The staff is gold standard. The front desk team was terrific. Victoria, Katy and Jeremy did their best to make my stay comfortable. Hero took excellent care of my bags and made sure my arrival was welcoming. I ate breakfast at Ocean Social each morning and each day the wait staff couldn't have been more helpful. Each morning I was greeted with a big hello from the housekeeping staff. Everything added up to a great stay.

I love the Nobu brand and have stayed in a few before; Ibiza Bay by far the best and most impressive. I was so excited about coming here for Music Week and they just failed on all fronts. They did offer to re-host me and also refunded part of my bill so I will try again. That being said, I cancelled by second trip for Memorial Day because I could not take someone here for a classy/romantic trip; it's just too low brow at the moment.

- Location is great and away from SOBE
- Beach access + 3 pools
- Rooms are remodelled and well done
- Very friendly service

Cons
- Guests were trashy
- Food was extremely poor quality
- Don't think I saw Nobu suhsi open at all
- Spa staff was rude, told us to leave
- Way, way overpriced compared to Edition and 1

Sushi Samba was our go to spot whenever we visited Miami Beach. Since the Miami location shuttered it's doors, we have been searching for another Asian fusion concept location. Luck would have it that our favorite hotel, opened a Nobu and my wife has been insisting that we visit a Nobu location at sometime, in our travels. There was a couple sitting next to us that was dining at Nobu for the second night in a row. They said there were so many things on the menu they wanted to try. Since this was our last night in Miami, we decided on the omakase tasting menu affording us the opportunity to sample a wide range of dishes at the Chefs leisure. Our Nobu experience technically started with lunch at the lobby bar consisting of a Tuna Poke Bow, Korean style wings, and hamachi tostada. This was just a prelude to what was to come during our dinner service, and what a fantastic dining experience it was from beginning to end. Mixture of hot and cold dishes with some unique fusion. This tasting menu provided some of the best sashimi dishes, with the blackened Miso Cod, and prime filet of beef to round out the dinner portion, and the miso cappuccino as our sweet treat to end the night. This was not a sharing tasting menu. My wife and I received our own plates of each item, and the portions were generous. She was done by the time she made it halfway through the miso cod.

I recently spent an overnight at Nobu Miami and had a delightful stay. Everything from the arrival experience, promptly attended to by the Valet Parking attendant and then being greeted by name at the Front Desk. As a returning customer this adds a very nice touch to a luxury experience. I had a lovely clean room with a spectacular view and enjoyed the Lobby bar with great service and later ordered room service that exceeded my expectations arriving sooner than anticipated with a very friendly greeting. Thank you for an all round outstanding experience.

I was told that I have no business expecting this of sushi anywhere else. I don't even like fish and I left stuffed (and no, I didn't order the chicken). Service was top tier and as expected for a five star restaurant. Even the alcohol tasted better. We picked out getting a table as we were part of a conference that booked the entire attached hotel for three days. I hear tell that you are normally put on a waiting list for a couple of months so heads up. I have to say that it was really loud. We were shouting at each other trying to have a conversation, but I'm being very nit-picky. Everything else was top notch!

Horrible. They Charged over $200 for just moving some stuff in the mini fridge. Even though we didn't use any of the items, they told me that the sensors were triggered. After numerous calls with customer service and accounting, they agreed to refund but I never received it.

This is our second night at this hotel, there is a strong marijuana odor as you enter the hallway to the room. Unfortunately, there are no windows that can open. I spoke to the housekeeping talked to the front desk--spoke to the guest in a room across mine, who has also complained.The front desk is not doing anything to figure out the situation as it is a smoke-free hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else; it is not a leading hotel of the world, perhaps a three-star hotel at best. On Another note, housekeeping didn't provide shampoo and conditioner unless We asked for it Which was strange, if they bothered to clean , they would find an empty shampoo bottle that needs to be replaced. Not sure what's going on in this hotel, not worth the aggravation.

This is our second visit to the Miami outpost of Nobu, and our dining experience was as good as our prior visit. As many have mentioned, Nobu is pricey and you can expect to spend hundreds of dollars for a meal, especially if you enjoy a drink or two. So what makes it so special? I think it is the combination of the attentive and excellent service, the beautiful dining room and of course the delicious and creative food. My advice is to let the server guide you a bit, but order what you want and how you want it. We try to sample something from the different parts of the menu, hot/cold dishes, sushi, etc... My absolute favorite is the famous miso marinated black cod. In Hawaii this is sometimes referred to as butterfish because the texture is so rich and similar to butter. You will not be disappointed. Another popular dish here is the spicy tuna on crispy rice. Not only beautiful to look at, but delicious as well. If you have a special occasion, or need an excuse to splurge, treat yourself to a dinner at Nobu.

The service was amazing from beginning to end! The pool attention was outstanding and quick service for drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable and the was big and spacious for two. The only hiccup was the shower stopped one night in middle but otherwise was an absolutely amazing experience. Francisco the reservation manager was also really helpful via email and Victoria was really nice at check in!

Everything about my stay at Nobu Miami was outstanding. When I arrived for my work conference, I waited a short time for my room which was not yet available. The manager, Johnson, took great care of me and worked quickly to ensure I received the best possible experience from then on. I did not have any expectations going into this stay, as it was booked by a third party for work — but oh how glad I am to have discovered this gem in the heart of Miami Beach! My room was very clean, bed comfortable, and I enjoyed the generously sized and updated bathroom as well. The grounds are very well maintained and the multiple pool options allow something for everyone, without it feeling too “big resort”-like. Not to mention, the incredible Nobu restaurant is here, along with fantastic other food and beverage options to enjoy.
Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and just plain pleasant to interact with (special shout to everyone at the Nobu adults only pool and Andrea at the front desk).
I already can’t wait to come back with my husband for our 10 year anniversary in May — and hopefully again to the same conference next year!

