Literally the worst service I've ever had in my life at a fine restaurant. The waiter took our drink order and - literally - never returned. After over 30 minutes, one of the bus staff asked us if we had ordered, and we said we didn't even have menus yet. The maitre D' came and brought us menus, and I thought it would get better from there, but it didn't. While he was helpful and took our order, we - literally - never saw our waiter until he came by - once - the entire night, after we were almost done eating. I asked the other maitre D' who our waiter was, because, literally we didn't know, and then explained the whole thing to him, and when I said this was literally the worst service I've ever had at a fine restaurant, a man at the next table spoke up and said that he agreed! He said he would have the general manager come by, but no one ever came. I was deeply disappointed - I had always wanted to go to Mr Chow when we lived in LA, but never again. Completely unacceptable for this calibur of restaurant - and the management not giving a crap seals the deal. And, even after complaining and they clearly knew my complaints were just and accurate since they witnessed this thenselves, they took 2. Drinks. Off the bill I'm not a complainer - even check my other reviews - but I will go out of my way to warn others after this terrible and unacceptable experience at a typically $150+/person restaurant. And while I did stiff the waiter which we only saw once, I did cash-tip the maitre D' who actually helped us, even though it wasn't supposed to be his primary job.
Be the first to ReplyThis is my fourth time is in Las Vegas location of Mr.
Chow. Quite different then first 3 times. Food 4 ambiance 4 service 2 atrocious... One waiter with questionable attitude is taking orders for a whole restaurant. Servers are good but they cannot cover for lack of staff and professionalism. No more noodles show. They informed us that chef quit. Not coming back if they don't change. I was a fan.

Be the first to ReplyLove the atmosphere of this place.
After being in the super loud casinos and on a crowded Las Vegas strip sidewalk, Mr. Chow offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere, where people can have an actual conversation. We like to go to the bar, order a bottle of wine and have appetizers. My favorite is the glazed prawns with walnuts. The service is excellent. Bryan along with Kokoa really took care of us. So professional! I am so impressed watching level of service given by the waiters. If you want an experience, please try this place.
Be the first to ReplyWe popped into Mr.
Chow in Las Vegas to try their dinner offerings. We kicked off with appetizers like the Chicken Satay and the vegetarian-style potstickers. While the chicken satay was a hit, I could've done without the vegetarian potstickers, to be honest. Perhaps a different filling would have suited my taste better. The ambiance was decent, although a bit bright for a dinner setting, and the restaurant was quite empty when we arrived for our 6 o'clock reservation. Finding the place amidst Caesars Palace wasn't a breeze, but we managed to arrive safely for dinner. For our main courses, we opted for the seabass with steamed rice and the Gambler Duckling with sautéed string beans. The food was delightful, absolutely no complaints there. The service was attentive as well. Would I consider returning? Possibly, though I wouldn't feel compelled to hurry back, especially with so many other dining options available on the Strip. The price is on the higher side, so make sure you're prepared for that. However, the portions are generous--you'll likely end up with leftovers, to the point where you might be seeking someone to share them with if you're just visiting.
Be the first to ReplyFood was great.
Expensive. Kind of odd as i went by myself. Really enough food for two. Very nice inside. Service was great. If you like duck. They had a grwat service and presentation of food.
Be the first to ReplyOur afternoon escapade at Mr.
Chow within the iconic Caesars Palace in Las Vegas was nothing short of enchanting. As we ascended in the elevator, anticipation mingled with the vibrant hues of the sky, creating a picturesque setting for a romantic sunset meal. Indulging in delicious martinis garnished with three olives, we found ourselves pleasantly surprised when the skilled bartender crafted a secret concoction exclusively for us. Promising never to disclose its ingredients, we reveled in the personalized touch, adding an extra layer of allure to our experience. The overall ambiance of Mr. Chow is reminiscent of a European dining establishment, with its elegant decor and refined atmosphere. The waitstaff, impeccably trained and attentive to every detail, ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. In summary, Mr. Chow at Caesars Palace offers more than just exquisite cuisine--it provides a journey of indulgence and sophistication. We wholeheartedly recommend it for those seeking a memorable afternoon snack and drink amidst the splendor of Las Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyIf you are looking for a refined and exquisite Chinese
If you are looking for a refined and exquisite Chinese dining experience, Mr Chow at Caesars Palace is the place to go. The restaurant serves authentic Beijing cuisine with a contemporary flair, and the dishes are shared among the guests. Some of the highlights of the menu are the hand-pulled Mr Chow noodles, the succulent fire roasted beef, and the crispy gamblers duck. The cocktails are also inventive and delightful, especially the one with pineapple. Mr Chow is a splendid choice for a memorable occasion.
