Good yet
The ladies in the check in have no clue what they are doing. They are kind and polite but need more training on how and where. They don't do what they say they will. Okay okay but that's about it. The gentleman at evening shift knows much better. I did not have a good night sleep at all in the suite. First the A/C was just blowing hot air, told the ladies at the check in counter and they said okay but didn't do anything as usual. Next day i called maintenance and they came quickly to fix A/C. Problem is that there is a "1889" old thermostat. Does not show temperature just colder or warmer which just keep running without stopping so you either freeze or shut off and accept the hot air, Believe it or not, I was about to go and buy a digital thermostat to install but did not want to be blamed for breaking something.

Tucked away inside Caesars Palace is a fantastic hotel. Modern, bright and clean rooms. Helpful and intelligent staff. Nobu hotel felt like an oasis inside the chaos that will Caesars. I wish I knew about it sooner.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Clean & Quiet Room
I enjoyed having a room at the NOBU which is conveniently tucked inside of Caesar's Palace. By the time you have taken elevator to your room, you feel like you are in a whole new place, it is very nice and peaceful, no sound coming up from the game floor. The room was clean and had everything you would want in it. Excellent shower. The upstairs lobby has access to a nice exercise room, and you can conveniently stop by that upstairs lobby to get coffee in the morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend, I am glad I stayed there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nubo LV. Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Checking in early was a little bit of a hassle and the AC didn’t get very cold, but those are pretty much my only complaints. It was super quiet, which you don’t expect when in Vegas. I would definitely stay here again!

The room and service were terrific. the only glitch was our 4:00 pm checkin didn’t get us to our room until 5:00pm. The mini bar, which we did not use, was excessively priced…The 78th floor was quiet, and the elevators were always ready.

We were there Superbowl weekend. Staff were great and wonderful rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We will surely be back to Nobu Hotel sooner than later. Thank you to all the staff for everything.
Be the first to ReplyOverall clean with a useless ac
The room was very clean and the entire hotel smells great. The amenities are cute and luxurious feeling. The ac could definitely be better it did not go down a degree all night long and it was pretty hot and hard to sleep in. The sheets are pretty starchy which made them feel a bit itchy as well. Overall it was a good time and the free tea and cocktail hour is a nice addition. The fitness center is kept up nicely and had thoughtful touches like small water bottles and towels at most stations.

After being “upgraded” to the NOBU it didn’t seem like a upgrade at all and I’m really disappointed that my 1st stay in Vegas at luxury resort seemed like Best Western No view after asking for one Repeatedly had to ask for basic necessities Charger ports were broken Shower didn’t work properly

We booked Nobu hotel months ago and when we got here (early in the day), they told us we were re-booked at Caesars Palace. We specifically booked Nobu as we had a nice experience previously. They just “bumped” us saying they had no room. We were furious and extremely disappointed. Beware!!
Be the first to ReplySuperb hotel
Room was spacious and we had a good view of the strip. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. Had free coffees in the mornings and free cocktails for an hour in the afternoon. Short walk to centre of Caesars Palace.

Be the first to ReplyFeels Like a Secret Hotel
Our family stayed 3 nights at the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace and really enjoyed it. Caesars is of course located right in the middle of the strip, which makes it very convenient to everything. The Nobu had its own check-in with no line, and every time we went back to our room we felt like we had our own secret hotel. It's relatively close to the parking deck, which was nice. Room was nice and clean.
Be the first to ReplyImpressive service!
I work in the hospitality industry, previously worked at The Ritz Carlton, and I was very impressed with the level of service at Nobu. I ordered towels in the middle of the night, and they were delivered very promptly. I ordered a bellman using the QR code website, and the bellman arrived precisely on time! His name was Alex. Natalie at check in was very engaging and answered all my questions with a great attitude, used my and my colleagues name multiple times at check in. There was already someone checking in at the desk and we were waiting but shortly, Alex came to retrieve us and brought us up to the check in area on the second floor and had radioed Natalie to greet us. She offered us water and tea and was very kind. Warly, the in room dining butler, was really wonderful. I needed breakfast delivered a bit earlier than what was offered online and he made it happen and with a great attitude. He set up the table in a very convenient area for me to access while I got ready, and he was telling me how I could order their beds or robes online as I was raving about what a great night's sleep I got. He also used my name in the interaction. After checking out, I realized I forgot a folder with important papers inside. The manager was able to retrieve these for me promptly, 3 hours after I checked out! I was upgraded to the Sake Suite this stay and it was fantastic! There was soaking tub as well as a steam shower. They gave me a loofah, make up remover, and really great bathroom amenities! They even had a working bidet on the toilets! The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. I recently had 2 babies and have an infant and a toddler at home, so I cannot articulate just how much I needed a good night's sleep. I hadn't slept so soundly in years. For breakfast, I ordered the donburri steak, cooked medium rare with a Japanese poached egg. It was incredible! It was soft, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! it came with a miso soup and pickled radishes. The whole breakfast was fantastic. All in all, I was very impressed with my stay, meal and the service at Nobu.

