The food and service were so top notch.
The space and ambiance were relaxing. The server was very accommodating and gave recommendations.
Be the first to ReplyWe sat at the bar and the service was very attentive.
The food was immaculate. Nobu is in my top 3 sushi restaurants that are not strictly Omakase experiences. I would recommend any of the dishes we enjoyed.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic food and service.
The standouts were the Miso Parmesan Rice, Miso Chilean Sea Bass, Crispy Rice. Nice decorum, kinda modern Japanese. Exceptionally priced, this is a place to splurge for a really nice night out. Quality over quantity here.
Be the first to ReplyI was very very disappointed in the service.
Food was good. Service was HORRIBLE. It took 45 mins to receive a drink. It was my birthday and they did not even acknowledge it. They claimed the bar was packed. The restaurant on a busy Friday night was half full. We will not be returning. Umi's food is just as good or better, and the service is perfect!

I came here for one of my friend's birthday and I can say this is a nice place for special occasions. It is a little difficult to find if you don't frequent Phipps often, so be on time if you've never been lol. When it comes to the food, I feel like the food is definitely overpriced for the taste and portion. I feel like $48 dollars for a sushi is a little insane for it to taste mediocre. There were some stand out items such as the fish. The fish and also the Parmesan rice were very flavorful. The sushi, ribeye, shrimp stir fry were just ok to me nothing too spectacular. Service was also a bit slow this night and it was a Saturday. Not sure if I would give them a try again, but if I do I know what to get and what not to get.

Was so excited to try Nobu because I have always heard great things. My expectations were high and not met to the slightest. My service was terrible. The waiter often disappeared when I was trying to order more drinks/food. The tables were so close together it felt like I was eating with the party next to me. The food was fine but I felt I could get the same thing for half the price somewhere else. The manager was nice to give us a free drink and took some items off the bill because of the terrible service.

I went for my birthday and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. We had a party of 10 and the service was beyond great and the food was amazing. I definitely look forward to going back!

This experience was very nice overall because the restaurant is extremely comfortable and clean. The service is also outstanding. However, the food is very very expensive. The food was good, don't get me wrong but it was not as amazing as I expected it to be. As a sushi fanatic, I was underwhelmed. There are a few things I would go back for, both the sashimi plates posted were excellent, best things we ordered. Not worth the pricing in my opinion but makes a good date night for ambiance and drinks.
Be the first to ReplyHad an amazing meal at Nobu, and great service.
Previously went to the location in the bahamas, first time going in the states. Top sushi!
Be the first to ReplyMy first time at a Nobu and I was alone.
From the time I walked in, the hostess was very welcoming. Sat at the sushi bar and still had full menu service plus my personal sushi chef! Tried the "new style sashimi and it was amazing especially for someone not into raw! The baby corn was scrumptious. Also had the lobster and fish taco and the black cod on bib lettuce. ALL of my food was amazing and the service too. Will be visiting other Nobus across the country for sure!!!!!
Be the first to ReplyFinally was able to get reservations for Nobu.
It was a good experience. They have valet option and you can also self park. We checked in for our reservation and had to wait at the bar while they got our table ready. Had a great experience at the bar. Whiskey and scotch collection was amazing. My husband is a whiskey connoisseur and loved their options. I also loved my lychee martini!!Once we were seated our server was great! Very knowledgeable about recommending options and also let us know what was specific to the ATL Menu. We got wagyu dumplings, truffle baby corn , and shishito peppers as an appetizer. We got 3 nigiri options and 3 sushi rolls. Including the snow crab and yellow tail . Everything was great! Sushi was perfect! We also tried 2 desserts. The chocolate mousse sundae was ok as well as the doughnut holes. Overall it was a great experience! Service was 10/10!

Everything I had was well executed, I got the shiitake mushrooms, mixed veggies, and the truffle ribeye. The flavors were well represented in each dish, not overpowering well balanced. Service was great ambiance was great. Good Job!
Be the first to ReplyNobu was amazing! Use Apple Maps to find them.
Waze took me to the garage. Valet is $15. I went on a Friday at 6pm. We were seated right away. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave us some good recommendations. I had the rocket shrimp, waygu dumplings, steak teppanyaki, lamb chop and the chew cake with the bourbon flambé. Everything was delicious. I had the lychee martini and lost lose drink. Both great. I will come back!

