Gracious Hostesses from lobby to bar showing good seats as Barman shake things up against the backdrop of Paris in this youthful vibe

A visit to Tout Paris highlights that the etymology of a word does not prejudge its destiny. What word are we talking about: dessert. It is derived from the table sequence, dessert being the last dish served before serving. At Tout Paris we ate a dessert which should be made a big deal. A dish that should not only arrive to โcompleteโ a meal. The rhubarb Vacherin is a true masterpiece that is worth the trip alone. Not only does it restore its honor to rhubarb, a vegetable from yesteryear, which our grandmothers knew how to prepare as a compote or a tart. But he also combines a traditional dessert, Vacherin, with rare creativity, where the revisited sublimates tradition. The Rhubarb Vacherin from Tout Paris is part of a subtle harmony of textures, the crunch of the meringue, the glaze of the vanilla, the creaminess of the Chantilly, the fiber of the fruit, and of tastes, with the tangy rhubarb, the sweetness of meringue, the scent of elderberry, the sweetness of vanilla and of course the fruitiness, with a vanilla rhubarb syrup linking this complexity to deliver true harmony. To make sure that the star of Tout Paris is not falling, we also tasted the strawberry tartlet and the chocolate soufflรฉ cake, which convinced us that this star will shine for a long time in the gastronomic firmament of Paris! A true enchantment that comes with attentive service and warms the heart.

Great experience. Period -- All the way from food to service to environment. I only wish it was a bit more affordable... so we would enjoy it more frequently. Specifically, I found the prices of the deserts really excessive.

Be the first to ReplyPerfect evening
My partner and I had dinner at Le-Tout-Paris last night, Friday 5 April. Everything was fantastic, gorgeous restaurant with a view of the Seine, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, you name it. The atmosphere is wonderful, the dishes proposed by the chef are a mix of flavours, attention to detail and surprises, a Michelein star well deserved! Last but not least, wonderful staff, starting from the attentive, kind and highly trained sommeliers, up to the dining room staff, who, in addition to finishing the dishes at the table in a professional and spectacular manner, assists with advice and very clear explanations on the dishes. A particularly huge thank you to the waitress who accompanied us to dinner (who unfortunately, due to the emotion of the moment, I did not ask her name), with whom I had previously arranged through the official email of the restaurant, to assist me in the marriage proposal which I did to my partner on the restaurant terrace, with the illuminated Eiffel Tower in the background. It was a magical, emotional evening, which we will carry forever in our hearts. Thank you all!
Be the first to ReplyHefty addition for a failed experience!
After the disappointment of a cold, disorganized, confused welcome, we were informed that we did not have a table ready for us at 9:30 p.m. (We came for a coffee around 5:30 p.m., and were a little surprised by the poor welcome and service, so we asked at 7 p.m. to cancel...the answer is โฌ50 per person, I can hear, and we choose to come hoping for a good surprise), so why refuse a cancellation. We are placed at the table (near the kitchens, 50 cm from another table. The menu is brought to us, the waitress presents it to us saying, I'll explain it to you because no one understands anything. We make our choice and we are brought our ordered glasses of champagne with a plate with two bites placed on a napkin folded in half. Then comes the bread that we can't even put on the table, one of us finds ourselves not even having room to accommodate our plate. The first course is therefore served, when they come to take our wine orderโฆall is wellโฆ. On the other hand, we don't forget to refill your water at all times so that we can order other bottles. Having far too much respect for the profession of cooking, I moderate my comment, but what we ate was frankly not up to the standard of a star, just a quality restaurant... We had booked on recommendation before obtaining the famous star. We come away wondering if the Michelin inspector was very lucky or if we didn't have any luck at all. Very steep bill for a failed experience.

