Nolinski Paris Reviews from The Last Year
Very nice hotel
A great hotel near the opera. Just wonderful. Charming and discreet staff.. the bar is really pleasant with soft lighting.. the suite on the top floor is a gem.. refined decoration and a superb view of the opera. The breakfast served in the room despite the late hour was very appreciable... and without forgetting the spa but we didn't have time..
A Fantastic hotel for a weekend getaway.
A wonderful romantic escape for a birthday weekend. I was taking my wife away for a birthday surprise. It was her first time exploring Paris Together. The hotel is stylish and modern with a hint of Art deco history. The spa was great, the rooms and bathroom were clean and modern. The Waiting staff in the breakfast were helpful and informative.
New Year's Day meal at Nolinski
I went to Nolinski for New Year's Day accompanied by my sister, her partner and my girlfriend. We had an exquisite evening in every way. The service was impeccable and we felt truly privileged, the food was excellent in every way and what can we say about the end of the evening marked by good humor in a musical atmosphere with the singer who was really great! In short, a wonderful evening that we will remember for a long time, thank you to the entire Nolinski team!!
Palace to discover…
Impeccable service, staff available, friendly, polite. Nothing to complain about, impeccable, neat room, very good quality bedding, perfect spa, sauna and swimming pool. We will come back to taste this palace…
Over priced for the experience
Lovely check-in staff and smart recently refurbished boutique-style hotel. Main problem is that we were on 6th floor where the room had a slightly pitched ceiling which I hate. The Japanese toilet seat was broken and couldn’t be fixed and a lift was broken so we had to wait ages and on one occasion walk 6 floors. For €700 a night I expect better
OMGosh did this place bring me back.
My Fiance' and I were on our first European trip and we wanted one nice dinner out. He spotted Hotel Nolinski with it's sleek, modern appeal so we wanted to try the resto. For whatever reason, FYI, you cannot make a reser online, you have to go in. We were out late walking so we stopped in to make a reser in person. As we had a late lunch and are Americans, we made a dinner reser for 9pm which is early here. Having many positive memories of my 1st trip in 1987 to Paris, I was astounded how much this place reminded me of my first trip! There was a singer with a guitar for the first 1/2 hour, and when he took breaks it was straight up 70's disco in there. It was somewhat disjointed with the white table linen straight laced look to the place, but read on. The food was incroyable! We had a chicken that was perfection, a delicious eggplant starter and I'm sorry, I forget what my Fiance's main course was. What was amazing, was around 10pm, this place turns into a party. So, into my 2nd Kir Royale, this place starts hopping. Every Euro type of person was in this place, the lights get low, the DJ starts to play and then the guy with the guitar, intercutting for about 1/2 hour. Then all of sudden there are sparklers galore, someone is making that Arabian chanting noise and every single female in the place (including me!) is up and dancing to the DJ. I highly recommend this place for it's ambiance and food. I only wished it had been open on Sunday so we could go back.
Great experience!
Magnificent cocktail bar with a pianist to accompany us during the tasting. Very warm welcome from the manager and his team. They are smiling and responsive. It's a festive restaurant where there is a very good atmosphere and the dishes are delicious!
Hotel in the center of Paris
One of the few hotels where nothing was annoying, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not crowded with a very beautiful interior. The location is central, 5 minutes to the Louvre and Opera, 2 steps to the metro. Breakfast a la carte, many options. The hotel staff are always very friendly, the room cleaning is excellent and at a time convenient for you, the room is ready for bed. The SPA is wonderful, large swimming pool, saunas. I liked the restaurant, it was delicious. Delivery to your room is instant. Fresh flowers in the room, water and endless compliments from the hotel were very pleasant. Thank you very much!
Superb hotel
A great experience with a good welcome. In the bar area we had entertainment with a pianist throughout the evening. Very pleasant. The cocktails were super good. The restaurant part is superbly festive. (Saturday evening) entertainment with DJ. The meals were very good. The wait was not long. I recommend
Great service, some areas of the interior could be improved
We had a room on the 6th floor. Very nice and elegantly furnished. Sometimes a little noisy when neighboring guests slam their doors. Unfortunately, the elevators are a little dark and poorly lit. The same goes for the pool. We were in there and couldn't see that anyone else was there. Lights in the pool would help.
It's the perfect spot for those who want to live that bougie Parisian lifestyle
If you're looking for a chic and stylish stay in Paris, we recommend this 45-room boutique hotel. The interior design is on point and totally Instagram-worthy. Plus, it's located right in the heart of the city, so you'll be close to all the main attractions like the Louvre. It's the perfect spot for those who want to live that bougie Parisian lifestyle. So, heads up, this place is definitely a tourist hotspot. You'll be surrounded by other travelers itching to check off the Louvre and other popular sights from their lists. If you're looking for a more authentic Parisian experience, this might not be the best choice. But if you're cool with the crowds and want to be in the thick of it all, this place is a really good design hotel
5 stars all the way! I stayed at Nolinski for a few nights
5 stars all the way! I stayed at Nolinski for a few nights and absolutely loved it. When I initially arrived for check-in, the hotel was busy and dealing with some other issues, however, the staff (especially one employee whose first name begins with a "J") went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly during my stay. The pictures on their website are beautiful, but you have to see the hotel in-person to see how stunning it is! I reserved a Deluxe room and the room was more spacious than what the photo displays. If you choose to have breakfast included with your room reservation, you will not be disappointed! They offer a wide variety of breakfast items in the downstairs restaurant and I loved the restaurant staff. Housekeeping also did a great job cleaning up the room when I was out. Le Louvre Museum is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel which was another reason I chose to stay here. I hope those of you who are reading this review will choose to stay at Nolinski during your Paris visit. I would definitely love to return in the future!
We had a lovely 5 days stay at the Nolinski.
We booked this place through American Express Travel, and we weren't disappointed! It's located in Vendom, 1st arrodisment. About 6 blocks from Galleria Lafayette! This hotel is beautiful and has a boutique vibe. Everything is well maintained. We got a suite, room 505. It's got a lovely living room connected to the bedroom, separated by a sliding mirror door. Check in and check out was very smooth. And because they only have 40 rooms. The doorman recognizes everyone. Very secured. If you walk a block behind the hotel, there's a small Korean/ Japanese/ Asian food community. Lots of Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants! We tried out a couple of them during our 5 nights stay, and they are both really good. Cedric Grolet is across the street! Spa is very nice, love their pool and steam room. Very relaxing. I'd stay here again!

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