I was happy to see a Nobu open in Atlanta after hearing about it online! Sushi is my absolute favorite so I was super excited when we got reservations. Overall the service was amazing and the food was good. Our waiter, Daija, was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations! The food was good, however, I did feel it is overrated for the taste, price, and quantity of food. All of the dishes were good but there was nothing we had that really wow'ed us.

Nobu has great customer service!! I was greeted at every point and they were definitely at your service . The ambiance was very nice !! Great for a date and dinner with friends. The Shrimp tempura sushi was a favorite. The hot plates are near tapas sizes. This is a nice place to go after work for a quick bite or just a evening to catch up with the girls and have drinks. The scallops were good as well just tell them to be light with the salt shaker !! Great experience and the energy was good there. The valet guys were really nice as well.
Be the first to ReplyMmmm idk what going on with this Nobu location.
I grew up going to Matsuhisa, I've been to the LA/Malibu location 100+ times, the New York and 2 of their London locations and they're all fantastic. I crave their black cod and it never disappoints... providing you can actually get into the restaurant. We have offices across the street from the new Nobu hotel and restaurant in Buckhead and it's impossible to make a reservation. We've called and looked on the website, walked over several times and it's been closed and when it was open and we inquired about reservations we were abruptly told they weren't open yet, please leave and look on open table... which has zero reservations. I don't understand why the customer service and experience is sooooo different from their gold star standard but someone needs to maybe explain to this new location about etiquette and customer loyalty. Hopefully one day if they ever figure out walkins or their reservation system I'll be able to write a more positive post.
Be the first to ReplyLet's talk about Nobu.
. the hype naturally made me curious to try & I'm glad I did. This is the perfect place for celebratory dinners or date nights! Our server gave us the heads up that they were on the last order of Wagyu dumplings for the night & they were one of the top dishes of the night (s/o to him) he also recommended the lobster tempura & that was some of the best lobster I've tried. Come ready to spend but all worth it in my opinion!
Be the first to ReplyThis was an amazing experience.
We made reservations for a Friday night. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very pleasant host group at the front. We were seated immediately. The young man that took us to our table, walked slow with us because we had on heels(very considerate). Our server came over a few moments after to take our drink orders. I absolutely LOVED her personality (Alex). She was able to make such great recommendations. I can tell that she truly enjoys her job. The drinks were made to perfection and the food arrived super hot and fast. I would 100% recommend coming back here for a girls night out, date night or bday dinner. The ambience was perfect. The lights were just the right amount of dim and the music was at a great level. If you have reservations, arrive a little early to account for parking. Unfortunately, I couldn't find valet and ended up in the garage where parking is free. If you park on P3 and take the elevator to level 1, the restaurant is right there.
Be the first to ReplyReally enjoyed the meal.
From the miso soup to the mushroom salad to the chicken skewers(sauce was delicious) to the cod to the octopus it was all great. Topped off with a super smooth sake. Our waiter was also excellent. The music played was also a highlight. Definitely aces in my nook. Good food and ambiance. Pricy but you pay for good food and experience. It's definitely the new ATL.

We went to their restaurant for Valentine's Day and had their omakase presentation at a cost of $200.00 each. That night we ended up with food poisoning. It is a new hotel/ restaurant so some mistakes are expected. Food handling practices are unacceptable The BIG complaint is no response from their restaurant manager We have enjoyed their restaurants around the world. Atlanta is off our list
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely had a great overall experience.
We had a reservation at 7:30 but we weren't sat until 8:00 which is understandable. Our waiter Jeffrey was very nice and knowledgeable. I love how they explain each meal as they are dropping them off. The drinks were pretty good. Out of everything I think I liked the lychee martini the best. The miso black cod was some of the best I ever taste. Ambiance was pretty relaxed and dark
