I've been told this is a "must visit" restaurant and have been trying to visit it for the last two years. And, as I read all the positive reviews on this page, I just don't get it. Maybe I caught them on an off night.So, where to start. Fish tartare? Um, basically a fish spread. Who puts mayo in tartare. A potato/leak dumpling? In Pittsburgh, we have them too and we call them pierogies. Further, they were not hand made...you could see they were machine made.The friend chicken was good, but the seafood delight? Basically frozen supermarket seafood that was thawed and put into a stew.In the end, after 11-13 small plates, we all left hungry and dissatisfied.There are too many other amazing restaurants in Charleston to try. Don't waste your money here.

The food is so tasty, the place is stylish, staff is always nice, and their cocktails are DELISH! Our favorite thing is the chicken. The Sichuan Hot Karaage is very flavorful, but super spicy. Like real spicy. The Karaage chicken is also very flavorful, but zero spice. So it just depends on the day. I always order a bowl of rice with my chicken and their rice is good too.Other things that are really good: pork dumplings and fried rice.Highly recommend! But definitely try and make a reservation.

Food is amazing! Service was super quick and just all around awesome. We got the karaage and strongly recommend it. Food is served family style and we were told that 5-6 items are needed for a party of 3 but we ordered 4 and it was more than enough!

Service fell well below our very average expectations and we didn't receive all we ordered. The food we did receive took over an hour from ordering (at 5:30 pm after being seated timely for our 5:15 reservation), some dishes were canceled after one hour when told it couldn't be served within another half hour. Server was apathetic, unapologetic, and after they spoke with the manager upon our escalation to check on our food, manager never came by. "Kitchen is behind" - at 5:30? I rarely write reviews because they generally fall into the 3-4 star range of normality but this was bad enough to warrant the warning to others.

I've heard a lot about Jackrabbit Filly over the years and have been told to come here countless times by friends and coworkers. I finally got the chance to come here on a Wednesday afternoon for dinner. I came with a group of two and we were seated immediately. I had the duck salad, the hot karaage chicken, and the curry noodles. Everything was super delicious and the flavors were really unique. My favorite I think was the duck salad, which is saying something because I am NOT a salad person. The textures and curry flavors with the duck was so delicious. I will definitely be getting it again. The karaage chicken was good too and definitely had some spice, however I think this was third of my list of dishes from this meal. In second place was the curry noodle. It had similar curry taste to the duck salad but in noodle form. It was creamy and very tasty!Overall, a great experience at Jackrabbit Filly and would love to come here again!

Both kinds of Fried chicken were bland, included zero fried rice like it was supposed to. The spicy version was coated in way to much seasoning that it made the outside awkwardly dry. I'm fact the Karaage reminded us of generals chicken balls before any sauce was applied. The yellow fin tuna tartare had virtually no tuna even in it. And the curry noodles were also very dry. Good flavor, lots of heat, but forgettable. Service was typical Charleston. Not friendly, not rude and semi attentive. Overall, disappointing. Sent the Tuna Tartare and Curry noodles back, no offer to take either off the bill. Our neighbor had some sort of rib special that looked good. However our server failed to mention and specials were even available...People rave about this place. But so many southerners don't get out and try ethnic food elsewhere, so I feel like they just don't know any better. Kind of like a midwesterner town getting a Red Lobster and thinking it's amazing seafood. Charleston really struggles with great ethnic food. Sadly this isn't the exception we were hoping for. Great ideas, but sadly the menu is executed without detail and care. Also got a drink. "Looking good Billy Ray!" It was odd.

