So my family and I are staying here at the Aria and over paying because of Taylor swift at $900 a night. We diced to have lunch at Javier's "inside the same casino", only to be told that they are not excepting walk-ins and it's reservation only and they asked if we could come back at 4 o'clock, mind you it's 1130. No I can't come back .5 1/2 hours later. For lunch! I don't wanna wait five and half hours for lunch, for Taco Bell, food Let's be honest, the food here is ok, it's not like your eating fresh lobster off the coast of Mexico. Your eating Mexican food in a Casino Oh well , we left and will not be doing any more business with the Aria

First time to this restaurant.
The service is good. The ambiance is great. The food is ok. I ordered a chicken fajita and it was kind of bland. Other than that it's not a bad place. I may recommend it to someone from out of town who wants Mexican food and staying at the strip.

Easy walk from valet inside the Cosmopolitan.
The ambiance is wonderful and the drinks were on point! The wait staff were friendly and accommodating. Those chicken enchiladas ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST

My whole experience was great! From the drinks to the apps to the entree! Definitely try this if you're looking for a Spanish food! The enchilada was filled with steamed lobster and the poblano was filled with some much crab and shrimp it was coming out the side! The shrimp taco was really good as well! I was so full! Rice and beans were great. Everything was just great!

Staying in Aria so we had a convenient lunch here and everything was so tasty. The stand outs were the queso fundido and the lobster enchiladas. Of the margaritas were great. Service was nice and the decor was so eclectic but in a nice way.

Over crowded, poor service, food was mediocre, lack of attention to patrons, not worth the prices.

Jesus, the server, makes sure you are absolutely taken care
Jesus, the server, makes sure you are absolutely taken care of. He always made sure that we had our refills without even asking. He was spot on with what to give a try at the restaurant. He was honest about each taste with every plate we asked him about and everyone in the family was glad to have listened to his recommendations. Not only were we happy but I witnessed each table that Jesus was serving was being taken care and were just as happy to have him! This is service! I certainly seeing him being a manager someday and I know for a fact customers come back and make sure they have him as a server. I know my big family and I will make sure we have him next time we're in Vegas again! Awesome experience! Thank you Jesus!

We dined in on a thursday night with 3 people.
Our service was great and the waitress didn't rush us at all! We were there for over 2 hours and we felt comfortable the entire time. We LOVED our organic margaritas with jalepenos and the complimentary salsa was extra spicy and delicious. We ordered the guac and Javier salad to share and both were very fresh and had great flavor.we ordered enchiladas - cheese, vegetable and lobster. They were pretty good, but we all agreed they weren't AMAZING. I would highly recommend this spot for margaritas and guacamole!

I first went to Javier's in California about 7 years ago.
I've been wanting more ever since. When I found out there was one in Vegas I had to go! It was even better than the last time!! The food is fresh, light and delicious! I hope Javier opens up one in Denver!!

Came here with the Lip Smacking Foodie Tours.
We started with the three salsas and crudo. I am picky with my salsa, so I thought these were pretty standard. We then had the enchilada de Mariscos and chicken enchilada with Guajillo sauce, paired with a pineapple margarita. Because we were with a tour group, the service was relatively quick. All of the food was hot and ready. Both enchiladas were delicious, although I prefer the green sauce with mariscos. I can safely say that I would order the same thing again, AKA enchilada de mariscos y piƱa margarita! Knowing that Javier's is a chain, it is safe to say that all locations taste the same, as well as have the same experience, as I have been to the one in Los Angeles. It is relatively dark in the restaurant, and does share a similar theme across-the-board. It's a lovely restaurant, the music is bumpin, and it is overall a good vibe.

Best. Mole. Ever. I love Chicken Mole and this was the best I've ever had. I would come back just for this dish. Chips and salsa amazing too.

