Wouldn't risk it. Should be shut down.
I'm surprised they haven't been shut down due to health code violations and how they dispose of Thier grease filled soup.... don't get anything that has been dried .... they just have it out back by the dumpsters roasting In The sun for rats and birds to access. We witnessed them shoveling "soup" into the trash bin and all the greasy fat was draining into the sewer.

Drink, cook and eat together in an up beat fun atmosphere. Fresh meats and vegetables are brought to your table for you to cook in your choice of delicious broths. Home made bread is outstanding. You can also order fully cooked items. If you like beer, it is swerved in a 3L keg with a tap. To add to this, you may have a robot serve you!

Robot :) You order from the iPad. Robot brings food to table, real person unloads it. Delicious food! Had half tomato broth, half traditional Chinese 31 spice broth.

Being there a number of times - enjoy every visit. The last time I visited the place I wanted to up the experience a notch or two by asking for "house wine" - only 2 of us, my partner is a non-drinker and I am the driver. So, ideally, a 9 or 6 oz house red would be ideal. The bar (or front desk) lady's response to my request was a condescending "No", we only serve "bottle" before walking away with a "don't waste my time" body language.. To me, the response has "no class" or "no poise", or even simply impolite. Got to take away one star for this faux pas.

For the first time, I experienced this kind of restaurant and enjoyed it, I'll be back to this branch again.Although the restaurant was crowded, it provided a good service.Ordering at this restaurant needs some guidance and experience. If you decide to go to the branch to be sure to reserve your table otherwise, you will be waiting on the waiting list. The raw material was very fresh. The sauces in which the raw materials were cooked were very flavorful. Be sure to visit this restaurant and have fun.

I was excited for my husband to take me to this restaurant. It was my first time to eat in a Mongolian Hot Pot restaurant. As soon as we arrived, though we were next to be served, the female waitress walked right in front of me and then ignored us. She looked at us in a very rude manner and decided to communicate with a young man near her instead, though he was not due to be served. The waitresses colleague saw that she had refused to serve us, and so pointed towards us to tell the lady to serve us. The lady shrugged her shoulders in refusal to serve us, and continued to communicate with the young man. Her colleague looked at her with utter shock. All in all, the waitress was extremely unprofessional and most unwelcoming! She never did serve us. We are from the UK and the US. Just because we looked different compared to anyone else in the restaurant, did not mean we should have been treated in such a terrible way. We eventually left the restaurant without trying the food as it was an extremely disappointing, prejudiced and unwelcome atmosphere. We cannot recommend this place at all.

my last visit is 2016 ,since them ,the restaurant have a great make over ,and turn out to been one of the best chain casual family hot pot restaurants in Vancouver and Richmond ,they have four different locations ,Richmond ,Broadway ,Coquitlam, Burnaby ,this restaurant is located on the N.E end of the Lansdown Mall ,lot of mall parking , the decor and atmosphere is very modern and clean ,Girl friend #5 in town from Africa for 10 days ,she love spicy food , (They do not have any GOOD Hot Pot restaurants in Africa !!!! ) so I surprised her have dinner here , Oulala ! ,the House Special Broth is so hot ,my tears keep rolling down from my eye ! ,the best is order the deluxe menu for $ 3.00 more , 100% in any hot pot restaurants all their meat is frozen and very poor quality !! I always tell people You Pay What You GET!!! the Deluxe menu also comes 2 oysters and 2 prawns , BUT they are so small , ,but the best deal is the good quality of the meat ,the AAA beef slices you truly can the taste the beef ,and the lamb sliced so far superior from the $25.99 menu ! very impressed ,all so a great place for health vegetarian ,dinning , and do not for get the condiments station at the front ,you make your own flavour sauces ,the chill oil is so spicy HOT ! Girl friend #5 almost drink it like water ??????? staff is very friendly and helpful ,the only little down side is the kitchen seen got all the different tablet items mixed up , but the staff change it right away ! very happy and satisfied , so if you looking for a good hot pot restaurants ,give the Mongolian hot Pot a try ,I know for sure you will love it so much ,special the kids ,they can cook their own food!

Decent food selection for all you can eat option. Service was quick once the order was place. There were various condiments available to create your own dipping sauce. Enjoyed the experience.

Went there for AYCE lunch. Pretty good quality of the food items but minimal fancy selections. Ingredients fresh and soup flavourful. Service was decent, hostess was very nice. The only downside was we chose the more expensive option for the oysters but they didn't tell us they're out of oysters until afterwards when I asked why it didn't come.

We recently visited the Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot just a few days ago (mid December 2018) and discovered that the prices had gone up. This business also took away the joy of AYCE hot pot by new restricting the meat orders to a maximum of just 2 items. Of course the Little Sheep have continued with their practice of shorting your orders (i.e. if you order 6 pieces you would receive only 2 pieces) Factor in their 1.5 hour time limit and it's no longer all you can eat. It will be a while before we return.
