A vegan Mexican spot.
.. incredible! I was with my sister and nieces, and this was a grand dinner experience. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, but we all grabbed a booth inside... and it looks like it's a great thing that we made a reservation! The A/C was up quite a bit, but that is literally my only bad thing moving forward. We were given menus and took a long time figuring out what to get. My sis and I shared the beet and pumpkin empanadas, which were so flavorful and delicious! There was a bit of sweetness, and the guacamole and chimichurri really set it off. My nieces got the tres amigas (chips and three dips), and the sikil pak was the best one -- I've never had it before! Entrees were the real challenge, but I decided on enchiladas verde. I loved the taste of the jackfruit carnitas in it. I tasted my sister's enchiladas mole, which had a slightly different flavor profile going on, and OMG, I wish I got that! The hints of cacao were fantastic. My niece and I shared churritos for dessert, and... omg. That coconut dulce de leche?! It was to die for. I NEED NEED NEED to recreate that. All in all, go to one of the locations and have their vegan Mexican eats. You won't regret a penny.
So I was not sure if I should give this 3 or 4 stars.
I was not blown away, but the food was ok. Menu items we tried that had fake meat were the chorizo burrito my friend had, and it was pretty good, and the tamal con mole, which was ok! The corn and mushroom empanadas were decent. Service was great and our server explained everything and was patient with all of our questions. The owner or manager came by to check on us and we just felt very welcome here. This was my first vegan experience and as an omnivore, it was alright. I look forward to more experiences like this.

Staff were nice, the food was honestly super tasty and that bathroom sink was BEAUTIFUL. But the portions were lowkey kinda small.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating plus restrooms. The food was delicious! We ordered tacos to share. It didn't disappoint. The mushroom one was my favorite with the spicy sauce. The jackfruit was also really good. Coming from someone who doesn't like chorizo, the soyrizo was really good.

The service is always very good, the food is always fresh, I am happy to say that I am never disappointed. I will say that you do need to eat your tacos while they're fresh and steamy, don't wait / let it sit most especially if you get it delivered. Eat it now! I would want the fish taco be what everyone eats at my funeral because I literally dance every time my taste buds think of it.

Went to the east village location and the waiter straight up didn't even bother taking our order. She seated a party that came way after us and was just busy chit chatting and taking their order. Isn't it wild that you get charged a $40 no show fee for a reservation? I had a reservation for 7 pm also. And then the food comes out and they gave our entire order to the wrong table bc the waiter couldn't figure out what she was doing. Another half hour wasted. She brought back the same food that was sitting on the other table and it was cold. Extremely terrible service, I've never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant in NY. So ridiculous, will not be coming back to this location ever again if poor service is a big issue.

Amazing tacos that are vegan! So delicious with good flavors and ingredients. We had the huilacoche, buffalo flower, and jackfruit carnitas. For drinks the popcorn y pasion was so smoothe, sweet and savory. Interior vibes was also so pretty! Highly recommend!
The turmeric cauliflower rice bowl ok.
.. I would order something else next time! The rice was fine, it's just the vegetables were not hitting the spot. The beans were good, though.

This meal was incredible and worth the hype.
I am vegetarian but I do think all could enjoy this place. We over ordered so keep in mind portion sizes are pretty decent. The almond horchata is delicious as were the nachos - a must get. We also ordered the pescado tacos which were so tasty and also the chorizo burrito. Couldn't enjoy the burrito as much because we were pretty stuffed by the time it came. Also got the churros with dulce de leche sauce and it was tasty! Would definitely come back.
If you're vegan you will absolutely love this restaurant.
Their menu is inventive and incredibly delicious. The burrito is a must, and their frozen margaritas are to die for.

We dined outside, the weather was great. It took a while for us to get our food but understandable, it was a busy day. We came here for Mother's Day. It was wonderful. Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and we got some nice free treats in the end and they were delicious. I would go often if it wasn't so out of the way for me but on occasion I will drop by. Lovely place.

Ambiance was amazing and i really think there's no place like this. The nachos were amazing but I wasnt a fan of the fish tacos or the ginger ale drink. They were very accommodating and allowed me to change my order to the chicken tacos which were amazing.
Most delicious dessert!
While there are less vegetarian and vegan options in New York than I expected, this was a really nice place to go. The food was good and can be recommended but the dessert we had was outstanding. The churritos with coconut dulce de leche were so delicious, that they are still popping up in my mind days later. I'd be going back for them every day if I wouldn't be thousands of kilometres away by now.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
