OMG!! If you have never been here before, you have to add it to your food bucket list! When I visited Miami, I stayed at the Eden rock hotel. Attached to their hotel is the Nobu if you have never been to this restaurant, you have to try them out. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess and sat at the table. The ambience is so beautiful they have lite music playing in the background. The lighting is perfect for a date night. The restaurant was also beautifully decorated with artwork and things hanging from the ceiling. It was just a beautiful place to walk into. The waiter was amazinggggg! He was personable, kind, knowledgeable, just everything you want when going to a restaurant. The food!! Oh man the food... was so delicious! Everything that I tried had an abundance of flavor. The steak just melted in your mouth. It was perfectly cooked. The dumplings had to be by far the best item that I tried. They had so much flavor. Everything just smashed so well together. I ordered some sake and they let me try different flavors before I decided on which one I preferred. Hands-down. This is just an amazing restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyDon't come here if you have class.
This is so Mid. No dress code and welcomed people wearing t shirts and tank tops and flip flops. Worst service Nobu I've been to. I had to help the buss girl get food onto the plate when it's her job. Walked out spending $700 and the atmosphere is that of a MALL FOOD COURT. No dress code for a supposedly nice restaurant this is the worst nobu ive been to all over the world. waitress doesn't even walk over to us when we want to order more- we have to call her over each time. Food was OK but not worth the price tag due to the service, atmosphere, and foodquality. The sashimi sampler for $70 only have 12 pieces, 6 diff types of salmon, red snapper, tuna, and gross fish. The best thing on their menu is something fried....THIS PLACE IS EMABRASSING. Also Eden Roc lobby is equivalent to a cruise ship.

Kind of wish portions were bigger. Did enjoy it though!

We went to Nobu for my boyfriend's birthday and it was great. Private secluded dining in the restaurant. We sat in a private corner booth. We started off with 2 tequila shots. The servers kept coming around to bring us new plates after every course. We ended up sharing the big plates and each getting our own sushi rolls. We finished off the meal with a surprise birthday dessert that our Waitress handed over with a candle. It was the perfect date night. Will be back.

My experience at Nobu Miami was Nobu-ENO, Nobu Malibu is a way better location considering all aspects. Server: our server was Miada and her customer service skills are 1/10. Honestly she is the one that ruined that vibe and made us feel uncomfortable since the beginning. Her tone of voice was super low and she seemed bothered when we would ask her to repeat what she was saying. She did not know how to explain the menu items and wouldn't give us any recommendations. Drinks + Service : we order a bottle of wine 5/10. My family also had margaritas and a beer, when they finished their drinks no one once came to ask if someone wanted something else to drink, but they were sure very quick to pick up any plates even the ones that still had 20% of food, like they were rushing us to leave. Reservation: when we made the reservation we specifically mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. My 14 year old family member was excited to have the staff sing "Happy Birthday" to her, only for us to be told that we should have asked for it when we booked the reservation (we did) so she didn't get anything special. Restaurant Location: nothing special, just a normal restaurant. The music is super loud, it's hard to have a conversation, it's like a club. Not my vibe at all. Food: I am a vegetarian I ordered the following items: Roasted Cauliflower Jalapeño 7/10 Crispy Rice with Avocado 9/10 My family ordered: Toro Tartare 7/10 Black cod with Miso 4/10 Yellowtail and Jalapeño 8/10 Grilled Lamb Chop 7/10 Spicy Salmon 7/10 I would say don't waste your time and money at this location. There are plenty of restaurants in Miami. This location is Nobu-ENO!

We had an amazing experience, and I believe our server Janette was fully to blame. We were overwhelmed with the menu and Janette made amazing suggestions and had amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend asking for her if you'd ever go.

Back to Nobu Japanese restaurant in Miami and experienced the food and service again Nobu is located in a great location inside the hotel lobby, bringing a lot of cool air to the restaurant dining area and tables facing the entrance The food in the restaurant has improved a lot We tried a variety of sushi, sashimi and hand rolls, everything tasted good and was well seasoned, the only thing was that the service was a little slow, but this will not take away a star from my review, we enjoyed our dinner and every dish we had, we will be back
Be the first to ReplyNobu is so reliable.
So if that's what you want, it's going to deliver. Why four stars? I wish the environs were more wow but it's on some level unfair since that's how it is at nobu.

My partner and I are medical doctors who were sat next to a patron who had a medical emergency. We took care of the patient until EMS arrived. During the most acute portion of taking care of this patron, the server had the nerve to interrupt the patron's parter crying to ask for a card. The patron had also become profoundly ill due to his condition and no one seemed interested nor capable cleaning up after. We decided that this restaurant did not uphold basic humanity towards their patrons and certainly did not meet the robustness you'd expect with a "fine" dining establishment. We left before having the food, but not before the same server charged us for our drinks, and the vomit was still all over the floor. Shameful. If management is reading this, you should at baseline refund that couple. They deserved compassion during that event and I hope you use this as an opportunity to improve the culture among your staff.

This week, my husband and I went to Nobu restaurant for the first time. We loved the tasty food, lively atmosphere, and friendly service from the staff. The Bussers and food runners were very friendly and welcoming. The waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable made my night. 5 stars coming back for April for my besties bday.

