Perfect Hotel in Paris
An extraordinary hotel in the hear of Paris does exist. The kind and always-attentive staff are singularly excellent. One of the world’s great hotels, for sure.

Staying at La Reserve, feels like living at a beautiful Mansion during the time of Napoleon . Pure French elegance, and amazing personal service. Why do we return to La Reserve, since Paris has many 5 star properties? -------The Hotel is beautifully adorned and meticulously maintained. The personal attention by "everyone" is something to experience. Throughout our stay, everyone knew our names.. The concierge understood our desires, and arranged difficult to secure bookings, all with ease and grace, even during the height of Fashion Week! Our only regret is that we could not stay even longer, to enjoy the wonderful property and Team at this genuinely unique Paris escape.

We stayed one night for a birthday celebration. The experience was magical from start to finish. Thank you to the teams, each more exceptional than the last (the reception, the concierge, the restaurant, La Pagode de Cos, the breakfast, the spa). Thank you for all the attention. An exceptional address ideally located in the heart of Paris!

We stayed in this hotel for 15 years, everything was always excellent, but after Covid everything changed, the hotel was not the same, the service was not the same, we were sitting on the terrace from the balcony, a glass fell on our table, the staff did not react in any way, we ordered breakfast in the room, it was brought 30 minutes late, and we have a plane, in this bustle we forgot the rings, the staff found them, promised to keep them, on our next visit they were not found, I conclude that the hotel is stealing, we were not even offered to compensate for this somehow, in short, complete disappointment ....

We had a wonderful trip for my wife's birthday. Hotel team did great, and my wife was very happy. It was a Proust trip, and hotel got us a place at the Proust tea-room at the Ritz; also got us opera tickets (on very short notice), once at Bastille, one at Garnier.

Given the opportunity to stay for 2 nights at La Réserve Paris. Location is just perfect with walking distance to almost everywhere. The entire team is exceptional. Laura and Benjamin as well as Anthony in reception, very warmth and welcoming. Alyssa - concierge - gave us some local recommendations for restaurants which were just marvellous. Not to mentioned the brigade of the doormen… always smiling and enthusiastic. We dine at Le Gabriel for their tasting menu, which were divine. Being looked after by the fantastic restaurants team - friendly, attentive and efficient. Excellent wine recommendation as well. Not to mention ruined the little cake to take home at the end of the dinner. Breakfast at La Pagode de Cos. George looking after us for both days and just terrific.

Every detail was attended to with delightful detail during our stay, and the concierge service was exceptionally helpful. We had an issue arise, and they had a doctor at our hotel room within two hours. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, they really do set a standard.

I had the chance to stay one night at the Reserve and we were truly spoiled. The teams take great care. A big thank you to Marie France, Elena and all the team members of this very refined hotel.
Be the first to ReplyI never want to stay in a hotel in Paris again!
Truly a home away from home, my husband and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment at La Reserve for 2 weeks. I was specifically looking for an apartment with hotel-lilke conveniences, and found La Reserve through google. I am so glad we were able to stay here. I cannot even begin to say how perfect these two weeks were. Check-in was seamless, we were straight up to the apartment in no time. Privacy is paramount here, you never bump into any other guests, which I thought was a good thing. The apartment itself was huge, especially by Paris standards. We had plenty of room to move around, work, rest, relax and enjoy ourselves. The bed is very comfortable, we slept well. There is a bit of outdoor noise but I do not think this can be helped, being situated right at the Trocadero. For those who enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower, its right there next to you. Gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, and the refrigerator is full of complementary drinks, should you get thirsty. There is also a dedicated laundry room that is quite convenient. I also loved that the housekeeping team came in three times per day: first to set up the included breakfast, then to do a general clean, and finally to do turn down service in the evening. In this way the apartment stayed as nice as it was when we arrived. The concierge at the main door made our stay even better. There were a few nights we did not feel like going out, so the concierge was able to quickly and efficiently arrange delicious meals to be delivered to us. The location is unbeatable, the bathroom well appointed and large, and had both tub and shower. On valentines day, a bed of roses petals was set up for us as a lovely surprise, also including champagne and macaroons from Carette. A week later I had a birthday, and was happily surprised by a lovely chocolate cake and more champagne - Thank you so very much. I truly hope to be back soon, and can absolutely recommend this establishment to any traveler who is seeking privacy and kind attentions from the team here.