Hubby and I have been here before for lunch and we were excited to see the dim sum brunch added. My 4 stars are based on our prior experience for lunch and this morning's brunch. Lunch was great and cocktails were fun. Dim sum was....not as fulfilling as we'd hoped. We are from Seattle and have eaten traditional dim sum many times. This is not that. We ordered a bunch of menu items: fish tartar, pork dumplings, shumai, chocolate banana bread, egg sando, and bacon fried rice. The egg sando was the highlight of the meal- I would eat this over and over. My 4 year old also really loved the sando. The fish tartar was a total miss for us- there were a lot of conflicting flavors and I couldn't get over the soft texture of the fish on top of soft bread. Hubby thinks with crackers or crunchy toast and sauce on the side, it would have been better. The dumplings and shumai were underwhelming. The dough was pretty thick so it felt like the ratio of filling to dough was off. The banana bread and fried rice were both tasty. So, it was a bit of a mixed bag in terms of the dishes. Service was great and the food came out quickly. We did make reservations which I would highly recommend. Parking can be challenging at busy hours because it's almost exclusively on the street. We will go back for lunch but probably pass up on dim sum.

Good service, ok food, cute atmosphere but honestly nothing super special?The service was good- our waters were constantly full and our waitress was efficient although not super friendly? Our food came out quickly especially given how crowded it was. Nothing to complain about service wise.The restaurant itself was very cute! Its like diner meets lunar new year- decor is cute and its not huge but theres a lot of outdoor seating too and some heaters.The food- this makes me so sad to say but I'm so underwhelmed! Everyone raves about the food here but I really thought it wasn't anything special. Fusion is hard because I feel like it always takes away the best aspects of the authentic culture of the food. The potato and leek dumplings were like upgraded perogies but the oil they were in was very overpowering and honestly unnecessary in my opinion- they were good without them. The karaage don was $14 for a very small rice bowl with 3 small pieces of chicken. I wasn't full after so I'm not super thrilled with the price. The sauce was tasty but the chicken was really dry (overfried) and there was barely any veggie in the bowl so it was mostly rice and over fried chicken. I was really disappointed because everyone raves about their food! Maybe it's just my standard because Maryland has a ton of really amazing Asian food spots but I was very underwhelmed eating here.Overall, good service, atmosphere, and ok food but I don't think I'd come back based on the flavor, texture, and portion of my food.

You really can't go wrong with anything offered at Jackrabbit Filly. We've eaten here multiple times and each meal has been perfection - whether it's the karaage, the dry pot, or the bacon fried rice, We've loved every bite. Their drink menu also offers a lot of options, and the service is top notch. We wish we lived closer so we could eat her more often. Do yourself a favor and at least try the dumplings and karaage, spicy or regular. You will not regret it!

Oh my my! Everyone was right! This place is incredible! So delicious! Chinese like you've never had it. Nice spot in Park Circle with a cool vibe. Great service with Dexter, FYI!Love the names of the cocktails - I had the "Pedro for President" their take on the Margarita and it was oh, so tasty, I had to have two! Food was delicious as well. We ordered the special of the night a smoked tuna carpaccio which was di-vine! Then, we had the pork and cabbage dumplings, the curry noodles and the bacon fried rice. So nice we had leftovers which were still yummy the next day. Can't wait to go back to get the Karaage.

This app is filling a void - there's a real market to tap into here. It's just annoying to see some reservations getting sold out here that end up in a no show - the restaurants aren't benefiting in such cases unless they charge a no-show fee. Besides this issue, I'm looking forward to the app community growing and would love to continue to contribute towards it's growth in any way that I can!

Wow! First time using this website/app. It was almost hard to believe the quality of customer service I received as soon as I posted my offer. A private chat forum with me and the person helping me find the best option. Constant communication and a wonderful experience using Appointment Trader. I'm surprised it took me this long to find AT but this will now be my GO TO for hard to get restaurant reservations. It was like having my own private concierge.

My first experience using AT was awesome and the AT support saved the day! When my booking transfer initiated two days earlier but didn't complete by the day of the reservation, AT was able to expedite the transfer and confirm a table at Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach. I highly recommend this service. Reservations sell out in minutes as they become available at this restaurant. I was able to get a table at the exact time we wanted, on a peak weekend night. Amazing!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
