Too exotic.
Not my style of pizzeria. May be good for others. Good that you can make reservations.
Be the first to ReplyI really like Noto and wish I could give 5 stars but a few
I really like Noto and wish I could give 5 stars but a few things fell flat. Our server was exceptional - very helpful and knowledgeable. Food and drink Cocktail - seasonal special, delicious Appetizers - both the arancini and ribs were less than stellar. Arancini had very little rice. The ribs were tasty but very dry/overcooked. The fennel salad they were served with was delicious. Entrees: We split a house salad (fresh and delicious) and pizza. My SO and I enjoyed both. Dessert: Cannoli freshly filled to order. My favorite part of the meal. Loved the hint of pistachio

Heard so much about this place and how long it takes to get a reservation. My wife and I were so excited to give it a try but to say we were both a bit disappointed is an understatement. Nothing special about any of the dishes we had. The pizza crust was not crispy like you think a napoleon style pie would be coming out of their fancy mosaic tile pizza oven. The prices were decent compared to how expensive eating out has become in 2024. I would give it another chance knowing what I know now. Just make a few changes like having the pizza more well done and sticking to more traditional flavors.

This place is a favorite date night and birthday spot for my husband and I. The most recent time we came we got a murrell mushroom appetizer and some pizza. I got the burrata pizza and it was delicious, highly recommend! For dessert we got a tiramisu to go since we were so full and it was one of the best I've ever had. Our waiter was amazing, he was so friendly and helpful with the menu. He came around the perfect amount, not too often or too little.

5/5 Ambience 5/5 Noto is a small Napoleon restaurant at St Peters. Reserving a table is a bit challenging, so advanced arrangement is highly recommended. Service is so attentive. Parking is plentiful. What we enjoy at Noto? 1) the calamari fritti is phenomenal. It was seasoned so well with fried onions on top. It's my favorite calamari for a very long time. 2) Nduja has distinctly wonderful flavors and perfect crust. I felt like transported back to Italy. Bravo!! 3) The lamb ragu pasta is lacking some seasonings, though we enjoyed the hand rolled fresh pasta.
Be the first to ReplyI've been wanting to try this place for months and finally
I've been wanting to try this place for months and finally decided to go right when they open at 4 and sit it the bar. I'm So glad I did! The food was delicious and the drink menu is excellent. I started with a half Noto salad, which is a generous portion, then a margherita pizza. That pizza was the stuff of dreams. The crust was both crispy & chewy, the center was thin and gooey with cheese. My drink choice was an Italian 75, which was just the right about of acid & bubbles to offset the decadent pizza. It was my first time there, but it won't be my last!
Be the first to ReplyWasn't what I expected Very quaint seating.
Could hear others conversations. Should have ordered just a salad. My friends pizza wasnt cooked in the middle always wanted to try just maybe ordered wrong item. But $100 fir pizza and very small serving of pasta not worth it. My friend did take hers home. Given Gelato for her birthday with no toppings. Should have asked her even if we had to pay. Very bland. Had to ask for bread. I left hungry and I really dont eat much normally. Bit of disappointment
Be the first to ReplyNoto pizza is the absolute best pizza in St.
Peters. It may be hard to get a reservation but it's so worth it. I love the light and airy crust and the fresh ingredients. This place has nice lighting to create the perfect ambiance for a nice date. Service is always great, which is always a good thing.
Be the first to ReplyGreat service! We love the Neapolitan pizzas.
We plan to return. Great cocktails! Well stocked bar *got a pour of Blanton's* Well worth the drive from Rock Hill.
Be the first to ReplyNoto is a great authentic Italian spot.
The decor has pretty Italian touches and the service is fantastic. We had the bucatini and italiano pizza. Enjoyed both - will be back to try more of their menu.
Be the first to ReplyNotos has excellent food and staff.
Recently they opened a second restaurant adjacent to Notos. The new o e features small plates and an atmosphere modeled off of a restaurant style in Italy. Beautiful bar, too...just a little difficult to talk and hear conversation.
Be the first to ReplyCozy, quaint Great ambience.
Really cool "old-school" bar This is not your typical Italian cuisine
Be the first to ReplyGreat food, good ambience.
Owners are excellent. I need to fill 34 more characters...

