Gordon Ramsays was very delicious and fun experience! Must try.
You won’t be disappointed, enjoy this fun dining experience.
🙂
Great dining experience.
Pretty cool to see in person and we were seated up front closer to the grill. A lot of people take photos in in the middle, so be sure to snag one. As for food, we got the Caesar salad, lobster risotto, braised short rib, filet mignon, potato purée, and the sticky toffee pudding! The salad was fine. There was nothing that sets this Caesar salad apart from any other one like it. The lobster risotto was fabulous. The risotto was more on the Al dente side, the it was creamy and rich. I didn't try the filet mignon, but my friend says it was good. I had the braised short rib with the Yukon gold potato cake and it was fabulous. It does get a bit dry when you get to the middle of the short rib. More sauce would have been nice. The potato pancake absorbed all the liquid. Braised short rib always reminds me of pot roast but with a fancier name! The potato purée was weirdly good. It had the texture of baby food but packed with flavor. Lastly, the sticky toffee pudding isn't very "sticky". It's basically a caramel cake ala mode. It was yummy though, just not what the name entails.
🙂
So, I never posted a review for this restaurant and now
So, I never posted a review for this restaurant and now having upcoming reservations next week at the new location in Washington DC, now is the time so a comparison can be made. I have been a fan of the Hell's Kitchen the TV show and Gordon Ramsay's restaurants for years so when in Vegas, why not? The esthetics and setup of the restaurant is similar to eat you see on television and the menu has all the heavy hitters to include scallop risotto and the signature beef Wellington. During this visit we had the pan seared scallops, lobster risotto, meatballs, braised short ribs, and crispy skin salmon. The presentation was nice. The service needed a little work then again we visited during the earlier years so they may have been still "working out the kinks". Unfortunately, we were overall underwhelmed and surprised by the entrees the lack of flavor. There is an expectation for the highest taste and quality of food when dining at a place such as this, especially when the dining tag exceeds $300. Nonetheless, giving this a second chance at a new location which may bring about a new and better dining experience. Fingers crossed.

I thought the food was good, very fresh and the options are
I thought the food was good, very fresh and the options are pretty great for a fish and chips place. The negatives were the bloated price since it is in Vegas ($38 for 3 pieces of fish, Parmesan garlic fries and a small lemonade!), and the lack of area to actually eat your food. Ended up walking over to the Linq and sitting inside there.
I really liked it. It's different from any other burger places. The only problem is the line waiting time.
🙂
Great ambiance and service, pricing reflects that, loved

Great ambiance and service, pricing reflects that, loved trying out a celebrity chefs restaurant! Didn't like having to pay $10 for water, but loved the sticky toffee pudding YUM
😍
Good taste, careful services, really enjoy the environment
Good taste, careful services, really enjoy the environment at the place. Highly recommend.

Food and service were excellent!! The restaurant is
Food and service were excellent!! The restaurant is beautiful and did not disappoint at all! The beef Wellington was insanely delicious, as was the Mac-n-cheese, braised short rib and salmon entrees. The desert were to die for and I highly recommend the Notes from Gordon adult beverage and espresso martini, should you fancy a drink.
🤮
Don’t waste your money.
We were so disappointed in this restaurant. And I believe chef Ramsey would be too. We got the chicken, the salmon and the Brussel sprouts. The chicken was SUPER spicy, but not only that, it was bland. It was a magic trick to be spicy and oh so bland. One of the servers who would fill up our water also said she had the chicken once and couldn’t finish it because it was so spicy. The salmon skin was super crispy, which was good. But it was borderline burnt. The brussel sprouts were just bad. So hard, barely cooked. Would never come here again! Don’t waste your money.