That property is a jewel. Filled with details which makes the reputation of a great Palace. You have to stay there once in your lifetime. The location is awesome. The staff is "aux petits oignons" and the Chef, Jerome Banctel deserves 3 Michelin stars.
Be the first to ReplySuperb Service
Although I didn't stay at La Reserve Paris, we did stop in to have a drink at the lobby bar one afternoon. From the time we walked up to the door and the hostesses greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes, I knew this is a place where I belong. Haha!! My standards are very high. The bartenders were extremely welcoming and attentive. We went back again on NYE after doing some shopping and met Barbara, the Chef Barman. She was incredibly personable, made us laugh when we enjoyed our drinks. Superb service from everyone we encountered. Can't wait to go back and hopefully spend a night or two.

The service was impeccable!!! The staff went out of their way to make you feel special and they succeeded. Location is amazing and food was delicious. I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels and this is definitely top 3. Thank you all for making our trip memorable.
Be the first to ReplyBest hotel in the world hands down
5 out of 5 is not enough. This is more like infinity out of 5. This was an unbelievable experience and visit. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. I travel for a living all over the world and I have never had service like this in my life. This is not only the best hotel in Paris but I’m sure this is the best hotel in the world. I have traveled to Italy, Dubai, New York, but this is by far the best. This hotel is well worth the price and if you are looking for an experience you need to stay here.

We went for a long weekend to see a local jazz concert. This is the gem of Paris. It’s quiet, not showy, but it is ever so fine. The rooms are exquisite, and ultra attentive service. We had a private dinner in the library and it was so private and quite. Great food and bar. If you want to be seen, this is not your hotel. Great location close to the best shopping, and next to the presidential palace. We have been to the Plaza Athena and the Lancaster and would take this over them and the Ritz and all of the big hotels. Thank you to the staff for a great visit. It’s pure French perfection.
Be the first to ReplyPay 6.000 Euro per night and be treated like trash
I tried to speak with the manager at checkout to solve these issues and he was not available. I came back few hours later and he was still not available. The lady at check out said they would contact me to take care of our concerns, but no one did. I sent 2 complaint emails following this, and no one replied to me. It was the first time we stayed with you, and probably the last time. Everything started with the bad chauffeur booking that picked us up from our private plane at Le Bourget, which your concierge arranged. Considering that a regular van transfer from Le Bourget is usually 70 Euros, we paid 250 euros for a small mercedes with your concierge... OK, that is fine, however the chauffeur was not professional. He did not follow our instructions, he was not helpful and he was not kind. He did not help with our luggage or open the car doors and he did not follow the GPS map, which resulted in me arriving to a government meeting 20 minutes late at the embassy. Following this at the hotel after arrival, there was no greeting, no welcome drink, no tour of the hotel nothing at all. Then we kept having problems with the room key which was not properly opening the door during the entire stay. The suite had serious heating problems. We alerted your staff many times during the first day about this and they did not fix it. In the end they sent the technician who spent almost 1 hour in the room, completely bothering us while trying to fix the problem and it was still not fixed. My 5 year old daughter and wife were freezing during the night as it was extremely cold in Paris on Thursday. The secondary restroom did not have any towels in it. Some parts of the room were very dusty and not clean. Your concierge service was very incompetent as well. During the first day I had to call them 4 times for restaurant reservations, they never called me back. I had to keep following up multiple times. It was also impossible to get a table at the gabriel restaurant downstairs on 4 different occasions (lunch dinner, and lunch and dinner again). On the first evening also the entire bar area was filled with outside guests and it was not possible to enjoy a drink for in-house guests. Considering the money I paid (more than 7.000 euros for the night with food and beverage) , and what I was expecting, this was a terrible experience. And to add insult to the whole thing, I was not able to meet the manager to mention all these things properly before leaving. Please don't be surprised about the very negative review left here. You absolutely deserve it for treating your top clients with so little respect.
Be the first to ReplyThe perfect hotel for a stay in Paris
This is one if not the best hotel I have every stayed in my life. The location is amazing as it is just a few steps away from Champs Elysses. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the rooms are super comfortable. What stood out during our stay was the attentiveness of the staff. For example, they noticed that we loved milk chocolate so they left us a new one everyday during our stay. Those kinds of little details made our stay feel special.

