Be the first to ReplyHad an incredible meal here last night with some friends.
Everything we ate was fantastic. The crowd favorite which was a last minute edition to our "tasting" experience was the short rib hummus. This is a flavor bomb in your mouth. Savory, slightly sweet, slightly vinegary from the pickles- just incredibly delicious. Second for me was the sweet potato hummus. So smooth. It's interesting because I thought it would possibly taste like mashed potatoes but no; this definitely is sweet potato hummus. It's silky and creamy. The pita is thick and fluffy and holds up well to the different dip options. For skewers we ordered the kofta kebab and the chicken thigh. Both were delicious but most preferred the chicken. We also got the falafel which wasn't dry and was perfectly fried. We also opted for the octopus that was a recommendation from our server. This was also a surprise favorite. Some of the best octopus I've had. For dessert we got the Kanafeh which was the perfect light touch of sweetness but not sickly sweet at all. I love the textural elements of this dish and the crunch. Our server was kind enough to also bring us the chocolate babka to try, very yummy as well. I have 0 complaints about this meal and entire experience. They allowed us to make a change to our reservation and add an additional diner same day. The space is inviting and beautiful. I could not be more pleased. Drinks were also delicious. 5/5
Be the first to ReplyAnother fantastic brunch at Miss Ada.
The speed at which the kitchen was able to serve the food is quite remarkable. The interior isn't loud or raucous. Everything was just as good if not better the second time.
Be the first to ReplyOnce again Miss Ada does not disappoint.
What an amazing evening of wonderful food, great atmosphere and fabulous services. This place gives reason to come back again and again. I have been saving a perfect place to have a Brazinno and I am glad I saved it for Miss Ada, what a perfect dish.

Miss Ada is great!:) I was quickly (15min) seated on a weekend afternoon. All the food was superb!
Be the first to ReplyHands down my favorite food in nyc.
Everything thing I ate I could not stop eating. Order the whole menu -- it does not disappoint. My highlights were the whipped ricotta and the lamb shawarma. Both have changed my life forever. I will be going back this week!!!!

The food and cocktails were impressive, especially the short rib hummus, ricotta, and octopus! Unfortunately we found the shakshuka to be slightly burnt and underwhelming. The service left much to be desired; despite multiple attempts to make eye contact with our server upon arrival, we were unattended for a considerable time. When finally attended, the server lacked personality, and only checked on us at the end of our meal to offer more drinks. Additionally, we repeatedly requested pita for the shakshuka which arrived late and by the time it arrived our food was cold. While I'm eager to revisit and sample more small plates, I would encourage more attentive and welcoming service over the current hipster atmosphere. A positive dining experience is just as important as the quality of the food.

Fantastic service, phenomenal flavors, and a cozy ambiance that lends to the experience...chocolate babka is baked in house & it was perfect.

