Excited to see this place expanding around NYC! Is it the best pasta in New York? No, but it is always consistent, reliable and tasty. Personal favorite dishes are the vodka rigatoni with burrata + zucchini fries. Very reasonably priced as well!Follow me on Instagram & Tiktok for more food pics and recommendations: @global_grubs !
Be the first to ReplyThey don't give you complimentary bread.
That should tell you all you need to know about the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for dinner on a Sunday and had a really nice time.
The Whipped Ricotta was light and fluffy, and the Heritage Pork Chop was super tender albeit a tad fatty. The Spicy Limoncello Margarita was delicious, though more sweet than spicy. Didn't know what to expect of the service given some of the negative reviews, but luckily my experience was honestly very pleasant. We stayed there for quite a while and wasn't rushed at all.

My partner and I came here for date night recently and really enjoyed our meal. The interior was more spacious than we had anticipated, and we ended up in the perfect quiet little corner. Our waiter was super friendly and gave us great recommendations.Food-wise, we ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. The calamari was well seasoned with not too much breading and came with two dipping sauces. The vodka sauce rigatoni was delicious, and of course, we got the burrata on it! The burrata added a lovely creaminess, which paired really well with the red pepper flakes they provided. Finally, we chose to also get the burger. Meat was really high quality and cooked to perfection. Generous portion of fries too - our waiter described it as a mountain of fries, and he was right!

We grabbed three drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. Excellent OF!Three pasta dishes were delicious. The best was the de Pepe. The potatoes were very good.If you get one thing here, it's the whipped ricotta. Our dessert was very good as well, the olive oil cake.Loved the service!

The food was to die for, the pork and beef bolognese was the best pasta i've ever had in my life. The prices are reasonable for nyc too!
Be the first to ReplyThis is a fun and casual place.
They have a unique fried zucchini appetizer that was quite good. I also enjoyed the olive oil cake.
Be the first to ReplyI've been here for dinner before and left happier but today
I've been here for dinner before and left happier but today I went at 3PM and I was underwhelmed. Serving strictly a brunch menu until 5PM on a Sunday is insane. What real Italian person is eating dinner after 5PM on a Sunday. The appetizers were very bland, we had the gallamad, the cacio pepe balls and the ricotta with honey drizzle. The best part was the cacio pepe balls, pretty good. The honey drizzled on the ricotta is a very strange mix, sort of like having Honey Nut Cheerios and cheese. The food options were limited for main course so decided to stick with spaghetti pomodoro. The highlight is the fresh pasta for sure, I have had the branzino here in the past and it was very good. Dessert menu was pathetic for an Italian restaurant on the border of Little Italy, I know it's a chain but you need to expand the horizons. Would not come back before 5pm again and based on how empty the restaurant was today I can see why people stay away before 5.

I've had this restaurant bookmarked for what feels like forever and finally got to try it out last night! Had a little belated galentines with two of my best friends and overall vibes and food was *chefs kiss* We ordered: the spicy limoncello margarita! My friend recommended it and said it was their best cocktail on the menu and it did not disappoint. The drink takes you on a taste journey - you're hit with the sweet, sour with subtle spice undertones . Soo good! Appetizers: calamari - crispy and perfect paired with a delicious spicy aioli sauce. We also ordered the meatballs which were delicious and served in a nice tomato sauce. Pasta: I ordered the Garganelli since I saw that's what mostly everyone recommended and now here I am highly recommending! I was a bit scared that I'm not super crazy about mushrooms in my pasta.. but the sauce was incredible paired with the arugula pesto! I think it really is definitely one of their best pastas. I also got to try what my friends ordered, their famous rigatoni in vodka sauce (one of the best vodka sauces I've ever tasted) and the Gramigna, also just as goood! I would recommend that one if you're not into a heavy garlic or creamy sauce pasta. Dessert: Tiramisu of course which was the cutest tiramisu I've ever seen. It was maybe the best tiramisu I've ever had (I know I know those are powerful words) I will stand by that! It was just a melt in your mouth perfection. The staff is super friendly here and very attentive! At the end we felt like we were being rushed out a bit, but they were pretty busy so I wasn't shocked by that. We actually did get to spend enough time there (a good two hours) so it was fine. I can't wait to come back and try some other things off the menu!
Be the first to ReplyI went here with my daughter and I absolutely loved it.
It is quite small so you might not get a place to dine so easily. We ordered tagliatelle beef and pork bolognese and spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, and basil. I had a glass of chardonnay with this as well which was delicious. The restroom is downstairs so you can see what the semi-private room is like - you can have a large party and have some privacy. The food here is so good. My main complain is that when the door opens you feel the cold air from the outside. Also, we had a lot of bags from shopping so I felt like I as in the way of the wait staff. We were able to take our time and have a nice dinner together. This restaurant has gotten it right through all of its locations! I'll keep trying them all! I like the small locations because you feel as if you are being paid attention to more than these big places!

Favorite go to pasta place in the city because of their fluffy tiramisu!! It's so cute it's hard to eat and the service/quality is always good, across locations.
Be the first to ReplyI loved everything about this restaurant.
Party of 5 for brunch and we all had an excellent experience. The hostesses were friendly, our waiter was amazing, the food and drinks were delicious! We loved the zucchini fries and the pasta!!

Decor, 5 star.Breakfast, 5 star. However, the entree and appetizer items, I think could use a refreshing. Can we get a fancy seasonal/local, charcuterie option on the menu? A wine or beverage flight for happy hour? Cheap to some, yes.Practical to others, yes. Would it keep me at the bar,YES!

