Amazing beautiful place for a ibiza holiday!
We had an amazing stay here, beautiful hotel, great rooms, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice gym, sunset yoga on rooftop …. We couldn’t have asked for more, little things like earplugs and sleeping mask next to bed are just what I want in a holiday. We‘ll be back for sure

Overall, it was a five-star establishment with excellent service and high standards. However, if you happen to be like me, a big fan of Nobu food, you might be a bit disappointed with the culinary offerings at this place. Unfortunately, the quality falls quite far from the impeccable standards set by Nobu. For instance, the miso soup was rather underwhelming, to say the least. The other dishes felt like simple, generic Asian cuisine that you'd typically find in buffet-style, all-you-can-eat restaurants. Definitely not what you'd expect from a place striving to achieve the Nobu experience. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up in case you were also looking forward to some top-notch culinary adventures.

My stay at this chic hotel in Ibiza was simply fantastic! The views from the hotel were nothing short of amazing, creating a breathtaking backdrop for our vacation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food was exceptional. They offer amazing activities that really show off the tranquil and meditative side of Ibiza. I can't recommend this place enough for a stylish and memorable stay in Ibiza.

Its my first time being in Ibiza. Loving my stay at nobu hotel. Staying at one bedroom suite sea view. Very spacious for three of us.. Cons: lots of dried seaweed in front of hotel. So we cant really swim or walk in the beach/ocean. Hopefuly they will have solution for that in the future.. Also before i came, i got in touch by email with the coincierge team name Angela. She was the one who helped me and my friends during our stay in ibiza. And made all the bookings and gave us recommendation for restaurants, shows, clubs and all the nice beach club. Angela made our trip easier while we were there. And she is a lovely sweet person and easy to talk to and very patient with our questions. Blessed to have finally meet Angela there. Looking forward to stay there again in the future. And thank You angela for making our trip memorable. :)
Be the first to ReplyOutstanding experience at Nobu Ibiza Bay....
Coming to the very end of our 7 night stay (which of was extended by one night due to flight cancellation) and we are devastated to be leaving this amazing place. From start to finish our experience has been top-notch. From check in (with complementary room upgrade as a result of booking via AMEX) with glasses of champagne to our check out experience - everything has been wonderful - some great employees here have made an impression - Karla (Hostess), Claudia (Hostess), Charley (Lifeguard), Igor (bell boy) to name a few. Food and drinks service has been good if a little chaotic at times (they need a system to ensure the waiting staff are delivering food and drinks to the correct people). The Nobu restaurant was outstanding - so much so, we rearranged our plans to ensure we could fit in a second dinner here - Nico and Hibi were amazing here - we sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks - loved the interactions. The room was a 1 bedroom suite facing the beach and main adults pool on the 2nd floor - all aspects of this room were fabulous - immaculately clean and everything working as expected - very luxurious and spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, multiple wardrobes, fridge, ice maker etc. On our unplanned last night stay we booked a much smaller deluxe room - which was still great and totally sufficient for a 1 night stay or perhaps a weekend. Already booked for a rerun in May 2024. Thank you Nobu Ibiza Bay - you have been amazing 🥂🍾😊
Be the first to ReplySergio is the best!
I had an amazing stay at the Nobu Hotel last week in Ibiza. Upon arrival. Sergio greeted my fiance and I with two glasses of Cava, checked us in and upgraded us to better room. He was so friendly and helped kick off the weekend to a great start by suggesting dinner spots and nightlife activities. Overall, the stay at the hotel was great, and Sergio made it excellent!
Be the first to ReplySuperb location and stay
Generally a great 5 star hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly around the hotel from the welcome desk, reception, spa etc. The spa therapist and treatment was excellent and definitely worth a visit. Breakfast was also very good although I do find it annoying when a five star charges extra for what I would consider a basic service. The exception to this was the pool. It was nearing the end of the season but it was pitiful - very slow and in cases not helpful. As the main point of my short stay to Ibiza (regular visitor so its easy for me to slouch out and not sightsee) was to recharge by the pool and I spent a lot of time here, this was annoying especially given how much each of us was paying for food and drink. I brought this up after i left via email along with lack of recycling) and no reply from the GM. I think I had the most simple room but very well laid out, very comfortable and as you would expect for 5 stars. As a regular visitor to the island I think this might be a new fave!
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful and relatively calm... this is Ibiza after all!