I only write bad reviews once in a blue moon, and this is one of those cases. If you are expecting experience like Nobu Las Vegas or Nobu LA, you will be severely disappointed. Nothing at Nobu Miami Beach is like that, from the vibe and service to food quality. Only the price is comparable - i.e. very expensive. Sushi was very mediocre and tiny. The place was loud and underwhelming. Save your money and go elsewhere - for example to the sushi place right next door at Fontainebleau.

Completely overpriced overrated the food was horrible bland and below average the service is slow and it's really just a tourist trap I don't know if they changed owners or what happened but it's trash.
Be the first to ReplyThis review is for the bar area.
.. I ordered an espresso martini and the Nobu Fries.. both were perfect, but could have used for bigger servings of each for the price! I understand that you're paying for the name... Espresso martini perked me right on up... and I love the slightly sweet and salty seasoning on the mixture of white and sweet potato fries. Delish!
Be the first to ReplyNobu delivers an exquisite dining experience, seamlessly
Nobu delivers an exquisite dining experience, seamlessly blending culinary mastery with an extensive drinks selection that caters to both connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts. The bar stands out as a haven for spirits aficionados, boasting an impressive array of whiskeys available in half-ounce pours--an ideal choice for savoring an impeccably crafted smoked old fashioned. Now, let's embark on a culinary journey. The yellowtail, a delicate symphony of flavors and textures, showcases the freshest seafood elevated to world-class perfection. Pair it with the tuna, a vibrant dance of taste that tantalizes the palate. The shrimp sashimi and conch salad offer a refreshing departure, introducing a light and invigorating touch to the seafood lineup. To round off the seafood experience, the Wagyu dumplings are a testament to culinary finesse, delivering a mouthwatering blend of flavors. As for the drinks, Nobu's cucumber martini (by request), a classic masterpiece that complainers the fish delightfully! Nobu's ambiance, whether enjoyed at the gorgeous bar or in the main dining area, it exudes charm. The service consistently attains the pinnacle of perfection, solidifying Nobu as a top choice for an unforgettable dining experience where the freshest seafood meets world class culinary artistry.

Food was okay but service was awful and they include a mandatory 20% tip. I got hit for an $88 tip for bad service, no thanks.

Wrong suppliers. Totally commercial and overpriced. Not authentic Japanese. Joke. Okasame is what you want from the best Japanese trained sous chefs trained in Japan and the authenticity. This ship has sailed and I consider it a commercial commodity. There's so many. I went to one in islands, Cali. Had better in San Fran.

The service and overall ambiance of the restaurant is amazing however it did not exceed my expectations especially with how highly people speak of this restaurant .. the food was a bit lack luster & over priced for the portions & overall taste .. not sure if I'll ever come back but was an experience non the less, I also had the Toban beef tenderloin , dumplings , baked crab roll & shrimp tempura roll

So far the worst nobu i've been , food quality is not even close to NY , claimed that they have kumamoto oysters but i received blue point( 3 for 25). Miso black cod is tasteless.. and i loved it in NY. Wont be back. Meanwhile service is not helpful and not attentive either.

If you're looking for a high-end sushi experience in Miami, Nobu is definitely a place to consider. However, there are some things to keep in mind before making your reservation.First, let's talk about the Brussels sprouts and black cod. The sprouts were a standout dish, with a unique twist of lobster or fish added to it, making it really special. The salmon eggs on top added a nice pop of flavor, making it a dish to remember. The black cod was also tasty, with a rich flavor that made it a great choice for seafood lovers.Moving on to the other dishes, the Waygu tacos and skewers were not quite as impressive. The tacos were disappointingly tiny, barely bigger than a thumb, and the skewers were just average. However, the sushi boat was a definite highlight, with a great variety of high-quality sushi that will leave you wanting more.Sadly, the service wasn't quite up to par during our visit, as it took a long time to get a food menu. This is something to consider if you're planning to visit with a group, especially if you have a lot of hungry people.Overall, while Nobu in Miami may be a great spot for a date night or a small group of foodies, it may not be the best choice for larger parties or groups looking for a quick and satisfying meal. If you do decide to visit, make sure to try the Brussels sprouts and black cod !

I'm back every year! And this time went to the chef nobu event, but ultimately decided to come have a sit down meal at the restaurant after walking around the event. Our server Jeanette was an absolute delight! She was super informative and knew the menu very well and could recommended some delicious plates for the table which we enjoyed very much! Thanks Jeanette for your amazing hospitality and service!

Great ambiance, amazing food and consistent service.

Came here for some food, the service at the bar was great! The vegetable roll was delicious. My biggest gripe is that the menu doesn't have descriptions or there's no indication what dish is vegan or vegetarian.

Visiting this location this weekend and I must admit that I left underwhelmed. I've been to Nobu in Los Cabos and Malibu, and this location does no service to the brand. First, the location and aesthetics of the restaurant is subpar. You get no view...and the restaurant doesn't have the clean aesthetic that the other locations have. To be frank, it looks cheap and not representative of the Nobu brand. Secondly, the service was terrible. It looked like our waitress didn't want to be there. She spilled some of our sake into our food and when we made a comment on it, she replied, "It was just a drop." Further, when I asked her about a drink we had in Los Cabos, she replied "we don't have that drink here" instead of asking the bartender if he can make it. In addition, the order that the food was being brought out made no sense. I was sitting with my plate for about 10 minutes until the rest of courses my friends ordered were brought to our table. The food is great here, but one of the things that I think make Nobu stand out is the quality of the service. It's about the overall brand and this location falls very short. If I were Nobu management, I would seriously look into this location and get them back in order or close it down.
