a dry bun. I get better burgers at my local pub and they are half the price but also include fries. My partner, a vegetarian, didn't feel it was worth paying an additional $7 to swap a meat patty for a vegan one. I have never seen this before and I eat burgers around the world. Yes, a plant based burger can cost a little bit more than the meat ones. But not by this much. There were only two salads on the menu and one of them is meat based also. It's not worth coming here with a vegetarian / vegan unless they just want to eat fries or have loads of money to waste. The truffle fries were nothing special to justify a $13 price tag. When they arrived, we saw they had been in the traffic jam under the heat lamp. The fries were slightly more than warm at least, but they had started to go soggy. And the Aioli had developed a skin and gone off coloured from sitting under the lamp for too long. We only had interaction with a few serving staff and they were all nice and helpful. The venue itself seemed quite clean and is in a great location just inside Planet Hollywood, roughly Mid Strip. It was a very disappointing visit. We won't be going back anytime soon. We know Chef Ramsay was in the area recently watching Adele at Caesars Palace. Does he not have time to check on his businesses across the road? I note that some of the other recent comments are similar to ours. Good to know it wasn't just us being unlucky. Would normally have rejected the food and asked for a refund but it had been a long day and we didn't want to risk queueing somewhere else. Finally, the restaurant has a large piece of art work that is constantly burning gas to have flames on it. Is that really necessary in this day and age? What a waste of energy and gas. Maybe that is why the burger prices are so high - to pay for the decorative gas bill?
