Absolute must try this little hidden gem! Loved their meatballs and spicy fusilli! Must need ressies but they also take walk ins (best to go around 5:30-6pm )
Be the first to ReplyLook, overall this place is fine.
The pasta is average with not a ton of flavor and the texture is just ok. However, the gem lettuce salad is really special - it's spicy and so so good. That said, it's really the only standout on the menu in my opinion.

Today I was here with a couple of my friends the pasta that I ordered was great I liked it a lot. The service was amazing we had a really nice waiter for my first time i was happy. The place was a little quiet and empty. What really annoyed me is that I wanted to tip our server and we figured out that the 18 percent fee they charge doesn't even go to the staff, and they wouldn't remove it from the bill
Be the first to ReplyGreat location, good service, and the pizza is delish.
Restaurant is well organized and very clean. We ordered a variety of appetizers; it sounds simple, but hands down, the tuna bruschetta was the best I've ever had. All of the apps could have easily served as a main course - huge portions. Pizza crust was perfectly chewy and loaded with toppings. The corn agnolotti were plump and delicately flavored. Many families were enjoying the spaghetti. Looked delish, but hard to resist pizza!
Be the first to ReplyPros: pizza and bruschetta was amazing.
But that's it. Cons: music was too loud. Portions got very small. Our waitress was non existent. Fusilli doesn't taste as good as it used to. Oh and they add a 18% service charge that's supposedly not a tip to your bill to cover "living wages" and then expect a tip on top. The food is already overpriced. The owners are making enough. I don't need to pay for the staff's wage. Wouldn't go back.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful Italian food.
Small spot almost hidden but is sooo good!!! You have to try the pizza. Simple ingredients used to perfection.
Be the first to ReplyThe prices are decent for the quality of the food.
The pizzas and pastas are very savory and it's all freshly made. I love Jon & Vinny's!

I never write a review but I could not stop myself as I was so appalled by Jon & Vinny's. There was 6 of us for dinner at the Beverly Hills location of Jon & Vinny's. When the bill came there was a service charge of $32.00. I called over the waitress to ask her what that charge was all about. She said I'll be right back, 2 minutes later a manager came by and I asked her she said it was a service charge, I said for what? she said the house, but I could leave more money for the servers. Is Jon & Vinny's crazy?? We will never go back there ever again Anyone eating at there restaurants check your Bill, your getting ripped off.

Very disappointing!!! Food here tastes so BAD! Right when we entered the restaurant the waitress asked for my phone number. I thought for waiting list but the restaurant was quite empty. So the waitress said "they want to get customers' phone number for their record." Very strange and suspicious! Most ridiculous thing is they automatically charged 18% services fee and on top of that asking for more tips !? We had only two people and ordered two dishes why automatically 18% service fee!? The waitress served us were busy taking photos and chatting with other waitresses not even serving us properly !

This was such a great dinner spot! I didn't have any reservations but didn't have a problem getting seated. This may have been because I went at 6:30ish on a weeknight so if you're planning on going on the weekend or later at night, make a reservation! The food was amazing! I was blown away by the meatball, and I honestly wasn't expecting to. The spicy fusilli is also a must have. All the waiters were so kind and fast. They played great music and it was a great spot to go to with friends. There's a parking structure across the street that gives 2h free so that's a plus! However, if you go after 6pm, it's a $5 flat rate.
Be the first to ReplyFood was fair at best.
They charge for refills on iced tea. The ravioli might as well have been called ravioli soup as it was of soup consistency. My girlfriend asked for a knife to cut her brocolini and was refused. The items came out in haphazard fashion. Will not be going back.

Food and Service was good! Portions are small, and our pizza was burned but still tasted good. We really liked our food until we got the bill, where they add an 18% service charge that is NOT gratuity and helps the restaurant provide equitable wages to all of their employees. Shouldn't you be doing that in the first place?! Isn't that your job as a business owner? Why pass this on to the customer? Should every business do this?! No, its so TACKY! I own a restaurant and would NEVER do something so TACKY! Then our server put a heart around the info and underlined the part letting us know this was not a gratuity so please still tip! This all left a bad taste in our mouths!
Be the first to ReplyBeen to Jon and Vinnys a million times.
Thought the new "waitlist" option on resy was cool. So I set up a dinner with my family with the wait time in mind. It said 15 min. So I made sure to hop on the waitlist 15 min b4 arriving. Got a confirmation text that was so amazing! Got to the restaurant and the host told me he wouldt have a table for another hour and a half. And sent me an update text, as I was standing in front of him. I love Jon and Vinnys, just disappointed in the situation. Long story short don't use the waitlist button on @resy it's inaccurate.

Food is pretty good but how are you going to surprise your customers with an 18% SERVICE CHARGE when you deliver the check. That's literally insane. And then your server specifically says it's not a gratuity. You must be out of your mind.I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I was shocked. This is super dishonest. 18% service charge. Yea right. Never. I'll be sure to let everyone know about this hidden cost so they are not fooled as I was.

Always love this restaurant at any of their locations but had to mention Asher the waiter at the BH location is just so wonderful. Best experience with him!

5Service: 3.5Bang for your buck: 3When In the area and you're craving fire pizza in Beverly Hills this is my go to! Yeah it's a littleOver priced and crowed all the time but it's worth it! What's $30 bucks for a personal pizza and a can soda in this area? Probably the cheapest spot In there area anyways . Overall if you're craving pizza and don't wanna fly to Italy cause you can if you live here; then this is your spot!! I will return to get my favorite Bronx bomber pizza or a classic margarita can't go wrong!!

18% service charge is not the tip!!! They expect to add 18% to your bill to pay their employees & then you are expected to add another 15-20% tip for the server; pretty ballsy.

OMG!!! This new location is fantastic! It's so tiny that you might drive by and completely miss it. And inside it's very tiny so make sure to get a reservation or go at an odd hour to be seated inside. The vibe is hip and simple. The music puts you in a good mood. The food!!! We had: the house salad, Meatballs, Spaghetti Limone, Spicy Fusilli, and little Nate's pizza. Each dish was unbelievably delicious and perfect. This is a perfect spot to eat when you want amazing food, are very hungry and don't want to dress up.
Be the first to ReplyNice ambience, menu is fancy for pasta, pizza and salads.
I was greeted pleasantly and was seated for my 1 person party. The music was nice, 90s east coast vibes and the bar wall lined with various wine selections were appealing. The young lady explained that their water is $ 9. I asked for "free" water with lemon because I dont like the word tap. Lol I requested lemons but she stated no one cut them earlier so they werent available...Maybe table sat across from a platter of lemons. Unbelievable! And you think the 18% gratuity that is automatically included in your tab would pay for some slices of lemon.Anywho...Next the food. I ordered the local burrata with toast $12.25The spaghetti with zucchini garlic and olive oil $16.75Both over priced and lacked flavor. I love natural ingredients but they do have seasonings as well! Sadly, that pasta dish was a silent killer for me. It taste like the chef sauteed the zucchini in olive oil and a few shavings of garlic. Once the pasta was done, they drained it and threw the noodles in the pan with the zucchini and swirled it around before finally adding it to the plate. I barely tasted any garlic until I found a few shavings on the plate. I asked for salt and pepper. Ive neverrr done that at a restaurant.I was disappointed and wished I went to Olive Garden.