We ended our stay on the island of Ibiza by a few days at the Nobu. After the calm of other more secluded properties, we were relieved to find a relatively peaceful atmosphere... the guests included many families who used their own pool and the only concession to the "party vibe" of the town was music at the bar and restaurants until about 2 am (which we barely heard once the patio doos were closed). The hotel in itself is beautiful. The design of the public spaces and of the rooms was impeccable yet relax. As expected, the room offered all the comfort and amenities one expects. The gift of flip flops and of a beach tote were a nice gesture. As this was a very special occasion, we opted for a Deluxe Junior Sea View Suite. Ours had an especially large terrace which we used quite a lot. Note that the suite was the size ono would expect a room to be so I assume the more typical rooms are quite small - yet extremely well designed. The larger than usual bathroom had a large soaking tub (which, as usual, we did not used) but offered beautiful views of the boats in the bay from the large shower or sinks. Even though the hotel was at full capacity, there were plenty of lounge chairs on the ocean front-note that nobody seems to venture on the "beach" or in the water (not as pristine as we have seen elsewhere around the island) and that we were there on days when the seaweeds were not picked up, giving a disturbing smell even from the loungers... we were glad we had daybeds on our private terrace to get back to. Great breakfast where we had wonderful service from Rita. Attentive staff all around, from the doormen to the housekeepers. Sebastian at the front desk was especially helpful, making sure that our special occasion was celebrated in a extremely memorable way. A bit remote from the old town (a 40 minute walk or about 10 euro cab ride), there is a nice boardwalk along the bay that allows for a pleasant stroll or run.
Be the first to ReplyThe worst experience - PURSE with valuables stolen in front of the hotel security
I regret I considered this hotel as a SAFE place for myself and my 4 year old son. I was there and my purse with all valuables were stolen under the eyes of the security and in front of the CCTV. The police came and couldn't find the thieves. The hotel administration promised to indemnify me and my son for the loss and is been 6 months and I received nothing only a burger with chips for my son while I was at the police station with the hotel manager. Please see the photo screenshot where the Financial Director promises to offer maximum indemnification and all were LIES. I spent in that hotel a lot of money and all I received is having my purse with passports, documents, cash, jewelry, watch stolen. I promise to take further LEGAL action if the hotel administration will not contact me to compensate the loss. This is OUTRAGEOUS!
Be the first to ReplyAn absolutely amazing experience
I stayed in Nobu Ibiza with my wife and was so deeply impressed at the quality of the offering, attentiveness of the staff and overall vibe of the hotel. Being a 5 star hotel, the bar is high, but at every possible chance, the staff exceeded expectations. Tania was amazing at resolving every question we had, all with a friendly and upbeat attitude, even into the late evening. Carlos was incredible when we ate at Nobu restaurant, recommending dishes and personalising them to suit our palettes. Alvaro, the duty manager, was also incredibly accommodating and gave brilliant suggestions for what to do on the island. The hospitality and concierge staff were faultless, and the room themselves were beautiful yet practical, with the team insisting on over delivering whenever we had a request. Having stayed in several 5 star restaurants, Nobu is the top of the list for me, redefining luxury and style with it’s own eclectic twist. The small things like the wifi and check in experience were impeccable, with the larger elements also world class. Nobu Ibiza was hands down one of the most hospitable, beautiful and luxurious stays I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. 10/10.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely great
Great place to stay in Ibiza. Edwin ( their GM) and his team are doing a great job. They accomodated all our requests. The concierge team is great, they booked all the places for us for the entire duration and each one of them was great. Breakfast is nice and elaborate. Pools are nice and clean.

The team gave us such a warm welcome,. The room was gorgeous, weather was perfect and food fabulous we only left the hotel once to go to the beach We loved eating in Nobu the food is amazing The Black Cod is a must... The staff were immaculate and well-mannered and never showed any sense of stress only lots of smiles. A refreshing and relaxing 3-day break. Thank you to all the team

The Nobu Hotel in Ibiza Bay is a lovely hotel. The staff are really pleasant and offer good service. The food is fantastic. The rooms are spacious but we only had a double bed. Is a double bed 5 star these days? But the thing that got me was the ‘beach’ directly outside the hotel. Shocker! It’s not a beach and you definitely could go for a relaxing dip in the water. The so called beach is 2ft thick in seaweed. The very occasional glimpses of the ‘beach’ in their promotional photos don’t reflect this and so you feel a bit cheated. But that’s not the worst thing. The smell of tons of fermenting seaweed is not pleasant. For the avoidance of doubt…….it smells of ‘drains’ (being polite). This wafts across the pool area (to which you are a bit of a prisoner) with far too much regularity for comfort. This didn’t spoil our stay because of the other positives but it certainly didn’t enhance it and this comes into sharper focus when you come to settle your bill. That smell is a bit expensive!
Be the first to ReplyLovely hotel, great staff.
From start to finish we had a lovely holiday here. Josep, Brenda, Sandra, and Justen to name but a few were so helpful and nice to us.All of the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to help you. The hotel was clean and in a Superb location can’t really fault it. Nobu restaurant was delicious however I would give the other restaurant Bibo a miss. Definitely going back next year.
