The 'check': very affordable and quite reasonable I had a halibut dish that was one of the best I've ever enjoyed This seems to me a place that 'locals' probably frequent regularly. The ambience is a comfortable, family type environment without any pretentiousness. It's a little out of town but there is no compromise in the food quality or service. If you're not a tourist, this is probably one of your regular ' go to' choices. Even if you are a tourist, you will be pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this restaurant is.

I've gone back several times when in Napa on business and I am never disappointed at this local neighborhood spot. Bar area was a little crowded on my second trip but they sat me at a table anyway even though I was solo. Delicious classic Italian!

We had a party of 10 for a small company party.. Ordered apps for whole table and everything and everyone was thought it was excellent. Service was first class. Their sauces tasted like homemade. Small place with a family feel. Will come again next time visiting Napa.

Well, this place is awesome! It's nice having a good restaurant in Napa that isn't trying to charge Michelin-star prices for what amounts to very good food! My wife suggested this spot and we had dinner on a Tuesday night - and it was packed! I was going to make fun of her for the reservation but it was warranted! We started the meal with the Arancini and Garlic bread, both of which we perfect. The arancini were light and not over-stuffed with flavors, sitting on some of the best marinara sauce I've ever had. The garlic bread didn't stand a chance and was also some of the best garlic bread I have had in some time. We split the chicken parm and the rigatoni and meatballs, and both were delightful. Under 100 bucks (before tip) for a top-notch dinner for two in Napa, we will be back to try more of this menu! Andy the bartender was a delight, stop in to see him for a drink!

However, his mood quickly changed after they brought out the fried olives I ordered. He was blown away by the fried olives, stuffed with sausage. I've had it before at Scala Osteria, minus the sausage. I liked the polenta more. Andy was great, very friendly, passionately agreed with all the yummy items we ordered. Quite a few servers asked us how we were doing throughout the course of our dinner which was great but my fault for not asking about the bread they never brought out. Would've been great to dip in the creamy pesto from the gnocchi. We ordered dessert to go. Tiramisu and Panna cotta. Would definitely be back! Very accessible, easy onsite parking unlike dwtn. They share the lot with a General store.

Had a delish lunch here today to celebrate my Mom's bday.
The service was glowing...friendly, welcoming, attentive. The vibe is totally Italian Trat...we will definitely return. Loved the decor...we ordered the margarita pizza, pasta tagliatelle and the chicken parm sandwich.

Manager even came by to chat and check on us. Everything was positive about this restaurant.

This feels like a local trattoria and they are happy to have you join them for a wonderful meal. Lovely wines by the glass and delicious homemade pasta.

It's a rare and wonderful thing to find a restaurant that welcomes you as you enter, seats you with a kind waiter (Ivan), has a touching message on the front of the menu from the owner about his pride and purpose and aim to please, serves piping hot delicious food, cares for you by checking in often, plays classic Italian music, and gives you a genuine cozy experience top to bottom. Very rare when it fires 5 stars on each and every cylinder.
This is a very special place.
Cozy intimate interior. Outstanding service. Delicious fried olives started us out followed by a Caesar salad and delicious pasta. We ended the meal with tiramisu and an affogato. Memorable meal

My husband and I have eaten here twice about a year apart from each dining experience. The cuisine is divine to say the least. Pleasant atmosphere, and attentive staff make this restaurant a joy to return when we visit the Napa area.

Where do you go Friday afternoon between the regular hours of lunch and dinner? This place is perfect. Quiet and unassuming. It’s off the main highway and next to the fish market. Relaxing atmosphere, professional, and friendly staff. Did I mention the food is spot on? No complaints. Surely a local favorite.

Happened upon this small restaurant while driving in Napa and was most happy that I did. Excellent food and service. I had short rib ravioli while my guest had Bucatini alla Pescatore with gluten free homemade pasta. We split a crisp Caesar salad. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some good bread.
Very good Italian, close to Indigo hotel
We ate here on our first night in Napa - we were staying at the Indigo hotel which was 2 mins walk round the corner. We’d booked a table for 7pm and we were pleased we had as it was full when we arrived, although the local early diners started to empty shortly afterwards. Good, friendly service and nice food with a wide range of good wines - mainly Napa and Sonoma but a good range of Italian as well. We would certainly eat there again and recommend it if you’re staying at the Indigo - it was the best of the three we walked to during our stay.
Great Casual Dining Experience
We chose Il Posto because we wanted a restaurant we could walk to from our hotel. It was a great choice. We ordered GF pasta, and salads. The service was excellent.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
