The lady who works there named Flora is incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. She sat us right away with no wait and welcomed us and told us the specials for the night. I was impressed the whole night by her service because she was setting up tables, welcoming and seating people, making drinks, serving food, taking orders, and answering the phone all with a smile on her face and providing exceptional service. Truly inspiring and kind! You can tell she is really attentive to details and I'll be returning just because of her!!! In addition, the food is absolutely delicious!! Some of the best food I've ever had. You could taste each unique flavor and seasoning. Truly delicious food that really stood out. Efren was also super kind and provided wonderful service with a kind smile. This was a wonderful dining experience and I look forward to returning as a regular!!!

This is my wife's and my favorite restaurant in NYC.
We discovered this gem years ago and now it's a must have every time we visit. Each and every time it's perfect. Service is so friendly, the restaurant is warm and inviting, and the food is just lovely. It feels like when your friends cook for you. The flavors, the care and attention to detail. I cannot recommend it enough. The Duck Confit is simply perfect. The Steak Frites are a revelation. Amazing French Onion Soup and every dessert is awesome too. Just go!

Right in the heart of the theater district , le pariesen is a welcome and unique additio. It makes a perfect place for coffee and or lunch pre or post theater. The baked goods are superb as is the coffee.

However if you love the intimacy of a small bistro with all the sights, smells and sounds that make you feel like you are in the most wonderful French film, this is the place. Everything is a delicious experience. From the escargots to the pate to the perfectly cooked duck. And they serve steak frites. Treat yourself and perhaps someone you want to get to know a bit better. Or perhaps the one you are already with to a bit of romance.

The menu may not offer a wide variety of options, but the onion soup and clams are delicious. The main courses are acceptable; we ordered the chicken breast and mushroom omelet.

If you want to escape to France for an hour or two Le Parisien Bistro will transport you with delicious classic French food, lively atmosphere, and authentic French decor reminiscent of a country French roadside hidden gem bistro -- Ahhh - except you in Murray Hill - NYC! Good quality, neighborhood bistros like Le Parisien are becoming a rarity in NYC. This is a "grown-up" dining experience, good for all ages, meeting friends or a romantic date. Many nearby residents are loyal customers. I have been a neighborhood customer since the doors opened in 2010, and a customer of its predecessor Cosette. The cozy, petite bistro is best for parties of 1 to 4 people, not large groups, as the tables are tight together, and it is a small. charming bistro. This is a "go to" restaurant when I have guests in town, or meeting an old friend. Try to go early, it gets busy, especially on the weekends. Best to reserve ahead. My favorites are the Chicken Paillard with Arugula, French Onion Soup and Apple Tart. Le Parisien can get pretty busy during peak dinner hours, the staff does their best to handle the crowd and navigating the small space. Be patient, you're in "France", relax and enjoy your dinner. On busy nights, they do need to turnover the tables, so don't expect to spend hours on end, as the space is small. The French owner Christian Merand is attentive, friendly and remembers repeat customers. He continues to do a consistent job of delivering solid French classics in a cozy, welcoming, lively atmosphere with French decor of French posters and whimsical French artifacts. Bon Appetit!
Zero Stars! It's one thing to not have a reservation ready.
It's quite another to start yelling at the people waiting to go outside. We've been to this restaurant a number of times. And yes, it's tiny. And yes. The good is really good. But we got there ten minutes early a some guy said, can you walk around for ten minutes--so we walked around for twenty. We came back to another twosome waiting there--can't blame them--and the hostess/owner started shouting at us to leave, and she'd let us know when our table was ready. We won't be going back!

"The best duck I've ever had" my gf's parent exclaimed as we talked about our time at Le Parisien, so to get things going, this place was enjoyable. A very intimate experience with only having 13 ish tables to seat people, a reservation is a must when you are heading here for dinner. This would be a nice date night spot, saw a few couples out on dates and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. I had the French Onion Soup, which is a must in a rainy and cold New York environment, very good, and also had the Chicken Paillard which was just okay, they have some thyme and other trimmings on it that you shouldn't eat, so it would be good to take that off before serving. But overall, a nice spot for a dinner date, 4 stars

3 - Slightly below expectations The place was cute inside and good service. However, the food was disappointing for the price. It was simple and greasy. Most dishes come with French fries. Wanted a little more from a French restaurant for brunch.
Outstanding Food, Bum’s Rush
We arrived at Le Parisien and were promptly seated even though we did not have a reservation. The entrees were all excellent: salmon and roasted chicken all cooked as requested re temperature and sauces. After our entrée plates were cleared, the hostess/waitress presented us with the dessert menu and informed us that she needed the table in twenty minutes for someone who had a reservation. This information should have been shared with us before we were seated for a relaxing meal. As I discussed this situation with the manager, she butted in to “remind” me that she had seated us without a reservation. Apparently she felt that she had allowed us the privilege of eating in her establishment when in fact there are thousands of dining options in the city. This attitude seemed odd to us in these post-covid times when many restaurants are welcoming new patrons. Needless to say, we shall avail ourselves of more appreciative businesses in the future.
This place makes me very happy.
Amidst the modern Manhattan (with poodle and purse snippy eye rollers and good looking but moronic Marty McGillicuddy frat boys), this eatery is snug, well worn, and Montreal brasserie worthy. The owners are young and very true to tradition in this place. The escargot was a classic in garlic butter. The trout almandine was lovingly prepped (half a trout). The prices are very reasonable for Kip's Bay/Murray Hill (ironically only two blocks away from my first address in life). This place evokes understated elegance and evokes a time when Manhattan actually had a soul... Will be back.
Food was pretty good but the space was very tight .
Additionally there was very littler interaction with the wait staff because they made you order your entire meal, including dessert all at once. I ordered the steak frites because there was at least one on every other table. It was clearly what people come there for and it was delicious. Steak was perfectly cooked, fries- well seasoned, and it was a huge portion. Despite this, I was underwhelmed by everything else. If my plans fell through in the area and I was hungry, I'd go again. However, I would not make this my main destination

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
