CHIC PRICE FOR A CHALET MEAL
First negative point, parking. Once you climb to 1150 meters, it’s impossible to find a parking space. Warm welcome, but after ordering and receiving the ordered dish (a perch fillet because I don't eat meat) I seriously risked ending up in the hospital, the fish fillet was dry and full of bones. So I complained (all politely) saying that I had never eaten such a thing, I asked for something else. After this show of disappointment, the staff abandoned us. After finishing we asked for the bill where we also paid for what I had sent back without even a commercial gesture. We are EHL. For us strongly not recommended👎only the view is a positive point. Prices are too high for a chalet meal.

We were there over Easter and ate in the restaurant twice. The service staff are very friendly and committed The food was OK. Breakfast was great The room was also OK and clean A little dated... All in all a nice stay

After several stays in this establishment I only want to go back 😄 in fact I have already made my reservation to return there in April, everything is perfect the staff is exceptionally professional, smiling, friendly, and attentive, the catering is excellent, the breakfast is royal. Had the truffle and champagne fondue as usual 🤗 and was just divine as usual !!!!service outstanding as usual also and they were so so busy !!! As usual also !!! Love this place !!!!
Damage
The place is nice, the food is good but that's it. Too bad for the rest, not warm atmosphere, tired staff. Kitchen closed at 9 p.m., so cheese plate not possible beyond that. A little disappointed.
Stylish culinary delights with stunning views
Small but lovely restaurant. After the long and arduous climb, the first thing that makes up for it when you arrive at the car park is the beautiful view of Lake Geneva. The interior decoration is very stylish in red and wood. Unfortunately, only a few tables are privileged to continue to enjoy the beautiful view from inside the restaurant. The menu is small, but there is something for everyone. The quality and presentation are top-notch. The children's menus have been well received and are not run-of-the-mill. Many of the guests are tourists and enjoy the different variations of fondue. This is sometimes a little annoying because it quickly makes everything smell like cheese fondue. The prices are rather high, but justified by the location, ambience and quality.

Avoid if you don't want to be kicked out before the end of the meal
When booking I specified that we wanted a starter, a main course and a dessert. We arrived with 5 people at noon for the first service. At the end of the dish we ask for the dessert menu and then, surprise, we are told that it is not possible because we have to vacate the table for the 2nd service at 1:30 p.m., unless we go and freeze on the terrace! It’s mid-November! As I left the restaurant I heard a waiter tell his colleague that the 7 people at table x had to "get out" to allow the 2nd service. It's definitely a habit with them. A real CUCKOO wouldn't do better, but at least he knows how to sing and enchant us
TO AVOID
Deplorable service, the staff is most unpleasant. We had reservations for 16 people, 3 people withdrew the same evening, upon arriving there the waiter immediately told me the color, explaining that whatever happens the meal will be billed for 16 people! ASHAMED ! We still paid 1230 chf for fondues... and no commercial gesture was made! Concerning the behavior of the staff and of a server in particular, we can say that it was unpleasant to the point, a nonchalance which should not exist in this profession or we should consider changing professions. Very disappointing, I don't recommend it.
Just a downside
The place is magnificent, both outside and inside. The waitresses are very pleasant and professional. The only downside is the surprising and overpriced price of certain dishes, like the packet containing 6 slices of dried meat with 2 pts pickles and 3 pts onions at the price of 13 CHF!!! Price to review! Otherwise, we had a great time.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Virtual Name & Email on reservation
Hi Community,
I am new to this site and just recently bought a reservation here. I noticed that on the reservation page, it is booked under a random name and a virtual email address.
I can't find any button to change either the name or the email for this reservation I bought. So, should I just say that random name when I arrived at the restaurant? Not really sure about the procedures.
