Worst ever
I was looking forward to visit this fancy restaurant. Its a elegant & posh venue. The music was so loud the girl in the door couldnt hear me tell her what name it was on our booking. It felt like sitting in the middle of a Las Vegas club for dinner. I get they want a party dinner wibe, but this was way over the top. Service was ok, very unpersonal with many different waiters. The food was just a dissaster from start to finish. The only dish i could eat was padron peppers. We had a selection of chicken wings, nigiri, sashimi, maki, lobster with pepper & wasabi. It was just terribel. Sashimi bites so thick it was nasty, they are supposed to be ultra thin and tender. California maki terribel. Main dish with lobster the worst. We went to McDonalds after dinner because this food was not possibel to eat. Just to fire the leadership in the kitchen and restart with a new team.

I had reservation for 8 Pm. Arrived on time but there was no table available for me only sushi bar. They prefer Russian oligarch clients there. If you are American you are not welcome there. Nobu in Miami is much better.

How is this considered a five star luxury hotel restaurant of the Nobu chain? This Warsaw Nobu doesn’t even come close to the Nobu standards around the world. Worst service. We had a reservation and the host guy asked us to wait in the bar till our table is ready. Literally an hour and a half yes 1.5 hours later we ask if we can order food to the bar as we have been waiting for 1.5 hours. He goes oh the kitchen is closed. He literally forgot about us and left us at the bar and then could not accommodate our reservation are going kidding me? He didn’t apologize or attempt to make it right. This is so ridiculous and unbelievable I can’t even believe this happened. We had a dinner reservation at 9pm. We didn’t eat since 12pm lunch and he sat us at the bar to wait and then tell us the kitchen is closed? Literally i was in tears how humiliating it was and waste of time! We could have ate anywhere and spent hundreds of USA dollars at the best restaurants in Warsaw if you told us you can’t honor our reservation but this is how we were treated shame on you! Could have told us sorry we can’t honor your reservation we would have left somewhere even better to actually eat! You didn’t even try to make it right or apologize. Where is the service? Train your employees! A manager didn’t even come out to do anything and this is Nobu service?

I went there with a friend I hadn’t seen for some time, so we wanted to talk over good food. We visited the restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening in June. The food was good although nothing exceptional but talking turned our to be nearly impossible because of a DJ placed in the middle of the room playing some loud music the whole evening! Honestly, I find this inadmissible for a place which claims to be a “Luxury restaurant”. We were relieved when we finally left this joint and its unbearable noise and found ourselves on a quiet street.

Great host. High class hotel. We stays at the Japanese suit at the high floor- felt like the Caesar himself . Staff was amazing, specially Cuba who was always so nice and ready to help. Will definitely visit again. Keep the good work!
Be the first to ReplyThank you to ruining our Friday
A really bad experience. we started dinner and asked the waiter to bring us good sushi without sauces and fried foods. Brought us sushi with sauces and tempura. later we saw a table in the center of the restaurant and we would like to switch to that table, our employee said that the manager wouldn't allow it. We called the manager and he said it was not possible to change tables because they were preparing for breakfast. The manager's name was marchin. we came with high expectations because we had already been in other nobus, and this one is a complete let down, 5€ sushi paid for 50€. The best part of the meal was the bottle of perrier jouet. The worst dinner in warsaw. Thank you Nobu to ruining our Friday

I am warning everyone against this restaurant. I had a voucher that I was unable to redeem during the pandemic. As we returned to (new) normality, when I called to redeem my voucher, I heard that it was not possible. As you can see, the restaurant takes peoples’ money, but is not willing to provide services in return. Very poor tactics, unfair to the clients. I do not recommend it, I would not advise it to anyone. Jolanta

First Nobu ever in the world without sushi on the menu I thought I saw everything in my life. Waiter said Monday Sunday reduced menu . I would heavily suggest to have also reduce sushi menu.
No sushi no Nobu 🙈🙈🙈🙈
We had a great time with friends! Great restaurants with delicious food, we loved the city with great music of Chopin! ❤️
We had a great time with friends at this lovely Nobu hotel. Hotel with great service, great food. We really loved the Nobu restaurant food and atmosphere was great and food just delicious !!!
I specially loved the bed, pillows and blankets made from natural materials ❤️
Slight disappointment
Very good service. Some food excellent (tuna), some average (recommended black cod with miso). Very loud and out of place music. Good ambiance. Some prices unreasonably high, for example 2 St. Jacques entree - 25 EUR.

3rd time I have come back to this place in a short time in Warszawa earlier I have been in New York and London some years ago and it was amazing. I can only say the standards are really high as well in Warsaw. Black miso cod is a must try, the lobster tacos and pretty much all on the menu. I will be back soon again. Can recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyGreat building, poor service
Well located, amazing hotel with first rate front desk staff, incredible art deco rooms and great coctails.
Breakfast, however, is weak, and service is outright unpleasant. There is a middle aged woman who runs the morning show and she outright makes you feel unwelcome in the best post-Soviet tradition. Some smiling and American service refresher training is in order.
Nobu, but not as you may know it
I’ve been to Nobu in London, New York and Ibiza. Nobu Warsaw is the same food but falls a very long way short in terms of service and overall guest experience.
We went for my wife’s birthday and the evening started inauspiciously when our extremely young waiter rather snobbishly asked if we’d been to Nobu before. We told him yes and then he departed our table. So began 10 minutes of waiting for menus. Perhaps if you say you haven’t been to Nobu before you get served more quickly? We received our menus and another 10 minutes passed before he returned to take out drinks order. We asked for a bottle of Dom Perignon but our waiter didn’t know the vintage - he had to depart for another 5 minutes to check. When we finally got our champagne I indicated my wife would like to taste. He ignored me and proceeded to fill all our glasses with a trembling hand. Fortunately the champagne was fine, but what kind of high-end restaurant sells you a bottle of 2011 Dom Perignon Brut for €375 and doesn’t even let you taste it?
The food was ok, but not to the standard of other Nobu restaurants. Chicken skewers (kushiyaki) were rather dry and chewy. Perhaps the greatest crime was the shrimp in tempura with creamy-spicy sauce (popcorn shrimp), served smothered in the sauce rather than to the side for dipping, meaning the tempura swiftly became soggy. Black cod miso was good although my wife’s was a little burnt at the edges.
As this was a birthday I asked for a small cake and candles (as we have had in London and New York previously). This never arrived despite me reminding the lady who checked our reservation. I went to complain and was told this only happens if you order a dessert. “It’s not free” she said. Who said anything about the wanting it for free? I just wanted it to happen. No apology was offered, no attempt to rectify the problem. It was apparently all my fault for not ordering a dessert. Great service I must say. This would never happen in other high-end restaurants. Clearly the customer is never right and always wrong.
After we paid the bill and started to leave (vowing never to return) the assistant manager arrived with ice cream-filled mochi, candles and champagne, as well as a small gift. He was very apologetic and clearly wanted us to forget all about what had happened. This was very much appreciated, but it hasn’t changed our minds that Nobu Warsaw just isn’t worth the time or money.
