I recently dined at this supposed prestigious Miami dinner spot with a party of 10+ people, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of hospitality, professionalism, and manners was evident throughout our visit. Bathroom attendant, management were making remarks in Spanish directly towards me assuming I spoke no Spanish. Additionally, upon serving our party, the waiters also made various comments in Spanish, all the while they joked and giggled amongst themselves, reflecting a prejudiced attitude. The restaurant was aware of our parties celebration and no option was given for seating. Not only did they seat us in the far back, hindering our view of the show but also threatened to cancel the reservation and proceeded to treat some of the members of our party with extreme hostility. The staff's attempt to overcharge us on the bill added to the disappointment, upon attempting to pay they also forcefully hurried us along, no offering of dessert ever happened and the review of the menu was subpar. As a Miami native, I'm offended and disgusted by the behavior displayed. The high cost of the food did not justify the overall unpleasant experience. I highly encourage the establishment to seek further training in hospitality, and maybe even some respect.
