As 2 celiacs, safe food is sometimes hard to come by but we were treated well and got food that was safe. Our pasta was cooked in separate water and the waitress, Lauren double checked everything for us to ensure a safe lunch. It was a great respite from the busy parks.

This was not a good meal. The only bright spot was our server who couldn’t have been more nice, but we had to wait awhile to be seated even though we had an early reservation and the food was terrible. Stale bread we paid $9 for as an appetizer, terrible pizza and the pasta dish was so heavy & bland. We usually have low expectations with restaurants at Disney but this was just poor. And expensive.

They charged the same bill twice on the credit card, we went back to the restaurant and showed the charges and nothing was resolved. There was an internal robbery
Be the first to ReplyVote for Corey!! Excellence in restaurant service and Restaurant Jedi!
We had an excellent experience at Naples Ristorante. The food was excellent and came out quickly. The Server we had was named Corey and we couldn't express the excellent and friendly service that Corey had given us. Having the background of restaurant service and ownership, Corey would be considered a top notch Server. Our drinks never got below 1/2 a glass and we never had to ask for him. He was all over it. I highly recommend Corey of you decide to eat there. You won't regret it.

Probably our favorite place to eat at Disneyland. We have always been seated outside and it has always been very comfortable. The food and the service are both great. Really couldn’t ask for more!

Food was delicious!!! Our server, Corey was outstanding!!! Only wish we were seated upstairs for ambiance, reservation party of two!!!
Be the first to ReplyGood downtown Disney dining
Lauren was a great waitress, the location was family friendly yet food was still very enjoyable Highly recommend the pizza

Made reservations for lunch but finished up early. We stopped at the restaurant and they could move our reservation up. We were not sure what to order as we liked so many menu options. Our wonderful server, Fabian, gave us some excellent choices and we were very pleased we asked him. We had the bread basket, lasagna, eggplant and spaghetti. We had reat service, wonderful view of the downtown Disney crowds from our 2nd floor window table.

This place has surprisingly authentic Italian food...the pizza and pasta were fresh and delectable. Only surpassed by the excellent and attentive service of Pablo G. Highly recommend!

After a long day at Disneyland, we always like to stop here and relax with a drink and dinner. Great staff, great service and delicious food. We always say we'll try another restaurant at Disney Walk, but we never get past Naples. To be specific with our last visit, Lauren was the best, helping us with everything from adjusting the heat to modifying our orders. She is awesome!
Be the first to Replyonly downtown disney restaurant with seafood
downtown disney was disappointing in terms of dining options. Naples was our only option for seafood. We ate on the back patio. The food was good, not exceptional, but quite expensive. I had salmon, my wife had a ceasar salad and classic pan pizza. Service was good, The restroom was inside the building and on the second floor, so you get your steps if you need to wash up.
Be the first to ReplyGreat meal - first timers!
We arrived at our reservation time, were seated immediately and served quickly. The server and food were very good - bruschetta, chicken pharm and a pizza. The mixed drink was good as well. The pricing was a little expensive, but we were in Cali and at Downtown Disney. The seating was outside (which with Covid, we thought was good at first), but then the Santa Anna winds picked up and it was cold. There were lights and heaters, but the wind was still cold. We are from Ohio and left home with a foot of snow on the ground, so we were just happy to sitting outside regardless - mixed emotions about that.

We were celebrating my son’s birthday, staying at the Grand Californian. We tried to get reservations for a month. Fortunately we were able to put our name on a walk-up list. We were originally told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait and would all need to be present within 5 minutes of our notification that our table was ready or they would give our table away. Fortunately we were able to track how many people were ahead of us. Our table was ready 30 minutes early!
We were seated and to our surprise, there were several empty tables. Maybe they didn’t have enough staff.
Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us select a lovely bottle of wine. We order the chicken Parmesan, fungi pizza, and salmon. All three items were absolutely delicious! We sat outside, by a heater, on a very chilly January evening. We never felt rushed and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Eating in Siberia
So, we tried for 2 months to get reservations at Blue Bayou for husband's birthday without success. So we decided to make a reservation here because we have eaten here before and the food is not bad.
We showed up for our reservation, and although plenty of people were leaving we still had to wait a while to be seated.
We got in and the place was cold. I took my jacket off briefly but had to put it back on. And looking around, everyone at every table had their coats/jackets on, and most had wool caps. It was so cold...
We didnt realize that no bread was served (as most Italian restaurants do) so once husband got his salad we ordered, and paid, for bread. Which was good. But it didnt come out until husband was pretty much done with his salad.
I was surprised that my food came out nice and warm considering how cold it was in there.
I had gnocchi and asked for marinara sauce (which they had for other entrees) instead of a meat sauce; apparently this took the waiter by surprise because he kept asking me if I just didnt eat meat, or did I want vegetables, and other strange questions.
Husband had the lasagna. which was warm but not hot. He said it was just lasagna - nothing special or out standing.
The other strange thing was that we had to ask for parmesan cheese for our entrees; and the waiter did bring us a jar of parmesan. I am not sure if it was kept outside, or in the refrigerator, but even that was very cold!
On the way out an older woman employee asked husband if he had already eaten - and then asked what he had and how he liked it. She did not seem to be pleased when he answered that he had the lasagna and it was ok. She responded "just ok?" and he said, "yes, just ok". And she walked away...not sure what that was about.
We did not try any dessert because frankly, it was too cold to stay in that restaurant any longer.
Save your cash
We had several things at our table we had the
Burrata cheese with pumpkin we had the The bruschetta the chicken Parmesan and The ravioli suffice to say the ravioli would be in stiff competition for a can of Chef Boyardee they ran out of bread at 6 o’clock and could not give me any more bread for my burrata appetizer. And no bread for the table.. The service was excellent but any Italian restaurant that can’t give you Bread at 6 o’clock Must be managed by someone that doesn’t know what they’re doing it is overpriced and very lackluster in taste …..stay away and save your money
Disappointed in quality
So pedestrian pizza quality, worse than Domino frankly. Dont call Neapolitano pizza if you cannot deliver a close quality even not certified for it. So chewy and soft, no big air bubbles and charred in the rim crust, tomato sauce taste like canned and bland. $34 for 10" with 4 toppings for this low quality. I wouldnt mind to pay for an authentic and high quality Neapolitano pizza. If you ever have a chance to have a real Neapolitano pizza at 50 Kilo in Naples, you know what I talk about. Lasagna is dry and bland, not made with fresh homemade pasta sheet. So Disappointed with the quality.

Reservations are hard to make. For a walk in on a Saturday at 6:30 pm, we were able to get a table for 6 with a 20 min wait. Food was pretty decent. The pepperoni pizza is as good as it gets and it comes with fresh mozzarella. However, half of the pizza crust bottom was really burnt. The della casa salad is decent with a serving size enough for 6 people. The chicken alfredo is really creamy. Service is a little miss. We were checked on every now or then. But it was pretty much just coming by asking if you're still good. Water or drinks were never topped off until we asked.

Chicken parm was good. Got it again on another night. Kids spaghetti was good. All food was good, just pricey.
Be the first to ReplyIf it's broke, don't fix it.
We always enjoyed going to Naples before they did the renovation. Before the renovation it felt more like a dine-in restaurant suited toward couples and families with older children. We went back for the first time since the renovation and it felt like a generic family pizzeria. Very loud w/ whiney children, very busy family type vibe, and just very generic now. The update didn't help this place. The waitress was nice and the food was okay. We won't be back as this place is more focused toward families with noisy kids. DO NOT go here if you are on a date; it's not the same place since the update.