Be the first to ReplyAlmost perfect. Exquisite meal. Perfect service. Warm and attentive staff.
Nestled on the top floor of the prestigious Cheval Blanc hotel, Le Tout-Paris offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Seine. The staff is attentive, polite, considerate, smiling. The cozy atmosphere, the chic and cozy contemporary decoration, the original and joyful musical programming. On the plate itโs a waltz of flavors. Perfect from start to finish of the meal. Amuse bouche with airy champagne foam, carpaccio of gambero rosso with expertly prepared and seasoned buckwheat, sea bass cooked to perfection, not to mention the accompaniments that are just as good: braised endives with orange and rosemary, textured puree with capers and to finish a completely original Mont-Blanc: light meringue, frozen mandarins and chestnut coulis. Generous wine list. A magical and timeless moment in an establishment that is obviously very popular and not only among โAll-Parisโ. Come on, we will only rate it 4 out of 5 because at this level of quality (and price it must be said) a little disorganization in the service is to be regretted. The dishes do not arrive at the same time for each guest and the sommeliers do not anticipate enough. The youth of the staff, although very pleasant, explains this. But goodwill and listening to customers should correct postures very quickly. A good time anyway. Allow โฌ100 per guest.
Be the first to ReplyDid not meet expectations on 4th visit. Service has dropped
This was our 4th trip to Le Tout and prior trips have been great. This trip fell short of expectations - we will not return, despite the amazing views. We made a 1 PM reservation for 2 people on a Friday with a request to be seated near balcony. When reservation was confirmed via email, we repeated request to be near balcony as views are amazing. When we arrived, despite open tables near balcony, we were seated on back wall in booth. When we asked, they said tables reserved for hotel guests but they could not share what time those reservations were for. While we were there, the tables were never occupied. When we asked if we could order off Bar Menu - sandwiches, burgers, salads - they told us no. Every visit prior we were able to order off bar menu which is more suitable for lunch. Despite restaurant using the same bar for beverages, we were told it was two different restaurants? We then asked if we could then be seated at the bar in order to order salads, sandwiches - we were, but after a lot of attitude and lots of french being spoken in front of us among themselves which we did not appreciate. The waiter when I asked for a glass of Rose....he stared at me as if he did not understand English, and asked if I mean "Wine". What else could I be asking for please? When it was time to collect coats from coat check, they literally brought us 3 different sets of coats before we walked over to close to claim our own. Very disorganized and terrible service did not meet expectations.
Be the first to ReplyA very pleasant experience
A very pleasant moment. Good cuisine, attentive staff, a superb view of Paris. What more could we wish for? Nothing except going back one day. Thanks to the chef and the entire Tout-Paris team.
Be the first to ReplyMagnificent restaurant
A superb welcome, the dishes served have lots of flavors, the service is perfect, thanks in particular to the sommelier Vincent who was present and gave very good advice throughout the meal. Thanks also to Adrian, a very responsive and passionate head waiter. Finally, thank you to the entire team from the beginning to the end of this magnificent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent service and welcome. Perfect dishes, a breathtaking view of Paris. A magnificent place. The price is commensurate with the place, particularly the wines, where it is difficult to find a bottle for less than โฌ150
Be the first to ReplyBest sole with a view
We went late last night to celebrate two birthdays. The staff were wonderful - welcoming, friendly and always professional. The sole meuniere was delicious (and would be more than enough for two) and the mashed potatoes surpassed those of Robuchon, in my opinion. The mushroom tart and the langoustines were amazing. Yes, it is expensive but we will be back for the desserts, the view, and of course the rooftop bar which looked very tempting but it was already 1 am and I think we were the last to leave.
Be the first to ReplyAMAZING RESTAURANT IN PARIS WITH BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT!
We dined here two times while in Paris. The atmosphere is stunning with a magnificent view. All the staff were so attentive and provided great service. The cocktails were wonderful! The food is delicious and served creatively. You can choose what sauces you want on your food. Loved the onion soup! Save room for the fabulous desserts. Make reservations in advance as this is " The Place" to dine in Paris. Be sure to observe the gorgeous hotel before dining- Cheval Blanc Paris- where the restaurant is located.
Be the first to ReplyTOTALLY BAD
Worst experience ever! Completely overpriced mediocre quality food , the appetizers are absolutely tiny at an average cost of 50 USD per appetizer and not even delicious at all, The sole fish at 160 USD was nice but completely completely overpriced! with the vegetables served 15 minutes after, bad service. Dessert was not even nice! A total rip-off! Ordered dessert wine and had nothing in our glasses! Never again! Avoid, so much better options in Paris
Be the first to ReplyIncredible food and excellent service
We had an amazing experience at Le Tout. The food was outstanding and the staff was very polite and helpful. Although it is an expensive restaurant, we were happy to pay the price. 100% would recommend.