Be the first to ReplyOUTSTANDING service, stunning views and great food
Nobu Ibiza Bay is the place to be if you're looking for a luxury stay away from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza. The staff at the property are prepared to handle any request, big or small and are a fine example of the right people working in the right place, creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. Our check in process was seamless, we were given a glass of bubbles and in minutes we were ready to be shown our room. We had a sea view suite facing the pool overlooking Talamanca Bay. The amenities were great, the beds were comfortable and the views were stunning. We utilised the all day sun beds where service was prompt and the food was great every time. Whilst we were in Ibiza we were celebrating a birthday, the team absolutely pulled out all the stops, organising balloons, a cake and a bottle of champagne for my friend. I would like to thank the front office team, Patricia, Claudia & Raquel for all they did to make the stay truly one to remember. We look forward to returning in the near future!
Be the first to ReplyWatch out for your privacy !
Location and rooms are great ; concierge made a very nice private boat trip possible for us ! In a five star hotel I would assume privacy is guaranteed ; so I was surprised to find that on day 2 of our stay, the pool waiter was looking me up on social media and LinkedIn, When adressing the issue with the manager it was treated as a 'non-issue'. The food at the Nobu restaurant was great and a real treat ! but staff is uninterested and I returned a 34 euro glass of Ruinart because it was poured from 2 near empty bottles so no 'bulles' remaining ...... So a bit of a sad story @ Nobu Ibiza ! Too bad
Be the first to ReplyUnexpected surprise!
Fabulous hotel, was expecting it to be pretentious with no substance but that wasn’t the case and services was exemplary. Room was stunning and pool area offered amazing range of (overpriced) food but tasty. Great drinks menu and not too busy, our waiter was amazing. Beautiful pool and great location but Talamanca beach is not good in comparison to other beaches so hire a car where you can. Only downside was the shockingly bad Nobu restaurant which frankly was a lazy and embarrassing dining experience: eat at Bibo was the service and food were far superior and also zuma down the road has a pop up this year, you won’t regret dodging this place.
Be the first to ReplyBad service
I forgot earrings in the bathroom and realized it 2hours after my checkout. After calling the reception, the reception was going to ask the room service. Surprisingly, They never “found” them! I am not sure if they bothered asking anybody but somebody is lying!!
Be the first to ReplyFamilies or couples, a great hotel!
Simply outstanding. From the spectacular yet low-key lobby, to the attentive staff, to the fantastic restaurants, to mouth watering room service menu (catered by Nobu). Javier, the concierge was an incredibly helpful person. All our bags were delayed and he gave us great advice for where to pick up clothes… on a Sunday evening, when most shops are closed. The rooms are “compact”… either pack light or pack smart with your pool/beach items easily reachable in your suitcase. Very generous bathroom amenities with decent sized bath foam and shampoo/conditioner. Access to the old town is a short cab ride (under €7). Nice to look around the shops, get something to eat & drink and then walk by the marina. Overall, the hotel made our stay memorable for our first real post-COVID vacation. The gym, located on the street level, was clean, cool, and well appointed. The hotel has an adults-only and family pool. Each of their restaurants are great. Tough for me to choose between Bibo and Nobu… I’ll go with Bibo. Their signature brioche dishes are a must.
Be the first to ReplyNot what it should be
We spent 4 days here and unfortunately our overall impression was disappointment. The general level of service is not quite five star. The beach is kind of non existent (just a strip of sand with sun beds - see picture for actual beach) The room initially had a damp smell but we weren’t sure if that was the smell from the seaweed rotting on the beach or the actual room. Room itself was fine - however was never swept and so the floor remained a bit gritty for the whole period. On 3 occasions we had to request housekeeping as they seemed to have forgotten us. Also randomly replaced some items but not others. Service around the pool is incredibly slow which we worked out was down to the day bar staff not really coping. Breakfast service also not great and general cleanliness in breakfast room not good. On the positive side; some of the staff were lovely and the evening bar ran well. It feels like I am nit picking but I did not feel that I got a five star experience here and the price is 5 star.
Be the first to ReplyGreat boutique hotel in a good location
Stayed at this hotel for the first time, as you walk into the main entrance you do feel like you’re in a private members club.
The view opens directly onto the pool, coffee shop on the left and a bar next to it. Service at the bar was a little slow, but just order 2 drinks at a time!
Slight criticism the location of the gym is at the front of the hotel which means people walking/driving past could potentially see you working out.. but not a huge issue.
Overall a great time at Nobu Ibiza Bay and would stay again.
Perfect Anniversary visit
Me and my husband stayed here on the closing weekend for our anniversary! We were told in advance of any changes due to covid and the closing one of which was breakfast on our balcony for the last two mornings which was a dream! The welcome from the hotel was perfect with a glass of bubbles and a swift simple check in. Our room was stunning with the most amazing bathtub and cloud like bed!
