OMG!! If you have never been here before, you have to add it to your food bucket list! When I visited Miami, I stayed at the Eden rock hotel. Attached to their hotel is the Nobu if you have never been to this restaurant, you have to try them out. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess and sat at the table. The ambience is so beautiful they have lite music playing in the background. The lighting is perfect for a date night. The restaurant was also beautifully decorated with artwork and things hanging from the ceiling. It was just a beautiful place to walk into. The waiter was amazinggggg! He was personable, kind, knowledgeable, just everything you want when going to a restaurant. The food!! Oh man the food... was so delicious! Everything that I tried had an abundance of flavor. The steak just melted in your mouth. It was perfectly cooked. The dumplings had to be by far the best item that I tried. They had so much flavor. Everything just smashed so well together. I ordered some sake and they let me try different flavors before I decided on which one I preferred. Hands-down. This is just an amazing restaurant.

This is so Mid. No dress code and welcomed people wearing t shirts and tank tops and flip flops. Worst service Nobu I've been to. I had to help the buss girl get food onto the plate when it's her job. Walked out spending $700 and the atmosphere is that of a MALL FOOD COURT. No dress code for a supposedly nice restaurant this is the worst nobu ive been to all over the world. waitress doesn't even walk over to us when we want to order more- we have to call her over each time. Food was OK but not worth the price tag due to the service, atmosphere, and foodquality. The sashimi sampler for $70 only have 12 pieces, 6 diff types of salmon, red snapper, tuna, and gross fish. The best thing on their menu is something fried....THIS PLACE IS EMABRASSING. Also Eden Roc lobby is equivalent to a cruise ship.

My wife and I just returned from six nights at Nobu Hotel/Miami, our seventh visit together and my ninth overall. We love the Japanese-themed rooms, the classic Art Deco lobby, the intoxicating aromatics, and easy access to the beach, multiple pools, and poolside eateries. However, we noticed a decline in the quality of outdoor dining -- especially the limited fish and vegetarian options, which were more plentiful in the past. Substituting chicken dishes for fish (in most cases) is a poor choice, given the seaside location and vibe. Please add more fish dishes to the outdoor menus! We applaud the eco-friendly action of replacing plastic water bottles in the rooms with re-fillable metal bottles and hope these environmental initiatives are expanded. Recycling bins should be available, for instance, given the prodigious use of plastic cups and utensils around the pools and beach. That said, I do want to thank Front Office Manager Chamise Allen for listening to my concerns and taking action on this front. I also want to thank Chamise, Gabriela, and Andrea in Reception for their hospitality, warmth, and professionalism, which extend beyond the initial check-in. Meeting Chamise and Gabriel, for instance, at the Japanese whiskey-tasting event in the penthouse was a nice personal touch that we appreciated. A special shoutout goes to Hassan behind the bar at Ocean Social. He's excellent at his job and has a talent for making you feel at home and at ease from the get-go. We hope the hotel appreciates what he does because he's one of the reasons we keep returning. My review wouldn't be complete without also thanking Pierro and DJ on the beach. Pierro is a super-hard worker and a great guy. I appreciated his assistance and the local dining suggestions. DJ is also a sweet, decent guy who is a pleasure to chat with and always eager to please.

This was such an amazing stay, from the staff to the quality of our room. I had such a great weekend with my family and made so many great memories here. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and always ensured that we were taken care of, I will definitely be coming back for another vacation :)

Amazing Staycation!
The noble hotel is centrally located in Miami Beach, not far from the hustle and bustle of South Beach, but far enough that you feel like you’re on vacation and not a tourist. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a smile, our room was not ready, but they made up for it by giving us access to the spa amenities. My kids and husband went to the pool while I lounge with my daughter in the spa lounge area. We relaxed as we drank tea, ate banana chips and white chocolate covered pretzels. You from the lounge area at the spa was incredible. We took a quick dip in the cold plunge pool and finished it off with a nice soak in the hot Jacuzzi. After the spa, we met up with the family by the pool, enjoyed a delicious piña colada, frozen, of course, and people gazed for a few hours. Although we only spent 1 night at property, it felt as if we got away and had a real vacation. 2 days of fun in the sun and one incredible night on the softest & most comfortable bed a human being could ever lay on. So from this local vacation, goer, I give this hotel two thumbs up! One for the great experience had and The other for the incredible staff that was so attentive and professional.

