Absolutely must eat!
Meets the expectations! Lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding will blow your mind! Very loud atmosphere but food and service are top notch

I have kicked it off my bucket list, being a chef I have always wanted to go here so booked months ago for my 50th birthday. All in all it was an experience the food was Ok found the beef wellington a pain to eat as all the pastry just fell off the steak. The mac and cheese was awesome. The service was fantastic but don’t think it was worth the money we paid …..300 dollars …. Like I said it’s an experience
Be the first to ReplyOutstanding service despite some questionable cooking....
We made reservations immediately after booking our flights to Vegas from the UK. My wife had always wanted to try Gordon's infamous Beef Wellington and so we booked Hells Kitchen for dinner on her birthday. I am a coeliac so unfortunately was not able to try this dish. On entry the first thing that strikes you is how busy the place is but it is very organised and our wait was only around 5 minutes to be seated at our table. The service we had from the start to the end of our meal was nothing but outstanding and at no point were we rushed. Service was attentive but not overbearing. There was plenty of choice on the menu for a coeliac and our server was knowledgeable about all items I asked information about. We were provided table water and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. Unfortunately there were some dishes that had Gordon Ramsey been in situ, I think he would have been embarrassed about. We began with oysters.....they were miniscule and with not a drop of water. Edible - but just about. We moved on to our starters. I had a beef tartare which was excellent (although preparation at the table would have been nicer) and my wife had scallops. Bearing in mind that this is not a cheap restaurant (for obvious reasons) and that we are in Vegas where everything is done a little to excess, it was a shame to see the scallops had been cut in half. On to our main courses: as mentioned my wife had Beef Wellington which as expected was superb apparently and I ate a steak ordering a side of mash potatoes. Well, having watched numerous Gordon Ramsey television programmes where he constantly berates the chefs for not tasting food during cooking, I was somewhat shocked to find the mash inedible for the amount of salt that had been added. I made a complaint to our server and it was taken off the bill without asking. The gesture was correct but I would rather have been able to eat it! The rest of the dish was good. Dessert was also very good. I probably wouldn't return only due to the fact there are so many dining choices in Vegas but I would certainly visit any of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants elsewhere. I can cope with the odd dish that has a fault, we all make mistakes, but I go a little nuts if I don't get good service and that was superb.
Be the first to ReplyFive star.....Absolutely amazing
We went to HK for my partners 40th birthday and was amazed by everything; food, drink, service, ambience......food & service were way above anything we've ever experienced. I couldn't fault 1 single thing and even thought the food was worth more than what was billed and gave more to compensate.
Be the first to ReplyTreat yourself to a meal at Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas. It is wonderful.
The entire experience at Hell's Kitchen was superb. From the greeter that sat us at a window table overlooking the fountain, to the waiter, to the food it's self. We had high expectations, and all four in our party, were absolutely delighted. We cannot wait to go back, and to experience Ramsey's other restaurants. To the entire staff, well done! The Beef Wellington is worth all the hype. The Crispy Skin Salmon was outstanding. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is outrageously decadent and delicious. Spend the money, and treat yourself. You will be glad you did.
Be the first to ReplyAs Gordon Ramsey would say, "My gran could do better! And she's dead!
The presentation was good. The food was ok, not great and not worth the money! The Mac and cheese was really tasty, the scallops were done perfectly, but the filet mignon was a major disappointment. It was cooked as ordered, medium rare but that was only the inside. The outside was overcooked. I was sawing the filet with my steak knife which is unacceptable, should be much more tender. Also, was very bland as if it didn't even have salt on it. Returned home and had a filet at Longhorn which was much cheaper yet much tastier.....
Be the first to ReplyJust OK.
Waaayyy over priced in my opinion. The food was good, service was good, staff friendly. No complaints other than I don't think the food was worth it. $300 for lunch is very pricey. Granted, Lunch was more like dinner. I had a filet, which was good, but I had a better one the night before at a different restaurant. So go for the experience of dining at Hells Kitchen, but be prepared to spend several hundred dollars for a meal that just didn't blow me away. Overall it was good, but it wasn't something I need to do again.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed in service and food. Unfortunate given it was to be the highlight of a birthday celebration.
The restaurant was lovely. Once seated, We were greeted by Miguel who told us he would not be our server. Did not offer a drink or say when our server would come over. We finally flagged him down and our new server (Mario?) arrived a bit look later. Our food was inconsistent. Some over cooked others under cooked. The waiter did not stop to ask if our meals were to our liking. Overall, this visit did not meet or exceed our expectations.
Be the first to ReplyDon’t waste your money.
We were so disappointed in this restaurant. And I believe chef Ramsey would be too. We got the chicken, the salmon and the Brussel sprouts. The chicken was SUPER spicy, but not only that, it was bland. It was a magic trick to be spicy and oh so bland. One of the servers who would fill up our water also said she had the chicken once and couldn’t finish it because it was so spicy. The salmon skin was super crispy, which was good. But it was borderline burnt. The brussel sprouts were just bad. So hard, barely cooked. Would never come here again! Don’t waste your money.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food but bad hosts
The ambiance and decor live up to Gordon Ramsey name. The designers did a great job of tying in modern with a touch mystique. I am giving four out of five stars due to the hosts. The host station is a guests first interaction with a restaurant and the hostesses were not properly trained. We were not greeted or welcomed to the restaurant. The hosts were aloof and almost rude. It was a grab and dump - grab us and dump us at the table. There was no explanation of the restaurant or introduction etc. I was very disappointed that they were so undertrained as when hosts are properly trained this can be a huge boost to the guests experience.

