Moving light the best thing about the place
We were told to try this restaurant but we were all very disappointed in the service and the food. Service was slow. Everyone eats the same food that is ordered. It's portioned on your plate that way. Not really "family" dining as they explained it. You had to eat it even if you didn't want it. Our host was not happy with having to explain the menu to us and it showed. The manager came out and told the 2 people they couldn't order separate meals even though we were told they could due to food issues with the "family" meal. So, the 2 people who did order separate meals sat for while we ate and finished our food. We asked where their food was and it finally came out 20 min later. In truth, the food wasn't worth the price or the wait.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We arrived for our reservation only to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Hostess at arrival wasnโt friendly. Once we sat down, waited 10 minutes for water and menu. Had to ask waiter twice for water. Portion size was significantly smaller than last year. I remember leaving with take out bags in past and this time, I left hungry after spending more than $200 on the meal. Food arrived at table warm/hot. No waiter came over to table to ask how everything was. Will not go there again. For that food price, staff needs proper training. Just a huge disappointment.
Be the first to ReplyFood was terrible and over-priced.
Worst experience dining in Vegas ever. My wife and I originally made a reservation on Open Table and talked to the hostess to see if we could get in early. Since we weren't dressed yet (came from pool) we asked within the hour and were denied. 45 minutes later we came down dressed up and I had my Seven Star rewards card. Immediately let us in. "Don't judge people by looks." The service was good but I would enjoy food at a fast food place more. Chicken was stringy, Calamari substitute was like chewing on rubber. I would never eat there again if it was free.

Service was good! Every bite of food and wine was bad. Seriously- โMr Chow noodlesโ as an app was gas station spaghetti noodles that were old with hotdog relish on them. We ordered 4 items and the meal was as bad as Disney World food. Actually inedible. Vegas has a few good placesโฆ. Vegas has a lot of mediocre places. โฆ.This was worse.

Very disappointing dinner. The food was below average and they didnโt care. They told me that the food was off because I ordered ala carte instead of the pre fixe ? I donโt understand how that could make a difference. They did not care that we were not satisfied with our food. Unfortunately, do not recommend.

Overpriced, cafeteria food. The chicken skewers and lettuce wraps were the only 2 of 10 items with flavour. Very poor service. The Gamblers duck was horribly dry and I could on and on. Donโt go!
Be the first to ReplyWorst dinner of my life. So gross.
Cool modern space but the food was SO gross. Bland, unimaginative, super expensive, tiny portions and the server was EXTREMELY limited in his knowledge and availability of the cuisine. Two of the 5 in our party ended up leaving during the ordering process due to how unaccommodating the server and seemingly the menu were to egg white, nut and gluten allergies. We basically had no choice in either all ordering the SAME DINNER or leaving the table. The three remaining people in our party out of 5, ended up being served mostly white, tasteless foods with zero seasonings. Contrast this to eating at momofuku with the same people two nights earlier and being blown away by the complex flavors, ingenious amendments to accommodate the various allergies and unbelievable delicious food. So SO UNIMPRESSED with Mr. Chow. I was unsatisfied and disgusted, frankly and this is after spending over $600 for 3 people. This included 3 beverages. Never again. Plus our table captain never once visited our table after the order was placed almost like he was afraid to ask โhow our food wasโ. During ordering we asked for suggestions for the best/ most popular dishes, his recommendations were so so bad and then when it was the gluten free version, there was zero substitution, it was just dry, unsalted, unseasoned, worst restaurant I have EVER eaten

My wife and I went to Mr. Chow for a pre-show dinner. We found the restaurant a bit hard to find within Caesars Palace. Once we did find it we were seated within five minutes of our reservation time which was all good. We were seated at a table that was very wobbly on the thick carpeted floor. A big pet peeve of mine especially at this price point. Service was prompt, if not rushed. It seemed they wanted to get everyone out of there before the Adele show started. We wee semi-pressured into getting the pre-priced menu. We decided to go ala carte instead. The waiter said the portions would be smaller and not a good value. Once we ordered I think we got all of our food within three minutes. I've waited longer at McDonalds for food. This made me suspect that it is all premade and sitting under lamps in the kitchen. The portions were tiny, expensive and honestly not that good. Very overpriced and over hyped. I've seen other reviews comparing this place to an expensive Panda Express. Funny because we said that at the time as well. We had a table next to the center service station and the servers were buzzing around live bees in a hive. Not very relaxing or zen. The ceiling art sculpture was silly. We were in and out of there in about 45 minutes. Not a very good fine dining experience. I would never recommend or go back.

While in Vegas for our Reunion trip we decided to try here as we love nice restaurants and try them all over the world. This was not it. Despite my paying for the $1400 bill, we did not eat any of the food. We were told we had to take a 2 course meal (felt like never ending courses) and we were all left in shock over how disgusting the food was. Total, absolute shock. Not one of us ate the food! The worst was these prawns covered in a green sauce that the server actually told us people mistake for broccoli!? He was a strange man and kept over speaking every time he came to our table. The restaurant decor was also super sterile and felt like a hospital room. My sister insisted we leave as soon as we entered but we did not and suffered through. I am still in shock over how poor the food was. It looked microwaved and was not tasty or impressive at all. People around us seemed to enjoy, but perhaps they do not know good food. I wish I had something nicer to say but it was probably the worst dining experience of our lives and we will never be back.
Be the first to ReplyTasty but small portions!
First of all we had a hard time even finding the place located at Caesarโs. Very, very small portions for the price! We ordered the crispy beef as one of our five choices for dinner for 2 couples. It arrived on a small plate the size of a butter plate! Tiny serving for $58! It was very tasty and all of us liked it even though we all complained about the serving size. We ordered potstickers as a first course but they didnโt arrive till we finished everything else. We liked those as well. Also ordered Mr. Chow noodles that were not handmade while you watched like I read. They were also tasty. To round out the meal we added chicken with candied walnuts and string beans. Also, very good. Finished it off with a delicious piece of toasted coconut cake. Yum! All the portions were smaller than expected. But we all agreed we had had plenty to eat. Great service!