Absolutely stunning stay at this Miami Beach hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. The rooms were very simple and pristine with breathtaking ocean views, and the amenities were very luxurious. The Nobu adult pool area was great, and the beach access was perfect. Truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nice stylish hotel
This is a belated review for our stay at the Nobu at end of a cruise in December 2022. It is part of the Eden Roc hotel but has a separate pool for Nobu guests. This is an advantage as the Eden Roc pool tends to be in shade for most of the day because of the surrounding buildings. The hotel also has its own private section on Miami Beach with its own sun loungers and parasols. We had breakfast and dinner at Ocean Social which has great views of Miami Beach. The selection for breakfast wasn’t great. The lobby bar is a stunning setting and the service is also good. An odd feature was the takeaway cafe located right next to reception. It didn’t seem to fit with rest of the hotel ambience. Overall the hotel provided a good base to explore Miami and we would be happy to return.

Jerson at the beach is amazing. So sweet and uselful.. I love him! He is the best All the crew is really good. Towels are always fresh I really love it here and def I would come back Food is good too and drinks . Even when it is busy they are always on top of it
Ocean Social Great Experience
Went to Ocean Social restaurant with an Ocean front view for brunch on Sunday. Mayelin was a great host! She gave us a great table without requesting it. Very attentive customer service and I had a great experience. The lady who was making the omelettes was very sweet and made us a special omelette which we enjoyed. Shoutout to these special ladies who made my experience perfect at Ocean Social.

We went to Nobu for my boyfriend's birthday and it was great. Private secluded dining in the restaurant. We sat in a private corner booth. We started off with 2 tequila shots. The servers kept coming around to bring us new plates after every course. We ended up sharing the big plates and each getting our own sushi rolls. We finished off the meal with a surprise birthday dessert that our Waitress handed over with a candle. It was the perfect date night. Will be back.

I highly recommend Nobu to anyone coming to Miami. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Miami and I can say with confidence that Nobu is the full package! An amazing deal for everything what they offer. Staff can’t be more attentive, helpful and friendly. Service is always impeccable! From check in to front desk, valet, restaurants, pool and spa!! The rooms are beautiful, very clean and super comfortable! Full amenities resort with 4 swimming pools, jacuzzi, beach service, games area, Spa, fitness center, a very good bar, upscale restaurant, ocean front restaurant, Caffe and everything you could ask for! They are not only pet friendly but they make you feel like your Pet is wanted there!!! It’s always our first hot choice in Miami Beach and we will definetly come back many more times!!

10/10 This hotel is a must. I’m so glad my husband and I decided to stay here for our anniversary over the W or Setai (also nice properties but can be crowded and have a different vibe). Nobu is classy, beautiful, elevated, clean, and truly great. Andrea C. at the front desk honestly made our entire stay incredible. Andrea you’re the best! She was friendly, attentive, phenomenal, exceptional, all the good words. Andrea - thank you so much! Service on the beach was “okay”, it takes 30 minutes to get a drink and doesn’t start until 12 though, would be great if it starts earlier. But it’s still great to have the service! Room was gorgeous and so well stocked. We ate at Nobu for dinner and it was exactly as good as promised. We will be back!!!!!

