A terrible experience
We came in that restaurant with good expectations, having appreciated Nobu’s dishes many times in Dubai. A chaotic and noisy atmosphere greeted us. First of all the waiter did a lot of mistakes writing our order, serving fish dishes to some of us that ordered vegetarian versions. Secondly, the dishes came one by one and some of us were waiting 20-30 minutes before receiving it. When we underlined that problem with another waiter, he answered in an impolite , arrogant and rude manner. Third, food quality was very poor, with fried dishes served cold and sushi that was too dry. An experience to be forgotten, absolutely not at the level of such a famous restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyHorrific service from the manager & waitress. Stuck up and defensive…. Not a good vibe. Hard pass!
Terrible service. We weren’t getting service and I had to ask three different people to place our order and no one came. We waited 30 minutes and when our waitress finally came she had such a bad attitude. A simple apology would have done, and we would have been happy. But she had a bad excuse which an experienced server would never say. We asked to speak to Brett the manager who was just as bad. He too didn’t want to listen to us and had a terrible, stuck up attitude. Why is apologizing for bad service and moving on so hard for some people? Bring defensive is such a bad way to be in the service field. They both had terrible conversational skills and don’t know how to address customers. Time for both of them to find a new job.

I’m going to start with the fact that we are frequent guests at Nobu restaurants in general and this one specifically. We love coming here. The service is great…friendly, knowledgeable. The food is fantastic. The beverages great. The ambiance what I expect from a Nobu restaurant. Until last evening… The evening was tainted by a server who quite obviously wanted to be anywhere but there. He was condescending and rude from the beginning. Simple questions were met by a smirk. I’ve never been to Nobu where there wasn’t a few items offered that were off-menu or specials. When asked, he pointed to the menu and said it’s all there. He mumbled when he spoke and had to be asked to repeat himself constantly. It wasn’t loud in the restaurant. He just didn’t want to make the effort. Having said all that…the reminder of staff interactions were the usual Nobu standard. I’ll definitely come back, but will request to be seated at another table if he’s working.
Be the first to ReplyDecadent Zen Journey of the Palette
Decadent Zen. My wife and I are semi-professional 'foodies' who love to be surprised by Staff and Chefs who can assess and cater to our palettes. Our server, Jay L., was very attentive, but not intrusive, asked questions and listened to our queries. We briefly discussed what we wanted to experience, and then left it in Jay's hands to engineer a 7 course display of Nobu tradition and excellence. EVERY course of our journey was excellent. 10/10 in presentation, freshness, new tastes, and progression of our dinner. Jay queried along the way to make sure the course selections were going well, and teasing what was to come. 10/10 in atmosphere and comfort. Our first Nobu experience...and definitely not our last! Recommend: Miso Black Cod, YellowTail, Wagyu Tacos, SeaBass tempura, Scallop Toban, Sea Urchin, Miso Tart. Paired with "Far Yeast; Tokyo White" light crisp beer.

