Great to be back! What a wonderful stay!
We had such a fantastic time that I told myself I must leave a review. We had been to Gurneys a few times before the reno and wanted to go back when the seawater spa reopened. Having been diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic (doing well thankfully), my husband wanted to whisk me away for a few quiet days in January for my 60th. Huge thanks and kudos to Josh Strom (front of house manager) who made sure our stay was perfect and memorable, and the staff supported him in that effort as they were all very kind and wonderfully accommodating. As my legs can get a bit weak at times, Josh made sure our room was close to the spa, the main building (where the restaurant and coffee shop are located) and the beachfront--amazing how he achieved all that! Our room was on the ocean and spacious with an interior table and chairs and sofa and coffee table as well as a balcony with two chairs, a table and footrests--yes there was a bed too--a king which was our main request (smile). No sooner had we unlocked the door when a beautiful platter of fresh fruit and a bottle of Prosecco arrived with happy birthday wishes. It was a lovely surprise and generous gesture. We relaxed to the sound of the waves day and night. Even we were amazed how much time we spent out there in the winter! The air was so fresh. The seawater spa was wonderful. We swam two of our three days and experienced the new plunge pools--a first for us--which we enjoyed very much. Most of our meals were on property with tasty food and attentive service. It was so nice to be back that we really wished we had at least one more night. Thank you again to Josh and the team at Gurneys. We will be back!
Loved the salt water pool. Kathy who is the attendent in the women's locker room was patient and sweet showing me around; answering questions. Lovely woman. Room was nice great view. My husband loves a steam room. We questioned the attendants at the spa desk about acess to the steam room We were told they open at 10 the next day and would need bracelets to get in. Monday at breakfast I asked if I could get one plain pancake with syrup. Waiter wanted to accomadate me and told me I could: get one from the kid's menu. The pancake I got was unedible. Burnt. My husband enjoyed his yogurt and fruit. We also enjoyed the two coffees. The bill was 53 dollars. We looked forward to getting into the bath house for the steam room. Was informed when we got there at 10:00 a yoga class was in progress and come back at 10:45. I don't understand why we werent told that when we inquired the day before. Unfortuanelty we had to leave at 11 for some appointments and were disappointed. Other than the spa desk...all personel were wonderful. Helping with luggage, directions. Loveliest people. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The best winter getaway
My wife and I booked the one bedroom residence for Presidents’ Day weekend and it was incredible. We were traveling with our 2 month old baby and it was her first trip. Everyone we spoke with went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. When we checked into the room, we couldn’t believe it. Carlos helped us unload all of our baby equipment (there was a lot of it) and was super helpful in assisting us. There is an enormous terrace that wraps around with multiple lounge chairs, a full table with chairs, a BBQ and a wine fridge. You have an insane unobstructed ocean view. It’s laid out like an apartment and is just so beautiful. 2 bathrooms and 2 fireplaces. We hung out in the wonderful living room with the comfiest sectional! We took the baby to Scarpetta and they were beyond accommodating. There were so many other couples there with their babies too! We also even sat at the bar while I wore her in the carrier. Wasn’t sure if I could do that but nothing was an issue or problem! Every single employee was so nice to us. The new spa is amazing. I booked a 90 minute massage and the new facilities are beautiful. Definitely worth the splurge! Gurney’s in the off season is our favorite time to go. The winter is so beautiful there. Highly recommend!!

Gorgeous Location! They have no elevators to get to your room, which I understand since it is a local beach front hotel. But... you HAVE to be RICH, otherwise don't bother to stay here. Maybe for a drink at the bar on season. Off season I was here and the walk up and down the many stairs with luggage and having to valet my car to go get anything was less than fun for the money. I love the location, about 3 hours from NYC off season, 6+ on season. Montauk is lovely and Gurney's is a hot spot. It's gorgeous and its also a challenge.

Wonderful multi-gen family friendly vacation
We've been to Gurney's before but this time we took both of our children (a 3 year old and a 3 month old) as well as my parents. They went over the top to accommodate us. They put our rooms together, had bumpers for the bed for our toddler, they sent us bottles of prosecco and cheeseboards upon arrival and even gave us swimmies for our toddler to use in the pool. Everyone was warm and friendly and made our experience so wonderful. Bravo!