This property epitomizes luxury in every facet of its performance. My clients arrived with high expectations and La Reserve delivered on all points; a gorgeous facility, excellent location (views of the Eiffel Tower), exceptional dining and most important, extraordinary service. We had a little miscommunication but the front desk kept me apprised of the situation and took care of the clients - to their delight. I would recommend this property to every discerning traveler headed to Paris - they won't be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyA Very Rare Gem
Having had the privilege of traveling all over the world at the most coveted hotels for both business and pleasure, we have very high expectations. There are many luxurious, professional and beautiful hotels and so it is very difficult to truly standout among the best of the best. La Réserve is the that rare exception that exceeds the expectations of a 5 star hotel. La Réserve is the marriage of all the best services provided by a large preeminent hotel with the excellent service, attention to detail and intimacy of the best small hotels in the world -- a combination so rare, difficult to achieve and exceptional that once you experience La Reserve, you realize the true meaning of the ideal 5 star experience. I think the Premier Concierge, Olivier at La Reserve embodied the essence of what makes this hotel exceptional -- in (always a fun) conversation with Olivier, he described his role as not a job but a true passion -- the passion to unlock and provide the best and most unique experience for each and every guest. This authentic and sincere goal to provide the best experience possible for each guest was exemplified by many on staff at La Reserve from Maxime, our wonderful porter to Melodie's grace and professionalism at the front desk to Myla and her outstanding team each morning at breakfast. Each day of our visit was better than the last and our only regret was leaving La Reserve -- the new bar for what we will try to seek in all our future travels. Unfortunately for now, La Reserve probably stands on this pinnacle alone. Thank you to the staff at La Reserve for showing us what an elite hotel experience could be.

Beautifully appointed, well situated, absolutely lovely hotel. Very intimate service, the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. Great location within walking distance of the best shopping Paris has to offer and the Champs Elysses. Rooms were very spacious, even by US standards. We departed on Bastille Day and the streets were all cordonned off. The bellman walked us and our very heavy luggage for almost 15 minutes to find an opening for the car to pick us up. Highly recommend this hotel.
Be the first to ReplyExceptional in every sense. Top boutique hotel and service. Fantastic location. Fabulous restaurant.
Wonderful room, great service. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. We would return again. Everything at this boutique hotel is top class. Safe and quiet location but close to everything. Attention to detail in every sense.

A long awaited, post-Pandemic return to La Reserve was met with all the charm and personal service that I remember. Two meals on the hotel’s terrace were lovely. The concierge team provided great guidance, helping us secure reservations at hard-to-get tables and unveiling a few hidden, local spots not covered in guidebooks. We were upgraded to an amazing room - bed, the bath amenities all superbly comfy. We did not want to leave, but we anticipate a return to the property soon. Thank you to the entire La Reserve team for another amazing Paris visit.

Magnificent hotel. Staying there is experiencing French culture at its very best. Spectacular decor, facilities, and staff. The food at La Gabrielle is a culinary experience. The staff are well trained and cannot do enough for you. We celebrated my wife’s 60th and the hotel made it a memorable, exceptional experience.