Food was great (as expected), and the service too. They were open to taking pictures and there were a lot of photo ops.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Experience
Food was excellent, drinks top tier, and the service left no stone unturned. It was a great experience. So the important part, we ordered the lobster risotto, quinoa salad, braised short ribs, baked Mac and cheese, sticky toffee pudding, strawberry mojito, and the meet your maker.
Be the first to ReplyJust as Expected
Key point for this is that if you are going to Vegas and want to go to Hell's Kitchen, you need to reserve it months in advance. This was my first time in Vegas and Hell's Kitchen was something I wanted to do for sure. The atmosphere and the food here were just as I expected. I loved the Beef Wellington which of course I had to do since I am a big fan of the show.....it was exactly what I expected it to be. Staff was friendly and overall great vibes. This is not where they tape the show so understand it's not exactly set up like the studio show and no Ramsay is not running around yelling at folks. However, the food is a pull from the show and the sticky pudding will literally make you slap your momma. Def a bucket list item and I encourage all that are interested to visit Hell's Kitchen Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyMany Photos added. Excellent Dinner and Service
My wife and I dined here for dinner with a reservation. We were seated immediately. My wife had a "A Note from Gordon" cocktail and I had and Iced Tea. She had the Crispy Skinned Salmon and I had the Jidori Chicken dish. We also shared the Potato Puree and the VERY YUMMY Sticky Toffee Pudding. Excellent service. I will return soon.

One word. UGH! Was really looking forward to dining there. Big disappointment. The food is better at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse In Cincinnati.

Be the first to ReplySome of the best dishes we have ever had
We went with lowish expectations following some reviews we had read here. After having to cancel a dinner booking were able to make a lunch booking. As a fan of the show we wanted to try the Beef Wellington, the risotto and the Sticky Date. All 3 did not disappoint! I think the risotto may rank as 1 of the best dishes I have ever tried (and at 53 years old I have had a few).Wifey had the Beef Wellington and it was as good if not better than she could have hoped. We then shared the Sticky Date pudding as had to try it and so glad we did. Was so much better than we had expected it would be. Maybe we got lucky as I have read some poor reviews but we can not wait to go back and do it all again at some stage.
Be the first to ReplyFinished off Disappointed
The food at Ceasars was good but we were disappointed for our dessert. We told our waiter we were too full and asked if we could come back later that day to have dessert. He said 'For sure they can seat you at the bar for that'. Well we came back later and even though there was a couple seats at the bar we were told they would not take us unless we ordered a full meal. We shared that we did order a full meal that day but still they would not accommodate us. Unfortunately this left us with a poor experience overall. Probably won't go back now.