My experience at Nobu Miami was Nobu-ENO, Nobu Malibu is a way better location considering all aspects. Server: our server was Miada and her customer service skills are 1/10. Honestly she is the one that ruined that vibe and made us feel uncomfortable since the beginning. Her tone of voice was super low and she seemed bothered when we would ask her to repeat what she was saying. She did not know how to explain the menu items and wouldn't give us any recommendations. Drinks + Service : we order a bottle of wine 5/10. My family also had margaritas and a beer, when they finished their drinks no one once came to ask if someone wanted something else to drink, but they were sure very quick to pick up any plates even the ones that still had 20% of food, like they were rushing us to leave. Reservation: when we made the reservation we specifically mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. My 14 year old family member was excited to have the staff sing "Happy Birthday" to her, only for us to be told that we should have asked for it when we booked the reservation (we did) so she didn't get anything special. Restaurant Location: nothing special, just a normal restaurant. The music is super loud, it's hard to have a conversation, it's like a club. Not my vibe at all. Food: I am a vegetarian I ordered the following items: Roasted Cauliflower Jalapeño 7/10 Crispy Rice with Avocado 9/10 My family ordered: Toro Tartare 7/10 Black cod with Miso 4/10 Yellowtail and Jalapeño 8/10 Grilled Lamb Chop 7/10 Spicy Salmon 7/10 I would say don't waste your time and money at this location. There are plenty of restaurants in Miami. This location is Nobu-ENO!

We had an amazing experience, and I believe our server Janette was fully to blame. We were overwhelmed with the menu and Janette made amazing suggestions and had amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend asking for her if you'd ever go.

Back to Nobu Japanese restaurant in Miami and experienced the food and service again Nobu is located in a great location inside the hotel lobby, bringing a lot of cool air to the restaurant dining area and tables facing the entrance The food in the restaurant has improved a lot We tried a variety of sushi, sashimi and hand rolls, everything tasted good and was well seasoned, the only thing was that the service was a little slow, but this will not take away a star from my review, we enjoyed our dinner and every dish we had, we will be back

So if that's what you want, it's going to deliver. Why four stars? I wish the environs were more wow but it's on some level unfair since that's how it is at nobu.

My partner and I are medical doctors who were sat next to a patron who had a medical emergency. We took care of the patient until EMS arrived. During the most acute portion of taking care of this patron, the server had the nerve to interrupt the patron's parter crying to ask for a card. The patron had also become profoundly ill due to his condition and no one seemed interested nor capable cleaning up after. We decided that this restaurant did not uphold basic humanity towards their patrons and certainly did not meet the robustness you'd expect with a "fine" dining establishment. We left before having the food, but not before the same server charged us for our drinks, and the vomit was still all over the floor. Shameful. If management is reading this, you should at baseline refund that couple. They deserved compassion during that event and I hope you use this as an opportunity to improve the culture among your staff.

Greetings from Miami Beach! It's been so long since I've been here, I'd forgotten how incredibly beautiful the beaches are here. Today I slept til 10, and had a massage and a mani/pedi in their wonderful spa. Love Nobu and had so much fun this morning at breakfast at Ocean Social with Alberto. So great to have someone like that taking such good care of us

Hotel was very nice. Room was great. We were missing a sheet one night and the service to bring us one was very prompt. Pool was nice and warm during March, it was a bit dated (the adult pool) but served the purpose. Kimberly at the pool was great and Miquel at the beach was awesome. The person at the reception was very nice and helpful during checkin and checkout. It was in a nice quiet location during spring break. Grounds were beautiful. Lobby is very nice. Spa area was very nice. We had a late flight and were able to use all the hotel amenities until we left. The guys at the front door were always very friendly and courteous. I would definitely book again.

The hotel was lovely with fantastic access to pools and the beach. Staff were very friendly and courteous with one person who really stood out from the rest....Hana, our consierge! Hana was so friendly, personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! She took her time with us as if we were her only customers. Her recommendations for activities and meals were "spot on" making our girls' weekend even more perfect. When our reservations came from Hana, the restaurant staff treated us like VIPS with champagne and after dinner aperitifs! Meeting Hana felt like making a new friend. Love her! Give that woman a raise!