Mom Getaways at Gurney's
My first visit to Gurney's was in October 2022. My friend and I relaxed by the newly renovated pool for hours looking out at the ocean - it was like being on a cruise ship. The 2-bedroom suite is perfect with a comfy living room with magnificent view. But skip the room service and be served gourmet food IN the restaurant - Its beautiful and the service is wonderful. The experience was so unbelievably comfortable, yet elegant that I grabbed a few girlfriends (& kids) and went out for a mid-week overnight in November. This time I had one of the best massages of my life (I've had them in 5-star resorts all over the world), enjoyed every second in the hot tubs, cold plunge pools and sauna (and sweet Angelo taking care of us all day at the spa/pool), and fabulous cocktails outside surrounded by firepits...so I had to go back AGAIN in January for another "mom getaway overnight". I hit the gym (since it was January) and actually enjoyed that too - looking over the ocean while on the treadmill put a little jig in my jog. Can't wait to take my son and mother-in-law in March for some VIP treatment, gourmet meals and walks on the beach!
I felt like I had the place to myself! Above and beyond service, with a welcome bottle of Prosecco & Fruit. Got a sneak peek at the newly renovated Spa, which was amazing. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition!!
It's the location, the cozy room, the setting on the beach and the light of the winter sun, but most of all it's the people. We never heard a "no", or "that's not possible" as you hear in many other hotels even this class. The team had an incredible positive and inspiring spirit. We just stayed one night and we loved it, although the spa was closed for renovation. The room (ocean front queen) was big with a big terrace with daybed, the food and service in the restaurants was great, best cappuccino at the lobby bar! The resort is high priced but was worth every cent!
😍
Incredible Customer Service. Incredible View.
My unfortunately short, one night stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Belen the wonderful employee at the front desk, made me feel like a VIP. The room was fantastic with a large balcony right on the beach. I think people really miss out on the magic that is Montauk in the winter. Scarpetta was incredible food with service that matched. Then Courtni this morning at check-out was the cherry on top of a wonderful night. I will definitely be back to enjoy the spa which was closed for a few days during my stay.
From check in to check out our entire stay was perfect. The room was great with amazing views. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food was delicious. The indoor bar was a nice place to relax for drinks, the outdoor fire pits were also a great spot to sit & get cozy and have a drink! Definitely one of our favorite spots to sit and unwind! The spa, I can't forget to mention the spa! Simply put, it's amazing! The various heated and chilled baths, steam room and sauna, hot rock table and the main pool, again all amazing and just extremely relaxing. The staff, Belen and Cynthia at the front desk were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of great ideas on things to do both on and off the property. Belen was kind enough to acknowledge our anniversary and sent us a nice gift to our room, thank you again Belen and thank you for all the great information you provided us with, you made our stay perfect! We hope to see you again soon! The entire staff was so attentive, it's actually nice and quite rare service like this still exists! Everyone we encountered was respectful friendly and very down to earth! Unfortunately I can't recall everyones name but Belen, Cynthia, Virginia, Michael and to all the others, thank you for making our stay perfect!

The food, drinks and atmosphere are really good but
The food, drinks and atmosphere are really good but unfortunately the service is bad every time I go. It seams as if the staff is always brand new and not trained enough. We have had to place an order multiple times before we get it.
The reason for my 5 star rating is because of the service delivered by the staff. Everyone and I do mean everyone could not have been more helpful and friendly making a guest feel like family. In reference to the room, the view is spectacular, bed was extremely comfortable, wonderful linens, towels and robes. My disappointment was not being able to take advantage of the beautiful spa due to our schedule commitments during our visit. But this is a great reason to return. I look forward to this. If I am asked for one word attribute: SERVICE!
🤢

Awfully Rude Demeaning Customer Service! Subsequent to our sublime visit, they took out $200 from card on file of two "what we believed to be" disposable spa bracelets! When we called about the dispute, not only did "he" not apologize for the misunderstanding, the representative insisted that there's no way the spa attendant at check-in didn't tell us of having to return the bracelets after treatments. Well ... the spa attendant absolutely didn't. A bad taste this has left in me. Though it's absolutely gorgeous, it's the treatment of their customers that counts most of all. Being so, I cannot rave about this spa as I did before.cheers!