Since my initial visit a few years ago, I've been back to
Since my initial visit a few years ago, I've been back to Hell's Kitchen a few times. The food and service consistency is out of this world. Both are always just excellent! If you watch the show, you'll be blown away! But even if you don't, the experience is just excellent start to finish. On this latest visit, we had the best server of all time. Julio was so well informed, knew the menu backwards & forwards and gave excellent recommendations. Things you must get at Hell's Kitchen:-the lobster risotto! $30 and delicious, perfectly done.-beef wellington! do you even know Gordon Ramsay!? This is THE item to get. Clocking in at $70, it's perfectly done protein, melting in your mouth with a perfect puff pastry on the outside. Beautiful dish that has stood the test of time.-if you do something crazy and don't get the beef wellington, I recommend the potato puree for $15. You get a douse of these creamy potatoes with the beef though so no need if you get that as your main.My friend and I had their NA Hell's Red Infusion mocktails for $12 each and loved them. If you imbibe in liquors though, I highly recommend Notes from Gordon. So cute and perfect for the Ramsay superfan. ;)The restaurant even threw in a dessert for my birthday! I was so surprised and happy, plus it was out of this world! A total win.Hell's Kitchen is not just hype! It's the real deal and I highly recommend the restaurant to all in Vegas.
😍
Hello kitchen food is to die for.
Especially there signature Beef Wellington. Meat literally melted in my mouth. However dinner for 2 $300 add drinks and tip be prepared!!! more like $400
😍
Made a reservation for a birthday weeks ago (recommended)
Made a reservation for a birthday weeks ago (recommended) and quickly got seated within minutes. Friendly staff from the front all the way to the servers. Prices will startled for first timers, but what can you expect...It's a celebrity chefs restaurant on Vegas strip. We went with the 3course pre Fix which value wise is better overall (scallops, beef Wellington, and toffee cake desert.) also ordered half dozen oysters, the braised ribs and a few extra desserts. Appetizer oysters were small but super fresh and sweet. But yeah those seems pricey. Scallops about 5 quarter sized servings. Good but not all were evenly cookedBeef Wellington...on point!!! Beef as soft as the pastry. Demi glazed abit overpowering on its own, but swipe with a bit of mash potato and chefs kissBraised ribs also on point!!! And price just what it should $47. Chefs kiss again Desserts coconut 3 way, pear cheesecake, toffee cake, and the death by chocolate. Toffee cake was the best imo, not overly sweet and melts in your mouth every bite. Coconut was alright...has the dry ice presentation that's about it. Pear cheesecake also alright...death chocolate...too rich and way to sweet.
🙂
Great food but bad hosts
The ambiance and decor live up to Gordon Ramsey name. The designers did a great job of tying in modern with a touch mystique. I am giving four out of five stars due to the hosts. The host station is a guests first interaction with a restaurant and the hostesses were not properly trained. We were not greeted or welcomed to the restaurant. The hosts were aloof and almost rude. It was a grab and dump - grab us and dump us at the table. There was no explanation of the restaurant or introduction etc. I was very disappointed that they were so undertrained as when hosts are properly trained this can be a huge boost to the guests experience.
Food was great (as expected), and the service too. They were open to taking pictures and there were a lot of photo ops.
Food was excellent, drinks top tier, and the service left no stone unturned. It was a great experience. So the important part, we ordered the lobster risotto, quinoa salad, braised short ribs, baked Mac and cheese, sticky toffee pudding, strawberry mojito, and the meet your maker.
😍
Some of the best chicken wings I've ever had Very cool vibe.
Would recommend! One of the best places to get food in Vegas
😍
I've always wanted to eat at Hells Kitchen since one opened
I've always wanted to eat at Hells Kitchen since one opened in San Diego County and I finally did. I came for my birthday and I've never had a best dinner. Our server was AMAZING! I wish I got his name. He had so much energy and was great the entire time, certainly made the experience. I had the Wagu Meatballs and my BF had the lobster risotto. We pretty much shared meals with my best friend and her husband. The meatballs were sooo good , super cheesy , I tried some of my friends husband Scalops and normally I don't like a lot of seafood but I LOVED the scallops. I got the beef Wellington for my entree and it was well worth the hype and for my birthday I got a free desert -Sticky toffee pudding . I was soo full but still had room for desert . Overall it was the best experience and I'll definitely come back
🤮
Worst meal I have ever had.
Beef Wellington is nothing special. Beef tartare disgusting even the champagne was mediocre at best. San Francisco has been places
Key point for this is that if you are going to Vegas and want to go to Hell's Kitchen, you need to reserve it months in advance. This was my first time in Vegas and Hell's Kitchen was something I wanted to do for sure. The atmosphere and the food here were just as I expected. I loved the Beef Wellington which of course I had to do since I am a big fan of the show.....it was exactly what I expected it to be. Staff was friendly and overall great vibes. This is not where they tape the show so understand it's not exactly set up like the studio show and no Ramsay is not running around yelling at folks. However, the food is a pull from the show and the sticky pudding will literally make you slap your momma. Def a bucket list item and I encourage all that are interested to visit Hell's Kitchen Vegas.