Be the first to ReplyFood, average at best.
More than underwhelmed and a bit disappointed. Service they all would rather be somewhere else other than working at Mr Chow

The food was fine - not good but fine and that's the only reason I'm not giving it a one star. Super over priced, servers who weren't rude but who clearly weren't interested in providing good service. And the over all pretentiousness was atrocious - everyone was busy pretending that a blue carpet and white walls was somehow incredibly innovative design. To me it was stuff mediocre at best. Won't be back.
Be the first to ReplyWow, what a disappointment! We (2) arrived 10 minutes early
Wow, what a disappointment! We (2) arrived 10 minutes early for our birthday dinner and we were seated promptly, then the disappointment began! The first waiter arrived and offered water and a cocktail menu. We ordered sparkling water and he seemed annoyed that we didn't order drinks. Then the waiting began...The "Captain" came over and presented and explained the menu, suggesting many items on a prefix option list or we could order à la cart, so after a significant wait he returned and when we decided against his recommendations and decided to order à la carte, it seems that the attitude began, and we sat for almost 45 minutes with zero attention from any waiter or manager or even the "captain". So we got up and returned to the maître d' podium and expressed our displeasure on the attitudes and lack of customer service. It appeared that several dishes from other patrons were being returned to the kitchen. I could only speculate that they were having a bad night in the kitchen and we were being punished for our menu decisions. Certainly not a place i would recommend at all. Food court food is how we ended up celebrating the birthday.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a joke.
Our waiter did a poor job explaining the dinner tasting menu and what it would cost per person. We had a reservation for 6pm, but weren't seated at our table until 6:10pm. We didn't have an opportunity to order drinks until 6:30pm. Once we saw how things were going, we let our server know we needed to be done by 7:30pm in order to attend a concert. He acknowledged this and said it shouldn't be a problem. Food started coming out fairly regularly, but by 7:20pm we let the server know we were missing one last entree. It was apparent he had forgotten about it. 7:30pm rolls around and our entree is nowhere to be seen. We noticed our server had been chatting with another table for about 10 minutes when we finally waved someone else down and asked for the check. $850 for 6 people to eat bland food accompanied by terrible service. Do yourself a favor and find another option :)
Be the first to ReplyA BIG disappointment.
Food was super expensive which is fine, if it's good. The corn and crab chowder was an egg drop soup with some corn kernels and some crab but absolutely tasteless. If it had been listed as such or if our server Alex had described it , we wouldn't have ordered it. The chicken satay also was super tasteless. And extremely dyed red. $18 for 1 piece. The ma mignon was rare. But really it was raw. We brought it home and seared it to put on a sandwich Server Alex seemed annoyed we did not order the Prix fixe. He described the crispy beef a "like Cheetos". We did not order that. He clearly did not have any idea how to describe foodWe will not be going back. Ever. It was awful. Go to P.F. Chang's for much better fare.
Be the first to ReplyWas super excited about returning.
Totally dumbfounded by the whole experience. We may have well been invisible. The manage could arrange a piss up in a brewery! Yes a little uncouth but honestly that's the only way to really get my feelings across. After saying the service was awful the manager skirted around the whole restaurant and didn't address the situation. The young man who was bussing and pouring g water was the only member of staff to try to address the situation, apologising and trying to get wait staffs attention. Sadly they must have been ignoring him too.Hoi sin sauce for the pancakes we had to ask for. Duck not so great cold. Pancakes curling because the were too dry. Such a shame.Such a terrible experience on every level. Also you need to keep up with your bathrooms... disgusting!

