# AppointmentTrader > AppointmentTrader connects people through location pages, community posts and a marketplace for appointments and reservations. Public pages contain location information, community contributions and links to related destinations. Available actions depend on the current page, account and applicable restrictions. Use the live page for current information. ## Read-only MCP for agents - [MCP endpoint and live tool documentation](/mcp): Connect an MCP client to the HTTPS `/mcp` URL on this same host using Streamable HTTP. Public discovery and reservation pricing require no account or API key. HTTP GET shows connection details; MCP JSON-RPC calls use HTTP POST. - [MCP connection and pricing guide](/mcp/docs): Supported protocol versions, tool inputs, examples and how to explain listing availability and price estimates. - Available tools: `get_cities`, `search_places`, `get_best_places`, `get_place`, and `get_reservation_pricing`. Use `tools/list` for current input schemas and descriptions; tool calls return structured public results. - Find the place and its canonical identifier first, then request pricing for the user's date, local time window and party size or supported inventory. Resolve city and place ambiguity with the user before quoting. - Pricing separates current matching listings from estimates based on external references, comparable completed trades or configured defaults. Report the returned source, currency and requested scope. An estimate is not available inventory, a confirmed reservation, a guaranteed fill price or an all-in checkout total. - Check `availability.status` and `resultSetComplete` before claiming there are no listings. Restricted access, disabled listings or an incomplete sample do not establish zero availability. Monetary `*Minor` fields are in the returned currency's minor units (currently USD cents). - When there are no matching public listings, say so and quote an estimate only when the tool returns one. Describe comparable prices as historical estimates; describe configured defaults as starting guidance, not evidence that reservations usually fill at that amount. Use the returned evidence scope, inventory match, duration match and service-inclusion flag when explaining the estimate. - This MCP release has no bidding, buying, payment, cancellation or private account tools. Follow the returned AppointmentTrader link for the next step. - Use the endpoint on the host serving this file. The RC endpoint is for testing; production availability depends on deployment. MCP connectivity does not imply search indexing or registration with an agent directory. ## Public pages - [AppointmentTrader](https://appointmenttrader.com/): Homepage and site navigation. - [World destinations](https://appointmenttrader.com/best-places-to-visit-in-the-world): City destinations and their ranked location lists. - [Restaurant lists in Los Angeles](https://appointmenttrader.com/best-restaurants-in-los-angeles): A city restaurant toplist with links to location pages. - [API documentation](https://appointmenttrader.com/api-documentation): Public developer documentation and endpoint descriptions. - [Partners](https://appointmenttrader.com/partners): Information for partners. - [Contact](https://appointmenttrader.com/contact): Contact AppointmentTrader.