If you have old, grouchy family that is confused by technology, do not allow them to stay here. Oldins were biting the heads off of the front desk people because they couldn't figure out the elevator situation. The elevators don't have buttons, and you scan your card and push a button for the floor you want. Then a screen will tell you which elevator to stand in front of that will take you to that floor. It seemed buggy as even I noticed it was putting us on the wrong floor. I'm also a millennial who has worked in the service industry before, so I'd rather die than chew out a hotel service person. Oldins have zero qualms about taking their frustrations out on staff, which was very noticeable at check-in. Did a staycation here with my husband. Room was fine, but the bathroom is what looks cool. There is a deep shower and a stone bowl sink that looks like it is large enough for my husband to sit in. I definitely like the bathroom design. The bed in the room is super comfortable. It wasn't what I was expecting for a Japanese themed room and wish they'd get rid of the decal on the wall that looks cheap. Whenever I talk to people about staying at Nobu, they ask if it has tatami mats or a table low to the floor. Nope. But it would be cool if it did! While the room was comfortable, there wasn't a wow factor that I was anticipating. I don't think this room would be good for anyone except couples between 25-55 years old. There's too much art that could get damaged by the young party crowds or kids, and I suspect the older crowd would be too flustered trying to get to their room. Visited: November 2022.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible
The bed was very comfortable, everything else was terrible. The staff not helpful at all, I waited 35 minutes for shampoo, they cancelled our Saturday night booking, the hair dryer is from the 80's, the room had food crumbs on the floor and a card key from the previous guest which means it wasn't properly cleaned. On an end note, we will never stay there again. We chose the hotel as it claims to be newly refurbished (the doors are from the original building and have a 1" gap underneath where you hear noise and smells come into the room.. We also chose the hotel as it's small even though it is in Ceasars Palace- but the service was so slow you mine as well save your money and stay in a larger hotel.
Be the first to ReplyIt was OK.
Frankly, was expecting more for the cost. Great location in casino. Otherwise unremarkable. Room decor akin to nice Marriott. Basic amenities in room. Mini bar. No coffee. No room service, though they said breakfast was available, it wasn't. TV is pretty useless, most hotels these days let you stream your own services. It was fine.
Be the first to ReplyLuxury is a stretch - Meh
Nobu bills itself as an Asian themed luxury hotel in a hotel. It does have a good location inside Caesars. The rooms are quiet. That is about as far as it goes. The hotel, like others, charges a resort fee. In this case $52.10 after taxes. For that you are restricted to 2 devices of internet connection. It baffles me that the internet is restricted in the rooms but is completely free and unlimited on the casino floor for the exact same speed and quality. The gym at Nobu is minimally equipped and not worth a resort fee. The “lounge” is a dark large room with a pot of hot water and non-Asian tea bags. Oh, the pool is closed but you still pay the same resort fee. The hotel shares the Nobu restaurant name but you get nothing special in the restaurant for staying at their hotel. The room was ok but the most special thing is a GIANT sink. There are robes in the bathroom and a distinct lack of towel bars or any storage to dry towels. In general if you like the location and the price is cheap book Nobu. Basically this is an original tower of the Caesars property with Asian inspired renovation. The rooms are really not special. If you are looking for an extraordinary experience or luxury room do not pay extra to stay here! Firmly Meh. We won’t be back.
Be the first to ReplyMy new favorite Vegas Hotel
I recently had to stay a couple night in Vegas for a one day conference. I quickly hopped on Hotel tonight to see what the closest options to the Caesars convention center were when I found the Nobu hotel. Honestly I had no idea that there was even hotel attached to the restaurant inside Caeser's palace, but I booked the room site unseen on the app and then headed off to Vegas. I had originally booked a single king room, but when I arrived I asked if there were any suite upgrades. Natalie was super helpful behind the front desk and quickly pulled up an ipad with my upgrade options. It was midweek, so I knew there was some room to negotiate on the rate and she was able to get me a great discount on one of their suites. Once I got up to the room, I have to say I was really surprised. The thing I loved most about it was how quiet and clean the entire hotel was. I really hate how large and stale some of the bigger hotels can be, but this had a mellow and quaint vibe to it. The room itself was spacious and clean. The master bathroom really stole the show for me. The fancy Japanese toilet with the heated seat was a pleasant surprise. My favorite thing, however, was having a hot, powerful, instant, steam shower. It made those early morning at the convention so much more barrable. Especially after a late night of stumbling around a smoky casino floor with clients. I also liked once you were ready to hit the casino, you were right smack in the middle of the action when you leave the elevator. You don't have to get in a cab like a lot of the other more boutique feeling hotels in Vegas which are mostly off strip. Honestly was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the cost and will 100% be coming back to stay the next time I am in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyElegant, private and personalized.
We just came back from a Convention in Las Vegas, and we got upgraded to Nobu Hotel from our original booking at Caesar's Palace. This was a great experience from the start: the hotel is discretely located next to the Nobu Restaurant inside the Caesar's Palace Casino; the treatment is personalized, very private and elegant. The access to the hotel is very convenient, with private secure elevators, and the rooms are very spacious and elegant, with that Japanese touch from Nobu. We felt like in an oasis in the middle of all the caos and crowds that huge conventions usually bring to every hotel in Las Vegas.

