Wonderful dinner experience โ highly recommended!
The calm of the Japanese garden, coupled with excellent service and beautiful cuisine was a treat โ highly recommended!
Be the first to ReplyNice Japanese Restaurant that serves good Brunch Menu
We took their weekend brunch set menu. It is of good value and they serve good quality food. The restaurant is located in a Japanese garden setting, and the restaurant itself also has a traditional Japanese setting, bringing us back to Japan. I recommend this restaurant for its brunch menu.
Be the first to ReplyUnforgettable Culinary Journey
I celebrated my birthday last night at Keyaki, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. Chef Teoh's cheerful demeanor sets a vibrant tone that permeates the entire dining experience. His dishes were like little pieces of art that you could eat. The sushi was on another level, super fresh and bursting with flavor. But let me tell you, the uni with fried seaweed was the killer of the night. That combo was out of this world โ creamy uni meets crispy seaweed? Yes, please! Overall, I cannot recommend Keyaki highly enough for anyone looking to indulge in exceptional Japanese cuisine. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual dining experience, Keyaki delivers an unforgettable culinary journey that will leave you craving more.

Last minute made an online reservation. Was greeted by friendly service staff. Our food server, Jeff was friendly and helpful. He even offered which cards having discounts and recommended us to download GHA discovery app. Once he learned that is my husbandโs birthday, he came back with a slice of complimentary cake and even sang the whole birthday song! Food was amazing too!
Be the first to ReplyGreat ambient, food and great service
Chose the Omakase dinner menu. The food was fresh and the service was prompt! Great ambients for special occasions! Definitely a 10/10 recommended.
Be the first to ReplyGood place for quality Bentos
We have been coming here for meals for many many years and they always never disappoint . Friendly staff and prompt service . The most recent time we came to celebrate my daughterโs exam results . The very nice waiter surprised us with a cake for my daughter . He also always checked if the food was ok and if we needed anything . The bento boxes are very good and although not cheap but the quality you get is worth every penny spent.

Always loved the dining experience here. Only feedback is their new menu item, teppan lamb rack which can be further improved. Not the best lamb rack that I have had. Roo much fats and hard to chew. Else, all is good.

Wonderful setting. Quiet ambient beside a beautiful open garden beside it. Good spots for some photo session with my family members. The food are great and the services are wonderful. Look forward to my next gathering there in the near future.
Be the first to ReplyLunch at Keyaki Pan Pacific Hotel
Very nice dining experience at Keyaki, the atmosphere was peaceful and had that traditional Japanese feel. Menu was extensive, plenty of variety. There is also a teppanyaki section. Food was good. Service was extremely attentive and pleasant especially by Jayden.
Be the first to ReplyTeppanyaki-Bliss...
Have been looking forward to try Keyaki for their Teppanyaki.. what better excuse to do so for my birthday. 1. Reservations were hassle-free and fuss free, time and seating arrangement as requested for 2. Keyaki is set amidst a beautifully landscaped Japanese garden / pavillion setting on Level 4 Pan Pacific Hotel. Parking and getting there is a breeze. 3. We were served by Joseph and chef Alvin, wonderful gentlemen with top notch service, warmth and made the occassion extra special with the 'fire' displays, tricks and birthday cake, and extra perks 4. Food quality is very good - we took 3 sets and everything was fresh, delicious and yummy. Kids loved the seafood, especially the prawns. Other meat was good also. 5. Overall I would recommend this place if tou want good teppanyaki, super service and a brilliant experience. Obviously on the high-end side but well worth it.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful evening at Keyaki
It's a wonderful restaurant amidst a beautifully landscaped zen garden. Feels like we are dining in one of Kyoto's modern Kaiseiki restaurants. We had a wonderful time and server Jeff was attentive and provide excellent dinner recommendations and service throughout our meal. Kudos to him for making a wonderful evening at Kayak even nicer and memorable!
Be the first to ReplyAwesome taste and a treat for the visual.
We were there for the weekend Kaisei brunch. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of food. The presentation is wonderful. A treat for the eyes and the tummy. The space between the courses are reasonable for the 7 course meal

Visited Keyaki for my girlfriend's birthday celebration. Service was good and the staff were friendly. We ordered the ala - carte style and out of the few dishes. We enjoyed the Udon and the 7 styled sashimi platter the best. We love the ambience and the seats were spaced out that gives us privacy. Staff gave us the complimentary birthday cake and even offered to sing us a birthday song. Overall experience 4/5 . Will come back again if Keyaki offers seasonal menu!

It was a lunch that my husband and I go to, be it my birthday, our anniversary etc. The service at the restaurant as usual was good. But I cannot say much about the food that we had. We had the ala carte teppanyaki, sushi, tempura and all. Yesterday was with my siblings and my daughter for our anniversary. Food wise you need to improve. It was much better before but not anymore. And I find that usually when we order teppanyaki of various dishes I would think that whatever is cooked will be served. Not serving all that we have ordered all at once and then some of the food served was not hot in fact just slightly warm which was not what we have looking forward to. We had to ask the service staff to re-do the beef that we ordered but alas out of the three dishes of beef we ordered, only one dish of the beef was changed. But we didnโt pursue the matter. Just that now Iโm on this topic I just mention it. It had happened before, this serving of teppanyaki food all at once and I gave you my feedback then and when I went back again it was good, served hot and nice. Now itโs happening all over again. Hope you can look into this matter and advise your service staff. Thank you.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent service and top quality of food
I have visited Keyaki many times in the past and itโs always a great experience with not only top quality of their food but also the superb customer service that many thanks to Sharon who helped arranging for a fantastic night at their Tatami room!
Be the first to ReplyHorrible
I was seated in a seat facing the rubbish area at the teppanyaki counter. Can see all the trash bin and it is a horrible sight. The food is so so and the experience is equal to a food court. The chef just cook and serve. Even the fried garlic and fried rice is pre prepared. No difference to a food court. Why should I be paying $300 per pax for this kind of sub par standards.
Be the first to ReplyBirthday Celebration
Restaurant has a great ambience and is easy to find. Both food and services are good. Restaurant has few vegetarian options, would be even better if they had more variety. Celebrated birthday there and was pleasantly surprised by a slice of chocolate cake from Keyaki. Would definitely visit again.

Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and service at Keyaki Pan Pacific hotel
Service was excellent by the Keyaki team. Very attentive . Jeff especially , made sure that we knew what we were consuming and showed us how to eat the different dishes as they ought to be managed. He was extremely helpful and made sure our food was served at the right pace so we had a relaxed meal.. Food was fresh and quality and quantity were substantial. My husband had the teppanyaki and I had the Keyaki Kaseki . Keep up with the great work!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food
Just had dinner at the teppan counter. The last time we been here was about 20 years ago. Decided to give it a try and we were impress with Chef Eric presentation and commentary. We had the TEN set and the meal was satisfying and filling. This is not your average restaurant and therefore expect to pay quite a sum ($210 per set) to dine in a hotel restaurant. Overall the portion was sufficient and the quality of food was excellent. The chef was willing to accommodate to the diners request. I will return.
Be the first to ReplyGood food, good ambience, friendly staff

Be the first to ReplyMy First Experience @Keyaki
Food is good, but i won't go there ordinarily because it is expensive to eat there. If you ask me whether it is worth it, I will be lying if I said yes. But if you can afford it, why not?
Be the first to ReplySuperb!
Great food, superb service by Chef Tommy! Heโs extremely nice and we had wonderful chats. Along that he serves up excellent food and even offers you a special spicy jalapeno-yuzu sauce - outstanding! Surely will be back!