Absolutely love this hotel! Have stayed here several times. Its fun and great food, but also a great place for a relaxing stay. Staff was awesome and room was really nice! . the grilled corn with truffle honey was delicious and the shaved ice dessert very good.. the salmon taco and caviar taco was not bad.. caviar taco presentation was beautiful but other than that, everything else.. soba noodles with crab meat (too sour due to too much sauce), roasted cauliflower jalapeno not good, brussel sprouts way too salty, salmon skin roll was pretty bad. So disappointing and paid so much money :(

Wonderful experience with my family and I highly recommend staying at the NOBU Miami for either personal or business. Great staff/mgmt! Special recognition to Johnson Menezes (Manager), Omar (Manager), Yara (pool and beach staff), and Frances (concierge). I have stayed in many Miami area hotels over the years and plan on returning to the Nobu Hotel Miami again as soon as possible. I will also be speaking with my colleagues regarding the possibilty of holding a work retreat there in the future. You won’t be disappointed! ☀️🏖🌊

If not for the great pools and Beach area I'd give it 1 star. The rooms are worn out. We got a Junior suite and the place is a dump, stains on the walls the couch is falling apart very low end at this price point. The toilet runs all might. Also the exterior looks like a dump we pulled up to the place we were shocked. Not worth the price point.

Every other time I've been to a nobu / matsuhisa it's been amazing. This place is terrible. Every dish was disgusting. I didn't eat even 1/2 of anything. Just took 1 bite and pushed It to the side. And I've ordered the same dishes at other locations, that I've thoroughly enjoyed. Overall huge waste of money. Check out somewhere else for the price.

Our server was amazing, informative, and so fun! He made some amazing suggestions and when we couldn't decide on certain desserts he gave us some breakdowns of each! Very helpful staff everyone works as a team! Good service is your most important thing next to food at any restaurant! This place is excellent above and beyond! Would recommend this to everyone and anyone! Highly recommend! This is how all restaurants should be - top tier!

We stayed here Feb 22-27 in room 826. Here are the negatives: 1) Can't get guest services on the phone. But they tell me my call is very important to them. Sure.2) My room l-826 had a clogged shower drain that was not repaired and the hotel acted surprised that their plumbing is shoddy. It was fixed while we left for the day but my god it took effort. When we returned we asked guest services whether it had been fixed. She has no idea about any issues at all. But to her credit she did send an engineer to fix what had already been fixed earlier at some point in the day. Come on NOBU, there are computers that can track complaints, repairs, and so on. Nobu, why do you drive your employees loco?3 ) Audrey at guest services confirmed a charging station but the valet said it doesn't work. So we drove our rented Tesla at 60% charge to a Super Charger which took about 30 min of our day. Whatevs I guess/but still. Why didn't Nobu tell Audrey what the valet knows? We were refunded for that day of valet parking.4) This isn't a necessarily annoying, just a PSA. If NOBU can't fix your complaints, they'll offer to comp u for food. Don't accept that voucher bc the food is beyond bland and overpriced-if you can get a "reservation" to eat it.5) IDK why we tried to eat at Ocean Social for Breakfast on 2/23 for breakfast-but we did and we were told that without reservations we would wait for 25 min. (See #4) Reservations for breakfast on a Wednesday? Give me a break. So we went to Versailles. (Delicious breakfast-I love this place). But like most people we wanted to eat in the place that denied us access, so we called the Concierge to make us a reservation. So this delight of a lady answered the phone and told us we don't need a reservation. Then I told her what happened and she said she's not the Concierge but just picked up the phone. Good lord the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Here are Positives:None. That's not quite true bc the employees of NOBU are truly wonderful considering they can only do what they can do. In any case, Florida is indeed WONDERFUL so a huge thank you to Governor Desantis. When we move to this free and beautiful state we will not visit Nobu.

And clean and don't smell like a dirty Chinese restaurant. This place is awesome. The food is so good everything you eat is bursting with flavor and is cooked with the highest quality food. The drinks are very good and the dessert are excellent as well. This place is pricey but worth every penny if you enjoy good food the prices won't bother you. The atmosphere is very nice. Has the vibe of a once trendy place that has gone corporate (think 1980's TGI Fridays). We were seated and placed a drink order. Drinks were slow to arrive. Ordered four dishes to start. Crispy rice dish was awful. It was so chewy and sticky it literally took me 20 minutes with a toothpick to get it off my teeth. Sent it back. Shishito peppers were ok but just average. Nothing you couldn't do on your stove at home. Yellowtail with jalapeno was good enough. The carpacio with truffles was off-putting. Didn't finish it. We wanted to order a second drink it the staff never came back. My wife went to the bar to try and get drinks and they refused. Said we had to get it from our server. We complained about the food and service to our server which produced no result. We also told them we would not be ordering anything further even though we were very hungry. No sense being further disappointed When you express that kind of annoyance and disappointment to a server you would think someone would come by to apologize or something. Nope, not at Nobu.To summarize, poor service, poor to average sushi, incredibly overpriced for the food and experience.

Wonderful hotel! Amazing stay! Carlos and Jeremy were absolutely amazing!! Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond.
