Feeling Thankful For a Wonderful Thanksgiving Meal.
This was a fantastic dinner.Started with either a Harvest Salad or a Butternut Squash Bisque....both were excellent. The dinner was phenomenal! Three medium slices of white meat turkey (with shredded dark meat turkey too),sausage corn bread stuffing, whipped potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green beans and cranberry sauce. The plate was piled high...just like at home. The quality of the food was great too.I had to leave some to save room for my slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. They had pecan pie too.Definitely worth the money for a feast away from home with family.I would definitely recommend to travelers and locals looking for down home taste without the work!

This is my third choice of the red rock restaurants for dinner behind the steak house and Italian. It has a California rustic feel to it. Quite a variety of dishes to choose from so there are definitely options, meat, fish, pasta, pizza. It’s a pretty large place and a lot bar seating along with a lot of tvs. Had a cocktail, the octopus starter, and shrimp pasta. I also believe it was half price wine night for all bottles on Thursday which was a good deal. I’ve been here several times over the years and it doesn’t disappoint but it also doesn’t “wow” either. It’s solid. It’s note something I would seek out and as mentioned it ranks 3rd for me at red rock for dinner. Potentially I may drop it off the list during my next stay, and take a trip to the strip for dinner.

I really like this restaurant. The food was good and I like the environment. It’s a little expensive but everything was good.

We reserved an outside table but the hostess told us it was not available as it was very windy although there were people dining outside already. We insisted and she relented. Not bad with a table next to the fire. We had two appetizers and two mains. The octopus was tender with a slightly crisp exterior. Very flavorful. The beet salad was excellent. The shrimp pasta was slightly spicy and very tasty. The short rib was tender with good flavor with crisp Brussel sprouts.

On a weekend getaway with my husband. We picked this restaurant (staying on property) for the menu options and reviews. First, everyone was friendly and only had to wait less than 5 minutes for our reservation set for 7 pm.
Devon was an AMAZING server- helped with making dinner choices. I had the Brazino special and my husband had the Truffle Penne and instead of chicken, Devon recommended to have it with Short rib. This is not listed but a “Devon” special. Hope when you go you ask for Devon as a server.
Our meal took a little longer and the manager (missed his name) was very apologetic. We were fine on vacation with no teenagers with us. He gave us 2 glasses of champagne and ended up receding a dessert. Completely unexpected.
Besides food being delicious, the service was GREAT! We definitely would go back.
Everything was great!
We visited Hearthstone on a recommendation from a friend but we were not initially convinced it would be worth the trip out to the location as we were staying on the Strip (25 minute drive) but…….
How wrong were we?? This is a superb restaurant; great atmosphere and vibe, wonderful service but most importantly fabulous food; and good value, they had a great special on, any bottle of wine 50% off!
We shared the calamari appetiser which was perfectly cooked (not rubbery as often happens if the calamari is over cooked) with zucchini (or courgette as we call it in the UK) and Red chillis - lovely!
I had the New England lobster roll and fries which I loved and my wife had the spicy shrimp pasta- both were perfect. For dessert we shared a lemon and meringue ice bomb (sorry can’t quite remember the correct title) but it was lovely too. What can I say, everything spot on, we will definitely be back!!!
Special shout out for Jacqui who made our experience even better with her excellent customer service, she, and other staff members, could not do enough for us.
Thanks to the whole staff at Hearthstone!
STILL PRETTY BAD
I had forgotten that I went here 5 years ago and made a reservation for three for dinner.
Nothing much has changed. The server was friendly but incompetent .
The food was ok but two of us had finished eating before the third meal appeared
and as my wife did not want to eat on her own we sent it back.
The place is noisy and busy which is ok for this kind of restaurant but it is also
far too expensive for what it is.
Twice bitten third time shy!.
Good food…great service
The food and service was excellent. The outside seating was accessible from the parking lot so that it wasn’t necessary to go inside.
As a loyal Red Rock devotee, I am always impressed with all the restaurants and services at this location.
Great happy hour
Came in for Happy Hour on a Friday at 5:00pm. It was fabulous. The food I thought was way better than your typical bar appetizers. We ordered their their short rib quesadilla, meatballs with tomato gravy, shaved brussel sprouts cesar salad, and their individual size pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious and for $7.00 each. The service was fantastic. We sat at the bar because we did not make reservations. Bartenders were all friendly and extremely helpful with the menu. Recommend getting the bread pudding dessert. One of the popular dessert items at the restaurant. Hearthstone is located at Redrock Casino in Summerlin (Las Vegas). Reservations highly recommended. Great place to hang out that is off the strip.

The food is good but during the Pandemic they have limited delivery orders to a maximum of $100. With their menu prices this is 2 items - WTF???

After our wedding .. we had the nicest experience here for dinner. Waiter was amazing as was the Manager on duty. Loved the atmosphere and the meal. Steaks were perfect! Clique hospitality does a great job. You have to try the peanut butter lava cake. Can’t wait to come back.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar - Good Solo Meal
In June, we were back to the Red Rock Casino & Resort, and I dined at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar for the second time, although solo on this visit, as my wife had dinner meetings on-property.
Before, we had dined outside, but that was in September, so this June, I opted for the bar seating.
The service was very good, and I wanted for nothing. The bar area has a feel of a sports bar, but that was OK, as I was there only to dine, and not converse with my wife.
The Bacon-wrapped Dates were excellent, as was the Striped Baja Seabass w/ heirloom tomato scampi sauce, shaved fennel, capers and lemon.
I kept to the B-T-G wine list: Davis Bynum River West Russian River Sonoma Chardonnay and then the Smoke Tree Sonoma County Pinot Noir. Both of these were the 9oz pours. The stemware was good.
The lighting was good, and even in the bar, the noise-level was only moderate.
I will return, when my wife next has meetings at Red Rock, and hope to dine with her then.
Great tasting food
First time visit. We were seated right away. Our Server was very nice and was able to answer questions regarding the menu. He took our orders and our pizza and fried chicken arrived piping hot and so delicious. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommended!
Be the first to ReplyThe Tale Sunday Football and the BB.
The food, service staff were okay. We went to celebrate November birthdays. The place has nice ambiance really an okay place and good to watch Sunday football games. Hence the problem. Just before halftime of the morning games. A group of maybe 10 women (Botox Babes or BB for short) were placed at a table near us. Within 10 minutes the BB’s asked someone who had to be a manager owner or something to change the game that several people were watching. Didn’t ask the other customers seated, eating and watching the games already. They then proceeded to not watch the game. The 4th quarter had started before the game situation was fixed. So if you’re going to this quasi sports restaurant, look out for the BB or better yet stay home and skip Sunday brunch and football. Fair warning.