I don't think I've ever had an experience quite as terrible
I don't think I've ever had an experience quite as terrible as I did here & unfortunately I was celebrating my anniversary. A designer handbag of sentimental value was stolen out of my room & I wish I had read the reviews because this isn't the first time something like this happens. My boyfriend (who gifted me the bag) & I both saw it prior to leaving to the spa in the morning on the chair next to the bed. When we came back to start getting ready for dinner it was gone. We reported it immediately. We also called our doorman back home to check our apartment to make sure we hadn't left it behind. We were both in complete disbelief that this would happen at a place like this & blamed ourselves first. There is an open investigation on this but here are a couple of the ridiculous excuses & commentary I received from multiple managers at this "5 star" establishment:- maybe they thought it was trash (a duster bag with the brand logo on it and a bulky handbag in it?) - Our staff doesn't even know what a duster bag is! (... ok?)- Maybe they thought it was trash because the people that work here are so old (I saw staff ranging between ages of 22-40 around our room)- We hate to use the word stolen maybe it was rolled up in the sheets or something & taken with the laundry (I don't cuddle my bag to sleep why would it be rolled up in sheets?)- Maybe it was taken by another guest staying here (I never took the purse out of the room)The investigation requires checking hours of security footage & can take months assuming that the staff member would be stupid enough to be unaware of where security cameras are & wouldn't conceal it. But you know they are sooo old so maybe. I didn't receive any sort of compensation, discount, a free drink, a promo code nothing. Just a generic so sorry about this with an air of we don't care nor do we believe you. As a woman of color, I can't help but wonder if my case would've been treated with a better sense of urgency or overall consideration if I were white like the majority of patrons. This isn't the type of customer service I'm used to from any hotel let alone 5 star when even smaller incidents would happen. They will reach out to me with "updates" on this "case" which sounds like they hope I let it go at some point. I will promptly add an update if there ever is one. The only two positives I can give this place is the gorgeous spa and the restaurant. Go relax & eat while your room gets robbed should be the tagline.
😍
Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary.
Our cottage was clean and comfortable. The food in Scarpetta beach was excellent, dinner especially. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay, but the resort staff took care of everything. Thank you
🤮
I am so disappointed in Gurneys.
They claim to be a 5 star hotel but lost my girlfriends keys to her car. They put blame on the valet and didn't bother to follow up with us or check that we got home. When we called them back after getting a ride home from other friends they couldn't be bothered to return our calls. No offer to comp not even breakfast.Overpriced, over rated. Never again!

From the residence's incredible decor and private patio, to the perfectly placed indoor pool fed by the ocean, Gurney's keeps getting better with time. The new indoor pool and pool area is flawless. The spa is excellent and the cold plunge pool area is super chic. Service was impeccable. Room service was on-point at all times. Our room was unreal. We'll be back. Checkin & checkout were a breeze.

Hello,My fiancé and I were supposed to get married at
Hello,My fiancé and I were supposed to get married at Gurneys in 2020 but due to covid it obviously didn't happen we had to postpone it for 2 years waiting for the world. Having spent 4 years planning you would figure the venue would be equipped to handle such an event. We arrived and the disaster began. 1. Venue did not have anything specific for us upon welcoming to the venue. You spend 10- 100's of thousands of dollars on a venue and plan everything around it and not even a card or note or bottle of champagne for our special weekend. 2. Venue placed us in a unrenovated portion of the property with active water running down hallway and rust throughout the venue. Our door didn't close to our room and was partially open most of the time.3. Staff were ill equipped to handle items on their menu. My guests wanted to buy cigars and sit on patio. No staff knew anything about it or could find it after 40 min of waiting they asked if I wanted to go into the back to find a cigar I wanted instead. 4. We had an open tab and 50 guests on the back patio. We had to beg wait staff on a Friday night to give us attention to spend money. 5. Our rehearsal dinner had raw Hamburgers. Not medium rare or rare. Raw. I advised the wait staff of the issue they pretended to not hear me nor speak English. No leadership6. Room rates for our guests were not locked at price and we had to speak to the venue on its behalf several times to correct them. No leadership or consistent experience7. Our guest couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to book the room with the room rates. And we had to facilitate on their behalf. No leadership8. The wedding itself the floor gave way on our 85-year-old grandmother fell through the floor and had to the hospital. She had 5 staples put in her leg from the falling through the floor and missed the end of our wedding along with other damages. No leadership was onsite at the time of the event, nor could we get a hold of anyone. The venue did not reach out to me, or anyone post event and I had to demand to speak to the GM 5 days after the incident. He advised it would be handled. Then when it came time to handle, I was told not to contact him anymore and deal with insurance. Once I went down that route, I was advised they don't have insurance to cover disruption of an event. 9. The afterparty said would feed 150 people I had to request to bring more food out with only 60-70 people present. Nobody could help nobody to talk to. Nobody to resolve. You may ask why not talk to the venue. I spoke to everyone at the venue in the last few weeks following all of this issue and the biggest being an 85 yr old grandmother falling through a floor. This venue is poorly run, managed, maintained and quite possibly the most unprofessional response I have ever seen to a disaster wedding that could have been resolved by any customer service initiative. Instead, I am left with advising everyone else. Hold your wedding elsewhere demand they prove event insurance prior to holding the wedding there. I have never been more insulted by a venues incompetence on delivering the basic necessities of an event than in this trip. Buyer beware.