Came up to the bar for a dirty martini and was not disappointed. Nery knows how to make a classic cocktail to order based on some very specific tastes. Bryan was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Loving our time at Cesar's because of their excellent customer service.
Be the first to ReplyIt's been a while since I have been here.
I sat at the bar and received amazing service from the bartenders (Nery, Bryan, and Regy). An amazing place for cocktails with a great view.
Be the first to ReplySat at the bar and had excellent service from Nevy and Regy.
The food was fantastic- don't miss the lamb with spring onions, the dumplings, and the lychee martini!

Best Restaurant in Las Vegas! The food is amazing, the team (Nery, Bryan, and Raily) at the bar is the best, and it's the perfect place if you want class, style and elegance. We come here every time we're in Vegas. Highly recommend it!
Be the first to ReplyWow did not expect this place was a white coat and gloves
Wow did not expect this place was a white coat and gloves type of restaurant...beautiful restaurant though the ceiling being mobile can be distracting at times. We were definitely underdressed in joggers and athletic wear walking around the Strip all day but they never treated us any differently than others who were dressed to the nines, which I thought was very professional and humbling. Service was impeccable here. There was always someone clearing our plates and attending our needs. Try the pineapple cocktail, tastes almost like a spiked Disney Dole Whop. Now onto the food!! We got the classic 2-course menu and boy, it was a lot of food! 4 appetizers that each of us picked out - Shanghai little dragon (soup dumplings), salt and pepper prawns, lobster vermicelli, and of course we had to get the famous Mr. Chow hand pulled noodles this place was named after. We didn't get to see them hand pull the noodles though. Food was delicious! My favorite was the lobster vermicelli-highly recommended! Beware that the prawns are breaded over the shell, some parts I could eat and others I had to pick out the shell. The Mr. Chow noodles were flavorful and reminded me of an Asian style spaghetti. Soup dumplings were yummy with good soup to filling ratio - I would have liked chili oil as a condiment instead of the vinegar based one we got. Main course we got the fire roasted beef, lamb with scallions, steamed sea bass, and Gamblers duck. This came with choice of steamed or fried rice and a vegetable (we got the string beans). Food was delicious and I was stuffed as soon as I tried one of every dish. Favorite was the steamed sea bass, it was tested very lightly to allow the flavor of the fish itself to shine through. Was almost Japanese like in the treatment and I appreciated that. The fire beef was crunchy on the outside (though it was covered in a flavorful sauce..have no idea how it stays that way ) and tender inside. Lamb was flavorful and tender, I was pleasantly surprised again that I liked it because I usually don't care for lamb. Duck had crispy skin and tender inside, it was served with a pancake and toppings of scallions and cucumbers do you can make a sort of Asian taco with it. It was delicious. We didn't even have room for dessert, we ate so much! I would definitely eat here again! Maybe try the Beijing duck where they carve it tableside...the knife skills on these guys!
Be the first to ReplyLoved the view on the patio! Tasty drinks, I had the 50/50.
Also enjoyed the soup dumplings :)
Be the first to ReplyWent here for a drink and apps.
Rachel and Nery helped us at the bar and were great. So nice and helpful. The drink I got was very good and well made. Sat outside with a view of the pool. Great time!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent dishes with wonderful flavor.
Portions are just right for two people to share. The atmosphere is amazing and the wait staff very attentive.I highly recommend it!
Be the first to ReplyBizarre and pretentious restaurant.
Service is great. Atmosphere is really beautiful and elegant. Some parts of the show are nice (the roof opening and closing is cool). But you need a fucking abacus to figure out the menu. Peking / Beijing duck is what we wanted. Well you have to order for it 3 people ($105/person) even if you're only 1 or 2 or 4 people. And oh yeah they bring the duck after a bunch of other shit you might not even want. And none of the food we had justified such a bizarre menu philosophy. It was all kind of meh. Red Plate and Mott 32 are way better without all the nonsense. But the service was good and this is random but lots of diversity in the staff is a great thing. And the water girl was the most beautiful woman I may have seen in my whole life. But I digress. Weird but beautiful place.