I “stumbled” on Nobu Hotel as I was looking for rooms at Caesars Palace. It’s a boutique hotel within the mammoth mess that is Caesar’s! Our room was gorgeous accessed by private elevators that are so high tech! The gym has a lot of options and is just for the Nobu visitors. Our room was very quiet and no one ever disturbed us. Everything was comfortable and high quality. The bathroom was gorgeous too! Lots of wonderful products that we took with us (an extra bonus)! The hotel concierge contacted me before our visit and was able to get us reservations at Nobu (right next to the hotel!) when I wasn’t able to. This was an unexpected surprise to have such a wonderful experience. We definitely will stay at Nobu again
Be the first to ReplyReally so disappointing. Shame on you.
Stayed at Nobu Hotel for a special party - our birthday guest wanted a unique spot and Nobu dinner. Hotel, w/resort fees (lol) and tax at $659. There are no resort extras for said fees. No lobby. No room service. No coffee! I could have stayed at Bellagio for 1/3rd price. Room not special - their selling point. They locked my mini bar as I stored a small bottle of champagne given to me as a gift. Yes, they had a sign (that I missed that their was a storage fee of $75 for personal items). This at a near $700/ night hotel??????? Nobu, protect your brand. Dinner fabulous. Hotel, so disappointing.

I spent all of 10 hours in the hotel due to my schedule, but it was a very relaxing 10 hours. I would definitely recommend Nobu to anyone in La Vegas - elegant and dignified. I enjoyed my stay. This was my first time staying at Nobu.
Be the first to ReplyCustomer service is nonexistent
I staying tonight‘s with me two children I have a card $500 extra for things we did not use and upgrades that talk to me $50 a night or 10 times I am that’s what they said it’s a scam and I am fighting them
Be the first to ReplyHigh price/low service
I was really looking forward to staying at Nobu, but was completely disappointed by the lack of service and checkin process. We did not get into our room until after 5pm and only got our room at that time as the hotel had not texted as they had promised when it was ready. Checkin states “from 4pm” but that does not provide a clear understanding. The hotel did not service our room one day. A request for late checkout - given our issues with checkin - were met with an automatic negative response with no consideration of customer service/experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