Wonderful meals/very high noise level
Amazing food and service. We were at a table of 8 people and literally could not hear anyone further than our immediate neighbor. Maybe we're just getting old but the noise level was quite impressive.
I had the enchiladas and my wife the fajitas. We started with chips, salsa and guac which was all delicious. The service was amazing too. The only disappointment was the price but if you're looking to splurge on a meal, Javier's is a great choice.
Great Mexican restaurant with amazing margaritas and best enchiladas in town. Flavors are great if you like spicy
This place was highly recommended to me by an uber driver. The food was completely bland, dried out and not at all tasty. I loooove Mexican food, I think it's the best. I have had all kinds, however this place, though the ambiance of the restaurant was impressive, the food left me highly disappointed. I will never visit this establishment again
So my wife and I love Mexican food, and decided for our last evening here in Vegas to eat at Javier's in the Aria Resort. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and the hostess was anything but friendly. Just, "do you have a reservation" and then, "you'll just need to wait a few minutes." No welcome. No smile. Not a great first impression. We waited about 10 minutes and now it is past our reservation time, when a different hostess asked if we were being helped. I said we had checked in and the hostess told us to wait. She looked at the booking and said we could be seated immediately. The restaurant wasn't crowded so I'm not sure why we had to wait initially. But our experience got better once seated. Our server was personable, really knew the menu, and was attentive to our needs the entire time. Our Casa Margaritas were EXCELLENT. I ordered the combo plate with chile relleno, beef taco, and chicken enchilada...with a side of rice and beans.....all three were well cooked and flavorful....really pleased with the food. My wife had the cheese quesadilla with guacamole...again, very flavorful and delicious And we were also given a bowl of chips and salsa...wonderful, wonderful salsa with just a little kick to it. With the exception of the greeting, we really enjoyed our experience at Javier's. We would definitely come again.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant!
Some of the best Mexican food Iāve had in the US! This is one of our favorites, because itās very vegetarian friendly, and they even have a vegetarian and vegan menu! I love their cheese enchiladas with tomatillo sauce! They also have vegetarian beans and white rice. The drinks are great as well and the staff is nice! The atmosphere is upscale.
Please make reservations as this restaurant was busy at 4:00. We had a 4:30 reservation and I was impressed with the endless bowl of chips and salsa. Not many restaurants give complimentary chips and salsa. Our party of 3 ordered seafood entrees with lobster, crab and shrimp. The food was good, but the margaritas were outstanding. I perused the menu prior to our dinner and I remembered the prices, however, the prices were about $6.00 more for each entree. It was a bit of sticker shock when an entree of enchiladas is $50.00! Luiz gave us excellent service and we enjoyed our night out.

Always on point Excellent meal
I always have at least one meal at Javiers when in Vegas . Food and service are both excellent . Make a reservation as they are busy. Unlike some other reviews I did not find it overpriced . To each a differing opinion.

It wasn't horrible! Watch you bill.
We went as a bacheloreete party of 8 on a Friday night. The kitchen ervice was slow, but at least there was plenty of salsa and chips. No one felt their meal was anything special. We had issues with the bill. They had added a 20% tip and only one check. We calculated the cost at $75 each. One person gave cash, the balance was to be split between credit cards given. Each of our cards came back at $83. After trying to explain why they were correct twice even though we had calculators, they came back and corrected the charges to $75. This added another 20 minutes to our time there. Many felt like they might have thought we were overcharged because we were a large party of women, some of which had a few drinks. There were so many better places in the Aria and surrounding resorts. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Overpriced, fresh but boringly average food
Wonderful location, good service, fair wait times and great ambiance. But unfortunately the food is less than exciting. 4 people, 4 orders and nobody got anything that was worth going back for. Itās good quality⦠but thatās about it. Will not return.

Good overpriced food
20 margarita 30 plate of California Mexican food. = $100 Service good Food pretty good Super loud and but neat ambience.

Good food and drinks, avoid conference times
Dined during CES conference so restaurant was very busy and crowded. Although we had reservations, we had to wait 30 mins which could have been more if we didnāt speak to a manager. Food was good but pricey. Fresh and tasty homemade chips and salsa. 3 enchiladas entree and margaritas were good. Our server was attentive amidst the standing patrons and loud noise. The atmosphere was a bit hectic for casual conversations. So we ate and left quickly. Adjustments needed during peak times. Otherwise good food and margaritas.

Javier's service and staff make the experience worth while.
The excellent service coupled with the authentic Mexican cuisine and party atmosphere at the Aria make the whole experience top notch!

Javiers is always a great time.
We stopped by for a quick bite and drink on a Sunday afternoon. The bar was packed, but we were able to grab a spot in their back bar area. Our server was super sweet and attentive, and the spicy margarita is on point. We shared the beef taquitos which weren't anything to write home about, but were decent. The habanero salsa helped to make up for it. Will continue to go back for the atmosphere, service and drinks!
š
The drinks and service was great and so was the guacamole!
The drinks and service was great and so was the guacamole! Got two tacos, and the steak was too spicy to eat. It didn't indicate spice on the menu. The chicken was good. Food prices in vegas are always high but these were no where near worth $40.

We have been wanting to come here for a few years as it's always busy and finally did on this trip. Once we were seated our waiter was here all the time and our water was always filled. Then once our food came he was gone and never saw him again and had another server waiting on us. We wanted another round of drinks and he never came back and had to ask for water multiple times. As for the food it wasn't bad but was good either and for the price I would expect more. Just would rather go to any other Mexican on the strip.
