We went for dinner on a special occasion, my husband's birthday. I asked to leave a message at dessert, and that didn't happen. Chaotic team, waited a long time for wine and dessert there. Poor dishes, normal pasta, nothing new. Too expensive for the quality of the dishes.
A restaurant with just a name
A restaurant with just a name. The service at this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, they forget the orders, they mix up the orders, they forgot to bring the drinks, in short, very misleading, the food is nothing special for a restaurant where you pay a lot for a very poor service. I don't recommend it to anyone as you will be disappointed.
Good service
I went to Novikov for drinks with friends and had a great time. Unique cocktails and great atmosphere. I ended up leaving my phone at the table and didn't realise until we got to our next venue. Luckily, my friend had spoken with Nic and knew his name when we called to ask if it was still there. I went back to the lounge and Nic had my phone on him and I could verify it was mine. This was a huge lifesaver. Thank you, Nic!
Not too good
Had a special occasion at Novikov restaurant the food wasn’t the best and wasn’t really worth the value, the pasta with clams didn’t really have enough flavoir, plus the service was chaotic and mess, really not the best like you are expecting in a place like This, we left the restaurant disappointed
Cold Wagyu?
The team were very welcoming and cognisant that we had a child The ambience was very warm and classy, yet had a vibe to it. The transparent kitchen and seafoods bar on display gave it an exotic Asian vibe We ordered the chicken steamed buns, rich shrimp tempura and spicy tuna sushi rolls to begin with. The buns were light and well seasoned inside, tempura as crisp as glass, the sushi was average and tuna could have been tad more spicy. The mains we had wagyu sirloin and sweeter and sour chicken. The main event, the Wagyu had to be returned as it was cold. The replacement was just slightly warm but at that point we just wanted to eat. The sides became lukewarm waiting for the Wagyu. This was very disappointing and I hope the manager takes this on board. The chicken and egg fried rice was surprisingly good and moreish The total bill came to £254. Was it worth it? Perhaps not, seeing as £95 dish was underwhelming and had to be sent back. Overall 7/10
Lacking
Really loved this place the food and service is really amazing however as time has gone on they're starting to miss the wow factor and prices hace increased immensely

Bad Experience for Valentines Day - Emperors new clothes venue. We really wanted to try this place and it was very disappointing. We had a drink downstairs first and it lacked atmosphere, the service was quite poor. We ate at the Italian and it was terrible, the service was bad, we had to wave to get anyone to serve us. Starters were “ok” beef carpaccio and tuna tartar, but it’s hard to mess this up in the kitchen. Lobster pasta which tasted sweet which was a bit bizarre, lobster was completely overcooked. Fillet steak which was cooked in little bits so was overdone and dry. No one asked us how our meal was, and we were hungry so ate it. I gave feedback at the end and we got given a shot 😂 absolutely ridiculous. Avoid!!!

Love this place! Seriously, it's a winner. From the hellos to the goodbyes, everything's just PERFECT!!!. Asian food is the bomb, and desserts? Pure joy. Service is top-notch. Big shoutout to the management – they deserve major credit.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dan & Milan
The most amazing experience. There was a bit of confusion regrading the date of my birthday reservation, which wasn’t noticed, on my behalf, until the day of when I had already travelled down. I dealt with a member of staff called Dan who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to save my birthday dinner. My waiter for the night, Milan (I think his name was) he was impeccable. Thank you to them both.

...the bar is a good space to wait on table and you most likely will if you didn't have a reservation or know someone. There is an Italian side and a lounge downstairs to enjoy drinks after dinner. Def a must visit in London.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