Very disappointing dinner staring poorly with a table for 10 for a party of 15. The service has been terrible and we had to to it ourselves with portions which were not clearly divided and a presentation buffet style. The degustation set menu was very regular. Overall the worst quality / price restaurant I have experienced in my whole life. Run away and choose the other high profile Japanese restaurants in Vegas to understand why you are paying so much money.
Be the first to ReplyFood Was Fantastic - Service Was Efficient But Not Friendly
I would give the food here 5+ stars. It's the service that knocked it down a star. We had 8:30 pm reservations on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away. Our server, however, just seemed to be going through the motions, talking so fast, and not being personal at all. It all felt very rushed, which seemed to be the theme at every restaurant in Las Vegas. We eat a lot of sashimi and tartare, and we have to say this was the best yellowtail and tuna we have ever had...anywhere. There's something about that delicate sauce surrounding the fish that is the best. We also had the Miso Black Cod which is the chef's specialty. It was a generous serving and very flavorful. My wife thought it was a little too sweet, but I thought it impeccable. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was pretty typical, and way overpriced at $40. We would not order that again. We finished the meal with a miso tart that was fantastic. For the reputation this place has, we expected to have our socks knocked off, and because of the service, we didn't.
Be the first to ReplyGood but too pricey
We enjoyed our meal, food was good and service polite and professional. The prices exceeded the culinary pleasure though.
Be the first to ReplyBetter NOBU’s in the world than Vegas
Def not the service or standards you’d expect of Nobu. And with an additional minimum 18% service I’d be expecting service beyond another level. Not lights coming on at 10.50 as they want to close, and clearing your table as they want to go home. Food was disappointing and no way near the standard of Dubai and London. Atmosphere was good though
Be the first to ReplyBest sushi ever
We took a spot at the sushi bar and the food and experience were exceptional. We are no strangers to good sushi bars but this has to be the best we have ever experienced. I simply can't say enough about how good the food was, the only proviso is that you will spend plenty of money - its superb but understandably not cheap :-)

We had a fantastic menu which was curated by our server. Everything was so flavorful! My favorites, jalapeño yellowtail, beef tenderloin w truffle butter. But everything was amazing !
Be the first to ReplyCaesars saved our trip!
After a horrible experience with another hotel and a booking agent, we were stuck at midnight in Vegas with all our luggage and no place to go. The closest open room I could find was at Caesars. The universe was on my side when I landed in Katherine’s line. Our trip was saved!! Katherine made sure our room was beautiful and gave us all the tips and tricks to navigate our stay. The hotel has everything you need and is the perfect location to access all the best parts of the strip. What started off as a nightmare ended up being an amazing trip!

Im sorry but the food here is extremely overpriced and decent at best. I ordered a shrimp dish which was warm borderline cold when it got to me. i don't send food back. (just not my thing, i dont trust people). The bartender was very nice tho so thats why i gave the place 3 stars. I love hot seasoned food and i was not provided with any of that. Will i go again, yes but in a different city.

Got a call from nobu that they messed up and were closing early that day, we had to be there earlier, so we took it. REGRET Place was closing down and you could feel it, waitress was focused on taking our orders quickly, place was quiet and kitchen and bar ready to close in 30 minutes. Previously, we went to the nobu on virgin, and our waiter was amazing, he explained everything on our no limit tasting menu and we were the last table to leave with no rush from him, kitchen, bar or management. Plates were lacking flavor on this location. We ordered sushi, sashimi and other plates to share, none stood out. Although we could order more, we got the check and went elsewhere to get a proper meal with no rush to get us out. Will be back at the Virgin's Nobu instead of this one.

This was my first time having dinner at Nobu Caesar’s Palace. I had reservations so I was quickly seated. I had the Omakase for dinner—lots of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. They described each dish as it was presented. Dinner was a gastronomic experience. I will definitely return to dine there again.

Good sushi and seafood. The waiter was very helpful in choosing my selection due to dietary restrictrictions.