Extremely disappointed with the service our party of 10
Extremely disappointed with the service our party of 10 received on 3/9/2023. I booked the reservation for our large party a month prior and the week leading up to it I received my first reminder text, which I responded to. The day of the reservation I received another text and a phone call to confirm, which I again, I responded to. Our reservation was for 8:45 pm. At 8:15 pm I receive yet another text, this time saying our table is ready- which didn't make sense because again, our reservation wasn't for another 30 mins. We arrived on time for our reservation, were seated, and the waitress makes the comment "we've been waiting for you guys for forever" with an attitude. Red flag 1 because we were on time so I'm still not sure where the confusion came from but, our waitress seemed to hold some resentment towards us as a result of it. Moving onto the service, it was extremely slow and poor. Two people in our party ordered Pepsi's, a very simple order. Both people were brought diet Pepsi's twice before the correct beverages were brought out. Others didn't receive their wine/cocktails for obscenely long periods of time. Food ordered wasn't brought out timely or forgotten entirely. The food also was not great and by far was the worst I've had on this Vegas trip. Everyone that ordered the salmon hated it. It's was described as "crispy skinned" which is fine, however the salmon was extremely dry and lacked seasoning/flavor. Those in our party that the ordered the short rib, Caesar salad, and oysters were satisfied with the flavor of their food. None of us wanted to wait any longer to order dessert so no feedback on that. For a restaurant that harnessed me to confirm the reservation, the service and food were subpar and the food for several in our party did not meet expectations. Our party traveled to Vegas from DC and were extremely excited to visit the new DC HK location, however all 10 of us agreed that a visit to any other HK won't be happening.

One of my favorite places to dine while in Vegas! Staff is exceptional as well as the food. My cavorted is the Beef Wellington topped with lobster. Also, you may be full after dinner, but dessert here is a must!!

My wife and I booked Hell's Kitchen months in advance since
My wife and I booked Hell's Kitchen months in advance since we were visiting Las Vegas for Usher's My Way residency. I'll keep this simple since everyone has already spoke about the food, service and ambiance in previous reviews: Barbara H was excellent as our server. She walked us through the menu and offered multiple recommendations and customer favorites. Even if you're a fan of the show, there are other delicious options on the menu that may catch your eye. I ordered the Pre Fix menu, which included the scallops, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. My wife ordered the lobster risotto, braised short rib and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious. My favorites were the lobster risotto, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. There's no reason not to visit Hell's Kitchen if you're in Vegas. It's a must-try especially for foodies. We will be back when we visit again!