Since studying abroad in Rome, I have very high standards for Italian food. La Pecora Bianca definitely met the bar!We started our meal with the cacio e pepe fritters and the meatballs. They were delicious! Then, we each got a pasta as our main. My partner and I got the garganelli with roasted wild mushrooms, arugula pesto, garlic, and pecorino. I highly recommend adding burrata to your pasta! Our friend got the rigatoni with vodka sauce and burrata - it looked delicious. My partner and our friend enjoyed the aperol and hugo spritzes. We had a lovely evening, full of great food, refreshing drinks, and attentive service. I'm sure we'll return soon!

I was told to come here and try the Riggatoni and it was a GREAT recommendation. You can also have them add burrata on top, so that's a no brained. We got the cacio e Pepe fritters as an appetizer and they were also delicious. Not too hard to get a reservation either.
Be the first to ReplyI was honestly really disappointed leaving this place.
Sure the server was being friendly the two times he came to us the entire time (one when he asked how our food was the minute we got it and didn't take a bite yet? and second when I had to stare at him to get his attention for the check.) I also had my plate of food with a little bit left of my 30 dollar pasta dish that was clearly going to be taken home because my friends asked for to go bags and there was one right in front of the plate, but I went to the bathroom and came back and my plate was gone, my friends didn't notice as they were talking but why wouldn't whoever came over ask if we were finished, and the fact that the to go box and bag were already on the table empty for a reason... it got me very frustrated. I was too annoyed to say anything as we were waiting for almost 20 minutes at this point for the server to ask if we wanted our check. Keep in mind there was at least 4-5 servers by their screens all talking to each other. It was like a social gathering for them rather than work. Very unpleasant experience here and will not be going back!
Be the first to ReplyWe spent a lot of money here and it was worth every penny.
We started at the bar and all of the cocktails ordered were superb. For apps at the bar we got the chickpea fritters (Panelle) and a mozzarella grilled cheese situation (Mozarella in Carozza). Both were heaven and I would recommend both to anyone. We split our dinner of scallops and pasta which were also great. The pasta was fresh and light with pesto and mushrooms and absolutely delicious (garganelli). The scallops were okay. They were a little overdone and only 4 came in an order for $29. You definitely get more bang for your buck with their pastas. For dessert...we got one of everything. We had a citrusy olive oil cake, and Nutella chocolate mouse (budino), and tiramisu (for 2). Everyone at the table had a different favorite. The olive oil cake was the perfect crumb texture for an olive oil cake and the citrus was a perfect summer pairing. The mouse was thick and very chocolate-y and the caramel flakes on top offered a nice crunch to the smooth mouse underneath. The tiramisu is for more than 2 people. We "suffered" finishing this massive dessert after all our amazing food. My friend suggest this place as a vegetarian friendly option and she was able to eat almost everything we ordered! She is a regular and swears their Vodka sauce is the best she's ever had. We will definitely be back in our next visit!

Venue is nice looking, so we stopped for a lunch on a nice Saturday this weekend. Took outside seating, comfy in the shade.Food was good can't complain. But the servers we dealt with were both so strange and had some issues (maybe mental issues hehe).I asked about if they could just make eggs, she got all flustered and walked away. For real.Came back and said couldn't, fine no prob. Ordered drinks and food, then she brought just my wife's drink.Few mins later food comes and i'm like where is that beer I ordered? She was like "you didn't order one". OK fine here i an ordering one now. She looked at me like I was speaking another language.Five mins later a diff server comes out with my beer. Super strange delivery: looks at me, puts a glass on the table and says "This is a glass. And this is a sloop beer".I was like um yah ok, thx. Thx for the weirdness :P

I've walked by this place so many times and always thought it looked cute so finally decided to try it. I will definitely be back! Food and service was excellent! I would highly recommend the Gramigna, this might be the best pasta I've ever had!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food and beautiful restaurant.
We visited on a Sunday evening and were luckily seated immediately. The rigatoni was absolutely delicious and was even better with the burrita on top. The servers were kind and the overall atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend for dates or a nice sit down dinner.

Really great ambience and prime location! The interior is cozy and pretty. My sister and I were seated on the bar since the restaurant was quite full.Calamari -- your pretty standard calamari dish. I thought the sauces were great, but this dish wasn't anything super special. It was still tasty though!Vodka Rigatoni with Burrata -- Definitely the best dish of the ones we ordered. I'm not normally a fan of buratta cheese because I find it can be a bit heavy, but the vodka sauce and buratta were well balanced. Super addiciting!Cacio e Pepe Bucatini -- great noodle texture and I thought the sauce was great as well. Definitely a good second pasta, but if I had to suggest one dish, it would deifnitely be the vodka rigatoni.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food.
Great location. The tiramisu is in a giant bowl with the cutest sheep on top. I've been here several times and have loved it all.

The food and service were amazing! Lovely place and lovely people. The food was delicious, fresh and we couldn't go wrong with anything we ordered. The service was amazing our server was so sweet and friendly and our food came out quickly! Very wonderful and welcoming atmosphere even at its busiest times, I would totally recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for some amazing Italian!

Overall an enjoyable evening, celebrating a friends birthday. Pasta was tasty and flavorful. The server we had was incredibly pushy in regards to selling extras (appetizers, drinks, toppings, dessert you name it). Other than that the service was fine, faster than expected. I ordered the Garganelli which has roasted mushrooms and pesto. There are so many restaurants in the city that I hate to repeat and return but definitely have no regrets in dining here and would recommend