Normally I would leave 5 stars, I've eaten here before. This time only 3 stars. The waiter suggested I order 2 spicy dishes. I shouldn't have listened to him but I generally trust high-end waiters' suggestions. The spice from both dishes dominated everything. We couldn't taste our food at all. Wasted $400. The roasted vegetables, tasted like chilis and the sea bass tasted like chilis. Never good to have two dishes prepared the same. Textures and several flavors makes a great meal. The best thing we had was mochi ice cream. Flew from Hawaii to eat here for my birthday. Couldn't exchange the food, no time, we had a show at 7pm No balance or contrast.
Be the first to ReplyNOBU DISCRIMINATES DEAF PEOPLE!
Had one of the WORST dining experiences ever at this crappy, over priced restaurant! For over a year I've wanted to go to Nobu's. I had to make a reservation 3 mos in advance. Went on January 20th 2023, of course the place is packed. My reservation was at 7:30 ..we waited 30 minutes pasted our reservation time while ppl walked in, sat at the bar and got table before we did with a reservation?! I asked 2 cpls if they had a prior reservation..both did not. When we finally were seated our Waiter was masked. I explained to him that we have never been to Nobu and are both deaf and need to read his lips or we will not understand him nor the details of this restaurant. He advice me " Oh well, I won't pull my mask down, sorry! And walked away! Few moments later the Hostess comes to the table and tells us she will move us to another table since we can't hear the Waiter! I advised her, no that's not what I said to him. Mind you the music is so loud in Nobu you couldn't hear not being deaf. We ended up moving to another part of the restaurant, with a Waiter who wasn't masked, and we could understand. Both the Hostess and the 1st Waiter made a huge deal about having to deal with a Deaf person.. Was uncalled for and embarrassing, to say the least. Also the OVER PRICED Sushi I got was falling apart. This is a 5 star restaurant? Where 4 drinks cost you more than the meal. SO NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE $ or the embarrassment . DEAF PEOPLE BEWARE!

You cant call the front desk. You get an off site person on the phone. You can't use the mini fridge for any medication or left overs, they monitor everything remotely and can remotely lock the refrigerator. My medication would not fit in their tiny medication fridge, I received permission to remove items from the mini bar and replace them, however they still locked me out of the refrigerator and away from my medication. The WIFI is only for 2 devices, and they remember who logged in. That said, they have issues with iPhones so you have to call each time you want to connect an iPhone to it. The workout area has limited ice and only tea if you have access to the lounge. Also, we asked for extra pillows to support a medical condition. They said the 'ran out' of pillows. OK? so it is not as good a property as it once was sorry to say. If you don't care about any customer service, you will like the place

Nobu’s reputation is well established. The food is truly elevated. We sampled a variety of dishes and each one met our high expectations. Service from our main server was a touch spotty, but certainly not enough to affect the rating. Glad we went and would go back. It’s worth the cost.

Nice place, beautiful rooms, but special thanks to Gizelle from front desk at Nobu Las Vegas. She really helped in a thought day after cancelled flights and connections... She made my experience great after all, finding the way to enhace my anniversary trip.

Creative. Inventive. Beautifully presented. And of course delicious. Service was fast but unhurried. Hostess and wait staff excellent.
Be the first to ReplyHigh end sushi/Japanese restaurant
Nobu is well known and has high quality sushi and traditional Japanese dishes. Expect a hefty bill, but well worth the experience. Presentation is artful and the quality of the fish is excellent.
Be the first to ReplySushi Sucked
I'll preface this by saying I love sushi and have eaten it hundreds of times at dozens of different restaurants. I went to Nobu for the sushi. I've been to Nobu twice now, ordering about a dozen different sushi menu items, and both times were extremely underwhelming. Firstly, the portion sizes of the sushi are very small, especially for the price. Now, I'm willing to pay if the sushi is good, but I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I've had better sushi from a grocery store. Maybe the non-sushi menu items are better, but I won't be trying them. I gave Nobu a second chance, but will not give it a third. Tao restaurant had far better sushi.
Be the first to ReplyIt's that good
So you're not looking at reviews of Nobu wondering if it's good. You're wondering if you a normal person, should save up and make this your one special meal of the year. I'm here to say absolutely. We had the full omakase and every single thing on it was world class. The standouts were the miso cod and the filet. The cod was sweet without feeling cloying or not tasting like fish and the filet was one of the best dishes I've ever had. The cocktails were outstanding especially the sidecar. The service was the best I've had at a restaurant maybe ever, serious and friendly without being snooty or fake. It is not cheap full omakase plus 2 cocktails plus whiskey worked out to 700$ but yeah it is just that good.

Had been to Nobu in Scottsdale and this Nobu was just as wonderful! Yellowtail, California rolls, chicken and Market margarita - YUM! Only had to wait an hour and was well worth it. Billy was great waiter and had very helpful recommendations.