Maria was super helpful and a delight before and during our stay. My husband ordered me the most beautiful bunch of flowers which Maria helped him pick and he said she was really helpful. She also checked in on us with a gift and card in our room. We were treated in my opinion like royalty - nothing was too much trouble. The waiters/bar staff by the pool and in the bar were fantastic throughout. The DJ was a definite vibe despite sometimes playing to a quiet crowd he was always happy, dancing and clapping. We ate at Nobu the first night the food was wonderful but it’s the only place we felt the service didn’t match the rest of the hotels. We will definitely be coming back next year where hopefully we can meet all the fantastic staff from behind the masks!
Maddening room layout
I found this hotel to be a massive disappointment in a number of areas. The biggest disappointment happened at check in where we were denied the upgrade that should have come with our rate because the hotel was apparently full. It didn’t seem full for the remainder of our stay, but no big deal, there are no bad rooms in a hotel of this class, right? Wrong!
The layout of the room we were given made absolutely no sense – a gigantic foyer area, and separate WC, both large enough to host dinner parties were a completely bonkers use of square footage. Because when we travelled to the bedroom area, we could barely squeeze past the bottom of the bed! I measured the gap between the foot of the bed and the wall – it was exactly the size of the complimentary flip flops we were provided (see photo). The rest of the bedroom was taken up with 10 inch thick “desk” under the TV that was pointless and unusable – no mirror beside it to use as vanity, too narrow to fit a laptop on - and a gigantic ugly armchair that provided seating for only one person and blocked the view of the only mirror in the room. The shower had slats into the bedroom area – why do hotels keep doing this? No one wants to be on display when they’re showering! The WC had no nightlight or extractor fan, the only things I needed in this complete waste of 100sf. The king bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together with separate twin bedding – I’ve experienced this in some lower class European hotels that want the flexibility of layout, but this room had no space to be a twin layout and just meant that my husband and I couldn’t cuddle at night. It was the most maddening layout for a hotel room I have ever experienced.
The rest of the stay was fine. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, the pool area feels very glamourous, the cocktails from the pool bar are superbly made. The breakfast service wasn’t really a buffet, you had to ask for anything you needed from staff who permanently seemed frazzled and over-worked. Sometimes it took quite a while to be seated and served at breakfast. Not one member of staff, from check in, to the breakfast room, to the pool area, to housekeeping, made us feel the teensiest bit special during our stay – it was coming up on closing weekend for the hotel, perhaps they’d had enough – but a smile and a friendly comment would have really helped. We didn’t get any housekeeping one day despite being out of our room for most of the day. The items we ordered at breakfast and lunch were often unavailable – again this could have been due to the impending shutdown of the hotel a few days later.
I was really looking forward to a luxurious break after 2 years of COVID travel bans – the Nobu Ibiza Bay was not the splurge vacation I had hoped it would be.
Amazing hotel
What an amazing hotel! We’ve just returned from this fabulous hotel overlooking Talamanca Bay. The sea view room was stunning with a beautiful balcony and amazing view. The room was serviced twice a day and was such a good size with a lovely bathroom and really comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and treated us so well they really are a credit to the hotel. They sent up a cake and bubbles on my birthday which was so thoughtful and a lovely surprise. I had a fantastic massage in the beautiful spa. The pool area was stunning and no problem getting a large double sun bed. Breakfast also fantastic! Nothing but praise for this stunning hotel in a fabulous area with fantastic staff. We’ll definitely return and stay longer. Thank you so much Nobu Ibiza.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic hotel with 5 star customer service in a beautiful location
We have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay at Nobu Ibiza. This hotel is one of the best we have ever visited worldwide.
We were greeted by the friendly reception team who offered us a glass of champagne to sip whilst showing us around the hotel facilities. We were also pleasantly surprised to be given an early check in.
We were very happy with our room (Deluxe Sea View). The room was a good size, had an extremely comfortable bed, fab shower and gorgeous balcony with stunning views. Later in our stay we encountered an issue with the room related to the air con. The reception team acted very efficiently in rectifying the problem and giving us a new room with an upgrade. We were very impressed with the whole team and in particular Christian was a pleasure to deal with.
The pool areas were gorgeous. There is a minimum spend of €150 for the Bali beds around the main pool which I believe is not unreasonable as it can be used for food and drinks. The beds around the family pool and along the beach are free to use. The vibes around the pools are really relaxed and the food and service is excellent.
Breakfast is amazing with an excellent choice of food in a lovely setting. One of the best breakfasts we have had at a holiday resort.
The beach at the front of the hotel is not the best for swimming with minimal sand and some seaweed but it did look beautiful looking out to it from the pool areas and balconies. The location of the hotel is fantastic with Ibiza Town being just a short taxi ride away.
We cannot wait to return to Nobu Ibiza Bay in the future and would highly recommend to everyone!