We were able to walk in without a reservation on a Saturday a little after 11. We were worried because the website showed no reservations available. So glad we were able to get in! You MUST order the smoked old fashioned - not only is it one of the best old fashioneds I've ever had, but the presentation was over the top! We had the golden beet salad, pumpkin soup, wagyu ribeyes and brussel sprouts with pork belly. Would definitely order everything again! They know how to do a medium rare steak to perfection! The Death by Chocolate was a dream! The coconut 3 ways you MUST order if only for the presentation! Water poured over dry ice sitting under the coconut brought out all the oohs and ahhs from everyone around us!

The whole experience at Hell's Kitchen was great. We made a reservation several months in advance, so our large group was seated right in front of the kitchen. It was fun to watch the chefs at work, though there was less drama than you see on the TV show. I would highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding for dessert! The drawbacks for me were that we were not seated until several minutes after our reservation time, and you could only see a vegetarian/vegan menu if you specifically requested one.
Be the first to ReplyFood is okay, but overprized
Quality of food was okay, but we experienced some problems with service. The drinks; after saying there was no coke but Pepsi, the waiter came back after ten minutes to say there was no Pepsi either, but only lemonade and icetea. My wife and kid went for icetea to find out after five minutes that there was also no lemonade but only icetea (as softdrink). So icetea it was. When we almost finished our dinner the waiter came back with Pepsi. Nice gesture but we were almost done with dinner. He wanted to place it on the table but accidentally threw it over my son. I know these things can happen, but all with all this was not the best experience. It was also a bit annoying hearing another waitress say to somebody “they spilled their drinks”. It was NOT us who spilled the drinks, it was YOUR co-worker!! Anyhow the beef Wellington was okay, but imo overpriced. Improbably expected to much. The only thing that was really good and worth the money was the dessert. In the end no form of compensation was offered, except the Pepsi not being charged since it was still at the table. We were really looking forward to this dinner but ended up slightly disappointed.

This place is definitely a must try. The restaurant is bright and airy - great ambiance. Service is impeccable. The very best menu items are the lobster risotto, burrata salad, beef Wellington, potato purée and the super scrumptious sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The ice tea is perfect; it is served with simple syrup. Unfortunately, the rib eye is disappointing; it is a thin cut without much flavor. An added plus is the souvenir cups, shot glasses, glasses, tees, cooking jackets and cookbooks available for purchase. Thumbs up on this one!
Be the first to ReplyTourist Trap
Came here for some ‘signature dishes’ and for the ‘wow factor’…. How disappointed I was. The scallops were cold and over cooked, the wellington was simply ‘ok’, as was the sticky toffee pudding. We waited 45 minutes for our starters to arrive, the service was painfully slow! This is bordering on being a tourist trap! For $220 I expect to be blown away, unfortunately I was not. Gordon is certainly raking it in! If you want exquisite food, go down the road in the Forum Shops to Joe’s Seafood, you will not regret it!
Be the first to ReplyAn expensive disappointment
One of my most disappointing dining experiences ever! If you are expecting some of the better food on the strip, think again. This is bordering on a tourist trap leaning on the Ramsay name to draw people in. Food is incredibly average for the asking price. Service is painfully slow (45 minute wait for starter/appetiser) and the restaurant has the ambience of a typical American chain restaurant, overcrowded and noisy. Scallop starter was overcooked and rubbery. The much hyped beef Wellington was merely OK. Poorly seasoned. No Wow factor whatsoever. Sticky toffee pudding again was simply ok. No better than what you could be served at your local diner. I don't mind paying for average food if its average pricing but any restaurant charging north of $250 dollars for 2 should be serving exemplary food. Given his appearances on shows such kitchen nightmares I would like to think Gordon would be horrified by the state of this place. However, I imagine he's happy to keep raking in the cash from gullible diners. Do yourself a favour and head 10 mins down the road to Joe's in Ceasers forum for a top quality dining experience with superb food.

You have to book away in advance. It gets booked so fast.they have the same menu lunch and dinner. Their cocktail drinks are the best. We had the lobster risotto which was very good but the seared scallops were very disappointing, they were thin and undercooked. The short rib that i had was good and also the salmon plate that my wife had was good. The service is top notch.