Beautiful spot, friendly service, and yummy food! The Chicken Shawarma Hummus was definitely some of the best hummus I've ever had. The portions are small so we were recommended at least two plates per person. There was also a plate of pita that paired perfectly with everything! Whipped Ricotta - topped with brown butter, honey, and sage - very yummy and could be added to anything else you order Chicken Shawarma Hummus - delicious hummus and overall packed with flavor - my fave! Octopus - very tender and quite tangy from the olives - very few bites but tasty Kofta Kebab - I'm not a big lamb person but this was good and not too gamey Overall a super cute and tasty dinner spot! Would definitely recommend booking a reservation beforehand to avoid a wait. Will be back!
Be the first to ReplyTwo words: lamb.
Hummus. Order that and thank me later. The flavor was absolutely incredible and one of the best things I've ever ate. Man it was so so good. After that, the rest of the dishes were excellent as well- recommend the: - octopus - cauliflower - any of the skewers We got a bunch of small plates and appetizers and shared and did not order any entrees. Would recommend this method as we got to try many different dishes. Wow that lamb hummus.
Be the first to ReplyThere is a reason you need to book two weeks in advance.
Soooo good. I got the octopus, kale salad, babaganoush, beet hummus & hanger steak. The kale salad is NEXT LEVEL.You won't regret hanger steak.I wish I had pictures but I ate it all before I realized The beet hummus was better than the babaganoush.Highly, highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre brunch unfortunately.
I was here when it first opened and I remember it being excellent. This time, I'm not sure what happened. We sat at the bar, which is nice. Ordered with the bartender, and no longer than two minutes after we ordered the food arrived. I'm not sure why, but food that comes out too quickly automatically puts me on alert. The winter salad hummus was a nice idea, but it would have been nicer and more flavorful with warm toppings. The whipped ricotta didn't have much flavor at all and the shakshuka had undercooked eggs and the sauce just wasn't great. We finished with the babka, which also wasn't what we expected. The crème fraiche didn't seem to work with the babka. It's a shame as it's a nice restaurant but I wouldn't return.
Be the first to ReplySmall place so very tight tables and pretty loud when full.
Service was good and definitely get reservations. Lot's of people like this place. We had lamb shawarma hummus which was great - lamb very tender and juicy, harrisa with the humus - delish! I had the zaatar crusted salmon with labne, charred shallots and eggplant. They do cook the salmon with the skin - skin was very crispy but I just don't do fish skin - mental thing. My husband said skin was great. I liked it alot but wonder if I missed out on some zaatar on the skin. I would recommend either way. Husband had hanger steak with warm chickpea salad and green tahini. He thought it was good - but not great. He probably wouldn't get it again. He's pretty picky on beef so honestly, I wasn't surprised. He did say it was flavorful but he liked my salmon better. We LOVED the chocolate babka with ice cream. Definitely try if you like sweets. Overall, I see why this place is so busy and would definitely recommend.

Great meal here on a Friday night! Would definitely recommend getting a reservation as it's a small spot and gets busy!We tried a few things and everything was fabulous. The Labne was fantastic, bright and fresh, also the crispy cauliflower was cooked really well and had great flavor! I didn't love the Kibbeh but my friend did so it might just not be for me. Also the half brick chicken was cooked really well (not dry at all) and had amazing flavor, the sauce with it was incredible!Everyone who worked there was so nice and it was a perfect dinner spot before heading to a show at BAM!

A great brunch experience!!We got the shakshuka, malawach pizza, winter salad hummus (I think), falafel, and regular hummus. Everything was so good!! The shakshuka was delicious (and I am not the biggest fan of tomatoes at all). The Malawach pizza was so perfect -- crispy, crunchy, and the sauces inside perfectly complemented the cheese. I loved pairing this with hummus. Im conflicted about the winter salad hummus -- on one hand, the hummus itself was so delicious, but the vegetables in the hummus made it a lot to eat and experience. I really did not like the onions in the hummus, and thought that the only thing that truly made sense to be in the hummus was the EXTRAORDINARY eggplant. I will literally ask them to just give me hummus and eggplant next tjme. The falafel was perfect, and they were so generous with pita. Service was amazing. Overall, great restaurant, but would recommend coming here for din rather than brunch (the food is honestly really heavy and I think I would have enjoyed it more in the night). Five stars!!!
Be the first to ReplyBrunch was phenomenal.
Every dish we tried here was amazing. Can't really pick a fav since everything was delicious
Be the first to ReplyEasy to make a reservation here but if the party is larger
Easy to make a reservation here but if the party is larger than 6, they make you put your order in all at once. We got basically everything on the menu- babaganoush, labne, winter salad hummus, chicken shawarma hummus, chicken skewer, falafel, cauliflower, shakshuka, lots of pita, fish, salmon, ricotta whipped, chicken, lobster, etc. My favorite was definitely the falafel, octopus, the winter salad hummus and the chicken shawarma hummus. We also got orange wine which was delicious!!
Be the first to ReplyNot worth it overall.
Cozy atmosphere, good service and most dishes were tasty except the short rib which was nothing special. Portions are ridiculously small for the price; the kind of place where you drop $200 for dinner for two with one drink yet still grab a slice of pizza on the way home.

When you want a breakfast that is, light, healthy and still rich in flavor: Miss Ada is the answer!Everyone who works here is friendly and easy to talk/ask questions about the menu. They help make all your dreams come true! The restaurants is small, cute and rich in atmosphere. This is a must for Brooklyn.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food, truly singular.
Everything we tried was beyond delicious and our server was helpful and charming. Would make this a regular spot if I lived in Brooklyn. Don't miss it.