Everything was cold. Decent service. One beer and glass had soap and tasted like it for $11. Aperol Spitzer on menu was $18 charged $20. Two hamburgers below average, french fries cold, clam chowder cold and below average, caesar salad average at best. So disappointed. Beautiful view of ocean beware of the bees. Would not return nor would I recommend.

As a visitor, we had a great day at Gurney's.
We booked spa appointments weeks ago just to make sure we could get in during our vacation. The hotel and property are gorgeous. The staff was attentive and efficient. The food and drinks were amazing. Spa services were impressive. We would definitely come back.
🤮
Way overpriced and the management team is just horrendous.
Joshua Strom aka (JUBBSMONEY1 on instagram) was by far the rudest hotel manager I've ever dealt with. Not only my wife's birthday but our 1 year wedding anniversary they promised to accommodate our reservation because of a mix up with there sister hotel at star island. We even have the conversation on a recorded line and they did not care or acknowledge any compensation to fix the issue. They then tried charging us an additional $1,400 a night when we even found the identical room on hotels tonight for $800 a night. I'm disgusted by Gurneys and there management team, they should literally just fire the management staff and start fresh. Hey Josh once your done reading this, remember my name pal. This will not be the last you heard from myself or my legal team.

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Gurney's - it was awesome!!
We hosted a Welcome Reception the night before the wedding, hosted the wedding and After Party, all on property. From the moment we arrived, our experience was first class. My wife and kids have been coming to Gurney's for 30 years and we were so honored and excited to have our daughter's wedding here. Jonathan, Jessica, Chef Chris and their teams were excellent and so accommodating. We knew we had first class vendors, including the band, florist, photographer, car service, tent rental and wedding planners and the Gurney's team worked seamlessly with each of them. Ginny, Brenda and crew were simply outstanding!! . The love and care and attention to every detail they showed to our daughter Morgan- the bride, and my wife as the mother of the bride- and to every single guest who attended, was beyond our expectations. We felt like we were part of their families. Our guests had the time of their lives and have not stopped raving about how great the wedding weekend was. It didn't hurt that the weather for the wedding day was perfect and you cannot overstate how spectacular the venue is- the views are breathtaking and you know you are at a world class resort. We are very partial to the east end of Long Island, live out here and consider it paradise but anyone who is blessed to be able to consider having a wedding at Gurney's should book it now- it was worth every dollar spent. Gurney's created the most memorable wedding for our daughter, son in law and families and friends and we can't thank them enough !!
😍
Come here and take something off your bucket list.
Luxury beachfront accommodations at a luxury price. Beautiful resort located directly on the beach. Staff are kind and helpful Get a deluxe oceanfront king room. They are all fantastic and have your own private deck with a beach bed. The only slight disappointment was room service. It was expensive and presented like cheap Chinese takeout.
🙂
Call to confirm what room you are getting. It’s expensive but it’s Montauk and if you can afford it go for it
I am surprised people do not read reviews about this resort. There are many positives about this place as well as negatives. The negatives are worse because of the price. I can go to the Caribbean for same price as staying here. But this is Montauk. A very special place I’ve been visiting since I was a kid. And we stayed in a water view room. It was not 4 seasons at all but it was fine. We used the pool and spa. My friends paid more for the room than I did because they are great friends and know my situation. I think calling and being specific about the room your are getting will lessen stress. You can also eat at other restaurants in the area. You can go to Gosmands Dock and Lunch. Get some Left Coffee. I would come yearly if I could afford it. It’s not perfect at all. But it’s Montauk and it will forever be special in my heart
🤢
Recent visit unfortunately was far less than desired.