Where do I even begin? The place is incredible; everyone is
Where do I even begin? The place is incredible; everyone is so welcoming and attentive! The food is very British, and the most famous dishes are with meat; I don't eat beef or pork, so the options were limited! But they have a fish and a chicken dish, omg that salmon was insane, so good! The dishes were sizable, and I was impressed by that; we almost ordered too much (dinner for two people), but it was worth it since we could try different things. They have a large selection of wines and great cocktails. The restaurant follows the pattern from the Hell's Kitchen Show (maybe less intense), where people in the red section are in charge of appetizers and small dishes while the blue side is in order of entrees(or the opposite way, but you get the idea)! Very cool to see them work! Prices are high like any good restaurant in Vegas, so in that matter, it was ok! Lovely experience; I hope to go back someday!
I am in love with their drinks and desserts. We orders all the desserts I still cannot decide which one is first place . Service was outstanding. We enjoyed every single second. Ambiance is very friendly but same time very professionals. Thank you for the amazing experience.
One word. UGH! Was really looking forward to dining there. Big disappointment. The food is better at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse In Cincinnati.
😍
Many Photos added. Excellent Dinner and Service
My wife and I dined here for dinner with a reservation. We were seated immediately. My wife had a "A Note from Gordon" cocktail and I had and Iced Tea. She had the Crispy Skinned Salmon and I had the Jidori Chicken dish. We also shared the Potato Puree and the VERY YUMMY Sticky Toffee Pudding. Excellent service. I will return soon.
😍
Awesome thanks for the personal invite Gordon 6 stars out
Awesome thanks for the personal invite Gordon 6 stars out of five. Melts in my mouth the robustness of the marmalade with sparkling explosions of different flavors Well come on let's do this again
The manger cam out anf started throink summink at cuswords ang the muchm was not going mi are nit frisbee and cat underread this
The whole experience at Hell's Kitchen was great. We made a reservation several months in advance, so our large group was seated right in front of the kitchen. It was fun to watch the chefs at work, though there was less drama than you see on the TV show. I would highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding for dessert! The drawbacks for me were that we were not seated until several minutes after our reservation time, and you could only see a vegetarian/vegan menu if you specifically requested one.
We were able to walk in without a reservation on a Saturday a little after 11. We were worried because the website showed no reservations available. So glad we were able to get in! You MUST order the smoked old fashioned - not only is it one of the best old fashioneds I've ever had, but the presentation was over the top! We had the golden beet salad, pumpkin soup, wagyu ribeyes and brussel sprouts with pork belly. Would definitely order everything again! They know how to do a medium rare steak to perfection! The Death by Chocolate was a dream! The coconut 3 ways you MUST order if only for the presentation! Water poured over dry ice sitting under the coconut brought out all the oohs and ahhs from everyone around us!
😒
Finished off Disappointed
The food at Ceasars was good but we were disappointed for our dessert. We told our waiter we were too full and asked if we could come back later that day to have dessert. He said 'For sure they can seat you at the bar for that'. Well we came back later and even though there was a couple seats at the bar we were told they would not take us unless we ordered a full meal. We shared that we did order a full meal that day but still they would not accommodate us. Unfortunately this left us with a poor experience overall. Probably won't go back now.
😍
Some of the best dishes we have ever had
We went with lowish expectations following some reviews we had read here. After having to cancel a dinner booking were able to make a lunch booking. As a fan of the show we wanted to try the Beef Wellington, the risotto and the Sticky Date. All 3 did not disappoint! I think the risotto may rank as 1 of the best dishes I have ever tried (and at 53 years old I have had a few).Wifey had the Beef Wellington and it was as good if not better than she could have hoped. We then shared the Sticky Date pudding as had to try it and so glad we did. Was so much better than we had expected it would be. Maybe we got lucky as I have read some poor reviews but we can not wait to go back and do it all again at some stage.
As always Hell’s Kitchen is amazing.
Gordon Ramsay’s recipes are phenomenal

