🤮 1/5 - Poor Service!

I don't know how to start: I visited there just because it is highly recommended place but I have experienced many poor things; first I asked the lady that I wanted to sit anywhere that is near to the seat that I can charge my phone (the battery was really low) she said that they cannot help about it. I said ok fine but where I'm sitting I could see the socket just right corner next to the other table. So I changed my seat and then while I'm enjoying my meal, I wanted to use wifi which I see 2 networks named Cafe Marly. I asked the waiter for the password and the answer was negative. and finally during the bill (that was the final closure) the waiter said something I couldn't understand so I asked him politely to repeat it. He rudely said "do you speak english?"I answered yes and then he repeated his sentence and then I confirmed by saying "do you mean tip?" after he confirms, I said I'm sorry I don't have any cash with me. Is this a general behavior to all tourists visiting the place? If it is so, I'm truly sad about it. I was in Paris for a week and this was the only poor horrific service I've had. Maybe I will visit second time to observe the service but I don't know. I gave one star just because I enjoyed my meal, wine and bread. that's all.