We had an ocean view room, which was great however, something wrong with a fan which we complained about from the beginning of our stay, noise was constant and annoying, sleep with the noise was impossible. Here's the thing, initially we were told the room was not available, suddenly upon check in the room was magically available. Seems to me previous clients complained, were moved and we got stuck. Shoddy desk staff, horrible customer service, I would think corporate would admonish those responsible for treating there customers so poorly. Spend your big bucks elsewhere.
🤮
Worst service ever!!! Save your money!!
This hotel is location in a beautiful location! The beach is amazing but the food leaves a lot to desire and the service is awful!!!! For the kind of money that you pay to stay here you should get a 5 star service, or a least the bare minimum of decency and respect. Instead you get treated like crap while dropping over a thousand dollars a night to be there! Save your money and go somewhere where you’ll be treated with respect and decency!
🤮
We've stayed there many times and we've always had issues
We've stayed there many times and we've always had issues with our bill (extra charges, incorrectly charged items etc). My wife and I always rely on American Express to handle our disputes with hotels (when we have them). We booked a 5 day get away with our kids and they cancelled our reservations because we've had Amex dispute charges more than twice (and most we were ruled in favor). WARNING - do not do it because you will be put on a black list. They don't care for returning customers. Marram right in Montauk is a much better option. People there are wonderful and the service is top notch. Also, walking distance to more food and bars.
🤮
Great Beach/Property. Awful service and misleading marketing & overpriced
For three years in a row my girlfriend and I have gone to Gurneys (once star island accidentally, and twice the original one) Every year we complain that it’s overpriced and service subpar, but justify coming back because there isn’t much competition and Montauk in itself is fun. It looks like this year will be our final year. First off we paid 1900 a night after taxes and fees for a jr suite with “deluxe ocean view…” little did we know that Gurneys defines ocean view as a view of the parking lot and tent with a slight glimpse of the ocean if you stand on the couch of the living room and jump Secondary, the service at the actual beach is awful. We paid $18 for guacamole which was three bites of guac and a bunch of chips and $45 for a tasteless lobster roll without much meat. Additionally, upon ordering a sparking water we were told ice buckets were only available for bottle service and after it warmed we had to ask for additional ice 5 times before giving up and not getting any. Finally, the room while actually nice had very thin walls and We could hear every time the person above us moved and our neighbors had a conversation. Ultimately, Gurneys location is great and I’m ok with overpaying based off of supply and demand , but upon staying here it’s obvious they skimp on every detail snd you’re paying 2k for a motel with parking lot views and service that is inattentive and terrible. One nice note, after sleeping poorly and not enjoying our first two nights, Gurney's did let us out of our final night and waive the resort fee.
🤮
We loved our experience at Scarpetta beach next door to
We loved our experience at Scarpetta beach next door to gurneys. Avery and Rosalitta were incredible. However, I am sad to say that we attempted to wait in line for the bar at Gurney's next door and had the most hostile and negative experience I've ever had with the door/bar men there. We were a group of 4 girls waiting in line and they threatened to kick us out unwarranted and told us how terrible the bar was inside and insulted the nice staff we had at Scarletta beach restaurant for no reason. Very disappointing from gurneys and I will not be returning there.
😒
Ocean View means view of the car park with the Ocean in the distance
You must check where you room is. I paid what I consider a high charge for a two night weekend stay. I knew I would not beach front but had no idea that "Ocean View" means a "view over the car park". I asked to be moved and was moved to another room with a better view over a smaller car park. Speaking with the staff on the front desk it is clear this is a common complaint so why not be clear with customers on what a view is and isn't. It is literally misleading marketing and just leads to the whole stay starting and ending with a complaint. Beach and swimming pool are really fantastic, but views of tarmac and cars soured the stay and experience. Make sure you ask before you book.