The hotel has 4 pools, and a great beach. It is resort style, were they get your chair and towels and expect tips. Be prepared to bring singles for tipping. You can order food or drinks by pool or beach. Do NOT feed the birds! We had access to the spa and enjoyed that. We could not get into the restaurant, Nobu. But they have same menu in lobby of hotel so we ate there. At outdoor bar in evening they would not seat us said we had to use Open Table even though tables were open. Ironic right? They had events both days, which shut down pool and parts of the grounds. It is a large place with a large outside area. The adult pool fills quickly so if you want a seat get there by 10am. Reason is that one has sun the others get shade from buildings. There were a couple escorts there (a staff member pointed this out), and it had a club vibe. It is great for all ages but you will see the IG crowd there. The bikes did not work, and the attendant was too busy chitchatting with a friend to help us. Other than her staff were happy and pleasant. Overall we really liked the hotel.
Prepare to get to know your neighbors!
I was shocked that there is almost no noise insulation between rooms. Could hear every detail from my neighbors. Definitely not the sport for anyone who values privacy or quiet. Rooms are otherwise quite nice and food is expensive but excellent.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our entire experience! Noe and Martin greeted us with our bags and brought them up.Noe gave us the verbal tour which helped tremendously! He was such a kind caring happpy person! Miguel was our amazing server at Nobu,we couldnt ask for a more loving pleasurable experience with him! The hotel beds are so comfortable! At the pool they bring the freshest drinks ever,along with food samples and fresh cracked coconut water as surprises! It is a peaceful atmosphere at every moment. The pools are perfect and not full of drunk crazy people. The spa is to die for.They even hace nespresso coffee machines with expresso in the rooms! The main thing is the staff making the experince so pleaaent and u forgetable! I will be back often! This is luxury!

Me and my friend had the best time at the hotel thanks to Krystal at check-in! She checked in with how we were doing and made our experience here exceptional after she heard our plane got delayed and we were really tired. The room we got was beautiful and the hotel itself is an experience you must have!
Hotel is nice but
Hotel itself is nice. My boyfriend and I went for a 45 minute walk on the beach and got back to find our chairs had been given away. Don’t stay here if you have dietary restrictions. I’m gluten free and there was one thing I could eat on property with for $25. Needless to say I was hungry every day until dinner. Disappointed and likely won’t not come back.
Best conference hotel ever
The rooms are beautiful and all of the extra touches like bathrobes, slippers, free water and coffee, excellent thick towels and super soft linens make it more special. The lobby bar serves Nobu restaurant classics for lunch and the service is really friendly. Andrea checked me in and out and was able to get me an early check in for my early arriving flight. She was delightful and got my bags to my room immediately(not something that happens quickly everywhere). Decor in the rooms and elevator lobbies is very detailed and pretty with a Japanese influence that is lovely and not in any was a gimmick. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great conference or vacation hotel. The food at my meeting was amazing.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the welcoming doorman to a seamless check-in experience, every detail was impeccable. The pool assistance was attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delightful. The elegant, comfy and unique ambiance, made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

I only write bad reviews once in a blue moon, and this is one of those cases. If you are expecting experience like Nobu Las Vegas or Nobu LA, you will be severely disappointed. Nothing at Nobu Miami Beach is like that, from the vibe and service to food quality. Only the price is comparable - i.e. very expensive. Sushi was very mediocre and tiny. The place was loud and underwhelming. Save your money and go elsewhere - for example to the sushi place right next door at Fontainebleau.

.. I ordered an espresso martini and the Nobu Fries.. both were perfect, but could have used for bigger servings of each for the price! I understand that you're paying for the name... Espresso martini perked me right on up... and I love the slightly sweet and salty seasoning on the mixture of white and sweet potato fries. Delish!

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I have a similar question, it seems like when money is refunded it doesnt go immediately what is the process of this since its essentially a debit card and not a credit card
