I tried this place 3 times = 3 chances.
I really, really, really wanted to love this place but it completely let me down all 3 times. The service could have been better for a steakhouse. The food was very mediocre to say the least. Food overpriced. Bread was good but it usually always is, ha. The drinks were at least decent. It didn't even feel romantic. It was so bright! I also hated how the way to the bathrooms you had to climb stairs and go through a small hallway - what the heck?! Save your money.

Want fabulous service and great seafood (or steak)? Feel more comfortable in a mall near the Aria filled with brands and shoppes normal people don't frequent? Well Mastro's is a terrific spot. The bread (which is not included in the meal) is filled with a variety of offerings, warm, and tasty. Had the spicy mambo salad which is a horseradish Cesaer salad - a fabulous take that I'll try at home, lobster Mac and cheese which was one of the best I have enjoyed, and a tender pan seared Chilean Sea Bass, also fabulous. Definitely Las Vegas prices and the quality for the price. This is the third time I have been here, so it must be good.

What a great dinner! Started with the jumbo lump crab cake and it was one of the best we have anywhere. My girlfriend had the Sea Bass with scallops and what a wonderful presentation and taste! I had the crispy garlic sushi and it was so good!! We will be back next time we are in town!

Service is mediocre. Environment is super bright since you're in the middle of a mall. Probably will never come back. Celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary here. Came primarily for the dessert which was disappointing. Started the meal off with warm bread, butter, and people watching because the servers and bussers kept dropping food, napkins, utensils, etc. It's interesting how several workers were clumsy all in a span of the 2 hours we were there. The plates were obviously hot so they also kept sticking to the cloth napkins and then spilling over to the serving trays. We ordered crab cake and oysters for appetizers. Crab cake was ehh. Oysters were delicious. Also ordered a couple of cocktails. I think our server's name was Marc. He probably could have made our experience better but his personality was blah. And he greeted us happy birthday as we left. Way to pay attention to detail lol. He seemed like a guy that hates his job - or maybe he was having a bad day and unfortunately we had encountered it during a special night for us. Oh well. We ordered the ribeye, sea-bass, asparagus, truffle mushrooms, and mashed potatoes for the main course. The sea-bass was a special for the day and it was actually the best dish out of everything. I even ate it again for left overs and it was still just as good. One thing we do appreciate is the "Happy Anniversary" greeting on our butter cake. Was a cute little touch. Too bad it didn't taste as good as it looked.

It was packed but we did not wait unreasonably long. Food came out quickly, server was energetic and provided great service, and the overall experience was A+

Stepping into Mastro's for the first time had me a bit nervous about the dress code, but they welcomed me with open arms (yes, I wore my favorite hat and refused to part with it!). I loved the set up of the restaurant. It's dimly lit and very clean. Kicking off the culinary journey, they treated us to a tempting array of fresh bread. The staff? Absolutely stellar. Our server (Tim) was a memory maestro, effortlessly recalling all our orders (and trust me, with three other foodies that came with me, that's no small feat!). Let's talk drinks! We dabbled in 2 Hennessy side cars and 2 mules--one with Casamigos Reposado and the other with Don Julio Reposado. Craving sweetness? Side car it is. Prefer a punch? Mule's your match. Quick tip: When it comes to sides, think communal feast--they're huge! We dove into 2 servings of Brussels sprouts (though lacking a bit of char), lobster Mac n' cheese, and scalloped potatoes that were pure perfection. The lobster Mac? A solid 10! But those Brussel sprouts missed the mark on the char I was craving. They removed the Brussel sprouts off of our bill which we did not expect but was a very nice gesture! Now onto the mains: the blackened salmon rocked my taste buds, though a creamy white sauce would have elevated it further. And that lemon and spicy olive combo? A delight for olive enthusiasts! The seabass? Tender, seasoned to perfection, and expertly balanced to tame the sea's briny essence--pure bliss. And finally, the swordfish stole the show with its impeccable peppercorn crust--a true flavor explosion! Kudos to the chef for that masterpiece. I'll definitely be back for more!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Mastro's in Las Vegas. My friends and I had made a reservation well in advance, and we were excited to indulge in a luxurious dining experience. However, upon arrival, we were met with a disorganized mess at the front desk. The hostess staff seemed utterly incompetent, as they completely botched our reservation. Not only were they unable to locate it in their system, but they also dared to treat us with blatant rudeness. What was even more appalling was the racist undertone that tainted our encounter. It was evident in their dismissive attitude and condescending remarks, making us feel unwelcome and belittled. It's truly disheartening to encounter such appalling behavior, especially in a renowned establishment like Mastro's. The hostess staff's lack of professionalism and respect tarnished what was supposed to be a memorable evening. I strongly advise against dining at Mastro's Las Vegas if you value basic courtesy and respect. It's a shame that such a prestigious restaurant allows such despicable behavior to tarnish its reputation.
Be the first to ReplyI've had Mastro's Ocean Club in the nest in the Crystal
I've had Mastro's Ocean Club in the nest in the Crystal shops on my list for some time now. Did I know it would be the perfect spot for the most magical meet and greet of my life? No way. While enjoying their amazing cocktails at the bar I'll never forget her looking at me and telling me, "I thought you were my new gay best friend." I quickly replied, "sorry, wrong team." I still get a laugh out of that start today, but what about the food. I heard many great things about this spot before I tried it and everything came through. We feasted on a Caesar salad with extra anchovies, Oysters, Jumbo Stone Crab Claws, Bone Marrow, and of course a rare plus filet. Thankfully we both loved the same meat temperature. Anything more than medium rare and I'd swipe left. Everything was cooked perfectly, super fresh, and the perfect location to kick off a wild adventure in Vegas. I highly recommend folks!