June Wedding at Gurneys Montauk
My daughter was married at Gurneys Montauk in early June. It was a stunning & beautiful wedding. It exceeded all our expectations! The team at Gurneys were amazing. The General Manager Jonathan Macioce was responsive, attentive, and made us feel special. Ginny Davis is a bride's best friend. She was always smiling, helpful and just lovely to work with. Her assistant Brenda was their to make sure we all had what we needed. Blair Schutt managed this great team & everything went smoothly. She was always available to answer our questions & a pleasure to work with. Our guests are still taking about the wedding, saying it was the best wedding they ever went to! The food by chef Doug Forgione was phenomenal & the portions were very generous. The venue itself with its beautiful ocean views is breathtaking. The ceremony was on Spa Deck, the cocktail hour on Top Deck & the reception in the Great Hall. All were transformed exactly as my daughter envisioned. Thanks to Jonny B. & his team for all their hard work. Special shout out to Pepe & all the waitstaff for their attentive & professional service. Our guests who had never been to Gurneys, loved it & plan on returning. We are all very thankful for everyone who made this wedding so spectacular. A special thank you to Executive Vice President Michael Nenner who went above & beyond to accommodate us & calm our nerves.

Given the nightly cost of this resort and what we had read
Given the nightly cost of this resort and what we had read online, expectations were high. Unfortunately, those expectations were nowhere close to met. What an underwhelming and meh experience. While the private beach is amazing, and the service from the beach staff is exceptional, the actual accommodations were terrible. We checked in on July 5th and were supposed to check out the 7th but given our experience the first night we left on the 6th. The room (#543 to be specific) was tired and dirty. Walking barefoot on the floor resulted in the bottoms of my wife's feet to be caked in filth, same happened to my white socks. The shower was in need of repair with loose fixtures (including the mount for the handheld and the hose for the handheld). And the air conditioning unit made a god awful screeching noise each time it turned on - making sleeping in the room next to impossible (I wish I could upload the video I took of it so you could see for yourself.) Definitely can't justify the exorbitant room rates and excessive amenities charge when the room is so poorly cleaned and maintained. Everything is just dated and in need of repair.
Booked a 1 bedroom suite that pictures and states “stunning views ocean views of ocean and white sand” when actually you can barely see a distant ocean and there’s no sand at all. Trees and hedges obscure most of the view. Tried politely to request a move. Very nice lady named tried to assist but said nothing but cottages for much more money we’re available. She did allow us to reduce our stay without a penalty given our disappointment. Got to room. Have to wait 20 minutes for security to repair our lock to get in. Tired to order room service bottle later on 9:00pm and no answer. Rings endlessly. Tried to call front desk same difference. Went Bar area. The seating area is sparse and had no table service at 9:20pm! Have to stand 2 deep at bar to order a drink. Quite a disappointment to say the very least. Being loyal guests of Montage and Four Seasons properties that cost similarly (1700-2000k per night) for water views in CA, HI etc this is shocking that the marketing is so misleading and the property is so mismanaged. Hopeful to hear from their GM but doubtful based upon experience we had.
Stayed for 3 nights in two rooms. Paid over 7,000 usd overall. At the checkout we asked for a late checkout, they said yes. Then they said yes but it’s 250 usd. We said OK. Then they said it’s 250 an hour per room. Charged us 1,000 USD extra for the “late checkout” without our consent. Tried to talk to the manager, but there was “no way” we could. Overall, terrible service at the restaurants, pools, beach. If you can, avoid this place.
😍
This was my first time staying here and wow loved it.
The hotel is breathtaking beautiful. The service is top-notch and staff is super friendly. The drinks at the bar was really good and they have the best lobster roll I have had in a while. With great views and larger residential suits it's the place to stay. The beach we loved the had cabanas and full service we can't wait to come back.

Very disappointed in this hotel for so many reasons.
The room was dirty with brown drip marks all over the bathroom. Service is awful. It took me three trips to the front desk to get my sofa bed made up and two trips to the front to get my in room safe repaired. I tried calling down to the front desk each time but nobody ever answers. That's what hotels who don't care do. Food was mediocre at best. Big let down for a trip I was so looking forward to.

Terrible service- never experienced a staff more rude and unprofessional Made the stay very unpleasant Not only do you wait on everything but completely ignore all the guests I would never stay here again
🤮
Super over priced for literally nothing.
Upon arrival the mini fridge wasn plugged in. We plugged it in and after 6 hours it still wasnt cold. We called several times for a replacement (as we had food that could spoil). Half a day later we got a replacement. While checking out we informed the employee and there was a lot of items missing from the mini fridge upon arrival (wine & candy). I told her I didn't want to be charged for such items and she was rude and dismissive. Of course I was billed and there is no one to speak to fix the billing issue. For $1200 an evening I figured you'd get more for customer service.