The service was appalling. Had better service in a diner had high expectations after a visit here 5 years ago. The manager couldnโt manage a piss up in a brewery. Food was ok. Water boy was great that was the only positive
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced average Chinese food.
Overpriced for average food and cocktails. Service was good though. Better value restaurants available close by. Would not recommend

The point of arrival was impactful with private elevators servicing the restaurant. Restaurant was stunning and we grabbed a drink at the bar. Bar staff set the tone. Brian (and think Rachel), were awesome. I would recommend the five spiced old fashion. Our table decided on the two course shared portions and there was more than enough for everyone. The prawn appetizer and the sea bass entree were the table favorites. Service was prompt and had us out in time for our show.
Be the first to ReplyA rip off !!!! Tourists beware
A rip off in simple terms ! Way over priced โfamily โ style BS very small Family portions . Eight adults , waiter described fare as family style portions , nonsense , slow service and little dishes to share . Check was rediculous would not go again or recommend .

Iโve eaten better tasting Chinese food from my local takeout. There was 4 of us eating an early dinner before the Adele concert. We Weโre told To choose one appetiser and one entree and it would be portioned for all of us. The quantity of food was not an issue, there was more than enough food to eat. The chicken skewers came out looking as pink as a crab stick and were very soft in texture served with tasteless with a very insipid peanut sauce. The salt and pepper shrimp was delicious. The delicate crab and sweet corn soup was overshadowed with way too much pepper. The potstickers were dry and again fairly tasteless - I had to add a good spoonful of chili oil to give it some flavour. For main course the seabass was delicious and the mixed vegetables provided some much needed colour and crunch to the Dishes. The duck pancakes were dry. Finskky, The rose wine selection was disappointing with only 2 bottles to choose from the menu and they were out of stock of one of them. The staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. What a shame the food was so underwhelming when I had gone expecting so much more

The wait staff were like robots. They had no personality or sense of humor. They just ignored me when I told them my husband had oral cancer and dollar most of his teeth. I was asking for suggestions of what he could possibly eat . They just blew me off. Terrible experience( weโll never go again!
Be the first to ReplyFancy but could be better
I attended a party at this restaurant inside the Ceasar Palace. The place is quite trendy, food is OK and reasonably varied. Drinks are fine, but waiters seemed not to be so experienced

The atmosphere is stunning. They do this cute little thing with the menu that had all 8 of us confused. We ranged in ages from 40 to 75, so we had been around the block before. The prawns with walnuts - excellent. Chicken satay - a hard no Beijing duck-excellent Sauteed rice with veggies-excellent Potstickers - good Mr Chow noodles - excellent Dressed dungeness crab - horrendous Out of the 8 of us no one liked it. The wait staff picked up two entree plates both fully loaded with the crab dish and never asked why no one ate it, I thought that odd. Fiery beef - best ever!!!!!!!!

Initial start was on the slow side but once D.J. came to the rescue the rest of the dining experience was wonderful. We opted for the chefโs tasting. Crab claw and shrimp with glazed walnuts. Shrimp was delicious and plentiful crab was dry and tasteless. Dinner bought sea bass and filet mignon a house special. Fish was cooked perfectly, filetโฆ Supposed to come out medium where I was more of medium too well and nothing to write home about. I gave the restaurant four stars because the service between DJ our bus boy whose name I think was Marc Anthony ( apologies if Iโm wrong) was absolute perfection.

This place is upstairs it has a very nice view and everything is clean and looks good I like that the majority of the staff where Whit's where white but it is a very very pricey place if you're on a budget advise you not to go but the food is very good
Be the first to ReplyVery disappointing and expensive
Walking thru Caesar's hunting for dinner options. We regret choosing this. Billed as a restaurant with a view - there was no view unless perhaps you press your face up against the window - definitely nothing from a table. They definitely press you to order from the prix fixe section of the menu and perhaps those are the dishes they do best. They stress family style and we thought it would be too much food. We chose a couple of dishes instead of that menu - Gambler's Duck - dry and bony and Chicken Joanna - OK but ... the smallest chicken breast ever and it would definitely have benefitted from additional garlic and wine oh and some more chicken. We are used to sharing dishes but honestly there really wasn't enough to share. And steamed rice does not come with your dish so pony up $23 for a bowl of rice for 2. At least that was sufficient to share.
So, no view, the kinetic art piece is silly, and the food is not good and overpriced. Service is attentive but we would have been happier with better food and less attention - eat elsewhere.
Lovely birthday dinner
I had my birthday dinner at tMr Chow. Excellent experience.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant looks nice, they have the best floral arrangements!

Great service, good food and drink! This was a solid experience. The duck was disappointing but the lamb was amazing. Excellent decor and a fantastic staff. If youโre looking for a highend dining experience with little intimidation factor this is it.