Be the first to ReplyNoto is the perfect date night location! My husband and I
Noto is the perfect date night location! My husband and I came here on a Friday night and we really enjoyed ourselves. We began with a few cocktails. I got the ultima and my husband got the godfather. The Ultima was very good and had a nice tartness to it. For starters we got the Quattro Formaggi Aracini. These were amazing, highly recommend! The risotto inside and was perfectly cooked. For the main course my husband got the margherita pizza and I got the fungo rigantoni. The margherita pizza had a great light sauce that was fresh and all the other flavors blended well together. The fungo rigantoni was amazing. The flavors of the mushroom mixed well with the sauce and there were a lot of large local mushrooms (I can't remember what type of mushroom they were). After our meal we were so stuffed but we had to get some tiramisu to go. The way they make tiramisu is different than traditional tiramisu but it is just as good! My husband and I enjoyed our overall experience so much we will have to make another reservation!

What an amazing find tucked into a quiet little corner! Pasta...amazing! Pizza...amazing. Cocktails...amazing. Desserts...amazing. Loved everything about my visit. So glad this is close to my house! We'll be back often!
Be the first to ReplyNoto is always a good spot for Italian when in St Charles.
The pizza oven is right inside and I've never had a bad meal here. The space is smaller but the ambiance is cozy and pretty. The beet gnocchi was super good and the pizza was super flavorful. The pizza is really thin and they suggest to eat it with fork and knife
Be the first to ReplyThis was an incredible experience.
The pizza was easily some of the best I have ever had. We saw the pizza being made in a brick oven in the center of the kitchen and all the dough rolled out there as well. The bartender Dylan was delightful as well, very good conversation. The drink itself was not my cup of tea. It was far too flowery tasting but I would say that is personal preference. The inside is small and cozy feeling and you have to book reservations ahead of time. Overall great experience I will definitely be returning again.
Be the first to ReplyOne of our staple favorites in Saint Peters.
They were kind enough to accommodate our 10 top. Service as always was excellent. Not going to get into everyone's meals, but everyone in our group said their selections were delicious. Of course we will be back again!!
Be the first to ReplyWe are lucky to have this gem in St.

Be the first to ReplyThis is a really cute restaurant.
Nice atmosphere. Pizza and pasta are delicious! Very friendly staff. Took awhile to get a reservation. Bar was very busy when we visited on a Friday night. Recommend this hidden gem in St. Charles County for authentic Italian.
Be the first to ReplyGood staff, great food, good atmosphere.
Small Noto salads to start off, which were just right for pre-entree. Had a great mix of greens, artichoke, cheese, roasted red peppers, green olives, and a creamy Italian dressing. The wife's paccheri pasta entree was so savory. Delicious broth/sauce over the pasta, pine nuts, tomatoes, and pesto. I took a chance with the burrata pizza, but was well rewarded. It has tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, basil. arugula, and confit tomato. Those all combine for a pretty good flavor. The crust was great from the wood-fired pizza oven - chew but not tough, airy edge, and a hint of sweetness in the dough. What makes this pizza is the large serving of chilled burrata in the middle of the pizza. You spread it around as you knife & fork your pizza, and the creaminess and chill work really well with the rest of the pizza. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after our salads to get our pasta and pizza, which seemed pretty long. But all was forgiven when we dug into the taste. Turns out that everyone ordering pizzas and only one pizza oven cause the wait. Our table neighbors ordered two pasta dishes, which only took a few minutes to get.
Be the first to ReplyGreat family owned business, non-chain in this area.
The wine and charcuterie are enough to make you come back.
Be the first to ReplyWe dined here for the first time for dinner.
Excellent wine selection. We both had the wood fired Neapolitan pizza. Really delish. I had as starter, the Noto house salad and my honey had the caprese with tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. We took cannoli's and tiramisu home. Both excellent.