Oh Miss Ada I wish it never had to end! This place is what dreams are made of! The ambiance, the food, the service it's all incredible.A friend recommended that we dine here and attempted for months to secure a reservation. Thankfully we locked one in. From the moment we approached we were greeted with a smile and shown right to our table a quaint setting in the corner by the window. Here is a run down of what we ordered Olives-Yummy zesty salty deliciousIsraeli Salad Hummus- this was so fresh and vibrant I ate the entire bowl by myself (no shame) Babaganoush-creamy flavorful The stars:Short rib skewer-so well seasoned tender melts off the skewer (we ordered 2) Branzino was delightful unexpected flavor and lightness herbs and lemon dance together tremendously Dead Sea Cocktail-If you're a mezcal fan you'll love it This is wonderful for a date, a birthday, a dinner with friends or a great drink at the bar. I love this this is close and I can return. Don't hesitate book your reservation! Let me know what you think.
Be the first to ReplyOur server was incredible.
Amazing food. Whipped ricotta was out of this world. So was the lamb shawarma. Cucumber margarita was great. The mango sorbet was impressive for a sorbet - almost tasted like ice cream.
Be the first to ReplyCame on a Saturday for brunch with an 11am reservation.
We were running ~10 minutes late and tried to call but got their voicemail which said they don't pick up calls during brunch and dinner service :) When we arrived, we were seated but told that we had to be done by 12:30pm, which OK, I get it and we were 100% going to be done by that time, but a drop offputting. We sat in the backyard garden, here's what we ordered and how we liked everything:- Iced latte: this was fine but didn't come with any sugar nor straw and we had to flag down a waiter for them+ Chocolate babka: small portion but was very rich, dense, textural, with a lot of marzipan-y notes + Sabich Hummus Bowl: sabich is traditinally fried eggplant, but this wasn't but my husband loved it and said it reminded him of Israel; the amba was delightful- Chicken schnitzel: not sure how I felt about the schnitzel - it was seasoned with a lot of herbs which seemed underwhelming; also came with a hardboiled egg and some greens and was just generally underwhelming Overall, it was a decent experience but I wouldn't come back other than to try their dinner menu once.

After eating here twice I have to Miss Ada props for consistency in both food and drinks. I always leave feeling satisfied. I get the Michelin star.I'd highly recommend ordering dishes tapas style as portions are on the smaller side. The grilled octopus and beef skewer were both great choices. The whipped ricotta tasted rich and paired so well with the accompanying Mediterranean style bread, it's one of my favorites. The Za'atar Crusted Salmon's crispy seasoned skin was very tasty but I preferred the Branzino stuffed with the works (herbs, garlic, lemon etc).Drinks were good, frosé was chilled perfectly for the hot summer day I sat in the back yard. If you like espresso martinis try the "Carajillo" which is espresso + rum based. I'm a fan. There is a strict table time slot they try to keep guests aware of, 90min-2hours average. It can be a little off putting especially in the moment when the vibe is right and you'd like to continue ordering cocktails and having conversation after dinner. Find a more hospitable approach.
Be the first to ReplyMy husband and I had dinner on Sunday.
I booked a table at 8:00pm, but when we showed up half an hour early they were able to give us a seat in the garden as I reserved. We always asked a suggestion to the waiter even though it's very helpful reading the reviews before. We shared the lamb hummus, the whipped ricotta, the kofta kebab and the salmon. My favorite were the whipped ricotta because of the lightness and the combination with the honey and the salmon, very tender and the crust were on the top was something different and tasty. The lamb hummus was also good, the only thing it was the lamb too salty for me. The kofta kebab was just ok, I didn't like the consistence, but the taste was good.Hummus comes with the pita that it's very good, but if you ask more they charge you (2$). Overall, we enjoyed the food. The garden is nice and maybe it's the best part because is less loudly than the inside. Also it's nice the parklet at the front of the restaurant. Our waiter was also friendly and helpful.