You can expect great service and great food whenever you go. My first espresso martini was here over a decade ago. My last visit was NYE. I was able to make a reservation for 10:15 and did not have to pay a crazy price for a pre fix menu like most restaurants on the strip that night. The decor for NYE was ok but overall the restaurant is very nice. We stayed until after midnight and they gave us complimentary champagne.

It was a great experience, our server Chris was excellent and provided us an exceptional service. I had the Filet as my entree and a side of scalloped potatoes. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is seriously amazing! The customer service is off the charts, and the food is out of this world - especially the Bone Marrow and Dream Berry cocktail, they're my faves! It's the perfect spot for a nice date night, and don't even get me started on the delicious breadbasket they offer. Highly recommend checking it out!As a seafood lover, I was thoroughly impressed with the preparation of the Branzino at this restaurant. The dish was expertly crafted and melted in my mouth, leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, the creamed corn was exceptional and a noteworthy complement to the dish.

We wrapped up our boys trip this past weekend by dining at Mastro's Ocean Club. If you've ever walked through the Crystal Shops, it's that restaurant with the dining area that looks like you're in a space ship. If I could give the servers 10 stars I would. The service was top notch and the hospitality was excellent. We had a main server and 2-3 others that helped with our party of 7. Our water was never empty. They served and plated our side dishes. It felt like we were royalty. The food was delicious. We each ordered a side dish and shared family style and ordered a steak for ourselves. I had the petite filet and it was cooked perfect. I definitely recommend Mastro's if you're looking for a treat yo self kinda experience.

This place is absolutely gorgeous the food is second to none .... My wife and I went here for our 38 th wedding anniversary, everything was amazing. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyService is always on point.
Can never go wrong with any of the steaks here. For a steakhouse , they have the best sides all around. You can never go wrong with their filets or ribeyes. The seafood towers are a must. Be sure to get the butter cake for dessert!
Be the first to ReplyMy husband an I ate here While visiting Las Vegas.
I had read some recent "iffy" reviews but we are staying at the Aria so it was convenient. We were not disappointed. Our drinks were great. We both had the filet mignon and they were cooked to perfection and tender. Our shared caesar had some tasty croutons and it was delicious as well. Both sides were delicious as well. It was crowded but we weren't rushed, the courses were timed perfectly. Overall a great evening.
Be the first to ReplyThe best steak house with incredible service.
The manger and waiter were so polite and polished. The atmosphere is incredible beautiful. The newyork strip was delicious and we enjoyed the creamed spinach. It was a wonderful experience. We always celebrate our special occasion here.
Be the first to ReplyWe were seated promptly at our reservation time.
Service was fabulous. The chilean sea bass was amazing. 1 in our party ordered a filet which didn't come with the rest. The waiter admitted her mistake they quickly corrected it offered new warm sides and removed it from the bill before it ever arrived. The filet was fantastic as we all tried it. Highly recommend. We forgot to take pictures. Upscale dress code. Jeans and collared shirts are ok!YOU MUST TRY THE BUTTER BREAD FOR DESSERT!

If you have never tried the Butter cake you don't know what you are missing. We had a party of six and everyone loved their dinner from the delicious pochop to the salmon to the Bronzino to the steak! The best veggies and garlic mash to die for! Don't let me forget about the yummy appetizers- raw oysters, crab cakes, and calamari!!!
Be the first to ReplyI've never been to a Mastro's until my visit here.
it was pretty good. i've always thought of this place as an expense account steakhouse. It's notorious for being one of the more expensive chain steak houses and very well known for their seafood tower. we had a reservation and got seated pretty quickly waiter offered bread service and we said yes... little did we know our 3 baskets of bread were $5 each, not a big deal but seemed deceiving and a little ridiculous at such an expensive restaurant. the martinis were good, they come with a full size shaker for whatever doesn't fit in your glass, i've never been served that much martini in one drink haha the sides were greatthe steak was good, i split a snake river farms tomahawk and it was underwhelming, i've had a lot of snake river farms and this one wasn't anything special, probably should have just stuck with a regular ribeye also the compound butter at $16 a slab is absurd. their prices truly are laughable for seafood tower, you can pick and choose what items you want on it, we went king crab, oysters, and shrimp cocktail. the shrimp are massive. the king crab was ok. it did not come with drawn butter which i thought was very strange probably wouldn't go back, unless i wasn't paying. there are way too many amazing steak houses to explore