My daughter and I are foodies and such fans of the show and
My daughter and I are foodies and such fans of the show and eating at Hells Kitchen was a dream. We found ourselves in Vegas and decided to try to walk in on a Friday night with no reservation--crazy I know, but it was like 9 pm and we got seats at the bar and were so excited. Access to the full menu at the bar and the service from Steve the bartender was utterly the best! He was bartender, server, and even tour guide, giving recommendations of where to go for the rest of the trip. On to the food--the signature dishes of the beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding was so delicious. The steak inside was cooked to perfection and so tender. And dessert was perfect and the right size for 2 to share. We also shared the lobster risotto which was yummy. The visit did not disappoint--the food was incredible and the service was exceptional.
😍
Great place to dining, cool cocktails.
There are not much choices in here but you would get your food much faster than you expected.
..Honestly everything was great. The service is good, food and drinks good..nothing bad to say. Everyone visiting Las Vegas needs to come. I had made reservations around 2 months prior. I believe if you don't, the wait will be quite long! My favorite dishes were the wellington, risotto, and the toffee dessert!
😍
Very nice and kind staff We did not have reservations but
Very nice and kind staff We did not have reservations but they were available to accommodate us.
Let us have a moment of silence for the greatness I've witnessed....My wife and I shared the three course, seared scallops, Wellington, sticky toffee pudding. We also shared the wagyu ribeye. To my surprise, the scallops were undercooked. Pan wasn't hot enough so they didn't get an actual sear on them. My wife did not enjoy the texture but I was cool with it. The beef Wellington, as someone else at our table said, was probably the best steak ever. And it looks like they are incredibly consistent with it. Every plate of it looks exactly the same. All cooked perfectly. The wagyu was unimpressive for the price. I bet you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference between this and a prime cut. Because of this I think A5 is the only way to go. This American wagyu and Australian Wagyu just seems like a marketing gimmick. It's nothing like true wagyu. Still delicious though. The max and cheese was pretty good.
😍
Everything is supper tasty.
The foie gras is really nice, I really love the crispy buttery flavor of the pastrie on the bottom, it makes the foie gras more flavorful. The scallop is very tender. Risotto was a smaller size than my expectation but is really creamy and delicate. The beef Wellington is nicely done but the sauce is a bit bitter. Overall I think it is definitely worth the price.
😍
My husband took me for my birthday.
Beef Wellington amazing and the Old Fashioned smooth. Highly recommend! Also the Lobster Risotto was awesome. As was the Toffee Bread Pudding. Best restaurant in Vegas.A must try!
The service was great. Friendly environment. I came for a birthday celebration and was so happy the burgundy's boy loved his dinner. Dessert was also great. Not too sweet what so ever. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back when I visit again.
😍
Steve was the absolute BEST AND KIND server/bartender.
Immaculate service! Beats Steve Buscemi and thats hard to do!
😍
Made the reservation 3 months ago.
Truly lived up to the hype. Our server was great, asked us if he wanted him to go over menu with us. Yeah of course it's pricy but well worth it.
😒
Food is okay, but overprized
Quality of food was okay, but we experienced some problems with service. The drinks; after saying there was no coke but Pepsi, the waiter came back after ten minutes to say there was no Pepsi either, but only lemonade and icetea. My wife and kid went for icetea to find out after five minutes that there was also no lemonade but only icetea (as softdrink). So icetea it was. When we almost finished our dinner the waiter came back with Pepsi. Nice gesture but we were almost done with dinner. He wanted to place it on the table but accidentally threw it over my son. I know these things can happen, but all with all this was not the best experience. It was also a bit annoying hearing another waitress say to somebody “they spilled their drinks”. It was NOT us who spilled the drinks, it was YOUR co-worker!! Anyhow the beef Wellington was okay, but imo overpriced. Improbably expected to much. The only thing that was really good and worth the money was the dessert. In the end no form of compensation was offered, except the Pepsi not being charged since it was still at the table. We were really looking forward to this dinner but ended up slightly disappointed.
🤢
An expensive disappointment
One of my most disappointing dining experiences ever! If you are expecting some of the better food on the strip, think again. This is bordering on a tourist trap leaning on the Ramsay name to draw people in. Food is incredibly average for the asking price. Service is painfully slow (45 minute wait for starter/appetiser) and the restaurant has the ambience of a typical American chain restaurant, overcrowded and noisy. Scallop starter was overcooked and rubbery. The much hyped beef Wellington was merely OK. Poorly seasoned. No Wow factor whatsoever. Sticky toffee pudding again was simply ok. No better than what you could be served at your local diner. I don't mind paying for average food if its average pricing but any restaurant charging north of $250 dollars for 2 should be serving exemplary food. Given his appearances on shows such kitchen nightmares I would like to think Gordon would be horrified by the state of this place. However, I imagine he's happy to keep raking in the cash from gullible diners. Do yourself a favour and head 10 mins down the road to Joe's in Ceasers forum for a top quality dining experience with superb food.
Came here for some ‘signature dishes’ and for the ‘wow factor’…. How disappointed I was. The scallops were cold and over cooked, the wellington was simply ‘ok’, as was the sticky toffee pudding. We waited 45 minutes for our starters to arrive, the service was painfully slow! This is bordering on being a tourist trap! For $220 I expect to be blown away, unfortunately I was not. Gordon is certainly raking it in! If you want exquisite food, go down the road in the Forum Shops to Joe’s Seafood, you will not regret it!
This place is definitely a must try. The restaurant is bright and airy - great ambiance. Service is impeccable. The very best menu items are the lobster risotto, burrata salad, beef Wellington, potato purée and the super scrumptious sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The ice tea is perfect; it is served with simple syrup. Unfortunately, the rib eye is disappointing; it is a thin cut without much flavor. An added plus is the souvenir cups, shot glasses, glasses, tees, cooking jackets and cookbooks available for purchase. Thumbs up on this one!
🙂
More than a restaurant!
You have to book away in advance. It gets booked so fast.they have the same menu lunch and dinner. Their cocktail drinks are the best. We had the lobster risotto which was very good but the seared scallops were very disappointing, they were thin and undercooked. The short rib that i had was good and also the salmon plate that my wife had was good. The service is top notch.
🙂
Pre-Fixe Dinner alright
Ordered the scallops appetizer, not bad, a bit too done for my taste and can be seasoned a bit more. Followed by Beef Wellington - very good and nicely done. They surprised me with the third item and basically converted my two first orders into their Pre-Fixe dinner by adding a dessert. It was delicious! Definitely much better than Gordon’s Pub and Grille. Great service! I will try them again.
